    Convenient to everywhere I needed to go While my daughter and granddaughter were visiting with me, we went to the pool for a swim. After about an hour, the desk employee brought a standing sign and placed it by the gate, facing the gate, away from where we were. The printed sign read that all registered guests had to pay $10 per person per day to have non guests use the pool. I’ve seen only two people use the pool during the 4 days I’ve been there.

    Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again.

    Customer service was awful, I also got told by my friend that checked in before me that they were going to cancel my reservation. For what? It says check in is after 3pm and my son had a game at TN and I had to drive to SC and had to make a stop. Either way, the day before they called me to ask me what time I was arriving Sat, which I think its weird. But the late at reception was a 0

    The property is nice. the pool needed cleaned. the room floor wasnt swept when we first arrived. we had to ask for more towels, more hand towels, more wash cloths and more toilet paper. The breakfast was not bad but could have had a little more options. The staff specially Dianne was fabulous! Everyone we encountered was super friendly and made us feel welcomed.

    Location to highway was good. The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Staff was friendly and hospitable. They do have a pool, but was not open when I stayed. My room was situated on the 2nd floor, so the stairs were a little shaky and in need of an update. The atmosphere outside of my room made me a little uneasy. It was well lit, but just seemed a little sketchy and made me double check that my valuables were with me and locked. Breakfast is wrapped up at 9am SHARP, so no last minute lingering.

    Recently renovated. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We arrived at 2pm. They wanted $10 to check in early. We just went and ran some errands until 3pm. Breakfast was typical hotel lobby quality. There was some hot food though. Or there is Waffle House within sight of the lobby. This is a decent place to stay on a budget. We would stay here again. Off ramp for the interstate borders the lobby side of the building causing traffic noise. Poolside of the hotel will be quieter. Automatic $50 deposit was a bit unusual. Returned at checkout.

    Nothing I got accused of smoking and I don’t even smoke. I was kicked out after 12 hours after I booked for 3 nights then the dude at the front desk said they would refund me for two nights my total price was 238 they should have sent 156 back they only sent 114 that’s bad business

We called the front desk and they said they would “put in a ticket.” It was not addressed before we left and we had to get ready at a local business that had a bathroom.when I asked for a refund they agreed. They charged my card anyway and later refused a refund. The hotel was also not very clean. The only positive thing I can say is that the sheets were clean.

    If you like paying for early check in, only to wait 30 minutes for your room to be ready, this is the place for you. Loved how the bathroom door gets stuck shut and the room door needed to be kicked open every time we entered the room. The A/C was so loud I could barely hear other guests arguing.

    The stay was the worst stay I have ever had. Started on Friday, I received multiple phone calls asking what time I would be checking in, when I get there they are doing remolding the rooms above the one I was in and didn't stop until 8pm. Later in in the evening I was visited by roaches and the next night the people beside me in room 137 was extremely loud all night and I got no sleep at all. 0190 wj. Vw

    The room was immaculate when I walked in however there was a slight stench. Not a big issue as I keep air freshener. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain but I made it work. No complaints on anything else. Overall, everything was great and the room was so spacious.

    For a 1 night stay I thought I could manage staying here but the room was not clean. There were pubic hairs in the bath tub and floor throughout room was sticky. Would not recommend staying here. Beds were also very hard.

    Rooms smelled stale. We found a few roaches crawling around near the sink. A couple of the towels had stains, while a wash cloth had holes in it (glad I brought extras). The pillows and bed were comfy tough.

    Mildew on wall over bathtub. Mildew on bed skirt around bed. Blood stain on bed sheet. Not good at all. The o e saving grace was the night shift employee. He came to the room and immediately changed our room. That room was much better. The only problem was that the first room should have not been rented in the first place. Poor🙁
