Beautiful, clean and so comfortable! Sleep score of 94, which is unusual when I am traveling! Helpful, friendly staff. We liked everything.

This hotel was a gem! I was worried because there was no one else there on the night we stayed, but it was just a quiet night in town altogether. The hotel is very comfortable, the jetted tub was great, and the staff was super nice and helpful. We will definitely be back there!

An amazing staff, so welcoming and kind. We came in late and had a quick check in. A place is very clean, very well maintained and right on a way to the waterfalls and hikes around. Great spot for a lay over or a few night stay!!

The hotel is new-ish, rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. They have house cleaning every day. It’s quiet and it looks back into the woods.

Our room was comfortable, but the air conditioning units are extremely loud, not just our own, but also those of neighboring guests. We slept without A/C and couldn’t have a window open. As such it was an uncomfortable warm night.

Very nice and clean. Loved the jetted tub. Breakfeast ok, the usual waffles, eggs and a meat. Cold cereal , Danish. Coffee was very good. My only complaint no grab bar in the shower, thankfully the soap/ shampoo dispenser was firmly attached to the wall and I was able to grab that. Shower curtain pretty much useless, ended up with a huge puddle on the floor. Easy to find hotel, parking ok. Coffee machine in room only makes tiny cups, but there is coffee at the check in desk with larger cups. Very friendly staff. Lots of excitement thunder storm right above hotel for close to 2 hours with hail, torential downpour even tornado warning. Power stayed on, just lost cable TV but not internet. Will stay again.

This is a very nice hotel - new, clean and quiet. Breakfast is standard hotel fare, and the pool and hot tub are very nice. One minor issue that didn’t necessarily impact our stay: the front desk is not manned. You ring a bell on the counter and wait — sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes more than 10 — for a staff member to make their appearance. Throughout our stay, we noticed guests continually waiting for someone to help them. There was never anyone present. It was odd, especially since we stayed Saturday night of a holiday weekend. Other than that, it was a comfortable place and we would likely stay again.

I was a little disappointed that there isn't a fitness center on the poperty. But the city of Sisters has an excellent system of walking/running/biking paths.

The room were mostly quiet. The refrigerator was very quiet, and I never heard a toilet flush or a shower through the walls. I do appreciate the level of acoustic privacy each unit affords. Next time I will select an end unit. I did hear the TV and talking from the neighboring unit. A gentleman coughed a few times and I heard them all. Maybe the acoustics can be improved, but I doubt that will happen.

Stayed here during my mom’s birthday weekend. It was our first time in Sisters and this was the perfect hotel and stay for us! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We where given a room that must of been situated above a mechanical room... it vibrated.. When we complained and ask for a new room we were told we could be moved into another room only if we paid an additional fee. Stay out of room 201 in Sisters, Oregon...!!!

Fairly new hotel so up to modern standards. No complaints. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Safe and convenient parking. On the edge of town but there is a path to walk in on. Very close to a grocery store.

The rooms are quite lovely. Well-furnished and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Parking very easy right out front. And reasonable rates to boot.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. Newer facility and it was kept very clean, including the pool and hot tub. Staff working the breakfast buffet was also great. Hot tub was exactly what the doc prescribed afyer a long day on Mt Bachelor. Please keep it up.

Beautifully laid out with very quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Great location. Only issue was the bed & pillows were not as comfortable as we would have liked.

Everything was nice and the jacuzzi tub was clean through and through. The heater/ac unit could use some attention and the level 40 on the TV was unfortunate because you can't hear the TV when the tub is filling or jets are on. Would have given 5, but we didn't try the breakfast, pool, or hot tub. Convenient to down town, could walk or bike in summer but it was a real feel of 7 Deg F while we were there. Recommend The Gallery restaurant and bar, really good food and excellent service. 2nd time we have eaten there. Fries are delicious.

The hotel was nice and clean, helpful and courteous staff. The jacuzzi tub was nice and big which helped with adding to the coziness of the room. Will deff stay again.

This hotel genuinely has been our best stay so far, which was such a breath of fresh air after a bad stay in another Expedia hotel. Sisters is one of my most favorite cities. The ladies on staff were all beyond courteous. The room itself was spotless and everything worked. Special shoutout to Lizabeth on the breakfast team! She was so kind to my boy and familia. The food was standard hotel breakfast fare but ample and adequate.The pool was clean and the spa worked so well. Honesty the best way to start our morning before checkout. The

This is a gem of a hotel that we picked to attend a friend's wedding. The check-in process was smooth, the room was well lit and clean! The breakfast had a good variety and a very bubbly attendant - Lizbeth, who makes sure that the breakfast items never run out, and engages in some great conversations! If we had an opportunity to go back, will definitely pick this hotel again!!

The employees are always friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is our go to when we are in Sisters.

The place was absolutely perfect for what I needed. The only downfall was no elevator, and no one offered to help with my luggage. I have an injury. Otherwise, I would have given five stars.

This was a great place to stay in Sisters. I did have to drive the most minimal time to get to the main shopping and dining area but it wasn’t at all a problem or issue. You could definitely walk if you wanted to. The room was clean and very quiet. I had a lovely view of ponderosa’s out my window. The beds were very comfortable and the space was clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Its convenient

This is a very nice newer hotel that has a great breakfast and is a great location in Sisters. The pool is open until midnight so you can enjoy the cool mountain evenings and warm up when you get back. The staff here is always excellent and provides exemplary customer service.

This is such a well maintained and well designed hotel. So clean and friendly. Even the breakfast room staff (Lizabeth) was super friendly and attentive to her job. This is not a cheap stay but you will have a clean safe place stay.

Everything about the hotel was pleasing. The bed was comfortable. Everything seemed cozy and homelike and high quality. I even forgot my iPad and they packed it safely and shipped it to me. I was so grateful. I would love to stay there again sometime and highly recommend it.

We had the room with the spa tub in room, it was our 10 yr wedding anniversary, just a quick getaway, it was nice and their breakfast was actually really good!

Everything was very nice, the only thing to be aware of is the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so if you don’t do stairs make sure to request a ground level floor. Odd there is no elevator. Many homes of friends now have elevator. Becoming ubiquitous.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious for my husband & I plus our son. Pool & hot tub were great & almost had it to ourselves. Easy walk to restaurant & shops, right by grocery store. Breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles, etc & wide variety of tea, coffee, juices, milk alternatives. Definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel and good choice in the area

Hot foods were an egg dish, meat, and the self-serve fresh waffle-maker. Good variety of milks, yogurts, almond "milk". Fresh fruit was a bit sparse with green bananas and a green orange. More fresh fruit variety, please (for that price!). Comfortable bed. Amenities were nice. The swimming pool and hot tub were comfortable, clean and enjoyed. Everything about the Grandstay made our Birding Trips easier, and we would stay here again. Suggestion: Sisters Saloon and Grill (open 'til 10p.m.). Go upstairs to see historic rooms and photos. All good food. Crispy Brussels Sprouts! Berry cobbler a la mode!

The hotel is well situated with friendly staff and attractive room but the beds were very uncomfortable. It seemed like the mattresses had no support. I spent the whole night tossing and turning and got a total of 2 hours sleep. My husband experienced the same thing in the other queen bed.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was great. This is a hidden gem that we accidentally came upon. We hope to come back and stay again!

We have stayed in Sisters at another Motel for 25 years during Quilt Week and decided to switch to GrandStay. What a great decision. We were blown away with the breakfast, the cleanliness and the location. That is where we will stay each year in the future.

The hotel is right on the edge of the town of Sisters and the High Desert. Great views of The Sisters mountains right outside the hotel. This hotel didn't cut corners. Lots of selection for breakfast. Lots of channels.

Fantastic newer property with phenomenal staff and great location to downtown Sisters. We stayed here on a cross country road trip with our three year old and chose the location because of the pool and hot tub. The pool hours were great - early am opening and stayed open until midnight (10 pm for kids). The entire property was immaculate, comfy beds, large bathrooms with plenty of counter space, ample parking, and great full breakfast with hot items that rotated daily. Mule deer visited the grounds each day and we took the sidewalk to walk downtown (it’s a bit of a walk but doable and beautiful, also passes by an alpaca farm), we were also able to bike downtown directly from the hotel. Liz was the staff member we encountered daily at breakfast and at the desk - she was phenomenal. She was so kind, went above and beyond to make accommodations and was able to answer any questions we had about the area, including providing the best recommendations about the beautiful scenery and adventurous things to do in the area. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Hot tub jets were not working but overall excellent place to stay!

Great staff to greet us and say farewell. We had an awesome hot breakfast with many choices. Kudos to the servers who gave us ideas on what to see while in Sisters OR and beyond. Great pool and hot tub to relax in the evening. Suite was very nice and clean. Easy to find and close to town. If we ever go back we would go there again!

When you check into your room, and you noticed that one switch operates all three lamps next to the bed and couch, make sure not to use the switch on the wall to turn those lamps off if you intend to charge your device using the built-in plug-ins at the base of each lamp. Otherwise, your devices will not be charged in the morning.😁

Just needed a last minute place to stay for one night before hitting the road. The Grand Stay was not only the most reasonably priced, but the includes free breakfast was a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again.
