This place was absolutely disgusting. It had a terrible smell, like stale puke and mildew. The pictures on this add look nothing like the room.

The facility was decent but there were “riff raft” outside loitering around. I was not sure if they were street workers or residents

NOTHING. Let me start off by saying I never leave reviews but this… this place was HORRIBLE. I arrived around 9:20pm. The front desk was closed. There was a sign posted saying front desk hours were 9am-10pm and said dial 500 if it were after hours. So I did. Took someone about 5 mins to answer. When they did I told them I was trying to check in, they hung up on me. Finally about 15 mins later someone comes and checks me in. I had my 6 year old with me. We get into the room and it smelled like someone had JUST smoked a pack of cigarettes in there. Terrible. The people above us (which is not the hotels fault) were partying until about 5:30am and you could hear every word. The blankets on the beds are sheets. So if you like a comfy blanket make sure you bring your own. Actually, just don’t stay here. Cheaper ones are better than here even. I had originally booked for 2 days but I left at 8:40am the next morning and asked the front desk if there were anyway I could possibly just be refunded for that next day. She said no that they’re a no refund hotel. Allllllrighty. This place was just gross, unorganized, horrible all together.

We tried all numbers to call and waited 45 min. But no one ever answered any calls. Very disappointed want my $back. Ended up going to another hotel.

Well they didn't serve breakfast which was fine but they had cockroaches and my bathroom door was actually broken I would say the only thing I actually liked about the hotel was the price The bathroom door was broken and was not able to be opened and my sweet and there was cockroaches into sweet they moved us into so we decided to stick with the broken bathroom door

The staff and the location was convenient I was completely dismayed by the room. It felt like a prison cell with a lumpy, smelly bed on high metal legs, concrete walls and ceilings and a sticky floor. At the price point I expected a nicer comfortable room. I could have stayed at La Quinta, for example, for the same price with a beautiful room! I didn’t because Woodsprings was more convenient.

The floor in the room hadn't been mopped in who knows how long. Walking in white socks in the less than 5 min we were in there they were completely black. Not even exaggerating.

House keeping is not everyday you can change your towels/rags out between certain times we changed them out a few times a they had “no rags” to give us back. Another night we woke up and two police cars were parked out front. It’s sketchy and wouldn’t stay again. I ended up going to dollar tree and buying cleaning supplies and cleaned our room /mopped and used our own sheets and bedding. We made due because we could not get our money back. They just let people smoke. One night we went in the check in desk had a large speaker and lights were off with loud music like a party and disco lights . It was more annoying. We had to take the trash out daily it did not make it easy I felt like I was home doing choirs and trying to keep a float

No one was at the front desk to check me in. I had to rush to SC for a family emergency and needed somewhere to stay Saturday night departing Sunday morning. There was no physical person and only a phone to dial 500. I dialed 500 and waited almost an hour .. no clerk.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the facility felt safe. For a non-smoking hotel there was a distinct smell of smoke in the halls and the elevator was sketchy.

Multiple cockroaches greeted me before I even walked in the front doors. I was going to call the front desk to see if there was a hair dryer available, and the phone in the room not only didn't work, but it was caked in grease and was sticky. In the morning after my shower I made the mistake of walking around the room barefoot, and when I went to put my socks on, the bottom of my feet were black. No coffee or hair dryer in rooms.

Location. Staff was American. Room was not as advertised. There was no walk in the shower no handles to get in and out of the tub shower. Second night. Someone was smoking weed in the stairwell and sit the fire alarms off in the whole building. Nothing like getting woke up to a fire alarm around midnight just to find there is no fire. No one came to the room to check on me. No one offered an excuse. I found out by stepping out in the hall after the alarm stopped and my room is right across from the stairs that's when I saw the smoke and smelled the weed. No coffee maker whole room no breakfast area. Just a very basic room. The full size refrigerator was clean on the inside but covered with rust on the outside looked to be 20 years old or older.

When we returned, we saw a German cockroach on the kitchenette counter as soon as we walked in. Then we saw a roach in the bathroom. I walked between the two beds and saw two more roaches. Looked around and kept finding baby roaches. We decided that we would leave because we do not want to bring roaches back to our house and I would not be able to sleep knowing roaches are all around me. I then picked up my shoes from earlier, when I picked it up, there was a roach on the bottom of it. I threw it down and two more roaches crawled out. I tried to call the front desk and no one answered. I called several times. I also called Hotels.com and they would not refund me. I have also tried to call the hotel this morning and no one will answer the phone.

Really not what I expected. Early check in is a bit expensive. Thought they may have had a lobby I could have sat in until check in but they don't. I asked if they had a restroom that I could use and was told that they don't have a public restroom

The worst hotel experience ever. A powerful snowstorm delayed our arrival at the hotel, arriving at 1:05 am. When we arrived, the doors were closed and there was a note that said to call if you have questions. When we called, the person with a despotic attitude only said it was after 1 am and they couldn't come in, even though Expedia said 2 am for check-in. Ultimately, we had to look for hotels in the middle of the storm and there were no rooms until we finally found one 1 hour later.

After booking my room and receiving a confirmation, i was called by the hotel themselves saying they were completely booked and disnt know how i was able to make a reservation. So i had to find other lodging for the night.

Reservation got canceled at 4:15pm. 30 minutes before we were heading there. We were told the hotel has been booked for weeks. We had a reservation for weeks so they should have called us before the day of the reservation. They should pay our Uber fees!!!

I went back down and told the guy and his response was “we know we had floor four and two exterminated today” so they just skipped floor 1 and 3? That makes sense. If you looking for hotel don’t go here, safe yourself a headache worst experience ever.I got arrested for try to get help from the staff my card key wasn’t activated and when I call for help a black male that work a night told me to stop bother him cause it was to late when te police arrived he told them that they don’t want me at the hotel so I got arrested for expressing myself about the work they are doing at the hotel but they heard about me

When I first arrived, there were people smoking on the patio right by the door. The hotel itself smelled like marijuana. My room was disgusting. There was food debris on the wall behind the stovetop. The refrigerator was dirty on the outside and rusted. The cabinets and drawers were also dirty and falling apart. There were someone else's beard trimmings on the bathroom sink. The bedding was either stained or dirty. The floors were also stained and dirty. I was able to hear my neighbors as they loudly... enjoyed each other. The fire alarm also went off in the middle of the night due to another patron smoking in their room. According to my fellow evacuees, this is a regular occurrence at this hotel.
