Best Western Atlanta Cumberland/Galleria Hotel

Room was very clean. Smelled very nice when we walked in.

Staff were great. Regular breakfast with waffle maker, omelette and sausage and hasbrowns. Nice and clean lobby. Room was clean and quiet.

Check in went smooth; got to room and 2 nice comfortable beds- loved the shades and blinds. In lobby they offered water with lime, refreshing: had an excellent breakfast- coffee wasn’t good, to strong, brought my own pot, coffee and we were set. Location excellent for us. We stayed with them May 31 and again on June 7, and we requested same room and they gave it to us: we’ll be back next time we are traveling through Smyrna.

The hotel is comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and there was plenty parking space. At a high level, cleanliness is good but it could be improved. For a one night stay, it's a great selection.

2. TV wasn't connected to internet/WiFi 3. No hallway garbage cans on or near elevators. Food Garbage left outside many room doors in hallways. 4. Called "0" (Front Desk) several times but NO Answer. 5. Main Lobby coffee machine ONLY offered Decaf coffee. 6. Cafe/Lobby Hostess was very helpful, gracious and kind when greeting, serving and guidance of EVERYTHING in the food area.

The room was good, breakfast good, staff great. Two things that needed to be addressed, the shower was only powerful when it was cold, when we turned it to hot, the water barely trickled out. And lastly, the weed smoke on our floor was strong, I didn't know it was allowed inside the premises. This was our second time staying at this Best Western and we would like to continue booking at this location if those two issues are addressed

Property was clean and felt safe. You can tell it is an older property with minimal renovations but its definitely a good stay for the price.

One light in my room wasn’t working. It’s not a big deal, but I like staying in places where everything works. I called the front desk several times to ask about the AC unit and the Wi-Fi and no one ever answered. I finally had to call on my cell phone to get someone to answer. The Wi-Fi was horrible and it was very frustrating. I was trying to make travel plans and it was taking all night and I couldn’t even do it. I would probably not stay here again for that reason. This place was advertised with a pool, but there was no pool available. Maybe it wasn’t open for the season yet. This hotel is definitely an old place, but it is evident that they’re doing lots of renovations to make it better. The breakfast offered a lot of variety. The egg fritters were amazing. They also had French toast sticks, sausage, yogurt, cereal, and more. There was loud music playing in the lobby at breakfast, which was not my preference early in the morning. I saw a cockroach on the floor on my way out. So my final verdict is that if you don’t need to rely on hotel Wi-Fi, the place is decent and comfortable for the price with a good breakfast.

This place is terrible Cleanliness 0 Customer service 0 I liked nothing about the property,. It’s not as pictured the pool not functioning mind you it was 82° while I stayed here ,the pool was dirty filled with mud and leaves. My first room was disgusting those fingerprints on the mirrors. There was pubic hair on the toilet and there was hair in the shower. In my second room, things appear to be nice but day two there was a roach in the bathroom floor. There were times where I’d be on the phone calling for towels and no one would answered any calls . We call for towels and we couldn’t get any all day . The only time I was able to get a towel was when I came downstairs at 11pm and someone who worked there that was off the clock. Her name was Tamika. She helped me get towels. this place is indefinite need of new management.

Front desk woman lied and said our room had to be cleaned and told us to return in an hour. When we returned, she told us the room hadn’t been cleaned and there was nothing available. It was 11pm and we had nowhere to go. Everywhere was booked. We were in town from Louisiana. Don’t book this wretched hotel. It looks nothing like the photos online. The employees have bad attitudes, also. Some people shouldn’t be in positions of customer service.

I like that they were remodeling and trying to improve it. They were very friendly. All the hallways reeked of marijuana and 20 minutes after I got into my room 2 of the employees tried to come in on us. They claimed they didnt know it was already rented out but idk how they wouldnt know that. After that we were on edge the whole stay. Also the mattresses were awful. They sunk to the bed as soon as I sat down.

The front desk got us checked in quickly. The building and rooms are old. The carpets need to be changed and there is general wear and tear all over. Ex: stains on the chair in our room. The springs in our bed poked up and made noises when we rolled over. The breakfast was okay. The coffee is very weak.

We were able to get a shower curtain and iron from the front desk, however, my husband had to out and purchase extra towels and washcloths. The beds were clean and comfy. Overall the room was clean but the bathroom could've used some work ( I bring my own cleaning kit for this reason). The staff was super friendly but for a recently remodeled property it still needs some work. The lobby was clean but the elevator and halls need cleaning. Parking was fine. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. Overall it was tolerable and we made it work for 1 night. But we will not return.

The only thing that I like was the area and location I was there Valentines weekend the stay was horrible! But this is where I stay when I'm in Atlanta because of the location. They checked me into a dirty room after my notes stated that they will makes sure the stay wouldn't be nothing like the last stay. I went to the front desk to have the assign me to another room because of the condition, he checked me into another room which was cool. I'm not sure what was the nose that sounded like a motorcycle all night couldn't sleep for nothing Friday night. So I was like I don't want to go back to the desk with another problem so I was like I'll just wait to Saturday night and hopefully it get better. So as me and my son Left out Saturday afternoon I ask the housekeeper for towels she was like I had to go to front desk and let them know and they will put in a request, so I did that. Me and my son went out for the day we came back to the room bout 8 NO TOWELS. SO I was like cool shaking my head. I showered and laid down the noise was still loud. I went to the front desk an ask the clerk to come heard the nose cause it's no easy I can sleep peacefully, and get up and have to drive 9 hours home in the morning. So she came to the room and heard the noise. She then checked me in to 411 which the room was half way clean with cleaning rags on top of the table, no soap and only 1 bath and one face towel at that point I just wanted some rest cause I couldn't get any the night before. I've stay at this location for the past 5 years my 2 VISITS THESE 2 LAST TIMES WAS HORRIBLE I HAVE PICTURES OF THE ROOM AND THE CONDITION TO BACK UP WHAT I just explained wouldn't let me upload all the pictures that I took

I booked through Expedia and was charged an additional $50 for a “deposit” that I was told I would get back upon check out. I never got the $50 back! Be careful of additional charges at check in!!

Housekeeping didn’t come. When I asked for towels, I didn't get them. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Room dirty and smelly- cockroach! Pool wasn’t opened or ready for use. Shower and sink both clogged/ didn’t drain well. Wifi didn’t work well at all. Usually Best Westerns are great but this one was disappointing.

Nice food When arriving at the Best western Hotel i was greeted by  a manager and an employee.  The employee pulled up my reservation and proceeded to ask me to pay for the stay which was a thur-Sunday stay .. i informed him That the stay was paid for by booking.com he proceeded to say mam it’s not please pay for your stay . He kept yelling at me to pay more money! As I’m on the phone with booking .com they called the hotel,  and the hotel  didn’t answer. I had to put my phone on speaker so the hotel was able to hear booking.com .. before booking can even explain to them the to a virtual card magically appeared. To where it showed that the room was paid for ! During my stay my room wasn’t cleaned not once . I informed the front desk .i was told that house keeping will get to it.. I left the hotel for 3 hours came back to a dirty room i Asked what happened she forgot i left the hotel again to come back to the room still not clean.so now i asked for the manager the employee told me she was gone i asked can you call her .. he proceeded to say she don’t take calls after 5pm ! So i had to sit outside my room for a hour until the new shift came into work ! Even when i checked-out still wasn’t able to talk to a Manager. Horrible hospitality! Horrible stay !

Easy to locate Paid online and was told that my room hadn’t been paid for and to call Booking.com, which i did. After an hour and a half of being on the phone with customer service, nobody could get ahold of hotel staff to resolve the issue. I explained to the staff working that evening that customer service was trying to call and it came off like they didn’t care at all to help me resolve the issue. After going back and forth a couple of times, I was finally allowed to check in. That, however, did not resolve the issue entirely. When we got into the room, the smoke detector was out of batteries, so it beeped constantly throughout our stay and at no point could we get anyone to come change the batteries. My husband went to the desk to ask for batteries for us to just change it ourselves and they gave him the wrong batteries, which wasn’t helpful. Finally, at checkout we were told that room was never paid for even AFTER being allowed to check in, and AFTER spending over an hour on the phone myself trying to resolve the issue. Very poor experience overall

I’ve never written a bad review, but this hotel was very very disappointing. After a long day of travel (due to a connecting flight issues) we got to the hotel around 10pm, only to be told they were unable to check us in due to them not knowing if they would have a room for us or not as they had overbooked the hotel. When I asked how this is possible as we had a reservation that had been paid for months earlier, we were told “yeah well so do all these people waiting in the lobby” “we can wait if we want to” as they as “housekeeping” was still cleaning “possible rooms” at 11pm. We waited for an hour, when I finally reached out to Expedia, who contacted the hotel, only to be told they had no available rooms for us. Mind you, we’re sitting in the lobby, directly in front of the check in desk, and was never talked to or told anything, they sat there and watched us knowing we were there for a room, the front desk staff was never apologetic or made any attempt to fix their wrong doing, as clearly overbooking their rooms by 10+ people was not a big deal to them. We wasted an hour and a half waiting for nothing. By this time it was 11:30pm and all surrounding hotels had been booked. Luckily Expedia was able to find a hotel for us, although it was about 30 mins from where we were. The fact that the staff watched us, and never acknowledging the issue, nor attempt to correct the situation is enough for me to say I will never book there again.

Clean rooms their market store didn’t have any distilled water for my CPAP. However, the front desk did contact the local gas stations and or stores to see who did have it. The front side parking lot is small and confusing and doesn’t have a exit

The front desk told me on arrival my suite was still being prepared, after waiting over 3 hours, I was told there were no suites available after all. I was given a regular room, with a broken door, which I was glad to shut after seeing how terrible the hallways were being kept, but had to be let back in my room manually with a master key through my weekend. In my last morning, the door stopped working at all and I was stuck in my downgraded room, for hours. The entire operation is incompetent.

While I was dealing with this, another guest was checked into a room that was already occupied. Total chaos. I asked to see the only room they claimed was left, and it wasn’t even cleaned. What made it worse is that while they told me they were sold out, they were still selling rooms online. Completely unacceptable and misleading. I ended up spending another 1.5 hours on the phone with Expedia trying to find a different hotel in the middle of the night. Based on how the front desk handled everything, it’s clear this isn’t the first time this property has had issues. Unprofessional, disorganized, and zero customer service.

I told the person at the front desk that I was leaving and contacted Expedia to cancel the reservation. I did not stay at the hotel and I did not use the room, yet I was still charged for the reservation even after explaining all the issues I experienced. Very disappointing experience. The staff was unhelpful, the hotel conditions were poor, and Expedia’s customer service was also extremely disappointing.

If you have the opportunity to NOT go here, take it! It took us an hour to check in & the staff didn’t know which rooms were vacant or clean. The women in line in-front of me were sent to a room with someone sleeping inside. The rooms were not remotely. Also the beds were horrible, not just hotel bad; horrible.

***WARNING *** PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER STAYING HERE. THIS IS THE WORSE HOTEL I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED! The site says the hotel was renovated and the only thing that’s renovated is the lobby. When I checked in, they didn’t have the room I booked available so I took what they had. Get to the room and I was disgusted. The sheets were dirty, the chair and foot stool had stained spots all over it, the sheets weren’t even clean. I sprayed Lysol everywhere and still wasn’t comfortable. I basically slept sitting up. I would have much rather slept in the car that’s how horrible it was. I would NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

1. My room was not clean (as in hairs in the bed) And the new Breakfast attendant has an off putting attitude as if she’s doing guests a favor to do her job. It wasn’t this way before. I’m considering another property for future stays based on this experience.

My go-to property when I stay in Atlanta. It’s reasonably priced, clean, quiet and the staff is friendly. They have a solid selection of breakfast including non-port meat and waffles. The gym is clean and the treadmill helps you get your blood circulating to start the day.

My first room on the 2nd (basement) floor was unsatisfactory all around. The only thing that works properly on the 2nd level are door lockes and the ice machine. I requested a room change and the next day, my room on the Lobby level floor was great.

I had an issue with my TV and the internet I called the front desk over 5 times with no answer. Finally had to use my own internet to connect to tv to have it work. No one was helpful at all. Elevator also was out of order. Wouldn’t be staying again or recommending to anyone else.

The number of times I sat waiting for people to move so I could get into the parking was crazy. The staff switched his room, but in that room there was no hot water. He didn't want to cause a scene so he just endured it his entire stay. We were very sorry for him to undergo this, and we are surprised to have this experience with Best Western.

With all the hassle I would of preferred to sleep on the floor at my family members home that I was in town visiting than to have spent the amount of money I did staying here

No phone in the room either … the phone did not work at all and was unplugged . I plugged up the light and phone and both did not work . Also the water temperature was cold , no hot water

There is NO consistent WiFi. The television did not work the entire stay because it is TOTALLY dependent upon WiFi which was NOT functioning. Even the WiFi signal for phones and laptops was inconsistent.

I requested an outside room which put me in the old part of the hotel. Room needs an upgrade desperately. No soap or Kleenex. Tv didnt work till I called for help. Fridge leaked all over the floor. On the other hand bed was comfortable. Towels were a good size and fluffy. Desk clerk was most helpful and courteous

CR1107337-Rooms 413 & 415. I filed a complaint immediately. Never received a follow up. I wanted to check out soon as I saw the rooms. The room gives you old motel vibes. The King bed/mattress is absolute trash. You can feel the springs in the mattress. Its extremely hard, thin, and you can tell its old and worn. The rooms smells like mildew and cleaning solution. Had to buy air freshener and fabreeze. The bathroom door in 413 barely wants to close. You have to lift and add force.  The elevator is old and very small. The elevator inspection card is expired. Sketchy people hanging around at night. Staff rude when we asked for blankets. We have 2 rooms and 3 beds. Yes can we have 3 blankets. The guy says well why and how many people do you have. Why do you have 4 people in your room. Well sir I have 2 rooms. I still only received 2 blankets. The room and bathroom extra Dusty. No hot water in either bathroom sink the first 2 days. Bathroom sink in 413 is leaking all over the floor like enough that we used a bath towel to keep from falling. Front desk never answers the phone. I have photos and videos. This was by far the worst experience ever. We traveled from Chicago to celebrate the life of my sister who died young from Breast Cancer. This trip just added trauma to our already somber situation. I would NEVER book a Best Western again.

Prior to my scheduled arrival, I made several phone calls to the hotel in order to confirm my reservation and ask basic questions regarding check-in procedures, safety, and parking. Unfortunately, none of my calls were ever answered, and no one from the hotel ever returned my messages. This complete lack of communication immediately raised red flags for me and made me feel extremely uneasy about showing up to an unfamiliar location with no way to reach anyone on site. Out of genuine concern for my personal safety and peace of mind, I made the decision not to proceed with check-in. Afterward, I reached out to Hotels.com for assistance, and they also attempted to contact the property multiple times but received no response. It has now been several days with no communication from the hotel at all, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I paid for a service I was never able to receive, not due to any fault of my own, but because the property was unreachable and failed to provide the most basic level of customer support. For these reasons, I am formally requesting a full refund of the amount I paid. I believe this is completely fair, given that I made every effort to resolve the issue responsibly and safely, yet was left without accommodation or assistance.

The bathroom had hair all over it. There was a problem with the internet and WiFi the first night. When I spoke to the front desk about it, they seemed annoyed and dismissive. Then on the second night at 3:30 am, the staff knocked on my door to ask about the problem if it had been resolved. The property is non smoking, but the hallways smelled like weed the whole weekend.

Please DO NOT BOOK this hotel! The hotel only had ONE working elevator (which was in the back) and I felt very unsafe. The internet NEVER worked, there was NO HOT water and the beds were very uncomfortable. It had a no smoking sign but you could smell smoke from all types of substances in the hallway. I booked this hotel based on the images, costs and the reviews. However I should have paid more attention to the reviews of those who stated not to stay here. I will NOT be returning to this hotel.

On a positive note, the room was clean and well maintained. The marketplace offered limited food options, so it would be beneficial to have a wider selection available. I did not have the opportunity to try the complimentary breakfast and cannot comment on its quality.

Outside has been updated in the last few years. Inside needs to be taken care of, as well. (Only one elevator working. Hallway carpet should be replaced.) Need to let people know when they check in, that the lobby is on 3rd floor (for breakfast). Next time I will skip biscuits & gravy and try waffles. There was very little gravy left when I came down - more like goop. Flavor was good, but could not eat. Eggs were good - not too dry. Good location for me. May return in future.

Stay away from room 421 unless u want to stay in a room that smells like mold/water damage & fish. They then moved us to room 420. The room had no hot water. & had no water pressure. Think trying to brush ur teeth & all your spit just stays in the sink because u have the water on full blast & it wont go down the drain unless u wipe it up. They definitely need to fix a few things in this hotel. Ooo yeah the back door of the hotel on 1st floor is broken. Soo you have no security soo any1 can come in & out any time of night.

The staff were extremely attentive. The bed was very comfortable. The smart TV had all the apps so I could control my entertainment. The room was really spacious. I loved that I didn’t feel at all cramped. I was driving through the area so it was important that I felt safe and I did. I would absolutely stay there again on my way back west.

So the room was clean but the bathroom tub had lots of long black strands of hair in it. The hot water only lasted 20 mins the first night then after that it never got hot again. The complimentary breakfast was your average basic breakfast not bad though. My niece went to plug her phone to charge using the lamp usb, the lamp plug spark fire and shorted her phone out. When she called the front desk. All they told her was they would come look at the lamp. Which none ever did. In order for the tv to work we had to Airplay from our phone. So inconvenient. Overall the stay wasn’t terrible for the price and it was quiet.

The room was fine for a cheaper option for the area. There was a tissue behind the couch and I noticed what looked to be mold on the lamp shade. I only stayed one night, so I didn't make a big deal about it. The man at the front desk was nice though.

We arrived late around 3a after an 8 hours drive. The first room we were given the key card would not work. The man from the front desk had to come open the door for us. Upon checking the beds when we first got in the room we immediately seen bed bugs. We asked him to come all the way in the room and he seen it for himself. He then gave us a room down the hall. That room also had bed bugs. I had to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. We would never book there again.

The hotel is old and has a bad smell. The hallways smelled terrible as well as the rooms. Once you’re in there for a while, of course you get use to it but when you leave and return, it’s the same thing all over again. The shore does not get hot at all. No matter how long you run the water. Beds were comfortable but the room and hallways smell terrible.

Not a great experience. We got there and the front desk associate wasn’t there for 10 minutes, then he couldn’t find our reservation for another 10 minutes because it was booked via 3rd party - they have my last name they should’ve been able to find it under that. The room smelled musty, there were candy wrappers on the ground and nails on the floor. The pool was closed and filled with algae. Breakfast was pretty good.

The bed sheets had stains on them and the tub would fill up with water and not go down until HOURS later! Couldn’t move me to another room. VERY POOR AND HORRIBLE. No one would answer the phone or be considerate and no housekeeping. WORST hotel I e ever been to in my life! The cleanliness outside and around the building was great! Walking into the building it smelled amazing and the breakfast area was great! The room was nice had small imperfections but there was hair visibily left under bathroom sink and the WiFi in the room didn’t work so the TV wouldn’t play! The staff didn’t answer or was at the desk when we went for help.

We didn’t have any hot water the entire stay. It was warm at best. The toilet started to leak from the bottom/side and I called the front desk. There didn’t seem to be any urgency from the staff. I was headed out so I didn’t have time to stay and wait for room service to come. When I got back they had put a towel(that seemed to have mold or something on it) on the floor next to the toilet. No apology. No offer to change our room. Just nasty toilet water on the floor!!!! Stay elsewhere!

I initially appreciated the location of this property due to it's proximity to what I need to do in Atlanta, however, the hotel has gotten worse the more I visit it. I found a ball of hair in the ice bucket, the room smelled musty, bathroom was dirty, tried to use the common space microwave and it was literally filled with food and grime and the worst is I saw a roach in the bathroom and currently keeping my travel clothes outside in case they got in my luggage. Very dissapointing.

Check in went smoothly but their elevator was broken so we had to go all the way to the end of the building from the outside to get to the elevator. The parking lot constantly had people waiting in the cars and was overall a sketchy area. We called at 4PM to get more towels and toilet paper. The front desk didn't answer my first 3 calls, by the 4th when they finally did answer, he interrupted me to say that there was no housekeeping to bring them to me then hung up on me without warning, so we had to walk outside to go to the front desk and bring them back to our room. Every time we went to the front desk, the employees would be chatting or in the back, making us wait until they were ready to help us. The room itself smelled like mildew and the bath drain was filthy. They only had one roll of toilet paper there, and the TV was a smart TV but didn’t work with connection. The Wifi didn’t work either. Overall, terrible place for the price of $130 a night.

Water would not drain out of the shower so it was terrible because I was not even able to shower after a long day of sweating. I was not going to shower in standing dirty water because of bad plumbing. They made me pay full price and could not change my room and they did nothing for me at all. Breakfast was a crazy mess, they only had a single trash can for the entires dinning area and it was overflowing with trash and the floor was filthy from food and drink drips all over and they would not even mop it up. The room itself was not too bad, bed as clean at least.

The pool was unusable. Although filled with water, we were not allowed to use the pool during our stay. However, a large group of men were seated in the far left corner of the pool area. The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The one working elevator was gross and needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Only one working elevator at the furthest point of the hotel and only one working ice machine. Workers were rude. Bathroom was dirty. Hair was found on the towels. The parking lot had numerous potholes and not kept up. Breakfast although was complimentary was mediocre. No fresh berries to pair with the yogurt, eggs and sausage was cold, milk was soured. Very limited options. Housekeeping blocked majority of the hallways with carts and made it difficult to move luggage cart down walkway to the only working elevator. Security for the building was not working. Should have been a card key to enter the back side or exterior doors not connected to the check in desk, those locks were not working or even engaged. Heavy odor of marijuana in hallways and someone was at the pool area smoking marijuana as well when we attempted to access the pool area. Gates were not locked and no sign stating closed was anywhere to be seen. We were in the pool area and front desk person ran out and yelled at my son to get out of the pool because it was closed. Pool hours are listed as 9am to 10pm, this interaction occurred at 8pm. Very awful experience over all!

The staff was fine. The outside door was broken and open. The room was dirty. The tv barely worked the phone was broken. The breakfast was disgusting. The coffee was not coffee and didn’t work. There were holes in the walls and leaks everywhere and it smelled like mold.

It was fine, elevator in the front didn’t work, had to use the one in the back of the building. Dirty carpet with a horrible smell on our floor 4th & the main entrance. The housekeeping sucked, they emptied garbage but didn’t make the beds with new linen. Our room smelled at first but eventually went away once we were in for a while. The whole place needs a deep cleaning for sure, guess that’s why the price is what it is during a major event in the city.

The room I was assigned had no working Wi-Fi. I was never able to connect, even after speaking with someone and explaining that I needed it for work. They told me I would be moved to another room, but that never happened. Very disappointing experience.

Was very hard to understand the person who was checking me in… elevator was down which was a bit inconvenient.. Had some plumbing issues with the shower backing up and toilet not fully flushing in restroom.. Welcome was great. Although I needed 3 nights I booked one night to see if I liked as a solo female traveler. Property is old, door to get to my floor on 5 was not secure. Vagrants hanging around. I was in room 535 which was 2 rooms away from the exit. Lots of foot traffic throughout the night. Bed was comfortable. It took 45 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi which kept going in and out. Can't comment on breakfast since I only had OJ. Good for one night but won't be staying again.

Cleanliness was also an issue. We were given stained towels twice, trash sat in hallways, and breakfast areas weren’t cleaned properly — food debris was swept into corners, and surfaces remained sticky. It seemed only two staff members were cleaning all three floors. Our room had hair in the sink, a loose faucet, poor water pressure, and flat, uncomfortable pillows. The halls also smelled like marijuana, which might not bother everyone, but it’s not ideal in a hotel setting. Staff was somewhat friendly, but it didn’t make up for the lack of safety and sanitation. I wouldn’t recommend this location. The property needs serious attention!

The receptionist was professional and check-in was seamless. There were a few issues with our rooms. The deadbolt failed to operate properly to secure the door in one of the rooms. There were large dark brown stains on the sheets and comforter in another room. When the receptionist was informed about the door lock, I was told there was no maintenance and there were no other rooms available. The door leading from the outside of the hotel to where the rooms were could not be secured, because the entire glass for the door was missing.

When we arrived we noticed there were potholes in the road & when we got our room some of the outlets didn’t work but they were quick to come & fix the issue. Unfortunately the pool was locked so we couldn’t go for a swim. The breakfast was pretty good and for the price of the hotel I was happy.

Check-in went smoothly and staff were very friendly the entire time we were there. Rooms have been recently renovated, but there were definitely portions that still could use work. However, for what you got, the price couldn't be beat. Beds weren't the most comfortable, but everything seemed clean. Biggest complaint would be the Wi-Fi not working or being strong enough to reach our room the entire time. And the TV was a smart TV, which meant we couldn't watch anything while we were there since the Internet was not good.

Pool was something my kids was hoping for but sadly they were still working on it, everyday We saw somebody doing something to it but it was not ready😓. The room had an odd smell. The toilet and blow dryer both had several hairs on them. The pool looks like a nice size. They offer complimentary breakfast, which is always nice. It’s a decent room to spend a quick night.
