My biggest complaint was that the Internet was out during my entire stay. The signal is so weak it is useless. They will claim they have Internet, but it is not strong enough to use. I was in town to lobby for my Non Profit and not having Internet access really messed up my preparation for my meetings on Capitol Hill.

We checked in and the assistant sent us to the only room that had a double bed. When we got there, the door was wide open, the television was on and the bed had been messed up. We asked for another room and it had a broken door jamb and the door was not secure. The hotel assistant gave us a full refund. We had to make another reservation on a Sunday night during convention time when rooms were scarce. We feared for our lives.

First was informed that my reservation of a king bed was no good and we were given two doubles, which was not ideal. Staff appeared upset we were there. Get into the room and immediately realized the floor was staining our feet brown, and was also sticky by the door. Go to put drinks in the fridge and it is unplugged (and very difficult to plug in as the stand was not movable). Turn on TV and it is blurry to the point you can’t read it. Go to the bathroom and there is a pubic hair and a booger on the shower wall. The molding behind the door was rotted away. Water pressure was nonexistent and refused to get hot one day. One day our room was not cleaned (which isn’t a huge deal but is an expected perk of staying somewhere). Some towels had very visible stains. Directions to ice machine led nowhere. There was a large gap under the door so you could hear everything happening outside if the AC was off. Overall a terrible experience.

The stay was okay for the short visit with family. I was disappointed that the room didn't have a frig or microwave like the pictures on line. The floor needed sweeping and mopping. The ice machine wasn't working the front door in the lobby to enter wasn't working. That caused you to have to walk around the building to check in and out. I really don't know what these people got going on.

The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and the floors were filthy. Not even close to what the photographs showed. Someone needs to inspect this place. My sheets had bunch of loose hair, black and brown stains. Obviously nothing in that room was cleaned for a long time. The heater was set up to 74 but the room was not even 40 degrees. I walked away immediately. Since I booked through expedia, I am still working with them for a refund. They did not give my money back yet. The place was filthy. The room had two bars of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo, no hot water. The room number markings were impossible to follow and the front desk gave no help in determining why, for example, some rooms that were 100-120 were on the first floor while other rooms (120-130, for example) were practically hidden away on the second floor. There are no elevators, so you can expect your bags to get very heavy as you run around trying to find your room. The first room they take me was locked from the inside. When I left the hotel on the morning, two men were screaming obscenities at each other- no later than 8:30am. It was a really awful experience.

I reserved a king bed for the weekend. While checking in, I was told that I was getting a 2 queen room. The room was ok, but the door was very squeaky and I must've gone up to the front desk at least 8 times to get my key replaced, because the key would not unlock the door. Also, the TV had 5 burn-in spots in the screen and the fitness center is closed for unknown reasons. Water for the shower takes time to heat up. When I requested new towels, it took hours to get them. The staff doesn't seem to care, either. Overall, a very poor experience. I normally don't leave reviews, so me leaving one means these folks messed up bad. Worst part is, 2 weeks ago, I had a very pleasant experience at this same hotel.

The stay was very disappointing. We chose this hotel because it was advertised as providing a warm breakfast and free parking. This was definitely falsely advertised on this site. First off, there is/was no breakfast offered, we booked a room with a king sized bed and there weren’t king sized beds. We were told we were going to be given two queen beds instead. My husband and I were given 2 full sized beds. The bathroom was rusty, towels poor quality, no iron or bed, poorly constructed locks, and the bedding that gave me an allergic reaction. The pictures online are a false representation of the actual hotel. The biggest complaint was the loud parking lot exchange between a guest and few people in the parking lot from 12 am- 1:30 am. Loud voices and music all night long. No one from management intervened. Will never stay at this establishment again.

The room was extremely small. I was quoted a King bed and was given a twin mattress! The sink was clogged. The floor was absolutely filthy with food and some unknown substances on the floor. No microwave or fridge. The door lock didn’t work properly. No WIFI, no cable TV. The only thing that was decent was the water pressure.

The room looks NOTHING like this picture! The floor was dirty. The beds very uncomfortable. Water leak from wround toilet bowl - reported to office - they said maintenance gone for day will fix tomorrow , IT never got fixed- I left 2 days early- got tired moping up water. No Fridge, microwave or coffee pot in room as stated in Hotels.com ad - worst experience ever . No more Days Inn

We needed juat one night of stay and base on some reviews this is an ok hotel. But we were met with an odour as soon as we enter the room. Has big crawling cockroaches in the room so we left in the middle of the night . I did not feel comfortable sleeping in a room knowing some bugs may end up in my ear or in my suitcase and the bugs coming home with me and get my house infested as well. Will not stay here again! Id probably get my refund!

No coffee maker or hair dryer as advertised. Towels and sheets had stains on them. Not entirely the business’ fault, but the walls are so thin and the doors are so heavy, I heard and felt every single door that was closed- even through the night. Needless to say, I got very little sleep.

This has got to be the worse hotel we have ever seen. First, we both have mobility issues, but this hotel did not have an elevator in order to get to the second floor. The only other option was a first floor smoking room. When we got in the room, the smoke was unbearable. I am a former smoker and it even bothered me. There was no refrigerator to be able to keep medication cool nor did it have a microwave. The room was just nasty. It was so bad that we immediately booked ourself into another hotel and left this one. The staff did not seem to be too interested in making anything right so we just left with no refund, apology or anything. I not only will never book into a Days Inn again, I am second guessing my use of Hotels.com for future bookings if this is the type of hotel you promote on your site. Very disappointing.

The room was not what I was expecting. Clean, sure. Roomy? Not even close. The bed was way too big to have it set up the way it was. There was barely any room to go between the bed and tv console to get to the tiny bathroom. And the bathroom was so tiny one has to sit awkwardly on the toilet. If this independent owner is trying to make it work, I suggest an interior designer that can help make the room feel bigger or utilize the space better. Like take out the tub and put in standing shower. Extend the counter to the wall to have some kind of counter space. Using the closet to house a fridge and microwave since that's the only place it can fit. Maybe a futon for a bed so the bed doesn't take up a majority of the space. And some information about services in the rooms.

I've never stayed in such a "no frills" place - the room was clean but it was so barebones; there was no mirror or garbage can even except what was in the bathroom.... the ice machine didn't work. It was convenient to the metro and fairly inexpensive so it did the job but I would not stay there again

This place is beyond terrible; the construction is a nuisance, to say the least. There is noise throughout the night, loud noise from adjoining rooms, and nasty, dirty floors, even after the pathetic cleaning. There is no microwave, no phone, and no mini fridge. The door appears to have been kicked in and not repaired. #worsePlaceEver

The motel is currently under construction. My room was clearly remodeled but it is in the construction area. The room was large but had a very small bathroom. Remember a hairdryer because the room doesn't have one. Also there was no phone nor clock. The bed was larger than the mattress. The bedframe is metal and I hit it several times. Once the construction is completed, the place might be ok but that looks like there still several weeks of work needed.

As seen in the attached photo, there were large gaps around the front door, big enough for insects or small creatures to easily get in. After inspecting a few of the other rooms and noticing similar issues, I realized asking for a room change would be pointless. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly accommodating, and I didn’t want to start my trip with an argument. In the end, I decided the best choice was to leave and book another hotel just down the street. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until major improvements are made. We would love to ask for a refund back but you know what not even worth it. I think they need even more to fix up this place.

They informed us they no longer offer a refrigerator or microwave upon request. When arriving the first room didn’t have a door knob on the door, no shower curtain. They said they didn’t have housekeeping so they moved us. The next room we were in didn’t have hot water for the shower at all. It was cold water. The bathroom light would go off and on when it wanted to by itself. They also said we had to get ice from the gas station because their ice machine is broken. Basically if you want to stay here then bring your own amenities and enjoy your cold shower.

The facility is rundown and needs a renovation. Everything is just worn out and not pleasing. The door was hard to open and screws in the strike plate were not secure and could not be secured. It looked like someone forced the door open and it did not feel safe. Could not get a good nights sleep due to someone outside talking loudly and scary. There was no hot water to take a shower and the overall condition of the place was not clean.

Don't even know where to start. Well the room was not as pictured, no fridge, no microwave or hair dryer like advertised. Th noise was horrible people yelling and screaming. Since I am handicap I asked for a ground floor room and he gave me a second floor room. There homless sleeping in the hall in front of my door. I finally got to sleep around 11p and just after midnight someone came pounding on my door like there were the SWAT team just to find out it was the front desk asking when did I check in. Then around 1:30a 2 guy's started yelling and fighting in front of my door. I went into the bathroom and it was full or roaches. I went to bed and then felt something crawling on me. Wouldn't you know roaches. They were everywhere. I took videos. They did refund me but I had to cut my stay short by 2 days. Oh, them I was told by the manager I could not park in the handicap parking even though I am handicap and have handicap tags. I will never stay there again.

This place is ghetto af. A homeless lady came to our door in the morning asking for our towels. There was some dude screaming a foreign language on the sidewalk for a hour to himself. Room wasn’t very clean, needed a new paint job and smelled like smoke. Mattresses were not nice. Pillows were weirdly small, like throw pillows. The staff were cool. They let us cancel the rest of our stay after the first night with no problem. Parking was free and convenient. If you’re stuck, broke, or have a high ghetto tolerance you may be ok with it.
