    They are in the hospitality industry and dont even provide toilet paper. You have to go buy your own toilet paper. The rooms have a lingering stench of cigarette smoke. And they advertise they have a Full kitchen and dont even have ovens in the room. And for it to be a full kitchen, you still have to buy all your own utensils and kitchen supplies. Its not a hotel it is a motel. Even motels provide toilet paper. Over all 2/5 stars

    Upon checking in, the front desk agent was curt and borderline rude. Unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. Our refrigerator and microwave were dirty upon arrival! No housekeeping services. One set of towels per person, they only wash your sheets once a week they don’t wash towels, there are no pots or pans, silverware, toilet paper or any other amenities. We were there about six weeks and a housekeeper never even stopped by! The pictures online are up to date minus what you see. You get terrible beds with linen, two terribly flat pillows and that’s it. I had to buy towels, cleaning supplies, including a mop and broom, pillows, pots and pans, plates and silverware for an extended stay. We are moving waiting on our place and all of our stuff is in storage. This was not helpful for an extended stay experience. There is no place for children to be, the property attendant is not very personable and then found out the front desk attendant at check-in was the manager! You get what you pay for 4 walls and beds but this is not a good option for your extended stay needs.

    The receptionist was very helpful. I didn’t get the email code to join their Wi-Fi but she suggested checking my spam folder and there it was. So thanks to her I saved a fortune not having to use my data. She definitely deserves a pay rise

    There r plenty of places for fast food. There was internet n TV. Location close to East/West connecter to get around easily. bath n kitchenette NEED UPDATING. I did get a visit from a few roaches. No toilet paper!! Thank goodness I had tissues. Bed was very hard for my back.

    The hotel check in stops at 7 pm although the hotel does not fully indicate that there is no lobby or staff at the hotel after 6:30 per the homeless men hanging around. Attempted to call and rectify was met with a rude receptionist that was clearly working from home. I will never book this hotel or recommend to anyone my whole 10 day reservation was cancelled. And I was charged before my check in date just disgusting

They also do not take gift cards from sights they allow you to book on. Shower, water pressure and drainage are very low quality. Elevator is a death trap when it does kind of work.

    The experience is not like the picture. I was there two weeks. Killed 5 - 8 roaches/day the first week. Got bait after a few days and it kicked in after a week. People wait a long time to empty the dryers. A woman cussed me out for moving her clothes to a table after I waited 7 min. I asked for a policy posted on the laundry room wall and the mgnt said it was in the receipt. I said it has to be in the room to settle arguments.

    The peace of mind was great! People was friendly, the lady in the office was very sweet and genuinely nice. But as far as the room goes........someone needs a lesson in cleanness, because it was a half eating cookie under the bed, cockroaches everywhere ( small to medium sizes), tub dirty, counter was dirty, some of the wall plugs did not work and some of the lights did not work either. But the overall stay was Ight! Thanks for the experience!

No water on Saturday afternoon, no one came around to notify me and no one was in the office to help. Dumpster emptied at 4 o'clock in the morning with no small amount of noise. Office not open on Sunday for check-out, so I just left my key stuck in the door. Place looks nice from the street but is a house of horrors within. Don't let the good rates fool you; at $20 a night this place would be overpriced.

    To start, when I got to my room, the beds didn't have any pillows or blankets, the bathroom didn't have any toilet paper or a place to put the toilet paper. The kitchen area looked like a wrecking crew had been there, the handle for the microwave had been broken off, some of the cabinet drawers were missing and the others were broken. So once seeing this, I asked them to move me to a different room, and they did do that, it was in better shape than the previous room, but still not very clean looking. While they were moving me to a new room, the night manager had his manager on the phone and she wanted to talk to me, she apologized and said she would make sure to take care of me in the morning, well I meet with her and she didn't offer me anything or try to discount the room, so hence the bad review and I definitely will not stay with them again.

    I reserved a room at Intown Suites and was not expecting much because of the price of the room. I was at least expecting the basics, a clean room and a decent place to stay the night. When I arrived, there is an office that you visit to get your room key and it was closed I guess after a certain hour. You have to call a number and wait for someone to respond. At the time when I arrived there was no management there and only a guy, maybe security, that would give you a key for your room. When I got to the room, it was a non smoking room but smelled heavily of smoke and even had an ash tray sitting on the table. The shower was filthy. There was some sort of gunk with hair stuck to the tower bar inside the tub and the tub floor was definitely shower shoes necessary but probably even worth the wait until you got home. There were roaches crawling on the walls. That was it for me. Another room was not an option. I immediately called Expedia to have my room cancelled and asked for a refund. Expedia tried to contact Intown but there was no manager available like I previously stated. Expedia said that they would follow up with me the next day after they had got in touch with a manager. I went ahead and booked another hotel. The next day Expedia calls the hotel and due to their policy, they would not refund my money. Expedia wouldn't even go to bat for me even though I booked this horrible hotel through them. Terrible service and a terrible room. I will never visit this hotel again.

    The staff was very friendly when they were there, but on Sunday were gone completely. It was for the most part clean, though the bed was unmade when we arrived, the microwave had a broken handle and we had to unplug the refrigorator at night because of the noises coming from it.

    The room is absolute pure filth. No way will you be able to sleep because there are permanent residence there that stay up all night. This hotel needs a complete overhaul. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY..

    My unit was on the backside. I arrived way late, part of the parking lot was awfully dark and shadowy. The room was comfortable, but there was a film left by the cleaners over everything. The floor needed to be mopped better.

Moments later it followed with me tossing a dying water bug that was sitting out in the open on my way to sit my belongings down. Upon noticing it, I went to flush it down the toilet. While in the bathroom I noticed the bathroom not having a shower curtain. I had to walk to pickup one from the front desk shortly after arriving. During the short stay where I never laid in or even pulled back the blanket, I couldn’t get a good nights rest due to the blankets and pillows smelling of heavy soil of usage. Needless to say I would have rather slept in my car and showered at a gym than ever staying at this location.

    The folks were nice enough, but didn't get the TV fixed until the 3rd day (missing remote, the newly provided remotes wouldn't change channels, CNN all day, every day). The shower sprayer was broken. Holes in the shower stall wall. Holes in the sheetrock. Overall maintenance was not done professionally, or even close. Smelled bad.

    The staff was ok, but the elevator was broken and my room was on the 3rd floor. There were families living in one room and kids throwing footballs in the parking lot. After dragging suitcase up 3 flights of stairs, there was a large load of trash that needed to be dumped near the broken elevator.

    Check in was slow and the room was filthy/small debree and carpet burn spot, dead cockroaches under the bath room sink and one huge one crawling on the wall, the tub was rusted or blemished with human hair in it, the TV had only one Channel, and when I returned from being out of state my room was filled with weed smoke like someone used it while I was gone, my asthma and breathing is still messed up!

    Only reason we were forced to stay here was because of the hotel shortage escaping hurricane Irma. In hindsight I would've preferred to have stayed through the hurricane. Driving into the hotel, was ok, we thought it would just be a cheap but safe hotel for the night but we were dead wrong. Firstly, the hotel "front desk" opens at 11 and closes at 7?! But there's a night security guard who was able to help us. He was nice to us and quite honestly the only good thing about this place. After receiving our keys, we were eager to get to our room and sleep, but we drove our car to the front of our room and we're greeted with a half naked man outside his car throwing up. We get up to our room and discover we're right next door to a room with drug dealers and prostitution all night. The walls are paper thin so we were forced to listen to everything. We feared for our lives. My husband stayed up all night on guard. The room stank like cigarettes. The bed was like lying on a bed of springs... and only springs. They don't supply towels. If you can afford to stay somewhere else - DO IT! Otherwise, sleep in your car.

    I learnt me lesson, not to book any last minute hotel based on Orbitz review rating ( which is decent like 3.3) The check in experience was bad, as we were asked to wait almost till 6 PM to get our room. during check in I was told, my reservation was booked through Expedia ( I booked through Orbitz, but not sure how it actually works) and they no longer take reservations through expedia but still she wants to give us a room so we have to wait. I dont understand how overall it works, make me think twice before using Orbitz again.

    Won't be staying at this hotel again. you definitely get what you pay for. Needs major upgrades and is more of a long term hotel. They provide you with one roll of toilet paper and two sets of towels, after that you must supply them. Something they should warn customers about. Love the area and staff tho

    We saw 2 Roaches, one was on the ceiling and then flew. My Husband had to kill them, they were big and disgusting. As soon as we walked in the room it smelled like cigarettes and old fried fish. We had to go out and buy a bottle of disinfectant and we used the whole thing. The room should be $20 a night at the most. It's old and dirty, but the outside looks decent. The bathroom is small and dirty. We had to leave a night early because after those Roaches I was out!

    From the outside it looks OK but its very deceiving the place is a dump. Noisy drunks all night making noise. No soap no shampoo use your towel over and over.. The sink in the bathroom had burn marks all over it and its a non smoking room. No floor mat outside the tub.....gross..... The only plus was the night attendant was very nice and helpful.But there is no front desk person after hours and on Sunday.

    Decent location; close proximity to food spots; however does not make up for everything else. The rooms are in terrible condition and need to be renovated expeditiously. Furniture is worn; missing cabinet shelving and doors, beds are extremely squeaky and unforgiving. Very uncomfortable. Thin linings, cigarette burns in comforter and carpet. The rooms all smell like nicotine smoke, even the units clearly marked non-smoking. No amenities. I understand its a short/extended stay unit, but no iron and ironing board?

    My husband and I stayed here for a week and plan to go back again. It was quiet nobody bothered us. The rooms were clean no bugs no people hanging out being loud. Great place friendly staff and we will stay there again.

    Not bad for the area. I only stayed one night. I have stayed at other In Town Suites before and this one isn't as updated as some others but it's not horribly old either. It was pretty peaceful. The management was cordial and check in went fine. The water was off when I first got there but then got turned on about an hour later. The location is great...near 285 and if you want to go to the airport it's a straight shot.

    Arrive at 7:05? They just keep your money. Unfortunately, I booked on Expedia around 10 PM for the same night and missed the note that check in ends at 7 (I've never encountered this at a hotel). Expedia sent the booking confirmation and I drove out to the hotel. Of course, the office was closed, and no one answered the phone. Though the policy seems strict, one would think it could be waived for people who arrive within minutes of the booking being *confirmed*. The very act of booking after 7PM for the same day means you've thrown away your money with no recourse. Any "normal" business in this day and age would offer a refund for the mishap, especially considering they're providing you literally no service or product in return for your money. Though I'd normally not leave a negative review against the hotel in this case, they've haven't returned any calls, Expedia confirmed the booking, and of course they weren't willing to refund the money. The booking should never have been confirmed if it could not be honored! I would certainly never try to stay there again, nor would advise any one else.

    Room 238 heater broke, one burner was functional, water went from hot to cold, bathroom needs maintenance and esthetic repair. Suitable for single, homeless, no where else to go seekers...not worth the price to me. No staff after 7..good luck finding maintenance

    Not bad for the price. Office personnel is only available from 11am to 7pm Monday thru Saturday tho so that kind of sucked but otherwise was ok for the price. There are tenants who live there so there are kids running around late at night and jumping around that kept me up half the night 2 nights in a row but stayed there a week and didn't have much other trouble or nuisance.

There are tenants who live there so there are kids running around late at night and jumping around that kept me up half the night 2 nights in a row but stayed there a week and didn't have much other trouble or nuisance.

    Stayed at the Sun Suites and thought that it served it purpose being that I was passing through town and got a room at the last minute. I only needed a room for the night. It could use some remodeling.

    I regret booking this hotel through Expedia. My flight had a delay and I got into Atlanta by 9pm. Got to the hotel n couldn't check in. I was outside for over an hour and tried to call Expedia for cancellation. The customer service representative put me on call for over 1hr n hung up. Till date I haven't received any calls from her and I lost my money. I just need to delete my Expedia account cos this is the 3rd time they are being unprofessional about things. Regret using them

    As soon as I arrived I noticed young men hanging around the balcony. I felt a little uncomfortable because it was just my son & I traveling plus the rooms faced the outside. The night was a bust when we got to the door to the lobby and it was closed. At first I thought perhaps the attendant stepped away but when I looked at the sign on the side of the door, the hours of operation are 11-7. By this time it's a little before 10 pm because my flight came in at 8:30 pm. I'm like, WTH!!! Who runs a hotel with those hours? Hotels.com made it right by getting me a room some where else at no charge.

Half of them didn't appear very clean. I recommend bringing your own bed linen & wash cloths / towels just in case. Despite that. I would still recommend Sun Suites of Smyrna-Vinings. It's in a good area and appeared to be in an extremely low-crime ridden part of town; therefore I never felt my safety was in jeopardy or felt ill at ease about parking my car out overnight.

    The staff was helpful when I asked for an extra set of towels and drinking glasses. No drinking glasses were in the room when I checked in. The room was clean. I did find a crawling bug in the bath room.

    They claim they are an extended stay oriented hotel but they have no utensils in the kitchenette, not even glass to drink water. The front desk is open only from 11am to 7pm so if you need to check in after 7pm you are out of luck or if you have any problems there is no one to take your call. The carpet in the room was very dirty and worn out. The room smelled and the bed sheets were dirty. The hotel has no facilities. Housekeeping comes maybe once a week. No shampoo is provided.

    Not much to complain about. The accomodations were acceptable. Linens were clean. The decor could stand some updating, but overall a good value for the money. Location is exceptional - great location for eating, shopping and easy access to the interstate. The grounds were pretty quiet day and night. Staff was very helpful - only one hiccup - a few hours after checking in, another guest was assigned to my room ( a little unsettling). The front desk apollogized for the mix-up and took care of things immediately.

Was told the hotel does NOT carry fitted sheets & offered a bed cover that was supposed to be fitted, but they did not fit & was ripped & tore. Was very upset & disgusted by the hotel, especially for the price paid. I will NEVER stay there again! I still can't believe the hotel doesn't carry fitted mattress sheets... What kind of hotel does not carry fitted mattress sheets?? This one, obviously! Nasty & gross!!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel for ANY reason! I think it's cleaner & more comfortable to sleep in the car instead of this place!!

    The first room they gave me was super nasty with no linen at all. I talked to management and got a better room. The better room, my Internet couldn't connect on my laptop and the room looked as if it had been flooded before. Water marks and swollen wooden panels everywhere.

    The outside of the hotel is nice but the inside definitely needs some upgrades! Need more channels in cable lineup.The staff is very friendly! The location is great, making it easy to get right on the freeway and very close to downtown Atlanta. The price point was good so I guess I shouldn't complain. Overall it was a good experience.
