My room was satisfactory as far as cleanliness. So many things went wrong... first of all I called the hotel before my stay to find out what the dog fee would be and was told $25 per night. I get to the hotel and while checking in I was told that the manager had just raised the fee to $40 per night, even though the form I was made to sign had $25 per night - the lady at the front desk checking me in would not let me pay $25 and insisted I had to pay $40. I paid over $600 for 2 nights, which is ridiculous. This hotel is very much outdated, the carpeting in the stairwell and halls was dirty and very worn. No pool, breakfast was very "meh" - to pay this much per day one would think I was staying at a high-end Marriott or Hilton. When I got to my room I couldn't get the TV remote to work, so I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone did not work. So I walked down (no elevator) to see if I could get another remote and was told they didn't have one. When a new lady took over the desk, she gave me new batteries to try and it did work for awhile but the next morning it stopped working again. A maintenance person was sent to my room and they finally got it working again. I had to go down to the 1st floor to get Ice as the 3rd floor didn't have an ice machine and the one on the 2nd floor did not work. I feel like I was ripped off - cost way too much for what you get.
- 2/5
Good location and large rooms, but stains on bed covers and carpets were very off putting.
- 1/5
I can't recommend this property. Check in took over an hour, because the staff was far too new and not properly trained. Double charged for the room. Property is obviously at the close of life for the owner. Not up to normal Quality Inn standards. The parking is HORRENDOUS. It is not well-laid out and the access is difficult - even a Smart Car would have difficulty getting in and out of the spaces. I have stayed at this property many times in the past and was truly surprised at how run down it has gotten.
- 4/5
No elevator, three floors. Unable to get a ground floor room on arrival. I am 80 with spinal stenosis so it was a challenge even with a second floor room. Bad on me not to have asked when booking. Staff was very helpful, the room was clean and nice. Heat / cooling worked well. Breakfast was above average.
- 5/5
Tiny downside: no elevator, so first floor rooms are reserved for disabled travelers only. But: receptionist said an elevator would be installed this summer. Again, small flaw and if I can’t walk up two flights of stairs, then I’ve got no business in an outrigger race, LOL.
- 3/5
It was OK, the staff person was very nice but gave me incorrect information about getting a refund from Expedia when it should be them the hotel/motel. Everything appeared to be clean but in the bathroom the floor was full of hair.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
best price in the area. OK for short time stay. limited amenities but had what was necessary for comfort for a couple nights.
- 3/5
The staff member at the front desk who was present for both our check-in and check-out wasn't well suited to her work; her voice was sufficiently soft as to be nearly unintelligible. Further, she insisted on making photocopies of both my drivers license and my wife's even though we had already paid for the room through Expedia. The property itself is fine and the room seemed clean. There was a pretty strong smell of disinfectant in the room and hallway. We've stayed here twice because it's a reasonable value in a good location, but I wish it was a little cheaper for what it is.
- 5/5
... Great price for the area definitely within walking distance of the mall which is great!
- 5/5
PLEASE READ IN ENTIRETY. This is an excellent value for.the money. Clean rooms, quiet and close to everything. However, this is not the Wynn - the rooms show wear, you might blow a fuse, and the casing of your door may show.that the door.has been kicked in before and had an amateur repair. The breakfast is filling with bacon and eggs. The staff are friendly and basically all young people. The price to value is off.the charts though.
- 5/5
So far so good.
- 1/5
After checking in, I tried to get some sleep. Every time I dozed off, I was awakened by a tremendous amount of thumping and banging, and people laughing and talking somewhere in the rooms around me, I could not sleep. I asked to be switched to a different room and they told me the motel was full, so I left and went to a different motel a city away because all of the motels and hotels in that town were booked full, it was late. I was tired, exhausted, and unwilling to deal with the problem.
- 5/5
There was drinks left in the fridge
- 2.5/5
Nothing The promptness of the staff
- 5/5
Everything was over all, wonderful.!
- 3.5/5
The breakfast was excellent, better than I expected. The location was excellent. Very close to where I needed to be. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. All-around great stay. The late night after 10 pm noise in the hallway. People yelling, children banging on the walls up and down the hallway.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay!
- 0.5/5
Nothing Rude people
- 0.5/5
Checking in was a nightmare. There was a pocket Billie dog in the lobby loose with no effort to contain it. Another guest had their puppy exposed to meth in their room and had to be hospitalized. I felt unsafe and did not sleep well.
- 3.5/5
Quiet and clean. The fan in the bathroom was SO LOUD and you couldn’t turn it off. I couldn’t open the cabinet to the fridge all the way to close the freezer either, so everything in the fridge froze.
- 4/5
My only wish would be for more comfortable beds--maybe add pillowtop covers.
- 2/5
When we checked in, we were given rooms on the second floor with no elevator. Upon entry to our room, an unpleasant odor of pets was present along with dirty carpet. In both rooms, the heater did not work. We went to the desk and the clerk was very helpful in getting us alternate rooms on the first floor, which we were originally told none were available. The carpet was dirty on the stairs. The website for this hotel showed a nice fitness center which had been renovated into the current front desk area and no fitness center was available. We did use the YMCA just across the street, for an additional charge of $20 per person per day ($80). We had no housekeeping for the four days of our stay. We had no TV remote so the TV did not work. Extremely thin walls and could hear people talking in other rooms, and walking the halls and floors above. Sleep was difficult. The breakfast was good and the gentleman handling that did so with pride. Parking was close and convenient. We were in Silverdale for a family funeral. Will check other area hotels.
- 2/5
We were given a room on the second floor (and advised that there was no elevator-traveling with 82 year old mother). Upon entering room was hit by an overpowering smell of "wet dog". Heater did not work in either of the rooms we had. We were moved to a first floor room that had working heater/ac. Carpeting in hall and stairs looked stained. We did not have housekeeping for the 3 days we stayed. Breakfast service was good.
- 0.5/5
No elevator for 3rd floor
- 5/5
Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast.
- 2/5
We've been traveling the puget sound area for past week and staying in similiar priced hotels along the way. This one disappointed. Building and other tenates were rough. Walls were paper thin thus we could hear all kinds of rucus all night and kids screaming. There was no fitness facility despite being advertised. Breakfast was decent and room was clean.
- 5/5
The free breakfast was hit and miss. The weekend person was a mess. One cook had eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, milk: anyway you get the idea. The weekend person did not put out the eggs, yogurt, fruit, and in general didn't feel it was
- 4/5
Good people,
- 3/5
Room felt dirty
- 4/5
They have to remodel the building its very old
- 3/5
Room was a bit shabby and bed was out of shape. Breakfast person was abrupt
- 5/5
The room is really clean and comfortable and the personal so nice. Thanks
- 5/5
Everything was clean and was in great shape.
- 2.5/5
Thin walls and floors let in noise from all our neighbors. Stain on the comforter. Curtains that do not do a good job at blocking light. No elevator - be prepared to carry your heavy luggage up the stairs.
- 2/5
Dirty toilet had hair on it, and back of room door had brown finger prints. Odd smell in room. People asking us to get them coffee outside lingering in parking lot. Kinda seemed as though the poeple hanging outside and in lobby were just squatting there. Definitely will not be booking at this location again.
- 1/5
Staff
- 0.5/5
Toilet backup. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis: no clean towels, beds not maid up. Unexceptable!!!!!!
- 3.5/5
The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast. The little coffee maker was dirty and gross where you pour the water into.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, Staff was great, and the Breakfast was very good! The hotel it’s self needs a lot of work, but when we were there it definitely looked like they were doing upgrades to make it better
- 5/5
Great customer care services
- 0.5/5
I should get my money back, this was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Filthy room, ice machine sound right outside the room, sounded like a train was right outside the door. Someone was preparing breakfast at 4am banging around pans, again right next to the room. The price was over double what I paid for another place that had two beds and multiple more amenities.
- 2/5
The location was easy to find and the place was clean when you walked in.. are room was right by the ice machine and the kitchen. We didn't sleep at all after a long drive. When I talked to the man who checked us in who was laying on the couch with his feet up texting and wearing glasses at 3:45am I asked him is this usually this loud at this time as I can't sleep with all the noise of banging and such from the kitchen? He replied I only check people in. I told him as a paying customer giving feed back, this is unprofessional especially at the price we are paying . Also the smell of cig smoke made me sick with in our room.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 0.5/5
I stayed multiple days so they provide House keeping every 3 days. House keeping changed out some of the towels leaving used ones and remade the bed with the same linen. Lots of traffic at all hours, you can hear people showering very loud plumbing.
- 3/5
The building is old and there is no elevator. The lobby was under construction. No smart tv. But, room clean and comfortable, and staff nice. Very convenient location for walking to shopping, and catching bus.
- 5/5
Yes and yes
- 2/5
Heat/fan did not work all rooms were booked therefore no relocation for heat. ADA room was not ADA practical AT ALL
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. The food was great and it was simply amazing
- 2.5/5
Location is nice it's fairly clean Out dated furniture, bad toilet pressure resulting in clogged toilet $165 for one night is to expensive for an older hotel I will not return
- 2.5/5
Breakfast was really good. Being remodeled. The walk up the stairs to the third floor.
- 4/5
No elevator. I'm 61 and did Xmas shopping.
- 2/5
Wasn’t awear that now hotels put a 50.00 hold on your credit card due to the actions of others destroying rooms or not paying for mini bar usage. Sounds like the cost of doing business and as they just got millions in a tax break why are they asking customers to foot their bill.
- 5/5
convenient
- 1/5
When we checked in, we were given our room card key which was on the third floor. It was an huge struggle for me to walk upstairs. Upon entering, there was someone already there. The TV was in loud and the bed was messy. Bathroom was full of stuff. We went back downstairs and she claimed her system showed the room should have been emoted and cleaned. I asked for accommodations for the first floor. There were none. We had to leave. It was a huge disappointment. We asked for a refund and were told we had to reach out to Expedia. Expedia has repeatedly tried to contact the property manager. No response! I was told I will not be able to get my money back. I will be reaching out to the manager myself.
- 5/5
it was a memorable stay. rooms were very neat and property looks new. breakfast option was good and hygiene.
- 4/5
Clean rooms and location with friendly staff. Only there to sleep and had a good night.
- 4/5
The room was clean, the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious! The building is just a bit old, other than that, we were comfortable!
- 4/5
Staff was great room was clean. I’d stay there again!
- 3/5
Bed was too soft but room was nice. Continental breakfast was not very good. Last stay in 2024 was much better.
- 4/5
The staff was polite, respectful and friendly, the hotel rooms are renovated and clean, just an older hotel, but was a decent stay for the price, breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay!
- 4/5
Yes. Only problems were stairs and no taxi service.
- 5/5
Room was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options.
- 3/5
I felt like it was not quite up to Quality Inns standards.

- 5/5
Setup was great - lots of options
- 5/5
It was great
- 3/5
Food luke warm staff not friendly but better breakfast options then most.
- 4.5/5
Very unprofessional billing practices.
- 4/5
Everything was fairly good !
- 3/5
Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was no clock in our room. The hallway carpet was stained and the lighting was dim. At the ground floor entrance, not lobby, had a sliding window wide open that any non guest could have entered. The only reason I felt safe was that my adult son was staying with me. I only saw one employee that wore a Quality Inn shirt denoting him as a staff member. Most staff we not dressed appropriately and sloppily. A poor representation of the company.
- 4/5
There were ample dinning places near by. I had a room on the 1st floor and it was very quiet considering how close it was to the road. Very pleasant staff and pretty good complimentary breakfast.
- 3/5
If you need an OK hotel, for an OK nights sleep, with and OK breakfast, this is fills the bill. Keep your expectations of mediocre, and you won't be disappointed.
- 3/5
Very friendly staff! No elevator.
- 2/5
AC didn’t work, not even the fan
- 2/5
Staff great just wish air conditioning worked
- 3/5
The hotel appeared clean and I found the room the same. I had these horrible towels that were small and thin. After 3 days I had to find someone to ask if I could get new towels. They actually changed out the sheets at that time. Forgot to replace the floor towel. There was no way to keep water off the floor from shower. I wanted ice only to find one machine that was out of service. You could see that they removed ice machines on the floors (signs on wall but no machine). That was a big one for me… gotta have my ice! Weekday breakfast ended at 9. Those of us on vacation don’t like getting up early enough to put yourself together and get there by 9. Breakfast selection was pretty good.
- 5/5
What a fantastic staff!!
- 4/5
Starff was extremely helpful and very nice. TV remote didnt operate the on and off.
- 4/5
The bathroom fan was super noisy, the bed squeaked a lot LOL But nothing major. We had breakfast at 9am and there was barely anything, on the weekends breakfast is until 10am. Pastries were all gone, I had to ask for milk for my son... The waffles saved my kids' breakfast. The manager is super nice though, she kept checking with us when we arrived 30mins early to check in. She also came by our table and asked how our room was, I told her about the fan and she offered to change us rooms but we were only there for 1 night so I declined. I watched her check the breakfast when she got there and got the breakfast attendant to refill everything, unfortunately we were already leaving when that happened. But kuddos to the manager. It does have a small parking lot, if you arrive late you might not get a spot.
- 4/5
Everything good
- 3/5
It was fine for needing an overnight pit stop but not necessarily a place to just hang out.
- 2/5
Nothing
- 5/5
I like how quiet it was convenient and I like the sale is agent there she was awesome
- 4/5
Was good for a 1 night stay when just needing a place to sleep. Staff was very friendly, nice, and accomodating.
- 3/5
-This wasn’t a bad property, but no elevator and I was put on the third floor. So had to haul my luggage up and downstairs.
- 4/5
Really slow check-in experience despite it being 5:00 PM and empty in the lobby, with an odd requirement to photocopy ID of both people in our party. Bed was noisy, sound travels easily from other rooms. No elevator for 3rd floor guests. Generally clean.
- 1/5
The beds hard wood bedframe sticks out at foot of bed, I hit and scraped my ankle, let them know first night. Didn’t clean our room second day or give us fresh towels until we called front desk to request. Toiletries shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles empty and not refilled second day. Front desk people were very hospitable and kind.
- 2/5
General appearance poor. Window screen in the room was torn and metal part and the screen rusted and needs to be replaced. Overall, building maintenance needed. Plants, grass, parking lot, all dirty, un-maintained; Carpet throughout soiled and needs to be replaced. Walls in need of paint. Room was musty and the heating/AC unit functioned poorly. Porcelain sink broken (cracked). Very noisy inside - voices carry through walls, toilets flushing, showers, etc - poorly insulated - from above (we were on 2nd of 3 floors) and rooms on either side. No elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor - is that even allowed? People hanging around the parking lot - and surrounding areas. We've stayed in Quality Inns before, and this was unlike any other - expensive, worn out, and unmaintained.
- 1/5
Decrepit. guys smoking pot in parking lot, construction workers on long term stay there, everywhere. Micro breakfast area- like one table. Entire vibe was sketchy and we decided to leave based on discomfort it would be to stay. Drove 3.5 hours home instead. Stay somewhere else. No refund given. Even though the front desk person was kind about our cancelation. I do not recommend unless you have no other choice. Honestly, I'd rather sleep in my car. The room looked okay. It was just everything else that made it a NOPE! Super sketchy place.
- 4/5
When they cleaned my room they only put 2 towels when I was staying 3 more days and no extra soap. And the thermostat was on 67. I had it on 73.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
The person at the front desk went up and above what i would normally see, she was really great
- 2/5
We literally found someone’s baby binky in the bed…. I’m disgusted.
- 5/5
Clean, easy to find. Staff was excellent!
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility is definitely old and they've tried their best to maintain it. The mattresses were terrible.
- 4/5
Staff was great, room was clean and pleasant but property was dreary and unsettling
- 4/5
Roo. Washington clean. Breakfast was good
- 5/5
In the heart of Silverdale, the location is excellent. All of the staff were super friendly. I love staying here when I visit my grandchildren. Walking distance to shopping, groceries and eateries. Not a lot of frills, but they don't need them. 100% recommend!
- 1/5
Overall disappointed with the sanitary aspect of the hotel and room; I would not recommend or book there again.
- 4/5
Place was a better price for high season. Older looking but clean. No weird smells. Be aware there is no elevator for upper rooms. Overall a good stay for the price.
- 3/5
Wouldn't rec for romance or call it a nice family place (mostly location, but staff was pleasant), was clean. Time frame for breakfast was Very generous. Appreciated that! NO ELEVATOR
- 5/5
Great experience.
- 4/5
The staff are pleasant, the cleanliness was ok, the price was ridiculous you would think since we was here 11days you would get some kind of deal? Or a free nite? Other than that it was a good stay
- 3/5
Property was typical, Room door wouldn't latch unless you super slammed it or put your weight on it as it latched. Room just gave the feeling of being dated, especially compared to the other hotels within a 2 min walk time.
- 4/5
Good stay for the price
- 1/5
Fire alarm at 0500 because of smokers , being by the fire door slamming every 30 minutes around the clock, rediculous.
- 5/5
I like how they did go above and beyond and provided make up remover wipes. Haven’t seen those ever in a hotel
- 5/5
The night staff was fantastic. Funny, personable and excellent customer service. They made our stay perfect.
- 5/5
When I entered my room, there was a bad odor in the room. I immediately opened the window to let it air out & eventually the odor went away. I know the building is old so it may have something to do with the air not being circulated when the room is vacant. As I indicated in my last review for my stay in mid April, the building needs some serious updating & the General Manager responded to that review that it will be discussed at a future meeting.
- 1/5
On top of all this, the fire alarm went off at 5am in the morning waking up my whole family prematurely. It didn't seem like they had any protocol in place to alert their customers especially folks with disabilities. None of the hotel staff came around to usher folks out or follow up to inform their guests that was a false alrm. It must has been a false alarm because the alarm eventually stopped after 15 minutes or so and the Fire Department didn't even both coming. We were only staying for one night to getaway for my wife's birthday and boy were we woken up by a rude awakening! My whole family was fully awake from that noisy and obnoxious fire alarm so we just goy dressed and checked out. Told the front desk lady that this was by far the worst hotel experience that we've ever had. She apologized and said she understood. I asked for a refund for our terrible stay and experience. She put sent a note to her Manager. I sure hope this establishment has the courtesy to follow up with me and issue me a refund. Getting woken up so early ruined our plans for the day and we ended up just heading home.
- 1/5
Numerous hairs in the bedding and bathroom. Room stunk of stale cigarettes and whatever else went on in the room. Front desk worker was very nice though.
- 5/5
It was close to the military base and the experience was wonderful
- 3/5
Expedia needs to correct their marketing! This hotel did jot provide the items Expedia suggests! Very disappointed!
- 3/5
To start the room they gave us had not been clean, it happens. So we were given another room. Second the breakfast included wasn't serviced well. All the options, were gone and we were there early.
- 4/5
No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor with luggage
- 3/5
odor too strong when I open the door. The staff really nice
- 2/5
Run down no elevator
- 5/5
Clean room, quite, very comfortable bed.
- 4/5
This hotel was very convenient as far as location for my visit. However, it is an old property, hallway carpets look like they have never been cleaned. My room looked like it hasn't been upgraded in years. May be that saying... "you get what you paid for" applies here. Not sure I will stay here in the future.
- 5/5
Amazing staff and breakfast! No elevator but we need to climb anyway. Very accomodating! Clean laundry services.
- 4/5
The kitchen staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was as expected but I did have to ask them to pick up used towels etc after day 1 after the expected cleaning and re-stocking did not occur.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff.. I enjoyed my stay.
- 4/5
Also breakfast was good.
- 1/5
This Hotel was so bad no stairs for Elderly People. Plus Dogs barking all night and the walls were so thin you could hear everything. I would only recommend this Hotel for its location but not for anything else. Needs a lot of improvement. No batteries in TV control someone must of needed batteries. Other room bathroom water would only turn on HOT no cold water . Like I said could use some maintenance...... a lot
- 5/5
It wasn't a problem for me but this hotel has NO ELEVATOR. not criticizing, but people should be aware. If you can't do stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room when reserving. The breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare, but everything was hot and fresh. Good coffee supplied all day. Staff super helpful and friendly.
- 2/5
Booked a room with two queen beds. When I arrived they informed me that they overbooked and only had single queen rooms available. Not the end of the world but the $3 per night discount they offered was laughable. WiFi was down “for maintenance” and no elevator. You can and will hear everything that is going on in the hallway and an incredibly loud AC.
- 5/5
Traveling with pets can be difficult. We were given a 1st floor room with easy access to walk our pets. This is our go to spot when in the area.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice place, friendly staff
- 3/5
Also, with the location there is a TON of vehicle noise. Someone was revving their engine at 130am the first night, for a good 10 minutes in the open parking lot and just tons of road noise otherwise on the back side of the building. Would be nice to have security or someone to stop those instances or interfere as they occur, rather than having to get an authority repsonse to get it to stop. The employees are friendly and kind, checking in and out was very easy. The facilities could use some tlc, however, and certainly better snacks or amenities for guests. That is a must and no-brainer. Costco is just up the street!
- 5/5
The staff was the highlight of my stay. EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. I will be booking here again for this reason. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it’s clean, safe, and affordable :)
- 5/5
It was a nice stay. Breakfast was good too. Definitely will recommend to friends.
- 2/5
1) The parking lot is very sketchy. It’s shared with a shopping plaza lot where homelessness people were sleeping in front of abandoned stores. 2) The in- room coffee and tea are yucky 3) When I asked for a receipt for the $50 incidental deposit, I was told they couldn’t provide one. 4) While I was checking out, three employees came in to collect their checks. One started yelling, and was egged on by another employee. She said she had been shorted and wanted a paystub to prove her pay. It escalated with a someone I. The adjacent office (with an open door.) lots of foul language, threats to destroy the hotel and F- people up. It was scary. On the plus side: 1) the night attendant, Camella, was so friendly and helpful. 2) There was a continental breakfast with a good selection. 3) They are pet friendly ($27 fee). 4) The pillows were extremely comfortable. Would I stay again? Nope.
- 1/5
Stayed there for about 10 days did not have hot water for six of those days. Half of the staff was rude unhelpful and lazy laundry facilities were broken. They had my room reservation messed up old rundown. I guess you get what you pay for.
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 4/5
Very convenient, close to all shops, clean and quiet
- 5/5
Silverdale is a commercial hub for the area. Realize this and be happy. It is, however, built for cars. There are crosswalks at the lights, just be prepared to wait a full cycle for your turn to walk.
- 5/5
Small standing shower, aside from that I enjoy saying there every time I’m in town.
- 1/5
Came and there was no power, slept in the cold, no hot water, or lights. Couldn’t get a refund because we paid online it was the last money we had for what we thought would be a warm relaxing room.
- 1/5
Terrible! Do not stay here!
- 5/5
We stayed in a room with a full size fridge and a stove and microwave. Highly recommended!
- 5/5
Very pet friendly!!!!
- 4/5
For a small hotel it has everything you need, walking distance to nearby restaurants/stores, overall interior looks updated, room was nice/clean and there is hot breakfast.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good, rooms clean but mattress was awfully uncomfortable. 😒 When checking out I mentioned to the front desk person that I may need another night as my husband's heart surgery didn't go as expected. Her response was just "okay" and she went back to her cell phone. 😤 #hospitalityfail #disappointed
- 5/5
Nice breakfast. Loved the potatoes! Quiet and clean, very comfortable. But the best was the STAFF! Accommodating, friendly and just a pleasure. The close access to walkable shopping made it a very convenient location.
- 2/5
Felt dirty the moment walking in, in the halls and the room. We didn’t even stay and left to find another room elsewhere
- 3/5
Good location but is getting old
- 5/5
This is an older property but they have done a good job of renovating the rooms. The outside of the property is slightly run down but the staff were kind and the rooms themselves were very nice. Nice big bathrooms. I like that the sink was separate from the tub and toilet.
- 5/5
The price was decent.
- 5/5
Great visit
- 1/5
The breakfast lady was the nicest part of my stay.

This is my 3rd night here within the last week. Don’t accept a room at the end of the hall on the 1st floor if you don’t want to hear a slamming door. There is a door in this area that people are constantly going in and out of….This is a pet accepting hotel so perhaps people are taking their pets outside resulting in the loud door shaking?…..The rooms I stayed in…closer to the lobby…I did not notice this being as noisy….this room doesn’t have carpet so maybe the other rooms carpet buffered the noise. Otherwise good value and clean.

Simple clean hotel, excellent value, older building with updates. Stayed here while my husband was in the hospital…lots of restaurants close by….did not try the included breakfast

My room was clean and quiet. The bed was fantastic. The mattress was really nice. The only thing that was not up to standard was the bathroom. Shower was ok but the toilet was old and basically the size of one a child in school would use.

Perfect area for where I wanted to go.

The inn had two floors, but there was no elevator, only stairs. Luckily our room was on the first floor. The room was clean and good sized. We had a nice stay.

Good property, but if you're staying in a room on the 1st floor, expect loudness.

Never was able to stay here even though I had reservations. Received a call at 7:30pm to let me know the hotel was overbooked and that I did not have a place to stay. No apologies or compensation were offered.

Place was clean and staff helpful. Close to lots of places to eat. Did not know they had 3 stories of very steep narrow stairs and no elevator when I booked. I’ll have to pay better attention next time☹️

Surprised by the price for not a real nice place

Quick trip, currencies in around 10. Night clerk seemed a little grumpy. 2 queen beds, 1 had a depression in the middle, and when you laid on it the end of the mattress was higher than the rest. Checked out early around 615, and the morning lady was very cheerful. Asked about our stay, and if there was anything they could have done to make it better. I informed her of the mattress, and she was quick to take the info. Very clean, decent parking lot, no sketchy people that i could seeands in very cautious. Would stay again for a quick trip. No pool!

3 floors, no elevator. Luckily I was on the main floor. The coroner was removing a body when I arrived and I couldn’t cancel at that point.
