They offered 3 beds as we have two teenagers opposite sex and need 3 beds without getting two separate rooms Only streaming option for TV

The room we had on June 3 was clean, decoration inside the room is nice. The bed is squeaky. Not much parking space.

All good.

Loved it, everyone was so kind, the property was perfect, the room was perfect. Overall would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Silver Falls State Park. Parking lot could be a bit bigger I guess, spots are definitely limited.

I would stay there again.

Also wish that the restaurant/bar was open more often than just 4-8pm.
- 5/5
Decent stay

The staff was nearly non-existent and certainly not helpful. The property was shabby. The curtains did not cover the full window. When I complained about that, the front desk person said, "Really? You know you could use the blinds instead." When I told him that didn't fix the issue, he said he would pass it along to the manager. And I didn't hear anything else. It was a lot of money for very low quality. I wish I could get my money back.

Adorable little place with wonderful staff. Unfortunately, the heater in my room was so noisy that I had to completely turn it off at 2am.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly. The room was quaint and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The location was right in the middle of town with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious and quiet. Comfortable bed and in a great location for walking to everything in town. We had a great time and if we are ever out that way, we know we'll be back.
- 4/5
The Silverton Inn Suite is conveniently located, with dining, coffee, and a laundromat all within walking distance. The rooms are clean and charming, though we would appreciate blanket options for cooler weather and an upgrade to the mattresses. Despite these minor concerns, our overall experience was excellent, and we’re thrilled to have stayed there twice.

Great location and gorgeous property
- 5/5
Room was very clean and bed was super comfy.
- 4/5
It was clean. Did not see any staff. No hangers in the closets. No hooks on the walls. No coffee for the coffee pot.
- 5/5
Staff was great! Upgraded us to accommodate for our 4 month old baby. Highly recommend for your stay in silverton.
- 4/5
Loved the location and the staff!

My room was very clean, and it was very pleasant. I had a good stay, I slept well and peaceful. The staff was very helpful, friendly. Matt welcomed me so kindly and professionally.

Quiet and cute little place!
- 5/5
Large room, comfy beds, very clean
- 5/5
Very clean and cozy room. Great location, very friendly and attentive staff.
- 5/5
Onsite restaurant is very nice! Great price and the service is just like that at hotel. Great owners, with small town hospitality and willing to make changes to my reservation with hardly any warning at all. I will definitely return.
- 4/5
This was a very charming place to stay. It's unique and quite different from your average lodging establishment. Want something different? This is the place!
- 5/5
Every staff member we encountered was very kind. To be honest the entire town was amazing. We will definitely be returning.
- 5/5
I liked that the room wasn't carpeted but had vinyl wood flooring. The room was very clean. With the new owner, many little addictions would be appreciated; a lamp by the table, hook on inside bathroom door for robe or pajamas and a small shelf or table in bathroom for toiletries i.e shaving gear or hair care products. Simple but making the stay efficient.
- 5/5
The Silverton Inn & Suites' construction is very nice, and the surrounding area is full of great surprises
- 4/5
This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable Inn. The only thing that could have been better would be to have AC. There were fans, but it was still too warm for comfortable sleeping.
- 3/5
Our room was a nice size, bed/pillows very comfortable, bathroom nice size with good water pressure. Unfortunately the TV remote did not work, no ice bucket or cups at all for drinking/tea/coffee and as there was no housekeeping or from desk attendant after 6 pm we could not remedy the situation. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent.
- 5/5
From the Silverton Inn & Suites, you don't need to move your car. Everything is within easy reach, and Silverton is a beautiful and hospitable town.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and very quiet even though it seemed like all the rooms were booked. Staff was friendly and very responsive to our requests. We also loved the town itself and that there were lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
- 4/5
This building is old, but has a charm to it. The rooms were clean and spacious. Could walk a block to restaurants and shops. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
This hotel is in an excellent location for walking in this cute little town. The room is nicely appointed and clean.
- 4/5
In the kitchen: clean but no dishwasher no dish soap, dish towel, cutting board. No spoons. Cracked coffee pot. There was a jetted tub but no controls!
- 3/5
Very noisy early in the morning. AC was not running in the room and very hot and stuffy.
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and the Magnolia Grill on the hotel property was really really good, make sure to save room for the Creme Brule !!!
- 4/5
We were there to see the July 3rd fireworks. Our stay was short we slept well.
- 5/5
Nice location in historic town, walkable, food, close to silver falls
- 5/5
The hotel room was charming and the staff helpful and kind. I would definitely stay again!
- 3/5
Price was high for quality of room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lighting is AWFUL. Harsh 4k lights, only one bedside lamp, wall sconce not independently on/off. Location is great.
- 4/5
It was alright.
- 5/5
The man at the front desk was pleasant and quick to check me in. He gave me the information that I needed and said to call if I needed anything else.
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 3/5
The location was excellent. However the rooms and property need desperately to be updated. Window AC moldy shower curtain, shower head was from the 80's and hit me mid chest so way too low. And street parking was not in the plan..
- 4/5
It was quiet and convenient to Silverton events. Easy to make a reservation. However, the bathroom trash container had not been emptied. The check in involved calling a person to come over. We would have liked a continental breakfast considering the price for a stay.
- 5/5
LOVED this was in town for work and this was a pleasant surprise. Usually the small towns have some questionable places but this was very nice. Staff was GREAT!!
- 5/5
Wonderfully appointed room with plenty of storage space. The room includes a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. A wonderful surprise is an electric tea
- 2/5
..was not thrilled with the noisy refridgerator or the shower being tricky to turn from bath water to shower. The bed was COLD ..( NO BLANKET?!! )with just one coverlet/bedspread and a sheet!! I froze...also the toilet when flushed made a very LOUD NOISE ! Lastly the whole T V Roku thing is very hard for elderly guests to operate...just have REGULAR T.V. that the channel up and down will change the channels!!!
- 4/5
The Silverton Inn and Suit is a beautiful luxurious hotel – very lovely! They charged me more than what was stated on hotel.com. And I tried three times to get the Wi-Fi to work and it wouldn’t. Otherwise it was a beautiful comfortable room.
- 5/5
Host was very friendly and had many recommendations for not only Silverton but others areas we were planning on visiting. Room was spacious and clean. Within walking distance to shopping, dining and exploring.
- 5/5
Great spot to stay, especially if you're from out of town to hike Silver Falls State Park. Our room had a bath tub so we could take Epsom salt bath for sore hiking muscles!
- 5/5
Comfortable, great host and location. Good beds!
- 4/5
Room was clean, beds comfortable. Lovely large kitchen with dishes, large refrigerator, full stove. The host was very friendly and helpful and recommended a fantastic restaurant (Sandee Thai) and some good hiking trails. The hotel is right downtown, fun for walking around. The heater was noisy and bathroom floor very cold, otherwise loved it. There are nice air b-n-b's around but loved being downtown in charming Silverton. Looks to be a good restaurant connected to hotel but was closed during our stay.
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
The young man at check in desk was very nice.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable! Easy access to town and the Oregon Gardens.
- 3/5
Squeaky bed frames and small wall heaters. Convenient location but premium prices for what is essentially an old school motor hotel.
- 4/5
Nice in the center of town
- 4/5
The things I enjoyed before were still true. Wish that the restaurant was open on Sunday. Because there is nothing open for breakfast within walking distance.
- 3/5
This property is very old and way overpriced however it is a better value than most other hotel arrangements in the area. Rooms have a window units for AC and very old style heaters attached to the wall, something that you would see back in the 1960’s. There is no daily room service. The hotel bar and restaurant was excellent and by far the best part of our stay. It is also conveniently located near the wineries, especially in the Salem area.
- 4/5
It was very nice. Check in was quick… my only complaint is that the room was sooooo cold when we checked in and it took a few hours to get comfortable. It would be great if it had been somewhat warm when we checked in.
- 5/5
Very nice. Would recommend
- 5/5
Excellent in all areas: clean, updated, safe, staff
- 5/5
Property was beautiful and affordable. Silverton is a beautful place that made me feel welcome
- 5/5
Location could not of been better with bakery across street and restaurants all around. Our Host greeted us with warm welcome and went out of his way to make sure we we comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We had dinner at the restaurant “ Magnolia “ at the hotel and it was superb. We will definitely stay here again. Silver Falls was a short beautiful 15 minute drive. Excellent
- 4/5
The stay was comfortable it was clean and quiet, I did have the opportunity to dine one night in their restaurant and it was quite good. I would recommend this place, but don’t show up when the restaurants not open.
- 5/5
Just a one-night stay to enjoy mother’s day and dinner at the restaurant.
- 2/5
Check in was friendly and contactless. From there though- won’t be returning. Fridge and heater were loud. Room has no view (under stairs) and restaurant staff blasted music and made a bunch of noise past 11. Mattress is concaved on both sides and needs to be replaced. Overall- leaving tired and with a sore back. Would not recommmend.
- 3/5
For the price, this was not a good stay. The counter had crumbs on it, the door to the bedroom hasn’t been trimmed for the carpet, so it barely opens and closes, and the beds were nothing special. The Suite bedroom came with an extra tv remote, but the only tv was in the living room. Just an average room for the cost of 5 star in a bigger city.
- 2/5
The staff were amazing. The room was dirty very dusty. Dirty vents thick dirt on top of the shower curtains. Finally had to stop looking around. The room needed a deep cleaning not a quick once over.
- 2/5
I know it was a holiday weekend but this was a very overpriced night for the standard of the room. The check-in was great and the staff member was very friendly and helpful so can’t fault them. The room though was basic, small, cold, very noisy heating system, there was no hot water first thing so had to go out to breakfast and then come back for showers, the hairdryer didn’t work and the shower curtain had mould on it. Overall it was really disappointing and we wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
The hotel had character, kind staff, and close to the town.
- 5/5
Cute boutique hotel. Just a little small with 2 adults and a dog. Quiet and very close to restaurants and shopping. There is a restaurant on the property but was closed when we stayed there. Looked nice though!
- 4/5
The bar was slow with drinks and one or two of the girls seem to know what they were doing while the others seemed confused about a lot of things actually lol. But everyone was very nice!! We'd stay again!
- 1/5
First room had aftermarket air conditioner that was 3 feet away from my head and sounded lot like a diesal truck. Second room had worn out, overly soft mattress. Perfect if you want back pain in the morning!
- 5/5
Front desk guy was super friendly. Clean rooms. The restaurant was really good too. Walkable to the bars too. Love that they have their own parking lot too.
- 5/5
The staff were great, super helpful and nice. The room was clean and we'll kept. We loved the great bakery across the street and the restaurants nearby.
- 3/5
Expensive hotel room for the basics. Very clean and comfy but incredibly loud. Other guests out in the parking lot until 3am laughing and partying... Not the hotel's fault however if you have a bottom floor room you hear every toilet flush and folks walking around over your head. Just disappointing for the price and heading to a conference with little sleep.
- 5/5
A clean, comfortable stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful room, friendly staff, and the town is great!
- 3/5
Great location. My room had thin walls, I could hear my neighbors conversation till midnight...
- 5/5
We found ample free parking available any time that we needed it; we appreciated the friendly staff, our clean room, very comfortable beds & utter silence at night. We've now stayed at BOTH of the town's hotels, and this place is our preference. We'll be back.
- 4/5
Great location.
- 4/5
Property was close to restaurants which was great to be able yo walk to everything. Disappointed that they advertised breakfast as being available but the night we stayed the restaurant was closed. Thankfully we walked a few blocks and gound a restaurant with great breakfast and friendly service. When we arrived a large black garbage bag sat in our hallway blocking our entry into our room. I ecentually moved it hours later since it stayed there and placed it into a wide hallway...it remained there even when we left the following morning. Whe we went to check out no one was ar the front desk and so i attempted to contact the emergency line which they told us to contact if we needed anything however there was no answer and the message box was full. I was disappointed in the lack of customer service. Would not consider staying here again.
- 4/5
There's a mighty fine restaurant/bar at street level. Limited seating, but this is a small town. There is not nearly enough parking for guests here. Upon arrival, we parked about a block away. By paying attention, were able to move into the small lot the next morning. Room was nice (pet-friendly) with plenty of space. Weird lighting, though. Big closet. Decent shower. TV worked the first night, then went silent. It seems to take two universal remotes to run the thing (LG). It was a learning curve just to get things going. Then, when there was no sound, I went experimental. Fortunately, Beth had left her Netflix acct logged in and that had audio. Unfortunately, there's not much worth seeing on Netflix these days. No checkout... Just drop the key cards in the box and go.
- 5/5
Great location and very nice rooms!
- 4/5
Beautiful room, cozy and warmly decorated. Spacious.
- 5/5
wonderful
- 5/5
A very nice place, clean and quiet, right downtown.
- 5/5
Very quaint hotel. Enjoyed meal at restaurant. Parking was tight for my husbands truck but there was room. Walking distance to town.
- 3/5
We like this place; the location is great with convenient options for food and drink, shopping and sightseeing. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large enough and the decor is a change from the standard bland blahh of chains. However, parking in the lot is impossible unless you're driving a subcompact and I marked them down this time because the room was not really very clean. There's not much they can do about the parking, but the cleaning can definitely be improved. Hopefully they do a deep clean - especially in the bathroom - before our next visit.
- 5/5
Nice room, everything we needed, fun staff at the bar.
- 2/5
Property is attractive from the outside. However, stuffy room had only a tiny window with no view, with a fitful and noisy air conditioner. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor, so if you have a heavy suitcase, be warned.
- 5/5
Very nice and cozy rooms in an adorable town.
- 5/5
The property was gorgeous, clean, and right downtown! Only drawbacks…no ice machine, and no elevator. Also, pet friendly!!!
- 5/5
Very cute, centrally located with walking distance to town. Great having the restaurant and bar on-site. Would highly recommend the place.
- 5/5
The room was very nice. Both queen beds had a beautifully designed rot iron bed frame. The room had an electric lounge chair with 7 vibration modes. It had a jet tub. Reportedly each room is different. Bar & resturant were great
- 5/5
We were only there for one night but loved the location, friendly staff, and the room was delightfully large and accuser us and two small dogs. We would absolutely stay there again.
- 5/5
Excellent stay with very friendly and accommodating staff!
- 5/5
Good location. Enjoyable stay!
- 5/5
We had a nice suite with spacious clean rooms even had our own kitchen with everything you need, full size fridge,…best for more than one night like we had.
- 4/5
The deal on hotel.com and the proximity to the beach helped us choose the Silver Sands Motel. We were looking for a quiet beach town on our road trip up the coast. Overall a decent stay. The facilities are dated, but overall clean. The best part was the ocean facing room and being able to walk out the back door and have our feet in the sand. The staff at the check in desk was nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Fine alll around
- 5/5
The room is beautiful, spacious and clean. The fridge also had a freezer which is big when you are road tripping and have a cooler. I like the electric tea kettle in the room in addition to the coffee maker. I'm not a coffee drinker so that was a nice touch!
- 5/5
Also, Mac's down Water Street was a great meeting and eating place on the river.
- 5/5
Very nice boutique style inn. Each room is unique, clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
What a cute and cozy little inn! Very quite and comfortable.
- 5/5
Spacious room, nicely equipped kitchen, and a great shower. A truly dog friendly room with beautiful wood flooring and plenty of room for her sleeping crate.
- 4/5
Staff called to make arrangements when I wasn't there before the office closed. Thank you! Walls are a bit thin but a quiet area. Small parking area and street is metered.
- 4/5
Very comfortable bed. Stores in walking distance.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and town. I highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't change a thing.
- 5/5
Big room, fresh ground coffee in room.
- 5/5
The only negative is the parking
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Nicely located within walking distance of the various shops and the creek. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Loved all the murals on the various buildings and a few sidewalk walls in town. Very relaxing stay and would stay there again, trying a different decorated room!
- 5/5
Great cute little place with a great restaurant and AMAZING service.
- 5/5
We liked everything about this property. It was so quaint and charming. Very clean. Actually, it was our favorite one of our 4 night tour of the Oregon coast.
- 5/5
Parking was minimal and shared with adjacent restaurant so had to park along the road
- 5/5
Delightful room. Exceptionally clean. Location was superb. Attention to detail was great. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Hotel was cute, clean and roomy. Perfect location and nice restaurant.
