Twin Palms at Siesta

Close to the beach! Had a small pool as well. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved that they provided QR codes with helpful information from navigating the breeze trolley to restaurants. The pool could use some skimming there were some bugs but not too bad.

I liked how conveniently close it is to the beach. I also enjoy how peaceful it is and the friendly staff. I have nothing bad to say.

Location was great! Loved the privacy of each cottage which included a table with an umbrella and chairs. The pool is perfect! (accompanied with pool toys). Easily accessible bar-b-que. Janna, the manager responded to minor questions quickly. All in all, we highly recommend the Twin Palms for a great place to stay in Siesta Key! Not sure if it was the air-conditioner for our unit or the building behind us, but it was loud and annoying.

Easy access to parking, beach, cozy small property Had to use Pull out sofa and it was not the best, but I don’t think any pull outs are, lol. I appreciate the option to have more than 2 people for occupancy

Great little place with everything you need. Steps from public beach access and a nice pool right in front of your room.

The property was so adorable! Small and quiet with privacy even on the porch. The little outdoor front patio area was ideal for drinking my coffee while the sun came up. The pool was perfect after a long day at the beach. And the studio was just what I needed. My own kitchen and a lovely shower! There really wasn't anything I didn't like. A little cozy seat or small twin sofa for indoor lounging would have been nice but sitting on the bed in the evening worked too. There was not cable but that was fine with me and I never bothered turning the TV on. If you can't live without your shows then have your streaming log ins handy.

Location was great. They provided wagon with beach chairs,umbrella, towels. The pool was nice. Rooms had everything you would want. Refrigerator, stove,coffee pot ,microwave. We just pick it on line at the last minute and it meet all our expectations and more. Would definitely come back

Location was great, quiet area, easy walk to beach and into town. Room was clean. Bed was lumpy. Air conditioning system was very noisy. Room was a bit cramped, bathroom small.

Very clean, comfortable room, overall nicely maintained and caring staff..greatly appreciated! At times a little to small, no place to set items in the bathroom while getting ready for the day. Small bugs crawling the kitchen counters but not an extreme issue. Overall a good use of a small space just a different mindset.

Location Nothing

It was the perfect set up, relaxing and away from the crazy busy party spots, but also walkable to any all things needed. I wish there was another bathroom - for the rooms.

Rooms were clean and accommodating. Exactly as advertised. Walking to the beach was less than 5 minutes.

Our room was clean and well equipped with necessities! They even offered free beach supplies, including a wagon, umbrella, chairs towels and a cooler!

Room was clean, bed was soft and very comfortable, A/C was cold and I had access to the thermostat. Parking in your designated space and check-in couldn't be easier. Beautifully maintained property with heated pool. Personal and spacious patio with table/chairs at the front door. Personal beach wagon with 2 beach chairs & Umbrella. A 4 minute walk to 7/11, pizza, and spirits and another minute walk will get you more restaurants and a coffee shop. The other way is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Newly renovated.

I highly recommend this property. Unit 7 is a comfortable set-up for a couple. This studio has a full kitchen so we bought groceries before settling into the room. There were plenty of beach/ bath towels for our 3 night stay. Well maintained and clean, we enjoyed the quiet environment and ate in the private, outdoor table in front of the room. The beach is a short walk at the end of the block. I called Janna when we arrived. Janna was easy to communicate with and notified us when the room was ready. This was the perfect spot for us to explore Siesta Key and we look forward to a return trip.

Room was clean. Pool was very nice and heated. Great location walking distance to restaurants. Frog hop and trolley were great to use to get to the village for night life.

This quaint hotel is one block from the beach and easily walkable to many restaurants, cafes and coffee:) The hotel also gives you a beach cart with umbrellas, chairs, and a cooler! It was so nice to have for a quick weekend trip down the the key:) Janna was the easiest and most attentive representative and loved working with her! Made check in the easiest after our flight in.

Construction noise was 7:30 am Sat and Sun. Too loud a complete waste of money. Should have been warned.

We like this resort cuz it only takes a few steps to the beach and also restaurants are very close too. The room was very clean and had everything in the kitchen area with a big fridge. Shower/beach towels were plenty more than enough for 2 of us. Staff was very friendly. Especially, Janna was very helpful when we called in to get information how to open our room. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Twin Palms is an exceptional place. We stayed in rm 4 and it was so well equipped and clean. Lots of added extras - beach towels/ beach trolley with chairs and umbrella / kitchen basics. We met Janna and she was so friendly and keen to make our stay perfect. Loved the fact it was so close to the beach with the added benefit of a pool onsite. It only has 8 units so it feels very intimate.Easy walk to Captain Curts or jump on the Breeze trolley bus into Siesta village for free.

Easy to deal with, we only stayed a night but will be back to the area. Nice little place as we would stay here again.

Cons: Construction right next door (buildings are basically arm-length apart; wasn’t notified about active construction until after booking), blinds don’t go all the way down. You can see in/out of room and I had to use the provided beach towels to cover the gaps.

Everything was wonderful! The full refrigerator and dishes in the kitchenette were a plus. The room was spotless, the atmosphere laid back and quiet. Very close to the beach...just grab the wagon filled with beach towels, umbrella, and cooler, and pull it down the street to Siesta Key Beach!

Great location to walk to the beach.. the pool was very pleasant and clean. The room was nice but the common wall to the next unit was not very soundproof. The bathroom sink needs a fitting . Response to requests were almost immediate.

We had an awesome stay. The host was super responsive. The unit and grounds were impeccably clean. Very short walk to the beach with restaurants and shops just down the street. Located on a quiet road. Perfect for a quick getaway with my wife.

King bed was very comfortable, room was clean and stocked with beach and shower towels . Freezer was stocked with bagged ice for your cooler . Highly recommend!!! Definitely will be back .

Unit is excellent, has all the amenities you need for a relaxing break. Bed was super comfy. Nice to use the private outdoor seating area for meals. Pool is very clean and heated. There is a BBQ available for guests and lots of shaded/unshaded outdoor seating. Each guest has an assigned parking spot. Staff I spoke with were all professional and very helpful. Location is great, short walk to the beach or to the main road to jump on the free tram

They failed to disclose the major construction project next to the resort. Construction trucks in and out all day. Hammering, sawing, ect all day from morning till night. Had I known I would have picked a different resort. I addressed this with the resort manager and she wasn't sympathetic to my concerns.

The fire pit was a nice added touch. Janna was very friendly and responsive.

The room was spotless when we first arrived. 6 beach towels were provided and 4 regular bath towels. Full kitchen was nice. The pool was well taken care of. A wagon with chairs, umbrella and cooler was provided for going to the beach that was a 3 minutes walk away. The owner was very nice over the phone, responded to my texts quick and was very pleasant in person.

This property was so nice. Everything is new, clean, and in a great location to the beach and fun spots in Siesta Key. The new beach wagon that includes everything you need for a day on the beach (umbrella, chairs, cooler, noodle, etc.) was such a bonus!! The kitchen had everything you could need. The pool area is well maintained and the grills were in great condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Twin Palms!!! Our suite was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The pool and patio were awesome. Each suite also has its own beach wagon with an umbrella, cooler, and chairs! There’s a beach access at the end of the road, just a 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and beaches nearby. The only thing that could have made our stay any better is a full length mirror. Don’t pass this place up!

Twin Palms was fantastic. Easy parking, clear instructions regarding entry. They supply each room with beach accessories (beach buggy, cooler, umbrella, etc). There was a nice dining table and umbrella for each room. The interior was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen had a lot of things you would need to prepare and have meals. Within walking distance to a great beach. There was no office, but I was able to text a few times and received helpful responses very quickly. Really loved our stay. Wish it had been longer!

We will definitely be back. It was a great peaceful get-a-way. Easy assigned parking, clean rooms, nice pool. There's also a free shuttle that runs right by the property and it will take you into the village for shopping, dining, etc.

Easy check-in process and parking access! We loved the convenience of walking to the beach/shops in less than 10 minutes. The location also offers shuttle services, making going out much more enjoyable! Would definitely return!

Good area however the walkable closest beach is Crescent. We are not a fan as most of it is private. Save time and drive 2 miles to Siesta Key.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. The cart with cooler, beach chairs, towels and umbrella is a great amenity. Pool is clean and tables with umbrellas a must. Many great restaurants within a mile. Agent very attentive. Would recommend.

Our stay was short however we were pleased with the conditions of our place. The only negative comment would be that it was small and hard to move around. Other than that - it was a nice place

Staff is wonderful especially housekkeeping. Room is a little small, no places to put your towels, wifi and tv not working. For 4 days we made it work and we werent in the room often anyways. We love siesta key!

Twin Palms is a nice and relaxing hotel with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The location is perfect and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Janna in the office is amazing and provides excellent customer service!

Only thing I didn't like about my unit was I felt air conditioning was set too cold (68) for me

First of all the air conditioning was not working properly, as a consequence I wasn’t able to sleep well. Secondly, I was not able to connect to the wifi and when I try calling to report the issues nobody pick up the phone. I left a message on the first night but nobody returned my call. When I called the second day, again nobody pick up, so I left a message and did not receive a call until 3 hours later, which at this point it didn’t make a difference since I was checking out the next day. All in all their service sucked!

Great place to stay for two people!!

Small old-Florida style resort. It certainly has some years on it but our unit was recently renovated throughout, with granite countertops. Unit consisted of a smallish hotel room, queen bed, and a fully-equipped galley kitchen. Room opened onto a nice little courtyard with a small pool, tables, chairs, grilles. Bathroom was small but very nice newly tiled shower, new fixtures. Cute and charming rather than lavish. We loved it and would return anytime.

Twin Palms was cute place. Very quiet and clean. We had several problems in our room. Could definitely use some maintenance. Shower and toilet both leaked. Front blind fell down and broke when we tried to open it and ceiling fan over bed stopped working and light started flashing off and on in the middle of the night. Overall I liked the place but probably wouldn't stay there again

Small but very nice

I stayed at Palms of Siesta Keys at unit 5. The bedroom was beside the bedroom of unit 4. The guy in unit 4 snored for 3 days straight keeping us up all night. The design of unit 4 and 5 is not soundproof. I would not recommend renting unit 4 or unit 5. Also the last day there, I saw a cockroach by kitchen table. I tried to get a small refund from Jenna the manager but was ignored.

This was the perfect getaway for a long weekend! Just minutes walk from the beach and the space has everything you may need!

My stay was surprising, everything was perfect, I didn't know how to check in, I called the number on the hotel room door, they were very attentive, they quickly explained how to do it, they sent me the room password and called me to say that the I wait was already available earlier. cleanliness location, structure and service rating 10. I highly recommend and or come back soon.

Only issue was that we had to use our own data as the wifi in our studio 2 was very weak. Will definitely return

This was our 2nd year here and we always have a great time. Very nice place! We will be back again next year!

We stayed for four nights and no one bother to give us more refills of our shampoo and conditioner. No restaurant on site. They didn’t even give us complementary water as in Florida it’s so hot. The check out time is too early. We asked a favor to check out an hour later than they allow because our flight was in the afternoon but they said NO. We will never go back to this place.

Amazing place

So perfect!! We were able to walk to some dining areas and bars! It would be much easier if it wasn’t so hot but is definitely an option! The place was clean and the amenities were AMAZING! They had beach gear and everything!! To go uptown there was a free trolly we didn’t go on but is also available. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have a mini kitchen which is great to save money and make lunches and breakfast! A nice 5 min walk down the road to the beach! Our arrival was after hours for their office, so I called a day in advance and they gave me all the instructions! SO GREAT- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is an amazing property with an even better staff. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool is the highlight of the show. It was too warm for some folks, but we loved it that way. Close to the beach. Close to retail, but far enough away.

Far and away went above and beyond to accommodate the stay. Super clean, up to date units. For the price, fantastic, affordable. Will be a return customer for years to come ! Thanks to the whole staff !!!

the place was ok, clean and comfortable. But the coffee maker didn't work and 1 of the bathrooms sink stopper was stock so we can't use, no front desk in our place only by phone or walking to another lodging.

Being only a very short walk from the beach was great and having a specific parking space was nice too. The customer service was great. We had an issue with the TV and even though it was late and after the office was closed, the lady came and took care of it all for us. So nice!!
