The location The holding deposit that doesn't deposit back to my account right after my stay.. The shower was weak and the toilet barely wanted to flush. The thermostat battery was low and kept me up at night..

The Breakfast was really good and Tonya she was very nice.

The lock on the room door seemed to be loosened for some reason and the bathroom door would not lock securely also the shower curtain was hanging and not properly usable I stayed in room 208 please avoid if possible.

Shower leaked entire weekend, bathroom sink handle was broken, TV did not work, staff rarely at front desk.

It was nasty and the walls had holes and brackets hanging on them. The beds wasn't comfortable at all. The lamps and everything was so old it was the original ones. Just needs alot of upgrades to me. Also had kids running across their room above us all 3 nights we stayed

Enjoyed my stay. My room didn’t look like it was cleaned good, but it was ok.

By far the worst hotel I've ever visited. Dirty grungy tube, dirty air vents, clear tape holding the remote together. Run down curtains....the health department needs to investigate the property. I canceled my reservation after going in the room they gave me. Doors falling for lack of nuts and volts. Ill never go through hotels.com ( third party ) again. I'm very disappointed. The owner should be ashamed to have an establishment in this condition. It unfortunate that I had to experience this but its a lesson well learned. You get what you pay for!

Pool was freezing, wifi connection was horrible, breakfast was turkey sausage and eggs EVERY DAY, the rooms only come with 2 large towels regardless of how many people are booked in the room. I did like that the mini fridge had a freezer, and the staff was nice.

The hotel was okay the staff was great they were very friendly the pool was cold the indoor pool was supposed to have heat when I asked about the heat she said that the people won't be back until Monday to turn the heat up there were no towels it was okay I'll give it a 7 out of 10

I was suppose to stay at the other Comfort Inn in Smyrma for a family funeral gathering. We were have 4 rooms for 2 nights. Some how when I made the res I accidently booked this hotel. When (as a group) we arrived I was made aware of the mistake. Called the hotel and tried to explain but they would not forgo the one night charge. This was about 1p in the afternoon. It was a very hectic time for my family and a very honest mistake but cost me a night room rate. The name on the reservation is Michael Glowan

The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but the staff that served the breakfast was top notch especially I believe her name was Sophia or a woman who name started with an s she was AWESOME! Nothin that I didn’t like. Everything was as expected.

Breakfast could have been better. They didnt have anything out other than cereals. Staff did offer to make up some breakfast for us but wasn’t worth waiting for with 3 kids.

Sonya the breakfast server was phenomenal. Very family oriented atmosphere and the staff is very accommodating. Upon arrival the first room we received the shower rod was hanging down and the door to the room 208 didn’t close properly, gave my family the feel of not being safe. The staff was happy to move us to a new room. The rooms are outdated, the paint on the ceiling was peeling, no trash bags in room a the tv did not work. Overall a wonderful experience because staff were very welcoming and nice but the actual place needs renovations

This property is use for an apartment building. People live here. Th building smells like smoke. Then they tried to charge me for a smoked in room.

Got a handicap room and didn't ask for one. No shower curtain. Went back to try change rooms but there was a line and I didn't want to deal with rude staff again after having to wait for my turn to get service.

Night staff was very nice and helpful. Beds are soft but comfortable. Breakfast could use an update and refilling during breakfast hours.

Love hotel perfect location bed comfy. Love breakfast red velvet waffles delicious and Mrs.Sonya was sooo welcoming will definitely be back next visit to Atlanta highly recommend. Wish water was hotter in shower, jacuzzi in pool area and refrigerator was outdated but was cold just like I like so not really an issue.

This hotel doesn’t meet Comfort Inn brand standards. Dirty sheets has we arrived. Mattress that sinks badly on one side. Iron dirty that would stain your clothes. Pour breakfast. We only enjoy the staff that was doing their best to answer our requests. We don’t recommend this hotel.

When I went and asked the front desk for the internet , they asked to call a free toll free number for internet and TV. The toll-free guys told that the property didn’t signup for device internet. Only good thing about this place is Soniya from breakfast team! She made our day in the morning after all of these bad experiences!

Was so badly stained we didn’t use it, the TV would had to be rescanned every time the TV was turned on, the shower and sink water was only luke warm. Just a sad facility in need of serious upgrading and sanitation.

My experience one night at Comfort Inn wasn't pleasant as the heater wasn't working even though cold hours, television channels were not accessible as there weren't programs to watch, could not connect Internet through WiFi even after following the instructions to get it connected. I was bored!

Room had a mustee smell and curtains(drapes) was stained. They never change the bed linens or take up the dirty towels for my entire stay. Staff was ok but there uniforms with old and tacky.

The location was great. Lots of stores around very convenient. Th staff was horrible!! From the night staff to the morning staff! The breakfast attendant was so rude to me and my kids. I had to let her know that I will not tolerate her nasty attitude for no reason at all!! Just an evil mean spirited old lady, my kids felt it as well! We grabbed our food and went back to the room.

The rod holding the shower curtain was loose on both ends causing the curtain to slide to the middle from both ends leaving openings at the front and back of the shower area. Location only!! Hotel rundown. Items not working- hair dryer, toilet seat loose, tv too complicated, door handles loose and a problem, on entering room a moldy smell was noticed, scratches and paint missing from walls, shower faucet loose!! Breakfast was meager and scandalous!!

Smell of marijuana throughout the hallway and we had to change rooms, along with several others staying, because the TV's weren't working. Having to change rooms after a long drive and getting settled was annoying but the staff did try to fix the TV before that happened.

Nothing needs to be thoroughly upgraded Bed had a huge dent in it, bedsheets were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tub dirty. Room just dirty. Lamps dirty. Hallways dirts. Vomit left in the elevator floor for hours. Smells terrible in the halls. Keycard was giving me a hard time.

I woke up in the morning getting ready to start my devotion, I looked as my eyes caught something moving it was a small roach was so in shock I grabbed the postcard and crushed it then another one and another one cane I took my phone and started to video then i saw one on the bed while videoing I saw mold on the table it was awful.

The room itself could have been cleaner. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a while. I was there for several days and there was only a small travel bar of soap to support the bathroom sink and shower. I purchased a commercial bar of soap to use during my stay.

This was the nastiest room I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in some questionable places. The location was great, so I thought the hotel would be decent. Their were spots of questionable origin all over the headboard, floor, and walls. Even the wall sockets were dirty. The shower fixtures were rusty, and the bottom of the shower was dingy. Thankfully it was only a one night stay, and I chose to wait until I got home the next day to shower--it was disgusting! And smoke free... yea, right! I have never bothered to give a review for any hotel, but I felt like these things needed to be said so other unsuspecting people were not caught off guard.

Near enough to downtown and Truist for relatively affordable rideshares or driving if you're brave. Rooms likely all have the same odor, given the cleaning staff all having a cigarette addiction. Overall acceptable and no surprises for the price.

I wanted to swim in the pool, but it looked not very clean so I didn’t use that either.

I didn't like the vibe, it felt dirty, there was trash in the elevator. The lady in the front desk felt like she was there for a check. The rooms had like a cigarette smell. Would not return.

Breakfast was our favorite part. The attendant was very kind and helpful. The room was dirty in my opinion and its because the floors in the bathroom were dirty, there were old cob webs on the walls, and the bathrub was also not pleasant. The people were nice, but the hotel itself could use some attention.

Breakfast was our favorite part. The attendant was very kind and helpful. The room was dirty in my opinion and its because the floors in the bathroom were dirty, there were old cob webs on the walls, and the bathrub was also not pleasant. The people were nice, but the hotel itself could use some attention.

I enjoyed my 5 day 4 night stay here at the comfort inn it was quiet it did have an unpleasant smell in the hallway but once I entered my room it was clean and I didn’t smell anything. The breakfast was not the best and the second day it did make me nauseous. But beside that. Great stay at the Comfort inn I would go back

The lady who helped us check in was great... however, the hotel was run down and did not reflect pictures online. There was a STRONG accent of Marijuana in the hallways. It was sketchy enough that we left despite the room not being refundable and went somewhere else. Would not recommend at all

Hotel was older and not super clean. There were a lot of randoms hanging around and the smell of smoke was prevalent.

Well I liked the availability of getting the room. What I didn't like was the toilet had hair at the bottom of it and the shower head as well! The shower curtain looked like what could have been dried blood or mold /mildew on it to the point I couldn't take a shower! The tub hot water constantly ran ALL NIGHT to where I had to close the bathroom door and turn the TV up loud to not hear the water! The smoke detector/carbon dioxide was hanging off the wall! The light fixture was slanted light it was about to fall from the ceiling! Room 230 was a total inconvenience and disappointment! I also have pics for proof!

The property was shabby and needs to be updated. The pool looked dirty and was informed though indoor it was not heated. There was dust on the tops of the tables in my room. The staff was friendly, however, and the bed was comfortable.

The first room we had there was no hair dryer and the toliet was not stable. I used the toliet and when I went to flush it, it did not flush. I found the water shutoff and the valve handle was missing and looked like pliers were used to turn it on and off so it had been like that for a while. I let the front desk know and the lady changed our rooms. Because there were no other business suites I had to take a regular room. I did not get offered and compensation for taking a cheaper room. The second night when returning to the room there was a guy in the hallway setting on the heater vent by our friends door. We let the front desk know and they did not do anything about it and was scared to confront the guy. I had to walk them to their room so they felt safe.

The price for the room was a deal and i see why. The carpet and couch was well worn and outdated, the shower needs a redo. The suite i got i was really excited for then i was just ehhhhhh at the end of my stay. Didnt really interact with staff. Excercise room and pool was great. I had room to park my truck. Id stay again but hope its more up to date.

Convenient location and friendly helpful staff. Room was in disrepair, no hooks or rails to hang towels, toiletries not filled, toilet loose, shower moldy in spots. Elevator was dirty

Stayed here while in the area for a baby shower. This place needs a little TLC but overall for the price it was great. The staff was wonderful and always very helpful. Room was clean and had a nice small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast wasn't that great but overall we had a great stay.

The first room I was given had a major leak of the faucet in the bathroom and the phone was broken. The second room also had a leaky faucet, dirty walls, and had no trash can or clean wash clothes. Only good thing was that the front desk attendant was pleasant despite my issues.

It was dirty. The room 205 smelled like weed. The ceiling was molded, carpet dirty. Lampshade had stains. The iron stained my husband shirt. Switched to room 324 the shower didn’t work. the toilet didn’t flush and the phone in the room didn’t work and no iron in the room. It deserve zero stars

The room was dirty, smelled disgusting, hair all over the bed, broken/leaking tub, smell of smoke and drugs throughout the hallways, tv was broken, room phone was broken, bugs flying on the ceiling. The worst part was that i was not compensated for a terrible experience. They charged my for a 2 night booking even though I left after the 1st night. I'm still waiting for my $100 deposit refund from 72 hours ago.

Less than I expected for the area. It felt like it was used as a bordello. Trash everywhere outside and transients freely roaming the property. It also shares access to other businesses and presents a traffic nightmare at certain times.

The nicest person was the breakfast attendant. The hotel only cared about money and made sure you felt that way. The pool door was broken. The gym door was broken. The walk in foyer smelled like weed. The elevator smelled like pee at one point.

1 guest throwing full kitchen garbage bags in the hallway every day and the staff knew about it and left it there. The elevator smelled of urine. The restroom in the lobby was out of order. No way to tune directly to a tv channel. You have to go through all 100 of them to get to a channel.

This place is gross. It stinks like mildew. The capets are stained. The bathroom hasnt been cleaned in forever. Tub has scum all over. I didnt even shower. Toilet had poop stains. Only reason i stayed was because it was 1130 at night and there was nothing close. I slept with my clothes on and slept on top of the covers

The pillows were too small, they were small squares vs. regular rectangles, so i got minimal sleep. the internet is slower than im used to at a hotel, the ironing board and iron almost ruined my shirt. It has NO padding on it so it was like i was ironing on a piece of metal, and thats only after i had to "rig" it to stay upright. Won't be staying here again, i dont know what i was thinking.

The lay out of room was wonderful. The restroom was awful. Leaky bathroom faucet in tub. Very noisy all night. Bathroom was plain n asty. Limited towels.

In giving the front desk the benefit of the doubt we asked her to show us three random rooms for inspection. On our way up the elevator to tour the random rooms with the staff with us. We looked over at the staff member as we were talking and there was a bug crawling on her skin. Immediately we stopped and asked for this “tour” for to be finished. We are still waiting for our money to be refunded to us. A manager has never called back. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk was horrible. Lyndsey was terrible. I do not recommend for anyone. The area was unsafe it felt like if we were in a homeless hotel. Needless to say we were able to find another hotel that was able to accommodate 15 rooms absolutely amazing.

It was okay for what it was they need some maintenance on the room and furniture. The walls were dirty and when you pull out the bed out the pull out couch the inside was dirty.

Very poor to no WiFi connection. Refrigerator was old and not cool properly. No one cleaned our room for our entire visit. Noisy car wash next door.

Please shampoo carpets in rooms, paint and hire professionals.

Convenient location

Location was good but the stay attitude was bad. Front desk clerk did not answer the phone calls even though she was at front desk. Breakfast dishes were empty coffee dispenser was empty the attendant was on phone all the time and acted as if she was doing a favor to guests. Rooms were not cleaned for four days even after asking. Choice hotel brand standards were not met only one waste basket in a two bedroom suite. Terrible, I will not stay here again.

The bed was firm but, comfortable. Had to ask for the cleaning attendant to help me figure out how to operate their TV. Black mold on the ceiling above the shower. Small trash on elevator floor. Decent breakfast in the morning just no coffee, had to get coffee from the lobby area and had a strange flavor to it.

The property needs some updates. The overall stay was fine, it was just a little rundown. A lot of items in the room were rough looking. We also noticed that the hallway was very dimly lit when we walked to our room, as well as we felt the door didn’t shut properly, it didn’t make us feel very safe.

Check in went smoothly and the staff was friendly. Nice and clean. Only problem was that we had a broken shower rod and after a few hours our hotel key wouldn’t let us in so we had to get it reactivated. Other than that the stay was pretty good!

Hallway door barely locked, room smelled terrible, room carpet was filthy, bathroom sink was literally falling off the wall, mirror in ADA room was over 4’ above the floor, the pool was super small and the water was green. Literally the worse hotel we have ever stayed at.

When I checked in the room had a bad Odor that we had to be move to another room. The property definitely needs to be updated inside.

We were trying to save money and pictures did not appear so bad. The bed and bathroom were clean/comfortable. Front desk was friendly. The hotel is definitely in need of some minor maintenance between carpeting, furniture, and draperies. For a quick weekend get away it does the job!

Girl working the counter was asleep in the office when I tried to check in and I had to wait for about 15 minutes. Then she made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her. 1 star

Someone from housekeeping harassed me to check out before my checkout time because she stated that "We Want To Get Home To Our Family For Mother's Day" I was like wow while at the same time it was my birthday. But besides all that it was cool
