TV hard to figure out how to use for a senior citizen. The room had a smell not very pleasing. It wasn't offensive nor nauseating.

Front desk staff was friendly, interior of property was clean and the cleaning staff was very nice. Location was fantastic!!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The free breakfast had a nice selection. No pool or fitness room, so don't expect many amenities aside from the free breakfast. We stayed for a weekend trip to the Harper's Ferry area -- river tubing on the Shenandoah and a visit to the National Park. It's a good location for a reasonable price.

A very inexpensive place to hang your hat for a few days if you’re visiting the Civil War battlefields and the surrounding area, the staff is so so very helpful again I can’t say enough about the staff. They were kind helpful with places to go in places to see and yeah, I can’t say anything bad about the place. Thank you for the great day.

We stayed at this hotel while riding the C&O Tow Path. The staff was very supportive of accommodating our bicycles. There was a liced room for them. The included breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again.

Lobby was clean. Bathroom was too small- my bathroom door had an indentation where it was hitting the commode when the door was opened/closed. Bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned between guests. The stopper to plug the bathtub was old/discolored.

The staff is very helpful. My room had a major leak and technical issues with the smoke alarm and TV. The staff did not remedy the situation.

Friendly, helpful staff. Many choices for breakfast, hot or cold. Excellent beds.

The breakfast was tasty, parking was fine, the room was nice, the staff were super friendly. The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, but also not super dirty (I used to be a housekeeper, it’s just the easy-to-miss, or hard-to-remember areas that most people don’t care about). I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

For the price you pay for the night the breakfast was average, the normal breakfast stuff, waffles or some hot scrambled eggs or egg omelets with cheese, ew. but anyway they are not real eggs so think about what you're eating. *******The room was clean, but if you want to keep your valuables I wouldn't leave it in the room. It doesn't matter if you have the DND on your door. We left the room to go somewhere and we came back to clean towels that we didn't ask for plus a few items were missing from the room to which was reported immediately as soon as we noticed. So with that being said the Manager didn't give a crap and covered for his house keepers. So when I called the manager to fix the extra charge, he refused to refund the money to my credit card, so I had to dispute it with evidence to my credit card company. I am waiting for a response.
