Stayed here one night for business with a few co-workers. Have a great night The waitress in the bistro Abby was so attentive and friendly. I hope I spelled her name right. The staff acknowledged you whenever they saw you. All parts of the facility I saw were clean. Rooms are very spacious. Definitely will be back again

Clean, great staffed

I’ve noticed with both stays, they had the exact same breakfast. I wonder if they do switch it up from time to time. Otherwise, no complaints

Stay here every time I fly up to visit family, rarely disappointed. Especially if my room is in the water side for the sunrise/set, tides, sea mammals, and ducks....all things I miss about growing up in WA, in Silverdale/Kitsap

Wonderful stay at Oxford Suites Silverdale. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was excellent, and the bar was a great spot to unwind in the evenings. What really stood out, though, was the staff — every single person was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. We'd happily stay here again. Highly recommend.

Only have the pool and hot tub available, the sauna and steam room were down. Other than that, everything from check in to check out was seamless. Love that the floor was not carpet. Love their breakfast options, complementary soup, salad, and drink was a Chefs Kiss. Love the mints on the pillow. The Manager was extra helpful when I checked in, I appreciate that didn’t catch his name, but helped me with my cards issues. We stayed to be able to attend a funeral and this was the best place to stay. Also their restroom by the pool is a moms dream restroom, plenty of space if you have a stroller, the bigger stall has everything you need when changing babies, LOVE IT.

We visited Silverdale last year, and loved this hotel so much that we booked again this year and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, clean room, great amenities, great breakfast selection and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The extra bonuses such as the Oxford social is an added perk and the hotel being in a central location was essential to our stay in Silverdale.

Disappointed in the condition of the couch in room 123 which was frayed and the carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned or replaced.

The only disappointment was that they closed the sauna/steam room for the one day I was staying and did not disclose the fact in the booking. Which is the main reason I chose this location.

I like that all of the staff are very friendly from the front desk clerk to the staff serving breakfast. What I didn’t like is that the room is kind of cramped for the king size bed. The pool is also under renovation.

The hotel is clean, great views, and the breakfast was good. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were closed for maintenance- no discount. They let us know a couple days before our arrival.

Was able to have a first floor room as requested. Perfect for getting my dog in and out. Staff, as usual, friendly and welcoming. Room just right.

Ease of checking in and out plus location was great. Bonus free beverage and breakfast was such a plus! It could’ve been cleaner. Found hairs and plenty of dust, but overall not bad.

Outside walk ways were a mess. The bar was great. Good menu with a few options along with a little store available with snacks and drinks. I would stay at the Oxford again but only on the water with a balcony and I would address the room cleaning before I moved my things in.

Very clean hotel with a nice sized room. They have a great pet policy and our dogs felt right at home. They even offered a travel water bowl for him. The young lady that did our check-in was very sweet and welcoming. This hotel is great also and that they offer a happy hour complementary cocktail, snacks, and a great breakfast.

Unsure if this was due to it being busy at the hotel due to a lot of guests for a children's hockey game, or if its normal, but the elevator was a bit slow. We found ourselves just using the stairs most of the time because the elevator took more time than expected to wait for.

On site parking, pillows where soft The facilities were filthy, the steam room had mold, the roof of the pool had mold, the hot tub and pool water was off color, the weight room/ fitness center was closed (something that's isn't disclosed anywhere) and under construction. Also the towels in the hotel room had random hair in it when I unfolded some of them.

The location is excellent and truly beautiful. One of the highlights is the bar and breakfast area that overlooks the bay—it’s a great way to start or end the day, especially when traveling for work. The staff consistently stands out as well: everyone I’ve interacted with has been super nice, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which makes a big difference when you’re on the road. The rooms are comfortable and the overall atmosphere feels relaxed yet professional. The only thing that caught me a little off guard was the $50 charge for a late checkout. I don’t see that too often with business travel, but it was clearly communicated and, all things considered, a reasonable amount. Overall, this is a reliable, pleasant place to stay with great views, great service, and a convenient setup for business travelers. I’ve stayed multiple times already and will absolutely continue booking here in the future.

This hotel is stellar! Clean, well-maintained, the dining room offers good evening menu, and a lovely variety for breakfast. The staff was wonderful, clearly folks who like their jobs, which speaks well of the leadership . The location is also a plus, near to shopping and eateries and St. Michael Hospital. The view of the bay is an added plus.

As soon as you walk in the staff greet you and thank you for choosing them. Super sweet and gave us a bit more information about the hotel. My daugther was super excited for the complimentary drink and soup/salad. Our room was clean and beds were super comfy. As for the breakfast it was amazing. We would go back and recommend this suite to family and friends. Nothing. Besides that our lake view was lacking (lake was dry) hahaha

Unfortunately, the gym is closed due to water damage they're repairing.

Rooms were clean, however there is only one elevator for the whole property, so it took a long time to move from one floor to the other.

There was some renovation going on that wasn’t labeled at our first arrival. Room had some stuff that wasn’t cleaned on the floor and garbage from previous people under the furniture. Continental breakfast is nothing to write home about. Not many choices.

We know it was a holiday but the main areas of hotel were a little dirty and unkept, in our room we had a chaise that should have been replaced a long time ago. It looked like it belonged in a run down hotel. Torn and worn out. Nothing I would sit in. Only one server in dining area

The pool and hot tub surfaces hurt my feet and even to sit in the hottub. They were pokey.

Great location, loved the pool! My guest & is loved the complimentary drink & breakfast buffet voucher. Nice view and spacious for a "regular room". Could hear neighboring rooms tv and occasionally peopke in the hallway. The pillows were too soft and all the same. The elevator always seemed to pick up more people before taking us to the chosen floor, so spent extra time in the elevator meeting fellow guests; small elevator.

The breakfast staff was wonderful and everything was warm and delicious. The menu very daily, which was nice. The rooms were nice, clean, and the staff was wonderful.

First night was wonderful. Second night was something to be desired. Had to go down to the front desk. Kids were running up and down the hallway. Stay was okay.

This was the BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed in. They had a free soup and salad bar with a complimentary drink each night and a stellar breakfast with friendly, amazing staff. The rooms were clean with comfy beds. The pool was great. It was a fantastic experience.

The towels were not soft and there was no bedding in our room for the sofa sleeper Parking lot fills up most days and is a very steep grade at sections. Nice breakfast on the waterfront is the best thing about this hotel for the price.

In the evening the restaurant offered free soup and salad and one free beer or liquor shot. The free breakfast was very good and complete. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes(chocolate chip or plain) oatmeal and cereal. Coffee tea and juice. Staff has been pleasant and helpful.

I was surprised by this hotel. We upgraded to a balcony room. It was really nice to sit outside at night and in the morning drinking our coffee. We got a free drink coupon at check in, so we watched the Mariners play . There was a big soaking tub in the BR where I could soak away my sorrows after the Mariners lost! Lol Staff was friendly as well. Definitely reccomend.

Great place to stay…. We have tried other places in the area, by far the best value, best run and managed, fantastic staff, and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend you stay here. We spend the night and catch the ferry going and coming to Victoria, BC. We make 3 to 4 trips a year.

Good room, positive experience with staff.

The staff was very helpful when we interacted with them including front desk and housekeeping. The room was clean, but we expected a suite with separate bedroom. Breakfast was our biggest disappointment. It was the same menu each day. Oatmeal looks like it was preheated from previous day. Coffee creamer requires multiple pumps to get enough cream in the coffee cup. Suggest some to order omelets, hardboiled eggs, oatmeal packets with hot water. Not a fan of powdered eggs. Potatoes look like day old and reheated. The room was clean, but would have preferred a separate seating area. Thanks for your attention for future guests.

Property is currently going through upgrades. Considering this, the property is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is always so helpful.

Staff was great. Derik even remembered our names the next day and had a great smile. Our Room was spacious, clean and offered great views of the Bay. Free Breakfast Buffet offered Daily and one free drink from the Bar. We had a great time during our week stay. We will definitely stay again when we return.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Very nice in appearance inside and out. The room was comfortable and clean. They offer one free drink and snack in the restaurant at night and a free breakfast. The breakfast was a full buffet and had good food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good steak done perfectly as medium rare like I requested. It seemed to have a reverse sear. Nicely flavored with garlic salt and pepper. The unlimited salad and soup is really a bonus along with the complimentary evening drink. Rooms very clean although the scent is a bit strong. Will enjoy trying others in this chain.

My room was very clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. Beds were perfectly comfortable, a/c fantastic, bathroom well-stocked and HAD A SOAKING TUB! Yay! I lived the reception I received, staff was accommodating and kind; offered special drink tickets for each of our guests, and the continental breakfast was delicious! Great variety. Even changed day today, and was well prepared and presented. We’ll done!

Great Staff and property

The stay was really nice. We didnt get house keeping cause they came when we were still sleeping. The elevator was out of order our entire stay which was a let down but that was out of control when it needed to be repaired. The breaksfast included in the room every moening was fantastic. Worh it

This is our second stay at Oxford Suites, Silverdale. We like it's location, service, comfortable rooms and dining options. The water view doesn't hurt, either! Good place to rest before embarking on the long drive to western Montana. Will be back for a other stay for sure!

At the cost of the room rate i would have expected more. The carpet in the halls hould have neen replaced a could of years ago. The doors to the rooms had to be lifted or pushed to lock. Not a bad place to stay but not the place to charge top dollar for. I expected more bases on price.

The lighting needs improvement, everything is quite dark. The bathtub needs a grab bar due to the height of the bathtub wall. The cost of the room is excessive for the area. I had to ask to have my room made up daily. For these prices I don’t think you should have to ask for that service. The elevator is very slow and is the only one serving the whole hotel. The staff in the dining room and front desk were great and very personable. I don’t understand the need for a ticket for the breakfast since no body checks to see if you have one. No other hotel that I have stayed at used a ticket for breakfast.

The forth floor was ver dirty, felt like a different hotel compared to first floor. The price was not in alignment with amenities and cleaning. Won’t return.

I loved that they really accommodated me when I requested a room near the entrance due to my knee problem.

Beautiful location

The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, the mall, grocery store, and waterfront park. We stayed in an extended stay king suite with a kitchenette, which was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils for three. The only thing missing was a cutting board. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were great and well maintained. We loved that the pool temperature was actually cool and not luke warm. We also appreciated extended pool hours at this hotel. The pool is open from 7 am to 11 pm. We did not partake in the complimentary cocktail hour. Each adult received a coupon for one of the following: a glass of wine, one beer, or well drink. Breakfast was decent. They had fresh fruit, sausages, potatoes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, made to order eggs and an omlette bar. I also saw bagels, bread, and mini muffins in a case by the bar. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is solely because we had chain smokers next door. Our room was on the lower lowel with a door that lead to a beautiful lawn with water views. We could not open the window or hang out on the lawn because the two people next door chain smoked the entire time. What made it worse was the cigarette smoke was being sucked in by the AC unit so we were breathing in 2nd hand smoke. At one point, we had to leave the room because the smell was so strong.

Hotel was under renovations which means they are keeping updated on look and how things work. Staff was great. Breakfast was pretty damn good and there was a nice view from the hotel.

It is a budget level property however, there is nothing in the area that is higher end. If you are coming to Silverdale or nearby, I recommend this property.

It was a wonderful hotel, great location. The room was pleasant and clean and cozy. The staff was marvelous! great location if you want to go to Bremerton or Poslbo! We enjoyed so much we booked for Christmas! Was just a wonderful wonderful hotel.

Later I got an extra charge for USD 1.20. I do not know for what what’s that charge.

We always enjoy the Oxford Silverdale to stay wherever we can. The staff is friendly, the hotel is accommodating and the offerings are incredible. We love staying here!

Where service and hospitality was pleasant and friendly, we were shocked when two from housekeeping entered our room 9ish in the morning. They did not even knock. We had the do not disturbed card on our door. That is why service went from 5 stars to 3.

Had reserved a 1 night stay to visit family. During check-in, was informed that the elevator was out of service. Had booked an ADA compliant room to accommodate my wife and spent additional to have a room with a view. Those rooms only existed on the 3rd and 4th floor. Stairs weren't an option. There was nothing avaliable on main floor. They said they had something avaliable in the lower level. I said that would work if it had grab bars in the bathroom, if we could have a shower seat brought to the room, and would try to make the stairs work. There were no grab bars in the room and we did not get a discount on the different room. I went back to the front desk to compliant about no grab bars and no discount. Was told that it was mentioned that the room wouldn't have grab bars, and that theere was no cost difference for the room since it had a kitchenette. I let them know how dissatisfied we were and this was the worst stay we had experienced in the half dozen times we had stayed there. I felt that some type of compensation qas in order. Was told I would need to speak with the Manager the next morning. We needed to leave early and did not connect with him.

Oxford Suites has the friendliest and most helpful staff! We enjoyed the evening cocktails and soup/salad buffet. The breakfast was also delicious. For a property in such a great location, Oxford Suites was wonderfully quiet and peaceful.

The elevator was not working and they did everything possible to help us do the one flight of stairs. Even moved a settee in for my wife. to sleep on with her bad back. They had been changing the furniture and still had one available. I chose a specific room because of the settee.

Hotel was clean and had good customer service. Family and Pet friendly. Enjoyed the complimentary drink and Soup during the evening time.

We got in late and we were greeted and checked in by a very nice man. We were just there for the night so really just slept and got up early and left. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Elevator was not working so we did carry luggage up 4 flights. They did off to have someone take it up for us.

The elevator was broken, which wasn't shared until the day of arrival. There were many areas of the hotel that were under repair and the pool room was unkempt and very dark. The phone didn't work to call the front desk, and when I found out I should dial 0 (not listed) they never answered after several calls. Beautiful building that would make a beautiful hotel with some upkeep and some care.

Everything was fine. Staff was great, except the elevator was out of order.

The elevator wasn't working, and I have bad knees. There were no rooms available on the lobby level of the building. My wife and I's room was one floor down. On the far side of the room was a door that led to the street that ran along the bay side of the building, which we could have easily used to come and go without having to use the stairs to access the lobby and parking lot. The problem is that they wouldn't give us a key to the door, so my wife would have to lock the door once I left and then go upstairs, and leave the building through the lobby herself. It would have been so much easier if they had just given us a key.

Comfy hotel.

The beds were extremely comfortable and soft. The hotel was very nice and clean and close to the Naval Base.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago, and had a great experience. Our initial experience this trip was not the same. The only elevator was out of service. The front desk person did not express any apologies for the inconvenience. She said it would be repaired the next day. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and there were no 1st floor rooms available. I explained that my husband had a back injury and could not carry our heavy suitcases up a couple of flights (we were traveling for an extended vacation). Eventually, she had someone carry them up the stairs for us, and we were thankful for that. We stayed three nights and the elevator was never repaired. Other than that, we had a nice experience. The breakfasts are good, the staff was kind and helpful. The building is showing its wear.

Only complaint was that the elevator wasn’t working, but even staying on the 4th floor, it wasn’t really a problem. Very great service, and probably the most worthwhile place I have stayed in for this area and definitely think it can’t be beat for what you get—the social lounge with a free drink coupon and a great breakfast the next morning included. Get the water view rooms if available… view is really pleasing to the eyes. Enjoy! And thank you.

Remodeling. Balcony was painted plywood that you felt you would fall through. Sheets dirty and stained. Couch cushions stained. Elevator broken. Toilet plugged. No hot water in sink.

The front desk was so warm welcoming and helpful! This is a nice cozy stay that even had a restaurant in the hotel and bar with great food options. We had our children with us and the pool was an even better plus with a spacious hot tub, steam and room and sauna. We will definitely be back!

The staff was incredibly nice.

Staff I interacted with were all outstanding, and were particularly thoughtful of my 12-year-old grandson. We felt welcomed and that our needs were well met.

The staff seemed distracted and/or uninterested any time I went to the front desk and they were discussing client issues rather loudly with each other at the counter; conversations better left for back of house. I heard all about how a patron was difficult and was requiring compensation... The elevator was down half of the visit and the stairwell smelled like mildew. Their were obvious signs of water damage and repair, which is understandable but the oder was quite strong. Finally, my husband and I attempted to call the restaurant to place an order for our room on Saturday Night of our stay, the phone just rang and this well before closing, so the comment regarding "room service" I watched orders get deliverd as I was coming and going from my room but we could not get staff to answer. Our trip was for a specific reason and the hotel met the need for why we were their. The room was clean and spacious but I will probably look at other options when booking for next year's stay.

Nice clean place to stay.

Breakfast was surprisingly good, fruit was super deish not mushy. I feel like there were lots of options to choose from. I recommend staying, the only downfall was at 6am people started walking upstairs, so you could hear almost everything. That won't stop my from staying again.

No noise was a bonus, sleep was fantastic! The room very comfortable and roomy

The hotel is great, except for in the morning too many kids, loud, slamming the doors all the time. I like to sleep in, but couldn’t because of the loud noises outside the room

Rooms were 4/5. Clean, spacious, and bathroom was huge. Only downfall to the room was that its advertised as 2 queens and beds were fulls at best. But room was large enough to accommodate for an air mattress. Pool was 2.5/5. It is salt watered, so on the colder side, also only goes to 5ft, and a bit dirty, hot tub was okay, sauna was dirty and steam room was pretty nasty. Overall hotel was 4/5 staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 10/10. Nice area, pretty quiet and tons of restaurants around.

Great check in, complimentary adult beverage for my 2 family adult members, and 2 kids drinks included which were super nice. My son & nephew loved the pool. Excited for breakfast. Great hotel! Got a sleeper bed for my son brought up as well that was super nice of them!

The staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the Bistro. Please upgrade your toilets, or add grab bars to all rooms.

Oxford Suites is a great hotel. We were able to check in an hour early when we got there. Staff at check in and in the Bistro are very friendly and helpful. The free drink in the evenings was nice, loved the complimentary soup and salad every evening. The free breakfast was good. Oxford Suites is alot like Embassy Suites, will definitely return to this hotel!

My favorite part about this hotel that truly set it apart from others was the unlimites serve yourself soup, and complimentary drink ticket that came with your stay. This hotel was FABULOUS and we will definitely be coming back!

I can’t say enough good things about them and their hospitality. Just the friendliest people I have had the pleasure to meet. This is true for the entire staff, not just one or two employees but every staff member from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends!!

The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful. Everybody is smiling at you, not fake smile but the warm, welcoming smiles everywhere. The room is spacious, comfy and clean.

Nice hotel with good amenities. Close to restaurants and coffee. Free breakfast was bland and cold. We did get one free drink ticket for the bar which the drinks were delicious! Loved that we could see the ocean from our room too.

Overall, very nice. Some of the furniture is a little threadbare, but we enjoyed our stay very much.

I booked 2 rooms and got on different level because I booked thru Expedia the guy from front desk told me, the room on 1st level was awful and the room on 2nd floor was ok. Couldn’t enjoy the pool because was a party and they filled up the place and very noisy

I lived all the amnemeties there! Loved the service. The hotel smelled like cat urine in which i heard other people complain of that same day. But hopefully that is taken care of. My room didnt smell that strong of it. I would stay again.
