Updating my previous post. The lobby remodel is complete and looks great. The breakfast is pretty meh, but OK for a hotel breakfast. No bran cereal option - just Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, and (I think) Golden Grahams. No pastries. 3 or 5 oz. juice cups are absurd - give us some real sized cups! :-)

Our stay was good and the staff was excellent. The room we had was very spacious. The only thing I had issue with is that we had to change rooms because the first room smelled like wet dog. The staff promptly helped us get another room, which was clean and also spacious. We saw that they were waiting the room out the next morning as well. Also, keep in mind that the hotel is pet friendly. I did not realize this until I had already booked it. Even with meds, my eyes must have gotten a stray dog hair and got really red. Breakfast was decent and had good protein options. My four year old heavily approved of the cereal and cheesy eggs.

Good location. Front desk didn’t know how to print a receipt or understood how to use the operating system. Dated furniture; torn, and worn down cushions. Carpeting needs cleaning.

Staff was extremely helpful and quick to provide service. The place was nice, central to a lot of restaurants in the area, and the Breakfast was great. When I come back to the area, this is where I'll be staying.

The room was very clean but needed updating. The breakfast was basic. Parking was free. The staff was very helpful. The fabric on the couch and chair in the ADA room requires repair.

Overall, we experienced an enjoyable stay! While the halls smelled a bit strange and the overall hotel itself was a bit outdated, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The manager was highly proactive at troubleshooting a plumbing issue with our room that popped up before our arrival and was able to resolve the challenge without issue and make our stay more convenient! We'll definitely stay here again if we're ever back in town.
