I liked everything about the property

Staff was super friendly at check-in. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was very nice. Very close to shopping and food. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience staying here. Our last minute reservation went smoothly from start to finish, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to offer a few more breakfast options, but everything available was good. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very nice accomodations

Easy check in, room had a couple minor cleanliness problems. Room was a bit small for having two queen beds. Majority of parking seemed to be on the back side of the building. Breakfast was sparse from what I saw. My booking service said it was rated a 9.2, but I think that's a little high.

Great location for shopping and dining and other fun activities! The room was a nice size and had a bench and chair to sit on. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and had a full bench in the shower! There was a nice fridge, coffee maker with good selection of coffee, iron and blow dryer too!

This was our first stay here. Staff greeted us pleasantly and welcoming at checkin. The room was clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and the bed and pillows were comfy. Had a great nights sleep! Breakfast was good and best part is it was included! The ladies at checkout were nice and invited us back. It was refreshing to see staff engaged with their customers. Definitely 10/10!

Excellent place to stay! It’s close to everything and rooms were clean!

The only issue I saw was in the bathroom. The commode was too close to the door making access and exit difficult.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, close to the outlet mall and Nascar speedpark. Only complajnt were the pillows look nice and fluffy, but flatten out like a pancake when laid on.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the restaurant next door was fabulous.

Unexpected surprise! We usually stay at chain hotels, but took a chance on this one because it was close to Skyland Ranch, which we wanted to visit. When we told the staff our plans, they were able to offer discounted tickets for Skyland Ranch! The demographic was an older group which was fine with us. We are 50. We would definitely stay again.

Great staff. Very accommodating

We were in room 211 and the light in the parking light shined directly into our room. There were only sheet curtains so we could not block it out.

Great location, room was clean & they brought fresh towels everyday, we asked for top floor room & got the perfect view of the mountains, pool area very clean & the firepits were perfect way to end the night. I gave 4 stars because the breakfast was mediocre although there was a variety of options it wasn’t necessarily good options. Overall would definitely stay again & maybe try the breakfast next door!

So much to offer in a close walk. The desk people were so charming, the elder gentleman was a complete joy. The had everything you would possibly need. I would definitely return and highly recommend

they let us check in early, because we had a problem at another hotel. They were very nice. Pool was awesome, and they gave snacks and juice at around 2 for a few hrs.

Everything was great about it except for the breakfast. In the app it says it's a buffet breakfast and it should be described more of a heat and go style. I spoke w the staff and they said after covid they never went back to the hot breakfast, so I was disappointed about that.

I would probably come back here. I rated it 3 because its a good location. The staff was not super friendly, except for the super sweet lady that cleans the rooms. They have a humidity problem in the rooms and they do have a humidifier, the problem is you are expected to dump the heavy water bin out in the shower. The machine goes off in the middle of the night, wakes you up, and has to be changed. If you unplug it prepare for summertime humidity.

It was a 50th anniversary celebration- our room was nice - clean and location was perfect - the lady at the front desk was super friendly- told us all the times of breakfast- coffee tea and cookies etc- very through.. we will definitely be back

Quick trip. First time at this hotel. Older, but in great shape. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Really good location.

Cute hotel but the walls of the upper floors look really dirty. Nice pool area and sitting areas inside.

The Lodge was awesome! Only thing I would change is the pool hours to be a little later. Place was clean, people were friendly!

Property was clean and the breakfast was well supplied and provided options. Definitely a better stay than the 3 star rated hotel I stayed at down the street.

Came in a cleaned room and changed towels daily.

Staff was mostly friendly. Property was nice. Ceiling tiles need to be cleaned in bathrooms. Asked housekeeping to return to room after we left for the day at 1:30 and were not receptive to that. Also we booked three rooms. The room 109 had issues with heating unit. Due to anemia, it is always cold for my mother. We apparently had been given a room that was known to have some electrical issues with the heating and air unit. Hard pill to swallow for a handicap guest.

The staff was very kind. We arrived a little early , the front desk clerk ckecked us in. Our room was comfortable and clean.

We did not arrive until midnight but the desk was still open. We were greeted by a smile and a cheerful face. The breakfast was nice and the room was clean. We will be returning again.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of so many restaurants and the Tanger Outlet Mall. The place was extremely clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything about the room appearance was inviting and comfortable. The room was a bit humid, but we were close to the pool and it was humid outside. Our room had a "balcony" but since we were on the 1st floor near the pool the "balcony" was kind of pointless. (My only complaint) The pool was very nice, the kids had a ball. Breakfast consisted of pastries, oatmeal and cereal which was disappointing but acceptable because of proximity to restaurants. The cost was a bit more than I usually spend, but well worth it, and will seriously consider a return visit if I find myself in the Pigeon Forge area again

The only complaint I had was that the walls are a bit thin, and we had a rather young - and loud - set of neighbors. We were woken up a few times after midnight the second night. Not really the property owner's fault. Check in and check out were flawless. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend the property, especially as it makes a great "base camp" for checking out some beautiful waterfalls and charming small towns nearby.

Extremely clean, beautifully appointed with a luxurious shower and upscale toiletries. Lovely outdoor space with water fun for kids. Ice cream within walking distance. What more could a weary traveler ask?!

Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Our room was facing the main road, but we really didn't have any issues with noise coming through. We were also able to enjoy the pool area, which was great for the kids. The slide was super fun for our older daughter, and splash pad was perfect for our toddler. The breakfast was mostly grab and go items, with muffins, cereal, and breakfast sandwiches making up the bulk of the offerings. However, it was enough for a quick meal and we're not huge breakfast eaters anyway. Another positive is that we were within easy walking distance of several very good restaurants, so we didn't have to go far for dinner.

This place is perfect- so welcoming, clean, and has everything you need. Take the crosswalk to Tangier Outlets or right up the hill to the General Store and ice cream!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. The environment was cozy and comfortable to say the least. This was our first time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be returning on our next trip.

We stayed for two night the room was very clean, all the staff was extremely nice. When passing them they always said hi and asked how we where doing. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The room was spacious, clean, & comfortable. We had a balcony with a view of the fire pits and the pool, so it felt like we were right out there with them. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the metal steps to the pool slide. That's a bad idea in the hot sun. Bare feet on those make for a super hot step. My 4 year old fell on the steps because they were so hot she pulled her foot up as she stepped down. When she did she slid down and fell down on her tummy and slid back down the stairs. But we talked with the manager about it. She made a report and immediately had someone out there looking at the steps setting how they could improve that.

Wonderful! Our little family loves this hotel. We’ve stayed multiple times since it opened and we always enjoy it. The pool and outdoor area is great for kids!

This is a great basic stay location. Easy to get to and well positioned for Sevierville and Gatlinburg. Pool heater broken. Breakfast is minimal. Otherwise really good stay.

Hotel was very clean and staff very kind and courteous. The only drawback (not the hotel's fault) is that traffic in front of the hotel is at a stand still on weekends and special events. There was a car show last weekend that brought about 5k extra people to the area. I would still stay again if I head up that way.

I never expect a room away to be as comfortable as my own home but like my home everything was clean and comfortable. The history of the property was interesting as well but you can go and find out for yourself the rest of the story.

Front desk guy was not friendly when we checked in so late.

Loved the hard wood flooring through out, I feel it makes the rooms cleaner. The rustic decor was very cute. The furnishings were of very good quality and comfortable. The location was great. Definately would stay again.

It was just ok. We stayed there the first weekend it was open and had a king room. Very nice. This time got a double Queen room and it was just ok. Showed some wear on walls and corners and the bathroom was so small it was uncomfortable to sit on the toilet with door closed.

It didn't feel very clean. There was a lot of noise above us late at night, which I guess can happen anywhere you stay. The bathroom was tiny. You have to maneuver yourself to get in the door. The service wasn't very friendly. We stayed here because we literally couldn't find anywhere else with openings. Now we know why they had availability when no one else did.

We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to Tanger Outlets. Also, right next door to Five Oaks Farm Kitchen was a big plus! Food & service is amazing.

I loved my stay, I will definitely consider this place for my next visit.
