Location seemed close to the highway but it was set back far enough from the major roads that it was actually very quiet - which was great. Breakfast was a thoughtful spread for folks with different dietary requirements - better than I've seen in many Holiday Inns.

Pam who was the agent who checked me in, greeted me upon arrival with a pleasant smile and made the process quick and easy with efficiency. She was also on duty as I checked and you remembered me by name, not a big deal but it was special personal touch, and I appreciate great customer service. It is not a fluke, I have been here maybe 3 or 4 times now and each time. The facility is clean, rooms nice and customer service is excellent. I didnt like the housekeeping was in an uncomfortable rush to clean my room.

When I arrived to check-in, I was asked for my ID. I mentioned that my address was not correct on my license. I was then told that because I lived less than 40 miles from the property, I could not stay. I had already paid through Expedia. Never saw a notice regarding this policy when I booked the stay. Upon checking my actual address & with the manager, I was permitted to stay. Less than ideal rest as I was on first floor & there was a lot of noise through the night above me.

Breakfast is good. Location is perfect, near the freeway. Very accessible fast food places near the hotel. Employees very helpful. Happy employees, Easy to adjust room temperature. Spacious bathroom Room not well lit. Not much toiletries in the bathroom. From the hotel, it's hard to make a left turn to the street, too many cars both directions. A traffic light can help. No complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Customer service!! Excellent customer service will win each time. Greeted as soon as I walked in the sliding doors with a genuine smile. Check in process was smooth, and easy. This was my return stay to make the first stay wasnt a fake experience. The front desk clerk really provide amazing customer service.

It was a very clean place and the staff was friendly and happy. The breakfast was fantastic, it had everything you could possibly want for a brea l fast. They also have a to go bag so you can take some fruit or yogurt for later. There was nothing I didn't like everything was great!!!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations, I arrived early and was going to just wait in the lobby but the staff got everything cleaned and around so I could get into my room, I had a quiet and immensely clean room, staff was amazing I will DEFINITELY be making this my choice for all my business stays.

Stayed for fly-in at Triple Tree and this was a good location. Not too far of a drive. Queen beds were nice instead of full size beds. Free parking. Breakfast was good variety.

Staff couldn’t have been nicer. From the check in to the service staff were so friendly. My only complaint was the shower could have been a little cleaner. It had a small amount of mold but for me that’s a thing that I just don’t like . It wasn’t extreme & would not keep me from coming back.

Loved how close this hotel was from the concert venue, which was the whole reason for the trip! We had a great experience staying here, from the outdoor pool to the very convenient complementary breakfast. The only recommendation I might add is that you should have some sort of filtered water option to fill up water bottles offered throughout the day.

I have stayed at many hotels and resorts...stateside and overseas. The staff here is hands down some of the most polite people I've ever met. I was in town for a funeral. They accommodated an early check in gradwrully. They called us by name each time we entered and exited the hotel!

We stay at HIE each time we come to Simpsonville to visit family. Used to stay with them, but hated to add the burden. Everyone here is SO friendly and we have come to make friends with some now. Always clean and lovely to revisit. Won't stay at any other hotel in town.

Amazing staff!!!! We came here right after hurricane Helene. The hotel was without power and the staff was working so hard to accommodate everyone. They were working by flashlight and paper and were so sweet helping all the guests make the best of a tough situation. The power came back late night and we had a great stay. Room very clean also. Very convenient on and off the highway.

The front desk lady was nice and friendly, the breakfast area was clean and quite a good healthy choice to choose from. Hotel room was not vacuumed properly, 4 th floor kids were running at 10 pm non stop for 45 min had to call front desk.

This was probably the best hotel experience for me ever. We stayed there due to a concert in the area and even though they were busy they had the best service. Everyone at the desk was amazing, the hotel itself is very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the room was super clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again.

Everyone at the desk was amazing, the hotel itself is very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the room was super clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again.

The people were just the friendliest. Breakfast was always delightful and the staff was busy keeping everything fresh, warm and clean. And each had the sweetest smiles. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. My husband and I typically come to Simpsonville to stay with family. But after this experience, we have decided that whether it is one night or more, we will stay here!!! Please keep up the great service - I'd be so disappointed if anything changed.

There was no hot water. I was offered Holiday Inn points, but am not a member. I would have preferred a discount on the bill.

Very clean; new condition; and the BEST staff! We (3 sisters) stay here at least once a year and we LOVE the convenience and the graciousness of the employees. Always clean; always just right!

Excellent we came for a wedding & it’s about 12-15 mins away from the home. Everything you need it’s literally a walk out to the many stores or quick drive. Very convenient & very nice. Highly recommend!
