Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests generally appreciate the cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the convenient location. However, there are consistent complaints about the exterior appearance, lack of breakfast options, and noise from neighboring rooms or outside.
- Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms
- Convenient location
- Exterior appearance needs improvement
- Lack of breakfast options and noise issues

The bed was 3' high not the normal 2'. Hurt my hip/back trying to get into it. Asked house keeping for a stool and she was very helpful to bring one. Air conditioning/heater worked well. Otherwise large room, kitchenette, full bathroom plus another sink/mirror outside bathroom. They were short housekeeping staff, not good.
- 5/5
Very nice stay. Would stay here again
- 5/5
Grocery store was a short walk away and we picked up some forgotten items from home. We’ll stay here again!!

Room was clean and property located not far from downtown, and close to grocery store and restaurants. Not fancy but would stay there again.
- 5/5
Great experience. Friendly front staff. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. Nice snacks for the road instead of breakfast. This was a nice treat
- 3/5
Very nice beds and blackout curtains! It is good for the overall price.
- 2/5
There was no early check-in allowed and we were not permitted to use the restroom until check-in at 4pm. It is not a 'short walk' to downtown Sisters. There were no 'amenities'. The staff was not helpful in any way.
- 1/5
Price and location can't be beat.
- 5/5
This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, and the staff were very friendly. 10 out of 10, will stay again.
- 2/5
The heat/ac unit is very loud when it kicks on, enough to wake you up all night. We had no shower curtain which we didn’t notice until morning. There were ample pillows but very soft and squishy. The Kleenex box had 3 tissues in it. The coffee area was bare minimum and tastes terrible.
- 4/5
The room was clean and we enjoyed the dog area outside our room.
- 5/5
Property was clean and there was a large area for our dogs to go right out the back door. Staff was very friendly. Clean and safe area.
- 5/5
Great large clean lodge style room with king bed, balcony and 2nd sink, best deal in town! Very satisfied.
- 5/5
Convinient place.quite new and clean. Nice mattress.
- 4/5
The place is a motor hotel in the old fashioned sense of the word from before 'motels'. It had many unexpected nice amenities: high quality drinks and snacks, complimentary toiletries, comfortable beds....
- 4.5/5
Location The rooms were quiet and clean No breakfast
- 5/5
Big rooms, beautiful furniture and comfy beds. Fantastic area for the doggos, location is great with easy parking.
- 4/5
Location Bathroom wasn’t clean, hair on the floor and in shower.
- 5/5
This was a clean and very quaint place. Well located. Good value
- 5/5
My pet was welcome.
- 4/5
Bring your own extra blanket! Sisters is cold at night and only one, light blanket is provided.
- 5/5
Highly recommended
- 4/5
Good location and clean if all you need is a bed for the night.
- 5/5
All waa great way beyond my expectations
- 3/5
hot water in showers was not hot
- 5/5
The rooms were nice and clean
- 5/5
Great location, comfortable rooms.
- 3/5
Parking is good. This is an old hotel that feels dated. Not sure why the reviews are so high. Employees were nice.
- 1.5/5
Way overpriced for what ir was. Bathroom door hinge was broken, front door took shouldering to open and close. A suite with only a knife.....
- 4/5
Very clean. Great price. Ground floor glass door needed sheer curtains to allow for privacy while letting in light.
- 4/5
Yes
- 4.5/5
Close to downtown Sisters and close to family. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Quiet rooms and nice little balcony at each room. Refrigerator was a little noisy. Pillows are a little thin for my liking.
- 4.5/5
Good Location No issues
- 5/5
People were great and check in after hours was easy. The place was very spacious and clean.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean. Staff friendly
- 4/5
For the age of this place, it could use some work, no mold, Hot water was hard to get, Front door bottom weatherstripping was failing to work we could see the light....Dog poop out on the grass of our lanai
- 4/5
Really enjoyed my stay. I found the accommodations exceptional. The staff seemed to be discussing employee issues in front of guests, which was very awkward.
- 2/5
it was not open until 800 am our training started at 0700 so that blows . only one place open at that time . we wount be back
- 4/5
There was no one at front desk anytime I went in. Ring for help over and over.
- 3.5/5
The lighting in the room was poor. Too dark. Couldn’t sit on the sofa and read a book because of poor lighting.
- 5/5
Very nice room with excellent beds. Very comfortable.

- 4.5/5
Dated but very clean and well located
- 5/5
Clean and quiet place
- 5/5
Love the quaint little back patio in the evening for the furbaby. Excellent location to the center of town. Beds are awesome, as are the pillows Alot of bang for the buck!
- 5/5
There is so much to like about this place: clean, spacious, comfortable beds, large mini frig, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, separate sinks (one in bathroom and one outside), patio, sofa, coffee table, desk/chair, TV, late check-in, no breakfast but wide selection of snacks available from 7-11 am, reasonably priced and more. We were especially glad to see a Gideon Bible in the drawer of the nightstand. Nothing really, except it would be nice to have a welcome mat outside the front door to help keep dirt from being tracked in.

- 5/5
Clean. Quiet. Easy parking. By highway and grocery. Good value at time of stay.
- 5/5
The location was perfect and staff was lovely. The property could use a facelift, but everything we needed was right there and the decor was nice.
- 5/5
The rooms are very clean, I really enjoyed the small patio outside. Staff members, Amanda and Marissa were absolutely fantastic! They were so helpful with check-in. They had a nice little breakfast bar with granola bars, oatmeal, and delicious style cinnamon rolls. I was very happy with my stay!
- 4/5
Despite being slightly dated, the room and bathroom were clean and quiet. Easy walking distance to downtown Sisters. Perfect for a one night stay to explore the area.
- 5/5
Honestly, we do not think you could have done any better. We hope to return soon.
- 1/5
I'll pay the extra and go to Best Western.
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 5/5
Perfect for the price we paid. Walked to grocery store and walked to restaurant for dinner. Being able to park right by your door to get stuff inside is the best. Downstairs rooms have outside table and chairs great for the evening.
- 5/5
Very clean, quiet and comfortable!!
- 5/5
yes everything was great. thank you
- 5/5
I was very impressed with how nice our room was. We stayed a Sunday nigh in March 2026 and got a great price ~$90 with all taxes included. The room was super clean, bedding was clean and comfortable. I liked that we had 2 queens beds plus a love seat and coffee table. Also had a sliding glass door to our own patio. Close to restaurants, grocery store and gas station. Off the road enough to provide a quiet experience. I would definitely stay here again. The "snacks" offering in the morning was pretty meager but for price that wasn't a big deal.
- 5/5
The Sisters Inn and Suites was clean and quiet, and had a very friendly staff! The pet rooms were set up very well, with a fenced in grassy area right outside the back door. This is a place I will stay again!
- 5/5
Good value for clean, comfortable room
- 5/5
Very nicely remodeled rooms, quiet and comfortable. Welcoming staff. Would stay again

- 5/5
Was nice
- 3/5
Spacious room, friendly staff. Good for a budget stay.
- 5/5
Our room was very clean. We got there in the dark and it was cold out. There were lights on in the room and the heat was on. It felt very welcoming for traveling with my kids! For being in the middle of town, it was quiet, also!
- 5/5
The room was very large with log cabin features that were sisters appropriate for her sisters nice touches of having a coffee maker with coffee Keurig and a refrigerator. I didn’t use but happy to have. I only stayed one night but you know for the price I think it was great maybe just the carpet was a little worn and there were dings in the wall but if that’s not a big deal to you then know it was a great day and I was happy to be there.
- 3/5
As a manager of a resort i do understand the trails of property management. And as its never good to get a nasty review i would like to say there are a few things that needed to be addressed like The lawns needed up keep. We did have a pet room and the smell of urine was bad. Nothing a cleaning with clorox urine remover wont take of. The gentlemen on night staff was terrific could not of asked for a more curtious respectful young man. I wish i would gotten his name. However the young man the next morning was nothing more than a body occupying the front desk. I saided a couple questions and it was like pulling teeth. In public service occupation customer service says it all. With that all being said its not a bad place or area and would come back again.
- 4/5
The room was clean and had everything that I needed.
- 4/5
Had a great room with two queen beds and it has a patio off the back side for our dogs. Had a great stay at this one. Thank you!
- 5/5
Shockingly nice and clean. Former Sisters resident who never thought much of this place. Understated but inside: well-apportioned room with new/modern bed, bedding, furniture. Loved the low-intensity (incandescent) lighting. Very quiet. Will no doubt stay again.
- 4/5
This was a very nice little hotel. Nothing special to stand out but that keeps the party people away. This place was clean and had amenities for the pup (poop bags with a trash!!! And a very nice area to walk and play). Close to town and grocery without being on top of the action…which results in a peaceful nights sleep! Will book again!
- 4/5
Room was very clean and staff was very helpful. Nice, safe fenced area for the dog. We booked second night as much to do and see in the area.
- 5/5
Clean room, good location, friendly staff and love staying there!
- 5/5
the room was spotless the bed and bath were excellent. enjoyed the western accents
- 5/5
nice
- 5/5
The staff are great!
- 2/5
The place is a disaster. I didn’t wanna walk on the carpet without shoes and there’s a bunch of construction going on that was not disclosed prior to booking. It’s a $30 night hotel in my opinion.
- 2/5
Everything was pretty solid. Except the sheets of one of the best smelt like animal urine extremely strong
- 5/5
Great stay, Great Price
- 5/5
The doggy yard just off my patio of my pet friendly room was awesome. Best refrigerator ever in a hotel room. A gallon of milk fit
- 5/5
Super clean room, perfectly pet friendly, easy check in , comfortable beds
- 1/5
I was booked to stay at Sisters Inn, and when I arrived at 11:30 pm, there was no one in the office or around to let me into my room. There was a night phone that said, "Call for after-hours check-in," which I used to call, but the phone was ringing in the office and not connecting to anyone else. I waited for almost an hour and called multiple times with no answer. If you plan on arriving late at night, DO NOT STAY HERE. Thankfully, Expedia helped me get refunded and find another place to stay. I'm sure I would've had a good experience, but I was unable to stay there and had to find another hotel down the road.
- 5/5
Clean with friendly staff.
- 3/5
Clean and safe, easy check in, beautiful area, easy to accommodate dogs had a nice bk porch where I could let my dog go potty with an outdoor trash can and dog poop bags right outside my room so really appreciated that. The main reason I gave 3 stars was because I had no hot water no hot shower, not even luke warm, but no time to ask anyone about it cause I had to head out early to go to a Race, but not having a hot morning shower was very disappointing. My husband that night got a hot shower but in the am he was like your right it’s not at all warm and idk what happened.
- 5/5
Other than this, I enjoyed the accommodations.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Mice room grewt set up.
- 3/5
Pet friendly, clean room, but.....TV remote didn't turn on/off the TV or control the volume. You have to do that manually. While it's not that big of a deal, it was difficult to get assistance at 10pm due to the night clerk being busy putting her kids to bed. I would stay here again knowing what to expect, but only for a weekend stay. Not a long term solution.
- 4/5
The room was clean ,parking was good a grocery store is within walking distance. The only down was that on our 2nd night there were very loud travelers put upstairs above us. The motel was not busy and could of been put elsewhere.
- 5/5
The outside of the hotel buildings and the parking area were not inviting. Needs paint, landscaping, cleaning up. But the room was top rate. It was clean, well-furnished, and attractive. The bed was comfortable. I would stay there again if I were to visit Sisters.
- 5/5
The shower / tub hot water was a little cold, but no problem.
- 5/5
Helpful staff. Rooms are large and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Close location to downtown Sisters, walking distance to grocery store.
- 4/5
Quite a bit dated but clean.
- 5/5
Definitely a decent place to stay; convenient to access and I was able to park my motorcycle right outside my room, which was super helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.
- 4/5
It had a nice patio out to a grassy area that was well kept. If you are on the first floor you can hear the people moving around above you. The of the property was very nice.
- 5/5
Will stay again!
- 5/5
Looked dated from outside but was updated inside. The room was quite spacious. Very happy with stay.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay. Love the atmosphere of the town.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Building is dated, bed was just ok. Fire alarm went off while taking a shower. Shower/tub drained very slowly needs drain cleaned.
- 2/5
Not clean...felt it was not worth the money paid.
- 4/5
Room was average. There were a couple stains in the rug and the shower could’ve used a good deep clean.
- 5/5
Second time staying there and I love hearing the river while in the room.
- 5/5
Property manager was a
- 4/5
Large room, out door sitting area, quiet a/c, table and chairs, partial kitchen, nite lite in bathroom, list of channels for tv
- 5/5
Clean room - quiet - good price - comfortable bed
- 5/5
We enjoyed having the back patio with a table and chairs, for enjoying our coffee and letting the pup explore the lawn area. They have doggy doo stations on the lawn, to help keep the area clean. The parking area is secure and well-lit; access to the Santiam Highway is very convenient. The coffee machine in the lobby was a real bonus; they had options for latte, mocha, and cappuccino. In the morning, they provided some to-go snack options as well. I would definitely stay here again, the next time I am passing through.
- 5/5
Front desk very accommodating for our room location. Person was very friendly. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Tub, drain and shower worked great. A lot of times even in pricy hotels they do not work well especially drains so really appreciated this.
- 5/5
Great location and I loved my room - beautiful, clean and well-supplied. Loved the couch and best of all it has a great little balcony overlooking a well-kept green space. The staff member was both friendly and knowledgeable. Great stay - thank you!
- 3/5
The hotel is certainly aging. There was a strong musty smell when first entering the room. Things were better after we got the air circulating. The LVP floor appeared to be swept, but definitely needed to be mopped more thoroughly from past dogs. Also came across a dirty pair of underwear under the cushion of the couch. Gross!!! (No. We did not touch. Just left them there.) We'll probably seek better options the next time we visit Sisters OR.
- 5/5
It was quiet beautiful everything we needed
- 3/5
The front door , Room 113,had a damaged threshold sweep, that was allowing air, light, and possible rodent access into the room. The sliding patio screen would not open. Unable to enjoy the patio. I have pictures.
- 4/5
It was a comfortable bed. Very basic room.
- 3/5
No hot water on 8/25/25, a lot of cracks in the cement on the second-floor walkway, needs painting and cleaning on the outside. Beds were nice as well as the A/C unit.
- 5/5
Dog friendly
- 3/5
It’s a very cute place, close to food and shopping you can walk to a lot of place and I love how peaceful it was, the rooms super clean.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
No frills standard clean room. Vending machine was empty. About $100 overpriced. Otherwise a good place to sleep for the night.
- 2/5
I was planning for an inside day reading and relaxing. The room had a couch but very dim light and no outlets near couch. The lighting was so damn I couldn’t even read in my bed. Very disappointing. No one was able to help me with a solution at the desk.
- 5/5
Bed is amazing, abundance of toiletries. Lovely outdoor seating area from your room. Has a fridge, microwave, and tv. Room and attached restroom are amazing!
- 4/5
No frills room but clean and spacious with good AC and comfy bed. Lobby has a great coffee machine! The property needs maintenance though. We stayed on the upper floor and the concrete is all cracked and splitting! Can’t tell if it’s just patched or being redone. Scary!
- 3/5
Easy access, easy checkin and checkout. There was mold in the corner and faucet of bathrub, floors were filthy. After shower feet turned dirty from floor.
- 5/5
😎
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and well priced.
- 5/5
Super nice people! Really clean room good Internet and cable
- 3/5
The room was nice. The receptionist was good but the building is on desperate need of repair and paint.
- 5/5
This property is really clean and cute. I loved the style and the rooms were spacious.
- 5/5
Lovely property with a picnic table outside the sliding glass door at the room. Very comfy beds. Very clean with working fridge, coffee maker & microwave.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel room. Clean and spacious. Everything you need for a quick overnight stay.
- 4/5
Front desk was nice, smoke smell in room, could have been cleaner. Wonderful back yard area for dogs, good renovations.
- 4/5
Room was clean. All was in place for a person just needing a place to stop and sleep. Coffee was acceptable no breakfast, but services nearby.
- 5/5
This is my second visit at this spot and for the price a kit the value cannot be beep. It’s very conveniently located on the West End of sisters. What I like most about this hotel is it’s truly dog friendly. There’s a fenced in grassy area and You can walk your dog around in the back with extra bags, etc. in the check-in process was very easy. People were polite in the cleaning service was also very swift highly recommend
- 5/5
Great property for a great space.
- 2/5
Was quite pricey over $300 a night. First thing we saw (and smelled) was a giant bag of garbage next to the garbage can by the stairs going up our room. It was there the whole time we were there. Rooms are old and average, at best. No breakfast other than a breakfast bar. Expected a lot more for what we paid. Would not recommend.
- 4/5
Good for travelers
- 4/5
The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable there was a refrigerator, TV, coffee maker, hairdryer, and we enjoyed having a sink outside of the bathroom as well as in the bathroom. The outside is a little rundown, but not bad. The office is a little dark but not bad. They did offer snacks in the morning.
- 5/5
The one thing I really liked is..I had my dog with me. I had a first floor room. Each first floor room has a sliding door w/ a little patio. They have put small table + chairs on each rooms patio . The area in front of the patios is grass & fenced. So there isnt anyone not staying at the hotel back there. But what I really liked was…I could let my dog run the whole L shaped grass area. It was kinda cold so no one was sitting on their patio. I liked that this hotel was outside of the Bend city. 20min to drive to Bend if needed. Hotel was clean + quiet. About a 5min drive to the main road that has all the restaurants + shops. I would stay here again if in the area.
- 4/5
Needed a room in the area, this hotel was best trade-off on cost vs location. Not cheap, but the room was clean. Internet a little slow. Would stay again.
- 4/5
A good choice for a budget hotel. Clean room but nothing fancy. Nice to have access out back with pet. Limited outlets and night stands for two beds.
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze, the room was fresh and clean and up to date. All the essentials were there (coffee, soap, shower caps. etc. The exterior appears a little worn but not nothing serious. check-out was also a breeze. I think we got good value for our dollar.
- 5/5
Quiet and early check in. The front desk staff was super friendly. Thank you!
- 5/5
Place is great.
- 4/5
The bed linens smelled of body odor, both sheets and pillow cases
- 4/5
Our stay was very nice. There was a hot water issue but they compensated for it.
- 5/5
Comfortable, quiet, safe
- 2/5
Other than check in there was no one at the desk. The door to the lobby was locked after 7:00 am and when my husband called the number, no one answered. The breakfast “snack” was processed snack bars of some sort. The coffee creamer was only French vanilla or powdered creamer.
- 3/5
The room was clean and we had a patio. The room had two sinks which was handy. Was quite expensive for an older motel.
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Thanks again for another wonderful stay. Nice that I can bring my dog with me for a couple of days to get away. It's great to be able to take him right out the back door of the room and let him out into the doggie area to take care of business. Doggie bag and disposal are right there. I have stayed here before and will stay here again!
- 5/5
Front desk was nice
- 3/5
Thin walls
- 5/5
Lots of room to walk around in room and back patio was a nice touch
- 2/5
They had no hot water. No call to find a different hotel that had hot water, no offer of a discount. She said she was busy taking care of her kids. You are working. Have clients coming in. We werent the only ones not called. It was late at night. Very disappointing.
- 3/5
Older hotel still going through renovations and cleanup. While the grounds aren't exactly pretty, the rooms are very spacious, smell great and affordable! Definitely recommend.
- 3/5
Everything was average except the check-in. It took forever for the staff to come to the lobby to check us in.
- 4/5
Our ground floor room opened to a small patio and large shared green space. Our dog loved it.
- 2/5
No hot water for showers. No freezer in the mini fridge
- 3/5
Rooms are spacious. Beds were comfortable. The hot water tank was not working while we were there.
- 5/5
Very nice acclimation but we had no hot water for a shower
- 2/5
I would have liked to know ahead of time that the water heater was broken down and not working. I’m from out of town and had a bike race the next morning. I was planning on getting a shower the night before. But only cold water!! When I called to ask what’s up the night clerk said I’ll get to it after I give my kids their bath.I believe I shouldn’t have to pay full rate for this
- 3/5
Great location, but the water was only luke warm for a shower and the beds were hard. Other than that it was fine.
- 3/5
Room was clean with exception of the very dirty carpet. Concrete sidewalk outside room very dirty, needed a good power wash. We heard the people above us walking around, seemed like all night. Didn’t take any photos.
- 1/5
Stayed twice recently and both times the shower ran dry of water. TV does not work. They charge $250+ for a one star motel standard. Construction is noisy every morning
- 2/5
The staff were nice, the room was clean but showering in the morning was an experience like I have never had at any hotel. The water literally shut off down to dribble as i was standing there with conditioner in my hair. I waited for a few minutes but when nothing changed i decided to rinse my hair in the sink. The water finally came back on about 10 minutes later. I understand the place is old but they have enough business to make some general updates throughout the years. If you like a 5 minute warm shower this place may not be for you.
- 5/5
Stayed here twice this month. Clean, affordable, walkable, and met all my needs.
- 2/5
Convenient to downtown area. No hot water in room and unable to connect with staff to ask why. Two days without hot water very very inconvenient
- 4/5
Convenient, affordable, and clean.
- 4/5
Not too bad
- 4/5
It was nice and quiet. Clean and well taken care of. My dog and i loved the grass area behind the rooms.
- 4/5
The property was clean as was the room. Location is ideal, but the check in was late. Would stay again regardless:)
- 4/5
Water in the shower stopped apparently as lot of people were showering at once. Otherwise stay was good.
- 4/5
Parking
- 4/5
The pipes were fairly audible when other people were showering or whatever. I can’t give this 5 stars at $180 for a room but at $120 it would be 5 stars.
- 4/5
Room was nice. Outside surroundings need some updating to look better. Overall a good night stay
- 5/5
This review input site is not functioning well.
- 3/5
Tired old building. Just an average room. No staff in office at 7:20AM when breakfast was to be served.
- 4/5
The building needs some updating. Sliding glass door didnt lock. Birds were living in the wall. Other building maintenance issues needed addressed. Most of these are cosmetic. Room was clean. Maid service did a good job.
- 5/5
Nice patios for each room.
- 5/5
Perfect pet place.
- 5/5
We were pleasantly surprised by what the room looked like on the inside. It was nicer than the outside of the motel. It was very clean. We were able to come very close to the stairs.
- 4/5
There wasn’t a tv guide.
- 4/5
One down side is your patio and grass area is open to the other rooms. So if you want to keep the patio door open the other guests and their dogs can just wander through your space.
- 4/5
The room was fantastic. Roomy, lovely log furniture. Quiet. The store was next door to a grocery store and close to two fast food restaurants, and a Bi-mart. The staff was friendly and attentive when I asked for a hairdryer that had evidently been taken from the room. The outside of the building showed some wear but was great inside. There was a convenient ice machine and the room and bath were very clean. Had some trouble getting the slider open but did not really need access to the patio. I would stay there again in a minute as convenient and affordable.
- 5/5
It was a nice place to spend a night on our way home
- 5/5
Friendly staff and had a complimentary EV charger. Tesla chargers about 500 feet away as well
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and nice
- 5/5
Everything is fantastic 👍👍👍
- 5/5
Staff was very accomodating, when I injured myself at the comp next door I came in asked for some ice and she made a card for me, let me get ice for my chest. super helpful
- 5/5
Great stay.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and location was good. I think the room was overpriced given that there was a big stain on the carpet right when you enter the room and also some deferred maintenance to the walls. No amenities or breakfast. I won't stay here again.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
very dog friendly
- 5/5
Very nice place. Clean and updated. Very good price.
