The location was good for the family event we were attending. The hotel and the rooms looked nice and updated. I liked that the rooms were not carpeted. Though the various hotel staff were professional and polite in their interactions, they did not come across as very warm or welcoming; they barely smiled. Also, the blanket on the bed was stained and the quality of the breakfast was not all that great.

beds were on the hard side for a Hampton Inn since I have been to other Hampton Inns and they were alot more comfortable - also, maid did not clean room one day and we definitely did not have a "do not disturb" sign on the door...

Paid $250+ for 1 night. First visit. Multiple loud disturbances, repeated slamming doors, yelling in hallways, in the middle of the night, 12am, 1a, 2a. Got up from bed and notified front desk multiple times. Hotel desk rep replied "if you can't sleep then maybe you should leave and go book a room at the motor lodge." I requested a refund. He said no/can't because booked through 3rd party. Can Hotels.com provide a refund or at least full credit/voucher for a future booking?

We chose to stay here due to the convenient location and closeness to the medical center as we had an early next day surgical appointment. The front desk person “Kiki” was so welcoming and friendly. Check in was super easy and quick and free parking just outside the front door. The room was clean and well stocked and suited our needs. We would recommend this location to anyone that needs a place close to the hospital and medical offices.

Our check in process was quick and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and we didn't have any problems during our stay. The breakfast had many options and the staff kept everything freshly stocked through the end of the dining time. Coffee was also available throughout the day. Plenty of parking was available as well.

I did not like the comforter/blanket and the pillows. i understand this maybe a general manger/ district operator responsibility but the primary purpose of choosing any hotel is to have somewhere comfortable to stay. so where we rest our head literally should be a priority focus

I stay at the Hampton Inn Suites every year when I visit my mom. It’s always clean and convenient as far as a lot of restaurant choices. It’s 45 mins from the airport and staff is always friendly. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus and coffee is available throughout the day. Looking forward to my stay next summer.

There was never enough staff on duty. Housekeeping didn’t come our entire stay. When we needed towels or toilet paper, we had to go to the front desk and get them ourselves. We didn’t have any body wash our entire stay. They promised they would refill it, but it never happened. Overall the hotel was fine, it just seemed they were understaffed.

I stayed here to go to a funeral in the town. The staff was EXCELLENT. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Everyone who works there is so nice. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby, visiting. Also, breakfast was good and varied.

Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom or that we couldn’t close the drapes over the sheers on the window(there was a street light shining through the window) we had to use a chip clip to keep the draw the drapes closed. Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant.

We stayed here after a house fire and the location was everything my family needed after losing access to our home. A soft place to fall after a traumatic event.

The cost of this stay was exorbitant in comparison to what was offered. Although this was a newer building, at least two of the outlets had plugs that didn't work. One of these plugs was where the fridge was plugged in, so it was not working when we arrived and only worked when turned up to full blast. Additionally, while it was nice that the accessible shower was spacious and had a seat that could be lowered into place, water got all over the floor under normal use due to the short curtain. Only a normal, small floor towel was provided so the regular towels ended up having to be used in addition. The bed felt equivalent to a fold out couch, and the walls were paperthin -- my husband commented that he heard someone nearby's alarm before hearing them get up, pack their belongings, and then leave, not to mention hearing everyone getting breakfast down the hall. We stayed at a budget inn the next day out in Helen and it was at least a quarter of the price and although it wasn't as new, the bed was more comfortable and they provided Google TV instead of crappy cable like this hotel did. We will not return or recommend this location to others.

The beds were terrible. me and my wife were sore and couldn't sleep comfortably during our stay. Our room was on the front side and the traffic noise was terrible! I left something in my room and called back shortly after signing out to see if it had been turn in, no help. Called the next day and spoke to the manager and he had no idea what I was calling about. He said he would investigate and I am still waiting. The item was a book but I wonder had it been my wallet or wife's purse, would I still be waiting after a room turned over and the tip I left there still be there. Just saying, honesty goes a long ways.

I called the hotel twice to let them know that I was unable to arrive on the first night of my 2 night stay due to travel conditions and governmental advisories. When I arrived the next day, I was informed that my entire stay was cancelled and I was forced to pay for the room again. The staff the night before never mentioned this. Both Expedia and Hampton refuse to refund my money for the one night. I wasn't even asking for a refund of the first night but to pay for a room twice for the same night is ridiculous

There didn’t seem to be enough towels and bathroom linens. We had to request new face cloths everyday and were always told “they are in the wash”. You would think a four day stay would offer more than a single face cloth. Otherwise, the room was lovely and the staff were wonderful.

I like the quietness of the property and the room, but what I dislike is that they didn’t clean my room for the three days that I stayed there and when I called the front desk, someone just came and took the trash and the used towels and gave me a new ones that is it. The toilet bowl was dirty from Thursday evening till I left this morning. Yesterday I requested for one hour late check out and I was turned down. When I was leaving, I reported to the lady at the front desk and she was nice and rendered an apology, BUT WHEN TRUST IS BROKEN SORRY MEANS NOTHING. Thanks 🙏

I recently had a terrible experience with this hotel in Georgia. I traveled from New Jersey and was shocked to find that the hotel did not have my reservation, despite booking through Expedia. Expedia was extremely difficult to contact, and after hours of trying, they could only offer me a room at another hotel an hour away from the wedding I was attending. I ended up staying at a subpar place because all other decent options were sold out. It's baffling how a business can operate this way without having emergency accommodations available. That was just the first night. For the following five nights, despite assurances from Expedia, my reservation was still not processed. I had to pay out of pocket to stay there. After speaking to multiple representatives at Expedia, no one could help, and my reservation was never pushed through to the Hampton Inn. Expedia, you seriously need to fix your systems. As someone who frequently books getaways, this was my first truly awful experience. The anxiety of potentially being without a place to stay and the lack of resolution from the company I trusted was incredibly disheartening.

Upon checkin we were told that housekeeping would clean the room every other day. We stayed 6 nights at the hotel and housekeeping only came once and they only came because I called. When I called, I was told that we were not on the board for the day. And when they did come, they did not leave any towels. I had to call every other day to request new towels.
