At 9 pm they forgot to clean my room so had to wait to get it cleaned. Was not impressed with the front desk service

Friendly staff, enjoy the 12noon check out. A bit dated and limited breakfast selections. Overall a clean decent place to stay and would stay here again. Stayed 1 night

The beds not to comfortable and the pillows to small.

Location was a good spot, romantic were clean & wel kept by the cleaning staff. Front desk was very unfriendly and suspicious of all requests. Asked for pool towels and was looked at as if I were asking for them to keep.

We booked this hotel for the pool, as we were traveling with a 2.5 year old. Upon arrival, was told the pool was under maintenance for months - should have updated this detail on the hotels.com app. Since we were already driving for 4 hours with our toddler, we decided to let it go and stay. I had specifically requested a bathtub for our toddler, he said only had 1 room and should show it to me before i decide. I went into the room and reeked of mold and mildew. Not safe for us to stay. We had to book another hotel and figure that out before I could contact hotels.com. Once we got to the next hotel, 20 minutes out of our way, I contacted hotels.com and they initiated our refund. Now are refusing that. So not only was this hotel horrific and we would have been exposed to who knows what, i had to pay for that AND the additional hotel. Very unsatisfied all around!

We didn't stay here. When we arrived close to dark there was a rowdy crowd of car show people in the parking lot. My sister and I didn't feel safe even getting out of the car.

The location was great The atmosphere was poor! I was charge for two rooms on the booking app (paid before arrival) When I arrived I got one room then after two hours I went looking into why I was charger so much When I brought it up to the man at the desk he argued with me saying I paid for one room! then when I showed proof he told me I need to call customer support.! I was refunded for the one room, how ever after being talked to like that and being yelled at we decided not to lay our head in an environment of chaos!

It was pretty clean, but in the room, you could tell where they had patched places on wall and corners and never painted to fix it when we asked for towels they had to wait to get some washed in the place wasn’t even booked up there were maybe 15-20 cars in lot …. Then we asked for pillows for fold out sofa and all they had was one told us to use them off our bed 🙄…. And the breakfast was awful

For the price, I’d stay again. I’m not what you’d call high maintenance, by any means. The important things were good. The beds were clean and the fixtures had been wiped down. The rest was meh. The floors aren’t floors I’d walk barefoot on and they hadn’t even bothered throwing away the previous tenants dirty bra that was hanging on the hook. I always check into a hotel with my own cleaning stuff packed, so a fifteen minute once over put me much more at ease. The AC ran great, the pool was exactly what the kids needed, and the beds were just hotel beds, but we were able to sleep in them. It’s a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area, so if that’s your main goal, pack some bleach spray and a magic eraser and you’ll be happy enough here.

We booked the hotel for the swimming pool already paid for it just to be towed to pool was not working. Seems like all these foreigners. Don’t care about the pools. They’re scared to waste money on it. And I’ve tried to get a refund, but Expedia decided to go with the hotel and wouldn’t give me my 160 bucks back.
