The staff were super friendly and always helped out when I needed them to with no issues It smells absolutely disgusting through the entire hotel like cigarettes and just a$$ basically the room even stunk which made it unbearable.

I sent one of my techs to this property, very little staff, rooms were smoked in which caused him not to be able to sleep. He told me this is the worst Hotel he has ever stayed in. If Hotels allow smoking in the rooms it should be mentioned in the adds.

This property was disgusting, the whole place smells like dirty and un-sanitary. The Bed frame was a cheap wire frame that I feel you would find in a prison, and same goes for the mattress, all springs and wires. So uncomfortable. There was holes in my bedrooms walls and Kitchenet cabinets missing from the walls. It reminded me of super low income section 8 housing or a super cheap old motel.

I cannot recall anything I didnt like.

The room was SUB STANDARD!! A paper thin mattress on a wire frame bed. No curtains, and less than savory characters hanging around. I did NOT stay. Looks presentable on the outside but it's a FLOP HOUSE.

And it smelled like weed everywhere in the hotel. I was very disappointed. Also, it looks like general upkeep was not taking place. The shower that I used had the hose zip tied together up on the wall and was basically cobbled together. I will never be staying in one of these places again.

The roaches really overshone the postives. The room had roaches. When i went to check out I was made to feel like I brought them with me. The Pest Control came when i was leaving. I hope none of the roaches got into my stuff. I should have been offered a refund instead of attitude and refusing to speak to me. I loved this hotel just last year but the roaches were prolific and the other party left a day earlier.

I like nothing & didn’t stay there. They have bugs & should not have a 4 star rating at all. It’s the trap in the hood

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was clean to the appearance and swept. The location of the hotel was in a decent area. We enjoyed a wonderful quiet stay. No outside noise or disturbances. The outside of the hotel looks way better than the inside. When we got to our room and the door was already open and unsecure (the metal hook was holding it open). We had to kill a roach, the towels and bedding had stains on them, and the cabinet wood was chipped. The elevator was also hot with no air. Not a 4.0

The lady behide the desk when we arrived was great! The bed was way too hard and the ac didn’t work at all! The floors was horrible and we had to ask for the pillows and trash bags and towels!!!!

I liked the idea that I could bring my dog with me in what I thought would be a nice facility. Groups of long-term residents hanging around outside smoking cigarettes was the first turn-off. A completely wobbly luggage cart brought me to a non-smoking room that had clearly been smoked in lots. Even had cigarette burns on the toilet seat cover, a cigarette was sitting on the counter in the kitchen area. Further investigation found a black soot in the bathrub. The final thing that got to me exit as soon as possible was seeing multiple dead cockroaches on the floor. Yes they had sprayed, but where there's one there is more. They didn't even bother to vacuum them up.

After driving from 1am to 11 from NJ for my father's funeral....I was VERY TIRED and afterwards wanted to get in my room and sleep after everything was over....The staff was very nice and apologetic but again 7pm is ridiculous I'm sorry. The hotel smelled HORRIBLE room was too basic to have taken so long to clean bed uncomfortable. Overall a very bad hotel experience

I love the fact that it had full kitchens you could cook in with full size refrigerators. It was like a mini apartment home away from home apart from the fact that it was super loud from other guest and the fact that it had cockroaches. And that when we went in, it was already dirty like the floor was swept. There was dirt everywhere like piles of dirt in the bathroom and stuff.

My room didn't have a kitchen with a stove or anything and a pipe was sticking out of the wall that had a plastic grocery bag shoved in the end of it instead of being properly capped off. Was pet hair all over the carpets in the hallways and elevators. Sadly, this was a really nice hotel about 5 yrs ago…nie its gone to the dumps…it does have good safety features and nice people working there, but that's about the only good things about this place other than location being close to a lot of food options and grocery stores..

I made reservations on Oct 4th for a 2 night stay. Drove almost 3 hours on Oct 6th to reach the hotel, only to be told that my room was rented out and I had nowhere to spend the night. I was finally able to book a room 45 mins away in Charlotte NC. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. How can a reserved room be rented to someone else???

I paid for a room. Woodsprings Suites took my money, then refused to give me my room because I was late arriving. You left me and my wife without a place to stay far from home in the middle of the night. Now they refuse to refund my money. That is wrong no matter what your fine print says! The policy is wrong. Do not stay here.

The shower was awesome, great water pressure. The beds were ok. Bathroom was dirty. The 1st night at 4 in the morning someone parked right below our window, decided to sit in his car for an hour and blast the radio. That was fun.

None of the doors actually locked, there’s people outside hanging around cars and smoking by the doors constantly. The hotel was run down and not very clean. They don’t offer ANY kitchen utensils with the room and the office isn’t available at all hours.

Dump. Don’t waste u time or money. I couldn’t even get in the room because the card key didn’t work after being programmed twice. Left the key on the front desk counter and walked out, past the clerk who was outside smoking and found other accommodations.

The room above mine was noisy. I could not sleep have the night unbelievable. At two in the morning someone knocked on my door trying to get in. It was unbelievable. There were roaches everywhere, We were harrassed by a drunk man late at night who was standing outside of hotel. The floors were filthy. Terrible stay. Since we got into room late at night I didn't see roaches until morning and was so upset.

Honestly drove 14 hours, pulled into the parking lot nice building! But the people mulling around the parki g lot and playing their car stereos load and the staff standing out front with them carring on like paying customers couldn't see this. My father and I turned around and drove away! It's a shame that a corporation would have that nice building be represented like that. Added 3 more hours to the drive but got the drive done and checked into another hotel...

Don’t go their unless you are a bug and want to die. Smelled awful and had a hard time breathing in a fumigated atmosphere. No amenities, so don’t think you will be able to sit in lobby and enjoy friends.

The air conditioner would hum every time it kicked on the fire alarm would intermittently go off throughout the night it is an extended stay hotel so there were several families actually living there so kids were running and screaming up and down the hallway all night the toilet didn't function properly I had to lift the lid and pull the chain manually every time I wanted to flush the whole place smelled like marijuana

The beds look like roll out cots leaked garbage in ty he elevator was still there the next morning with nasty smell no staff at night and unable to get towels til 10am the next morning locals hanging outside rooms dogs barking inside never reccomend this place

Apparently only 1 person worked at the hotel - the front desk person. This left her unable to be at the front desk. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. We called out constantly and waited about 25 minutes until she appeared. When we checked out, there was a guest ahead of us and no one at the front desk. The guest had been waiting about 15 minutes. We just put the keys on the desk and left. The room was fine though, no complaints there.

Could not walk in the front entrance without having to breath cigarette smoke, hallway on 2nd floor smelled horrible, could always hear someone's TV, sketchy people always hanging in the parking lot at night. I guess you get what you pay for......NEVER AGAIN!!!

it smelled of weed the halls stink the bathrooms was dirty the room floor was nasty and you couldn’t even use the tv the remote didn’t work we just end up leaving

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! There were roaches in the room and the hotel was not very accommodating.

This was a major disappointment. I’ve stayed at a different location before and it was perfect. This one was like a low income housing project. It was dirty and outdated. No kitchen utensils or supplies AT ALL!!! There were abandoned cars in the lots and suspect looking people. I will say the staff were very nice and immediately started the refund process. I had initially booked for two night. Horrible experience.

Slipped and hurt knee in parking lot, did not shovel sidewalk, A/C on and at 62 degrees in room, fire alarm went off in middle of night, roach in bathroom, microwave glass cracked inside, tub had hair left in drain from previous renter, lobby smelled like skunk weed (strong), thin walls

This place smelled of pot and moth balls. The only reason we stayed here was because it was pet friendly and close to our event.

Didn't check in. A family was fleeing the property when I was in the office to check in because their were cockroaches under the refrigerator. There were men just hanging out in the front smoking. As a woman traveling solo I didn't feel safe to stay there

No utensils were provided. I stayed for 10 days and my room was never cleaned. They don't even pick up your trash. Just a temporary place to sleep. Also, they had roaches.

Our non-smoking room was full of cigarette smell from smoke. When I complained about the smell they said noone has smoked in the room. I went to ask for more towels because we did not have enough they was very rude saying that we have to trade our old towels to get fresh ones. When I asked how can I trade a towel when we were not given enough. The person at the front desk just got up and mumbled and just slammed down the towel and wash rag. The pictures are not what we got and it does not have a mountain view

This is not a family friendly environment. This is more of a long term, extended stay hotel. As soon as you walk in the door all you can smell is weed, and hearing crying babies.

The whole place stunk. More than just cigarettes and weed. Just filth. The a/c unit worked but it was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep.

It's a really nice place. I got the room for a week and nobody bothered me while I was there. The Wi-fi was very good as well. I would stay again if I needed too.
