The free breakfast was just a pot of coffee that didn’t smell good. Air conditioning was very loud. Water in water smelled funny. Tv was small

When we arrived after 3 pm our room wasn't ready so we had to wait. There needs to be more parking. Also they give you ice buckets but no cups.

Our room was extremely dark. Needs more lighting. No coffee at all. 2 things that would enhance the facility.

Had a lot of issues with the key cards and readers - was never sure if I was going to get into my room without help from the front desk person. No breakfast - but there was coffee. Dim CFL room lighting. But it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nearby level 2EV charging - a short walk.

Nicely updated bathroom. The bedroom was comfortable but needed a little love. Breakfast was disappointing even though I was well within the hours quoted the coffee was nearly empty and cold and I didn’t see any breakfast items

Nothing. Staff was rude and distasteful. The whole building felt dingy and gross. It was so terrible that we left a day early and stayed at a different hotel in hopes of getting sleep. The bed was a rock and the pillows were basically just cloth! The shower soaked the floor and I heard people waking past our room messing with our door both nights. The AC was so loud it woke me up every time it kicked on but the room was too stuffy to leave it off.

Scary location. We stayed less than 12 hours, just to sleep and heard police sirens all night. The three times we were out, police were patrolling the main street outside the hotel and starring hard at the hotel. Random people hanging around outside, late when we pulled in. Kind of gave a creepy vibe. But overall everything was okay. Oh a side kick, there was a beer and a super dusty, literally dusty water bottle in the fridge of our room. Not so sure the room was cleaned, cleaned.

The location was convenient to the freeway The hotel was really dirty. There was no hot water. No tv. I didn’t even get checked in I had to go into someone’s room to get a key.

It was cheap and quiet, staff was friendly and quick to help when I couldn’t get into my room. The ac worked well and no SAFTEY concerns traveling alone as a woman which is great The beds were not comfortable, the shower didn’t really drain very well and the outlets in the bathroom were finicky when trying to use hair straightener

The location The front desk man was rude and if you need a towel then you better be ready to give a towel. No customer service at all!!!

Hotel is old and train whistle woke me at 1 am, 2 am and 3 am, otherwise quiet.

Front desk service was terrible (rude, dismissive), the hairdryer didn't work and we asked for a replacement and was rude again and said he couldn't help us. Room smelled, sheets had stains on them, towels smelled and were almost gray in color, the mattresses were old and creaky and very uncomfortable, the room was dark and old. Neither one of us slept well and couldn't wait to leave in the morning.

The shower in our room had poor water pressure. Everything else was excellent. Very nice Hotel and very friendly staff. Wound definitely recommend this Hotel.

We were looking for an affordable place to spend the night passing through Silt on our way to Utah. The price was great, room and bathroom was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. You'll have to carry your bags if you're on the 2nd floor as there's no elevator.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room lighting was poor. It was a bit older property but the manager was very helpful, I felt safe, and the lobby had some nice Colorado murals.

There was food in the room when we checked in suggesting it had never been cleaned or serviced. We found hair all over both beds and ended up sleeping in sleeping bags on top of the mattresses. There is no breakfast even though it's advertised. Would not stay here again. We were here for 6 hours and couldn't leave fast enough

The room smelled! Our room was a nonsmoking room, but it still smelled! The night check in guy was not enthused that we were checking in late, only due to an accident on I70. He came out from wherever he was in pajamas! We were supposed to stay two nights, I booked another room in Glenwood for our second night at the Hampton Inn which was 100% better, even though they were remodeling! Staying in Glenwood from now on!!

Close to where I needed to go to Really bad staff members, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Very bad at helping to feel welcomed with the stay. Travel from Denver to here and it was horrible I needed up sleeping in my car because on the website stays check in at 12am and got comfortable on making it there are night to my check in and got yelled at by the staff on the front desk super rude and disrespectful.

It was very dirty and had holes in the walls and doors and it smelled very ugly .

It was a nice relaxing stay and very convenient to walk to downtown with some great restaraunts. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and gave me some recommendations on what to eat at the Miners claim that night.

A basic no-frills hotel. The room was clean. Not a destination or extended-stay type of hotel, but a budget-friendly option for a decent place to sleep a couple of nights when you don't intend to spend much time in the room.

Clean rooms and quiet

We stay here every time we're in the area. The rooms are always clean, which is most important to us. The staff is very friendly and they always make us feel welcome. Wifi signal is great, quick check-in and checkout.

Location. Best to head into the mountains in daylight. Perfect stop. Driving east from the Pacific Northwest. Great choices nearby for dinner and a night cap. Felt comfortable enough to go out alone. Nothing not to like.

This property was surprisingly quiet to say it was so close to the interstate. Its close to the center of town, so I was within walking distance from local shops, restaurants, food trucks, dollar store and gas station. great location! The post office, strip mall and laundromat are only a few blocks away.The staff was very accomodating and also great at advising on local eateries, shopping etc.

This place is very clean and they take good care of the place. If you're looking for a clean room to stay for a good price, then this is it. If you want luxurious, this is NOT it. Please note: They're are NO COFFEE MAKERS in the regular double queen rooms, there is a microwave and mini fridge. There is no breakfast or coffee available. We weren't in the room most of the time anyways, but it was very calm and quiet whenever we were there. The town is tiny, but close by to all kinds of fun stuff. Also the coffee shop up the street was great.

The best thing about this place was the location to the places we needed to be at. The towels had holes & rips, we made reservations for 3 & there were 2 towels?? When I asked for more, I was told they needed the dirty ones first! The coffee they made in the lobby was horrible. The beds were like cardboard & the springs poked through. Thankfully it was only 2 nights. The whole room needed to be power washed.

This is a budget hotel so it is no frills. They don’t serve breakfast but that’s OK because there is a food truck right down the street that serves a fabulous breakfast burrito and there is coffee available at the corner convenience store. My room was clean, warm and the Cable TV was easy and offered local news channels and national sports and weather. The staff is polite and respectful. I would stay here again

Unlocking the door was not easy

I got to the Inn very late but the clerk was nice and attended me almost immediately.

The manager (Bharat) was very accommodating. Other than that, its a rundown property and needs work done on cleanliness, housekeeping. On the positive side, its worth the money spent.

Had couple of roaches I had to kill myself.

This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life. From their law-breaking disregards for the Americans with Disabilities Act to the rude behavior of Pajamaman the front desk clerk nothing could have been worse.

Was pleasantly surprised after I had read some previous reviews. The lobby was clean and well kept. Room was clean but had a strange odor. Could use some remodeling. Nothing fancy but adequate. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast is served but offered coffee. However, when I went to get coffee there wasn’t even a cup left and all they had was the dry creamer. Liquid creamer would at least make the coffee they offered somewhat better. Overall, it wasn’t as bad as I expected and it certainly met my needs for one night.

It was dark. Almost every place I stay is bright even with all the lights off and the curtains drawn. Dark, quiet, and reasonable internet. Some of my favorite qualities in a hotel.

We always stay here when we visit the hot springs. It's very clean and the parking is easy. The owner is wonderful and always welcoming. If there are any issues, like AC not working or microwave, he immediately rectifies the situation. He also dotes on our kids, like giving them quarters for the candy machine. We love it here and don't stay anywhere else.

The room smell by the freshener told the made to change the sheets and pillows. They did left the window open while we were gone better no breakfast just coffee. The pictures on Expedia said there was a pool and breakfast that was not true.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel ever. I smelt the room and decided not to stay there. The hotel mgr ripped my off on a pet fee for my service animals and am going to call the police and files charges. You should not have this property in the inventory you offer! It was filthy!

Rented 3 rooms for 3 nights. Every night had to get all new keys. Front desk guy was rude and would always have long line checking people in so we would have to wait till he would come check the key lock like we’re stupid then back down and new keys. Not fun every night! Towels were very scratchy and rooms had terrible odor.

They charged me a $100 deposit damage fee due to me turning on the shower and the shower head blasting across the room/shower. Literally water pouring out of the wall so I couldn’t even take a shower and they charge ME $100 DOLLARS? UNREAL. It’s a crappy hotel and they’re just looking for extra funds/money. DONT stay here

We couldn’t check in because nobody was there. We knocked on doors, called, used the phone at the front desk and even got Hotels.com to try to help and nothing. After being stuck in the mountains for hours it was a real disaster to walk into a lobby at 1:30 and not be able to check in. Why have a lobby open and unlocked with a sign saying open 24hrs and have nobody working.

Room had been smoked in and there was a blood stain on the sheets. We left 5 minutes after we arrived.
