Stayed one night with my family. Beds werent that soft. It was clean except the mildew on the caulking in the shower area. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and fridge froze everything we had including my medicine which had to be replaced.

The staff was very polite and the beds were comfortable. There was no "night light" in the bathroom. The light automatically shuts off after a while. My husband has trouble with mobility and I had to get up and turn the light on for him. A "night light" would have been nice!

The room was very clean, linens were white and clean, but pillows were horrible and lumpy. Pictures were definitely from when the hotel was first built and it's much more run down now. However, you get what you pay for so at this price range, it was adequate, clean and safe. Lady at check in was not very helpful to me or the guests checking in before me but the lady in the morning was delightful. Breakfast was good. Vending machine were empty, you have to buy from the front desk. Lots of noise from traffic. Coffee maker is in the bathroom which is a really bad idea, I didn't use it.

We checked in around midnight and none of our TVs worked. The night manager couldn’t get them to work. So it was the next afternoon before any of our TVs worked. Disappointing after driving 6 hours to discover no TV.

It was adequate. Nothing special. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned when we arrived at 2:45. Check in was at 3:00 so that was okay, but I think they hurried and didn’t quite do as good a job. The view from our window, was a grown up swamp!

Very cordial staff. Bathroom sink was clogged and some old, cracked, damaged areas around tub had something black like mold or mildew. Drain was a little slow in tub. Toilets also very low to floor. All in all a very quiet stay, comfortable beds, good ac and airflow, good space in room. Enjoyed.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was much larger than anticipated. The beds, pillows, and couch were very comfortable. The lobby / breakfast area was hot, like the air wasn't working. Same thing in the second floor hallway. The ventilation fan in the bathroom didn't work (Room 203).

Did what I needed it to do

For the price, for me it’s really not worth it. I was better off paying a little more money for something higher end and nicer. The bed is comfortable. The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like pizza which was kind of gross. My room door looked like it had been busted through before so I was already weary of staying since I was staying by myself. the room looked clean but felt dirty. The bed was nice. Bathrooms need a desperate upgrade. Felt a little dingy from my experience. The staff were very nice and helpful though so I would give them a 5 but overall, a 2.5 the most for this hotel. Won’t be staying again.

The room was not very clean. For the price, this was not a good deal. I would’ve expected a much nicer experience. The shower was terrible, the shower head sprayed in every direction which made it very difficult to bathe kids. The pullout couch was very gross. We opened it and crumbs flew out everywhere. Also, the motion sensor light was incredibly inconvenient. Where it was placed in the front of the room lit up the entire room with the slightest movement.

Decent hotel, great breakfast, room space is big. Some employees are nice Cleaning ladies took a bag of food from my room, no one could explain what happened to it. Also, you need to specifically ask for your room to be cleaned, and they won't tell you that when you arrive. Personnel is mostly cold and unwelcoming

The hours on the gym say open at 5am. Went downstairs at 5:15 and was told it wasn’t accessible until 7am. It was one of the reasons I stayed there. I was very disappointed.

We had the best experience ever, all the staff were exceptional! Room was clean, breakfast was different everyday! Highly recommend! We did have a noise problem briefly and it was handled immediately! It was a great experience!

The property and the staff are great. Sometimes the other guest could be a little loud in the middle of the night, but it was the weekend.

I shared my room with a bug lying two night straight. Haven’t received my deposit yet.

The disappointment begins in the room. There was no bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets) in the room for the pull-out couch. The front desk provided them when I went to ask. Although, they were out of blankets when I asked for one extra. Weather dipped into the teen temps during our stay. An extra blanket would have helped for comfort. The hot water was hit and miss as was the water pressure. Didn’t matter time of day, was always the same. From extremely low pressure, to great pressure and during the same shower, back to very very low pressure. The plug over the drain wouldn’t stay open. Folded the rubber shower mat to prop it up so wasn’t standing in 2ft of water by the end of the shower. Had to wait over 5 minutes several times for hot water to start flowing. The breakfast offerings were alright. But make sure you have juice from the machine a few minutes before breakfast “time” is done. Even while sitting, still eating breakfast, the staff turned it off. When asked if we could get a little more juice, they said no. Emphatically said no. “Breakfast time is over.” I’d think, especially with people still sitting in the area eating, they could at least announce they’ll be turning off their equipment if anyone wanted/needed anything else. As friendly and polite as the front desk staff was, the staff over in the breakfast area was, to the extreme, not.

The initial presentation of the hotel felt clean and welcoming. The entire place smelled fresh until reaching our room. The room had a stale smell to it. There were hand written items left behind from a previous family, the shower pressure was very low, and the pool was low in temperature.

The guy at the front desk. Maurice. Did not even greet me or make eye contact when he approached the desk. I was already standing there staring around wondering if anyone was there. He gave me the room closest to the desk on first floor which a fowl odor about knocked me out when I entered the room. The sheets a d pillowcases stunk like bad body odor. I was too tired to get up complain and change rooms. I did not sleep well

VANESSA, the front office manager, is EXTREMELY RUDE. Kicked us out of the hotel for having a pet at 1am on NEW YEARS when staff saw us come in with a pet. Refused to cancel other stay because she was mad.

The check-in process was extremely efficient. Despite the fact there was only one associate doing it. He had a system. He stuck to it, and it was very cordial and polite.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We would recommend Comfort Suites in Simpsonville to travelers staying in the area.

The room was clean but dated. Several cracked tiles in bathroom, paint peeling off the ceiling, black mold around tub. The biggest disappointment was their decision to us microfiber bedding and for that reason alone, I would not stay there again. Breakfast was good, coffee great!

The room was always clean and fresh. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was centerally located. The breakfast was great. Most of all Maurice at the front desk was phenomenal. He was friendly, caring and gave the best customer service.

The hotel was wonderful, very clean, updated, and the breakfast was very good. The only bad thing I can say is that the bed was one of the hardest that I’ve ever slept on. It could not have been worse if I had slept on the floor. Otherwise great hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Upon check in we found some black mold on the higher part of the bathroom wall. The staff immediately moved us to a different room and had the original room cleaned with bleach within 10 mins. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Very happy with our choice.

The carpet in my room was frayed and pulled up on the edges. The room smelled like mildew with a hint of cigarette smoke. Won’t be back.

As a whole the stay was good. My only complaint was the free breakfast. No bacon or sausage offered, no biscuits (if there's a crowd of people you'll be waiting on those two toasters for toast) and the butter and hard boiled eggs were kept refrigerated. My hard boiled egg and butter was frozen.

Better than what I expected. There was a loud noise after flushing the toilet but overall it was nice.

1. 2nd floor has no ice machine. Not mentioned at check in. 2. Was given a postcard next to the bed that has some kind of liquid stain on it, suggesting it was there for the previous occupant. 3. TV is difficult to use and not intuitive. There is an option that shows you a channel menu but it’s only a guide to see what’s on and you can’t select channels directly from there. 4. Toilet paper is thin and cheap. 5. Waffle batter is super thin. If you fill up a cup it’s not enough to make a full waffle, but if you add more it runs out the sides like water when you flip it over. 6. Fridge in the room had damage on the inside. It also sounded broken and ran loud. I heard the sound of dripping liquid inside of it while it was running all night.

Had multiple issues with rooms. Reserved 1 roomfor 5 people. 1st roomtbe toilet wouldn't flush. They gave us a second room that only had 1 bed instead of 2. 3rd room moved to the door would not stay locked. 4th room was satisfactory. The front desk lady was doing her very best to accommodate us. Appreciate her very much. Moral of the story....please let front desk know if your room has iss when you check out so the next person doesn't have to go through what we did. All in all got a room at a reasonable price although would probably pay more for a better hotel next time.

Great overall service

Enjoy my trip tried the pool it’s a 41/2 ft deep pool. The first day was really nice had it to myself. But the second day a family decided they were going to have family time in a 41/2 ft pool with flotation devices like a floating seat that would hold a cup & a ring float they could sit in. Jumping in from the sides. So I left. But the room was nice,clean & it was quiet which was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel needs a massive upgrade. Will not stay there again. Better hotels in the area.

This property seemed ok until we got to our room, the smell of marijuana was very strong inside our hotel room everytime we would go inside. Hallways did not smell. We stayed for 4 nights and it never dicipated.

Generally, I wouldn’t leave a negative review when I left a review, but in this case I’m gonna have to. When I arrived, nobody was at the desk and there was already another customer waiting for somebody., it took about five minutes eventually, some girl came running out of the back, looking all disheveled. It took her legitimately five minutes to ring up this guest who had already signed in just to buy a soda and a snack., then proceeded to attempt to help me the only words they said to me were hello. Can I help you? I told her my name she asked me for the card for incidentals and then put my key card not in front of me but like about a foot away from me and then walked away and started talking to another guest, who she was obviously attempting to flirt with, she literally did not say another word to me didn’t tell me the Wi-Fi situation didn’t tell me when breakfast was nothing. She was way more interested in talking to dude. No doubt he was an attractive young man, but it would’ve been nice for her to at least pretend to care about if needed anything else. The room was beautiful and large well cleaned well stocked. The only gripe I have about the room is that the rest of the room is very modern but for some reason the shower looks like they left it from 1954. There’s nothing wrong with it. It just looks odd. Overall, obviously they have some training issues, but this site is good enough for an overnight stay

Overnighter with a friend’s friend that was not in a good place in his life. The front desk clerk at check-in was very nice & professional.

The coffee was terrible. It was one of those instant coffee makers and it was very watery. I sure wish they kept the regular brewing pots. I couldn't wait to get a better cup of coffee at a gas station stop. Since we only spent 1 night at the hotel, it was nice, but it could use a bit of updating. That is why I gave a 4 star hotel. We stayed in a lot of Comfort Inns and they were more updated and comfortable, that is what we were expecting in this location.

Clean. Rooms are grown and cute. Indoor pool added a nice touch. Conveniently located by restaurants and Walmart. Close to the highway and 7/11. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is bordering a busy interstate I-385 with traffic noise from trucks every night.

Three rooms were fine However there was no mention that the indoor pool was closed indefinitely! Huge disappointment to the kids in the families Also drug paraphernalia was found under the bed in one room and the manager had no reaction So embarrassing for our young couple and their kids to have not been treated better than this They have filed a complaint with corporate

Rooms were neat and clean, breakfast was changed daily. Good selection of breakfast choices.

The 3 baggage carts need some work. One BC had a flat tire. The 2nd BC, had such bad wheel bearing, it barely would roll without waking the dead, it was so noisy. The third BC, is a safety hazard because there is a bolt missing from the wheeled deck, to the hanger/end baggage support frame. If the one remaining bolt breaks or falls out, and someone gets hurt, you’re going to look back at this grip and wish you had fixed it, upon reading this report.

The third floor hall smelled like weed everyday. I was happy my room didn't smell but the drain plug shut during every shower. I had to open the drain often. The shower had mildew on the caulk. The eggs the first morning I was there consisted of perfect circles that tasted like powder. The second day was much better. When I first checked in, the girl at the front desk kept giggling to herself. It was awkward. I will probably go to a different hotel next time.

We were in town for a tournament. I was pleased with the hotel staff as they were very polite. Everything seemed very well cleaned except the shower in our room. The shower wall had mold & mildew all over it. I think because it was brown marble its overlooked. The breakfast was very disappointing and not good at all. The eggs tasted bad, the coffee wasn't good and the fresh fruit was old, the bananas were almost black.

The breakfast was very good. Staff kept breakfast area stocked and clean.

Very functional and practical hotel location! All staff friendly! Many stores restaurants close by...like within five minutes away!

We were given a fourth room with the elevator out of service we are senior citizens. I back door near the stair well was main available.

The room had mold in the shower and it was a wheelchair ADA but I am not ADA, therefore this was a terrible booking. I did not stay here on the account of the mold in the shower.

Very small pool, not a good workout area, if you book with Expedia they have issues processing your reservations, was black stuff in the bed, hair on the floor in the bathroom and elevator didn't work when checked out. Breakfast was worse than you could imagine as the Crock-Pot was on high and burned the sausage gravy, and the sausage was burnt. Not worth the stay.

Went to stay there doing a storm lost power got put on the fourth floor no elevator no security lights in the hallways to see yourself around had to use the flashlight on my phone to go down steps of four flights to get to the bottom floor someone needs to find out why the security lights are not coming on in the hallway

They were accommodating to cancel my reservation without any charges when I arrived and they informed me the elevator was not working and my room was on the 4th floor.

No stopper in the sink and I wear contact lens. Staff found a temporary replacement.

The welcoming staff member was very friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. I liked how the room doors were on a slant, that gave more room to get into the suite. Our room was clean. The only thing that was interesting was the elevator, worked the whole time we were there.

The property was clean upon arrival. I was greeted and checked in within a reasonable amouny of time. Nothing spectacular about the property, but it was a decent one night stay.

Stay was above average. I quit Wyndamn because people were always living in their hotels - NOT HERE so was a very nice change. Breakfast was great. Room was wonderful except fridge did not also have small freezer in it. No alarm clock but I assume phones would work as well. Only down side was pool was very cold and unusable. Also both door keyS only worked on the side door for one day on side door during a 3 day stay so was a pain to walk all the way to the lobby to get in. Would definitly stay here again. Overall a great experience.

My room key never worked and every time someone had to come and open up the room for me. Instead of them giving me another room they just continue to make me wait on them to open the room door.

The room I had was very spacious, clean. Had great water pressure in the shower and the linen was clean and super soft sheets. A very nice stay!! Minus some of the obnoxious guests that tried upsetting the young lady at the front desk. She was very professional considering...

Complementary breakfast was nice. Especially with having traveled with my 2 sons. I did notice in the room the blinds did have some mold. Which is a little worrisome for anyone with allergies, which my oldest son has. I wouldn’t not stay here again but would definitely ask to make sure to look at the room before sleeping. Also on a side note. No fan in the bathroom and the tub did not drain very well. During my shower it felt like taking a bath

Called for early check in and person on phone was not very welcoming and was very short. We’re able to check in early. Air conditioning system was older and had to have temperature turned much lower than desired temperature to cool entire room. It’s ok for an overnight stay but wouldn’t recommend a long term stay.

My husband and I were traveling from Philadelphia pa all the way to simpsonville to visit friends as well as an anniversary trip..When we arrived we were greeting by Samantha! She was so kind and welcoming.. Our room was available right away! She was very communicative with us for all of our needs and questions she went above and beyond to help us in telling us where some things in the area were as well as best places to eat and shop!

The staff at the check in front desk were great. The workout room equipment was not working so we could not do our morning workouts so sad. We stayed in room 215 on 05/10/24 until 05/12/24 it has a broke phone the TV is new but has not been hooked up to the internet, had to get Samantha from the front desk to come up to our room to get the local channels to work. One of the kitchen staff was coughing and sneezing while placing the breakfast food out the morning of 05/12/24. All in all we did not like our stay at this property.

She was ok letting her friends come swimming and having beybey kids run around but whenthere backs were turned she was mean and should be fired . I wouldn't go back to this place ever . Bathroom shower did not work plus sink had hair in drain.

They returning off a roof on a Saturday right above my window and it was quite noisy. They also had a lift running past my window. I understand construction Hass to be done, but I was not told of this happening on the weekend. The following Monday, a lift went by my window with men in it, and that concern me with my girlfriend with me.

Lady at the counter was very helpful. Website put us in a room different than what we booked but we were quickly and politely placed in a room like the one we booked.

It was meh. I booked this hotel because it advertised having an indoor pool. The website did not disclose that it was closed for maintenance. My kids were disappointed and I felt it was a waste of money.

The bathtub had chipped area in it due to old age.

The hotel is near the highway. The road noise is very loud. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Also the carpet was dirty.

I liked the size of the suite but there were small bugs in the corners of the ceiling, no hot water in the shower and when we were offered a room change there was such a foul odor that we chose to stay in the room with cold water.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and tell them all about the whole staff there and Hskp were are great and had awesome breakfast and was different every morning
