Everything was very good!

Superb

However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.

I’m now fully committed to staying only at Home2 Suites by Hilton because of this property! Entire property was super well-thought out, modern, very clean, and well maintained! Room has a very useful floorpan for working remotely from rhe room with family/children and it even has a full kitchen with a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Outdoor pool was amazing for my kiddos to enjoy! They thought they were going to be bored as I had to work that afternoon, only to find the pool and breakfast were both an amazing break for them. Seating in vreakfast room was ample. My toddler loved his breakfast and found plenty to eat. Room had a full desk and couch. It is separated by a partition curtain so that family members can remain asleep while kitchen/desk areas are lit up (game changer). I have managed hotel front desks before, and it can be a difficult job. However, I was super impressed by the professionalism and service provided by both night auditors that checked me in! I wish I could remember their names. The woman with the violet hair was very sweet and friendly to my toddler, which made his day. (We stayed on both front and end of our trip from Indy to Gatlinburg.). Area is safe and parking is great. Pergola all lit up in the front made walking in late at night with my kids feel safer and more welcoming than other hotels we’ve stayed at in the same price range. Will stay again. Thank you!

Very clean & nice hotel. The room we had slept 6 people for a great price. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

I just love Home 2 Suites! I think I will choose them over and over again for the simple reasons that they are all newer , housekeeping comes to clean your room and replace towels. They don’t ask if you want to save the environment by reusing towels. I like all of the shelves in the room so my luggage isn’t on the floor. I like the floor length mirror, black out shades, and refrigerator. I also like the complimentary breakfast and late check at 12:00. These are just standard things that I have experienced with them. Shepherdsville was exceptionally clean and helpful. Property was well maintained. I left really happy

Everything was outstanding! Staff was very helpful! Parking was outstanding! Breakfast very good. A great stay for one night from Bradenton, Florida to Chicago, Illinois.

The room was super spacious and clean, it had a dinette which was convenient.

Hotel was perfect and in a convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay here.

Breakfast had enough options for my family and was being monitored and restocked. The room was clean and large. We appreciated the size of the bathroom and the curtain between spaces. Staff was very friendly. We would stay here again.
