All of the staff were so friendly during our whole stay. Rooms and beds were average, and could use an update. The door going out to the pool kept getting stuck. Ice machine on 3rd floor out of service and 1 elevator was out of service during our stay.

Staff! Location. Price. Parking. Balconies. Quiet Staff! Showing a little wear. And our hallway had the smell of marijuana coming from the room of some obvious losers in life.

The hotel way ok. Breakfast offering was nice. Staff were great. We could hear a normal conversation in our room from the room next door and a child screaming across the hall in their room. Would not stay again because of this issue.

Room was clean, very comfortable and the "divided" room was a bonus. Shower was very powerful, fridge and coffee maker in the room were a good touch. Breakfast was "standard" and was replenished regularly as the staff was excellent. Great value for the money we paid.

The room had a funny smell. It didnt smell clean at all. There were several gnats all over both beds and all of the pillows. There was a live cockroach that came across the floor. Definitely the worst Holiday Inn ive ever stayed in. Will never stay here again.

We stayed in room 201, which was right by a stairwell door and door to the parking lot. The door to the parking lot slams shut and was obnoxiously loud. Our whole room was woken up anytime someone entered or exited, which was often and at all times of the night/morning.

I had a 3yr old with me and the swimming pool didn’t have a kiddy pool. He played around the steps in the pool but was in the way of bigger kids. This was the only thing I didn’t like, otherwise the motel was very good.

We are very pleased. The room is more than we could have hoped for! Very clean and the girl, Ashley, who checked us in was friendly and made us feel welcomed!

The carpet of our room was soaked and seemed to get worse every time we showered. The tiles were sticky, as if covered with hairspray. After a single night, my allergies went wild and I coughed all night long. By the second night, my family couldn’t sleep because of the coughing and we woke with red eyes. The breakfast was the only positive for this place.

Liked the continental breakfast , many options. Liked how the beds were separated and the 400 square foot room gave us room for our luggage . Off the main hwy was quiet ,staff nice.

The water pressure and hot shower was amazing! The bed and pillows were terrible! Our neighbors were horrible, loud, rude, the walls are too thin too. The staff was great and food was good. Great coffee also.

We stayed here for our Honeymoon and it was an absolute delight! Olga at the front desk is an angel. The breakfast was spectacular. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg

We went for a long needed getaway before our son’s wedding. The breakfast every morning was wonderful. The pancakes not so much as the machine made them thin and rubbery. Everyday our room was cleaned and plenty of fresh towels and wash rags. Loved the amenities of not having to pack shampoo, soaps or lotion. Thankful for the blow dryer too! One suggestion would be to keep some carts on the second floor so guests don’t have to go all the way downstairs to get one and bring their items to the room. Location was great and staff was friendly!

The staff was excellent; especially the front desk people. The place was a little dated: small bathroom, older furniture, etc. Breakfast was delicious: cinnamon rolls, yogurt and coffee! Our room was clean but the common areas needed attention: elevators, hallways, eating area (breakfast). Location worked for us: outlets close, Dollywood, also recommend the local goat (excellent restaurant). Movie theater is within walking distance.

The area was clean and easy to get to and close enough to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Hotel room was absolutly disgusting, bathroom and roof had mold, pee splatters on the floor and the stench of the hotel room was horrible.

The staff is always super friendly. Breakfast is always amazing! I do not like the way that guests who purchase through a third party (such as Expedia) are clearly placed in a sub standard room. The rooms that I am assigned when I purchase directly through the IHG site are far superior than those I am assigned any time I choose to purchase through a third party. Logically, I know that this is probably because they do not like losing money to third parties. However, they must know that customers are looking for the best deal, and should not have to fight insects, nor deal with “stains” and dingy smells throughout the room for doing so, Expedia should look into this. Otherwise, don’t bother to request the completion of these surveys.

It was perfect location for the event that we were there to be part of. Walkable to some events and restaurants and driving to others were easy.

The breakfast was plentiful and the area kept clean but the food was just ok. The oatmeal was like soup and the sausage was really overcooked two of the three days we ate there. The rest was fine The cleaning staffs scheduling was an issue. The first day the room needed cleaning I had to go to the front desk at 4:45 and ask the front desk why our room wasn't cleaned. They called someone and it was done right away. The next day we didn't have them clean because I didn't feel well. The next day I was fine and wanted the room cleaned. We left and came back about 3:00 and it wasn't cleaned yet, but at least we could see the cleaning staff was still working. I went to do the laundry and my husband had to go down to the lobby and read. By the time the laundry was done the room was clean. I'm not sure if it is a shortage of cleaning staff, many times we saw the carts outside a door but no staff around for long stretches or how they prioritize the order they clean. The guest focus should be on a friendly, comfortable stay. We didn't like having to wonder if our room was going to be cleaned when we came back to the hotel or were we going to have to vacate the room so it could be done. All you really want to do is come back to a clean room and relax.

This was the worst property my family had ever stayed at. We booked 4 nights and left after 1. The decor is outdated and non-existent. We were situated by an exterior door that slammed shut all night. When other guest flushed their toilets it sounded like an ice chest was pouring down our wall. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and creaked when you moved slightly. The pool was a dingy green color and you couldn’t even see the bottom. And worst of all there was only a wall unit air conditioner in TN July weather and it only cooled half the room because the layout of the room had the bathroom in the middle. So one side was freezing all night and the other was burning up. I slept less than 2hrs. The next morning when we requested an early checkout we overheard the desk lady and the manager complaining about all of the refund requests and guest complaints. When they started talking about me (not knowing I was sitting in the lobby) I went up to the desk and the manager changed tones as fast as we wanted to leave. She tried to sound apologetic but I had already heard her and the desk lady’s true side. The damage is done and their reputation in my book is solidified. We will never stay here again nor would we ever recommend anyone take the chance at ruining their vacation by staying here. There are too many other options in the area that blow this place away. Save yourself the grief and stay away from this Holiday Inn.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room was very clean and up to date, as well as the staff was amazing and let me and my family do an early check in.

Super clean hotel, breakfast was amazing! The fact that there are balconies with the rooms to enjoy the mountain view was an unexpected bonus. Olga checked us in and was super sweet. Loved that popcorn was made nightly for guests to come and enjoy. Close to all the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge activities but far enough away to be quiet (20 minute drive with traffic) Close to the Smokey Mtn National Park entrance. Lots of restaurants near hotel. Would definitely recommend!!

I thought everything was very good, the people were very friendly, the guys in the kitchen were very charming, the breakfast was very delicious, the receptionist also treated us very kindly, I actually loved my stay at This place

Housekeeping did not provide service any of our stay We had to go to the front desk for towels and were given a plastic bag “to put them in and bring back to.” The worst part was the musty smell and moisture in the room. This was all reported upon check-out.

Several carpet tiles were coming up. The bathroom door and wall has large amount paint peeling off. Also, the room door doesn’t automatically lock as it should when leaving. You need to open and shut the door a couple of times to get it to lock.

The beds/pillows are always amazing at Holiday Inn Express! I will say this hotel is dated and could you some refurbishing. The doors slam EXTREMELY loud, which can be frightening in the middle of the night :) All in all, a pleasant stay.

Not very pleased that I only booked room for the Mountain View. And was told when arrived I didn’t book a Mountain View. Even though I showed proof what I had booked. And was given a quarry view. Was told I made the mistake of booking through a third party it was not there problem I didn’t get what I wanted.

Noise from the street “Parkway” can be load at times. But that’s not the hotels fault. The roadway was quiet during the nighttime I’d absorbed recommend

Wonderful hotel. The only downside was the shower was dirty and had hair left. The manager assured me this would not happen again. I would stay here again.

We were in town for a cheer competition in Seiverville. The hotel was in a great location to get to the Convention center quickly. Room was set up really neat with the separation between the two beds. This allowed for the girls to be able to get ready without being in anyone's way. Everything was very clean and beautiful. Parking was convenient especially since our room was on the second floor and the back parking lot was level with the rooms. Breakfast was great each morning. We will definitely be staying here again for future competitions.

The room had 2 queen beds. The beds were separated by the shower. It actually blocks the sound somewhat between the 2 tv’s. The room had a Keurig, but there was good coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby so it did not get used. Staff very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Although I didnt get to use it they have patio areas on the rooms. Also there is a door in the 2nd bedroom that led outdoors. We were on the ground floor and it didnt bother us but may be a negative for others. I love the double room set up which allows privacy and not having to share a TV. The only issue is there was no door to shut for 2nd bedroom. The hotel was very clean and has the best water pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel! Friendly and professional staffing. Breakfast was delicious with options.
