    They have a small parking lot and not much room for a truck and trailer if there is more than 2 about impossible and the only ice machine in whole building is in the market pantry. Things were clean beds comfortable

    When we entered the room, there was a strong smell of cleaning products, and the carpet was completely soaked—apparently it had just been shampooed. Although we were given fans to help dry it, that didn’t resolve the issue. After leaving for a few hours, we returned to find the carpet still wet. We were then moved to another room, but it had an unpleasant odor that was difficult to identify. Additionally, there was a large group of workers gathered outside our window, playing loud music, drinking, and with a strong presence of marijuana. This made the environment especially uncomfortable, as we were traveling with children. Ultimately, we decided to leave and were grateful to receive a full refund. However, the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep if it hopes to compete with other properties in the area.

    The front desk staff was great upon check-in. I was moved to a different room, but the bed was not king size as I reserved and paid for. It was a queen size.     I have stayed in many Candlewood Suites across the country. This was your standard, everything we expected. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The hotel could stand to update the recliners in the room, but that is a corporate issue not a location issue. The only complaint I had was the selection in the pantry as far as Food went was a little sparse. Other than that when I go back to Nashville in June this is where I will stay. !

    It was an ok one-night stay. Room was acceptably clean- somewhat worn. No breakfast served- only coffee and tea available. TV remote needed battery replacement and I was too tired to take it down to fix. Just glad to get on the road and did not have to stay another night.

    Sure enough, our card was charged, even though the stay had already been prepaid through Hotels.com. Mistakes happen—but the real problem came when I called the hotel for a refund. I was told, “you’ll have to call Hotels.com and have them pay before we reimburse you.” This should have been handled directly between the hotel and Hotels.com, not pushed back on the guest. After another 20 minutes on the phone with Hotels.com, the hotel finally agreed to issue a refund, but I’m not holding my breath. Travelers beware: check your statements carefully if booking through Hotels.com at this property.

    Our first rooms had roaches crawling everywhere (counters, floor, bed). We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The hotel has charged me for two extra days at $116.08 on top of the initial $175.41 for the one night I did actually stay. Not only that but they are refusing to refund the extra days as well as comp the original room which they promised to do because of the roaches. There were drug addicts outside around the pool area. The smell of marijuana is strong around the property and people are just sitting on tops of vehicles in the parking lot into the night. At this point, I’ve paid over $500 to sit in a recliner for 15 minutes before the neighbor got up and decided to start slamming everything around keeping all of us awake. Definitely DON’T recommend staying here.

    Front Desk staff was amazing! Room was nice, comfortable and quiet. Wasn't expecting good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower! Could've saved some $$ by not buying my own. Free laundry machines! Decent workout room. Only thing that wasn't perfect was the tv. They have satellite tv, so when the storms came through the tv froze. Otherwise, for the price compared to other hotels in the area for the week I was there, couldn't beat it!

    The person checking us in was less than friendly but an interaction with her later was pleasant. The place is run down, big time, especially the furniture. It felt dirty in general, musty, tub backing up, roach activity. The rooms are way smaller than they seem online. No breakfast on account they have kitchenettes in the rooms and a "pantry" downstairs that is ill stocked with no real options. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet unless someone was upstairs in which case it was like elephants were above you. Overall, I'd say to pass on this one. There are many other options around.

    This was our second time to stay here and it was wonderful. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so spacious and supplied well with everything. I especially love the kitchen area. The small store in the lobby helps our budget as we didn't have to go out for food. The only thing that would make my stay perfect would be to add a towel rack to the right of the sink in the bathroom and a couple of hooks for hanging clothes. We will be back.

    I was told on arrival the room I had booked was not available because cleaning staff had left for the day and the room was not clean. I was offered a smaller room (not a suite )that was supposed to have a king sized bed however the room actually had a queen/ full size bed. The room smelled musty and like it had been smoked in. It was so bad we bought air fresher to try and drown out the smell. Another person we knew who was staying in this hotel had a room that also smelled the same. I was offered some IHG points for the inconvenience of not having my room which was nice but not enough to overcome the bad experience. There wasn’t coffee in the lobby which was something I have never seen in my stays anywhere else and the coffee maker in the room only had one coffee- no creamer or sugar packs. To say this hotel was low frills would be an understatement. The hotel looked much nicer online but in person it looks much more dated and worn down. I would not recommend this hotel.

    Everything was amazing except a few minor issues. When we first entered our room, it had a weird smell to it so we had to go out and get air fresheners for our two night stay. Secondly, on our final night, I was headed checking what time it was on my phone and turned the lamp light on only to find a roach crawling on the table next to the bed! My partner was a bit shook by that as typically when there’s one roach, there are more. Lastly, the stove didn’t even work in our room so we didn’t have access to any form of cooking and on top of that, they didn’t offer breakfast at the time. It would’ve been nice to know before hand otherwise, we would’ve found an alternative as breakfast is an important amenity for us. Regardless of all of this, I’d give our two night stay a 7/10!

    The elevator wasn’t working. Having a conversation with other guest that have been there the last few weeks said it hasn’t worked for quite some time. when asked about when it would be repaired the clerk stated tomorrow. Well tomorrow never arrived. Ice maker In fridge wasn’t working also and Room smelled very musky/moldy .

    Had to change rooms first night because they put in a room that was supposed to be closed because the tv didn’t work. They actually admitted they should not have given me the room. Saw 2 cockroaches, no hot water and the only elevator was broken the night and next morning when I checked out( I was on the 4th floor) not a very relaxing stay after working all day!     I checked in on 9/23 something after 4pm. We were assigned room 409 the room looked to be cleaned but had a wet moldy smell. So we turned on the Ac and we left to go get food come back and the smell is still very strong my daughter that’s 7 was asking why it smells so bad. Later that night I was sitting in the recliner and a roach comes crawling across the arm of the chair I get up and its two of them on the side of the chair. So I decided to call it a night. We go to bed at this point I’m checking for bedbugs couldn’t sleep comfortably the AC in the room didn’t cool the room off good so we were hot. After seeing the roaches I was paranoid there were more and was worried they would crawl into our stuff. In the middle of the night I get up to get something to drink and turn on the kitchen lights and roaches are running under the refrigerator. I go back to lay down and let my husband know there’s even more roaches. We tried to go back to sleep. I just couldn’t sleep knowing roaches are really bad in the room so we decided to just get up and check out at 4am. We stop by desk and waited and a lady name Porsha comes to the desk we tell her our issue and she told us she would write a ticket and get us compensated I asked her when could we expect to hear something she told us sometime after 10am that day. We haven’t heard anything unfortunately. I really hate to leave bad reviews. Our trip was ruined being that we wasn’t comfortable in the room due to the smell and roaches and AC.

    This place was exceptionally clean !!! I love the fact that it is pet friendly and you do not have to pay extra !! I did not get her name but the young lady that was at the desk that evening was extremely nice and accommodating. Expedia had advertised that I had a king suite with a living room area which I planned one one of my children being in but when we arrived she let me know that they had been having issues with them stating that and that not always being the case . But she gladly upgraded us free of charge !! The only thing I. An say that I didn't like it that you do not get breakfast in the morning though they do have a " cubbard" in the lobby that does have a nice variety of items you can buy

    It was a very nice room, King suite. Ev charging stations right by the door. Coffee available 24/7 but i wouldnt recommend it. No breakfast because the rooms all had kichenettes. Staff was friendly. My biggest complaint was i couldnt extend my stay and had to change hotels. I would definitely stay there again.

    I have been staying at this hotel for six years and I have noticed it is heading down hill. The light in my bathroom was completely rusted, my TV volume would not adjust, hallway A/C's did not work and the hallways smelled bad

    The front desk person was real nice. The room was 7/10 for cleanliness. There was mold in the shower, little bleach would get rid of it. The shower floor was real slippery. The edges bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed. Caked up filth in the corner. Handle on the refrigerator was missing. The rest of the room was fine although I only stayed one night so I didn't use the rest of the kitchen.
