I liked the oversized bath, and walk in shower, because I can't step over a tub. The bath could have been cleaner. The parking lot was terrible to get out of onto the busy street. We felt we had to drive around the back of the motel onto the side street to drive to the busy street.

You get what you pay for it was definitely a very good deal but was very outdated and old, some plugs didn’t work, bedding was clean as far as can tell but had stains In little spots here and there but overall it was not horrible breakfast was very limited but if your just going to sleep here on a good deal it was not bad Outdated and had its issues

The room "king suite" was very clean and comfortable! Hot water, internet,cable and air conditioning was excellent! Loved tht bed,very comfortable,and really nice pillows!

Upon opening the door, I was hit with an odor. The tub had hair in it as did the pillows and sink. I left immediately and returned to the office and said I could not stay. They still charged me for one night stay. I guess for opening the door. It was awful. We moved to a much nicer hotel close by and never did see alot of cars at this location. Also, the pool was filthy.

For the money we paid it was great! It was an older place, still in good condition and clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Housekeeping could have been a little more friendly however.

Our room was fine. Seemed pretty clean with no issues. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The area was quiet. The shower water wasn’t near as hot as I would’ve liked it, but I made do.

When we arrived it was great the room and location of the room as we requested. However, we wanted to stay an extra night and was told it would be a certain price but found out later it was 9 dollars more then please don't use there vending machines will take your money..I had problems with all 3 machines on different floors also I have a slight skin condition and my legs was scratched during the night in bed and a little blood drop came out of leg and the front desk lady kept our cash deposit..I understand I may have to pay for a sheet to replace but we left the room good condition and kept my entire deposit no partial refund..also when I was in the lobby another guest was furious yelling at front desk lady that the house keeper accused her of taking items out of the room and kept her deposit which the guest denied taking anything from the room..I would think about staying at Days inn before you book

The bathroom was gross!! The felt cleanish, but the blankets at cigarette burn holes in it. Just not up to Days Inn quality that I’ve grown to expect. There was also no top lock for the door. As a single mom traveling with a small child, it was definitely hard to sleep.

The person at the desk amazing so nice. The room however disgusting. There were roaches cigarette burns on the covers. Hair in the shower. And they were short and curly if you get my drift. The smell in the room awful. Everything just looked old run down and dirty. Guess you get what you pay for.

Clean room and comfortable beds

Within 30 minutes of being in the room I killed 2 roaches one on the wall and the other in the bathroom floor. I asked to be moved and was moved 3 rooms down no questions asked and as soon as I turned on the lights a roach ran up the wall. So I was given another room on a different floor.with the explanation they must have been brought in from the last guest.

First of all they called us at 2:00 in the morning to tell us we needed to get up and jiggle our handle of our toilet because the water was running then we went to breakfast at 9:00 in the morning and came back a little after 10:00 to find our room had already been cleaned our stuff was all still in there check out's not till 11:00 that was a total invasion of our privacy and I am not happy

Nice inexpensive place to stay for one night. The parking lot has sufficient light but tight when full. The complementary breakfast was a little disappointing with no protein or fruit options, all selections are bread iteams. If they are willing to fix thier breakfast selection to include some fruit and protein I'm more than willing to stay again.

Our stay at this Days Inn was very disappointing. The first room had a strong ashtray smell, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The staff moved us to another room, which we appreciated, but it wasn’t much better — there were stains on the sheets, roaches, and visible damage to the ceiling and walls, including a circular hole in the tub wall. To make things worse, they refused to give us a refund even after Expedia tried to contact them on our behalf. We won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

I am still trying to get a refund from these people. This hotel and staff is terrible and hotels.com has been no help in getting me a response once I cancelled. You can't stay at this place, it is horrid. I am still in discussion with hotels.com regarding the cancellation policy - I have already been charged. This is really unclear but the whole thing has been a terrible experience. I used hotels.com to book thinking I was protected. Not so.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue that was written down for maintenance to check. It seemed as if it would be addressed. There was A LOT of noise on the strip from cars racing, but with the air conditioner on, it was much quieter and the hotel had no control over the obnoxious drivers revving their engines. Breakfast was small (cereal, waffles, etc) but my family ate without complaints. We would stay again.

The room was clean.They had plenty of parking. The staff was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I would recommend the hotel change-- get new towels and washcloths as you can see and feel that they are old and worn out. The towels were rough on the skin. But everything else was very nice.

Great little place to stay

It appears that they have become a hangout for homeless people. 1st and 3rd floor had multiple people who just hung out smoking and drinking but they never seemed to be going anywhere. Not a good environment to have children around. Left early to finish vacation at another hotel. Will not stay there again

the room above us leaked water on the bathroom floor. The blanket had cigarette burns on it. the shower faucet was way too short, had to bend down to get under it. the fridge was not working had to re-connect hose inside of it to get it to work. alarm clock was not working.no place to put your things in the shower. they had a sign to hang up your towels to dry, no place for that, anywhere. Would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I went to a doctor Monday and it seems we encountered bed bugs by staying in room 222 from September 2-5. I know this is always a risk but someone needs to check into this if anyone else stays in that room.

Cockroaches, dust, and noisy Air conditioning unit

We were looking a cheap and easy place to stay for one night until our cabin was ready. It was not 5-star stay but it was clean and fit the bill. Only complaint was the worn out bedding and what sounded like a whinning hydraulic pump running from behind the bathroom sink all night. But it was under 100.00 and it was a place to stay and shower.

Room was clean, well stocked & hotel was convenient to a multitude of entertainment. A mal-functioning tv remote was only slight negative

Our stay was just overnight but we would stay there again. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only "complaint" was that we were on the 4th floor and had to go down to the 1st floor to get ice. Not a big issue but we got in late and were tired.

Everything clean staff was nice, convenient In-N-Out to street was a plus especially in pigeon Forge sit next to red light love that! Only reason I gave 4 stars was the bathroom could use some tlc and updating. Definitely would stay again.

The bathroom felt quite outdated and had many noticeable stains. The room also had an unpleasant, musty odor. Breakfast was very minimal—just a few muffins, bread, waffles, and apples. There were no eggs, milk, or any substantial options.

As for the traffic, it was congested even Mon.-Fri. when we left for home. The breakfast was not what we expected. We did try it once.

this was a ok property. the parking lot got full pretty quick and had to park in the back of lot in congested spot. service was good. not much choice for breakfast. also in order to get new towels we had to give the front desk the old ones to get new ones..that was kind of inconvienent. otherwise i have always liked days inn.

Got four rooms, bugs in one sinks leaking all over the counter in two, shower/tub peeling some sort of paint. Chair in Room damaged to the point it scraped up my kids leg, smelled of old stale cigarettes. Staff was awesome both the lady that checked us in and lady that checked us were super friendly.

People were very nice, but the carpets were filthy. I took a shower and walked across the floor and my feet were black. Found 3 bugs in the room.

Although the room was clean and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke. The room furnishings were outdated, but OK.

Staff did not inform about deposit beforehand. Was told was too loud at breakfast after meeting new friends in the area. It was 10 AM and we were told we were to quiet down. Very disrespectful staff and no deposit was mentioned until we were checking in at 8 PM after a long day. It was an okay place for the price but the staff could be a little more friendly. Breakfast was okay. Waffles and cereal mostly. Oh plus side it was a smoking hotel for those of us who still smoke.

The Hotel was wonderful and the staff upfront was very nice they helped with anything we needed. It also had a view of the smokies in the background which i loved the most and a gift shop right next door so you can get all your souvenirs.

Enjoyable stay. No parking of car trailers on the premises even though there was plenty of spaces available. Other than that it was a great place to spend the week! Breakfast was good! Cereal, waffles, muffins, oatmeal, and very good sweet tea. Very convenient location!

Facet leaked, shower hand bar was gone, two holes in shower where it belong. Maintenence person did show up on the sink issue, No towel bars to hand towel or wash cloth.

Place was very clean and quiet for the location. Very convenient to entertainment. It was a little older, we were given an ADA room. The bathroom was quite large but it took several minutes to get hot water, the shower didn’t drain well and we had to stand in water and the was very little pressure from the shower head. The handle on the toilet was barely holding on. Other than that a very nice and for what we payed I’d stay here again.

We stay here every year and have not had an issue until this year. We checked into our room and got settled to find a dead roach in the bathroom. When we told staff about this, the response given was did you pick it up, and we will call our exterminator out. The hot water did not really get hot, and the shower head was broken.

Check in staff was rude and room was not ready when we checked in. They made no accommodations for my Mom who uses a walker. I asked for a more accommodative room and they gave us last room at end on 3 rd floor.

The continental breakfast was good and always lots of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the tapping and knocking sounds from the plumbing pipes above us, and in the wall, when the guests above us used their shower. It was very loud. Also, the sink in our room drained very slow and our toilet started flushing slow. Maintenance did come at the end of the day to take care of it. We would stay there again.

You can tell rooms have gotten some updates recently but our room had some issues (very cold bathroom, no toilet paper upon arrival or location to hold). Bed was great and very convenient location. Breakfast is small but waffles are great. Very good spot, would book again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The only complaint I would have is the showers needed to be cleaned and removed of hair at the top. Our sheet looked like it had makeup on it and 1 towel looked used when we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a huge smell of "funny cigarette" close by. Few people were intoxicated outside the hotel early in the morning that were staying there, BUT front office helped with this.

Our toilet was clogged on day 1 of our stay, we were told to comgo to the front desk and get a plunger. We did but it didn't fix it. Needless to say on night 3 our room was floodes with toilet water. Front desk was still no hero! We were moved to another room at 9pm last night

No hot water my hole stay they wouldn't give my money back or change my room and blocked me from talking through email. I will never stay there again.

Checked in wasnt told there wasn't any hot water in the whole building. Sink wouldn't drain, air only worked for 30 min and turn off. We picked this hotel for price a d breakfast. The breakfast was a joke. Watered down waffle batter that you had to scrape out of the waffle iron, no coffer. It was 8:00 am. I expect a refund of this stay.

There is no hot water in hotel which is basic necessity, we had toddler. me and my family could not shower during our stay at hotel. We found cockroaches in the bathroom. Over all worst experience.

In the website they mentioned they have all the facilities but once we checked-in, there are lot of issues and they don’t respond properly. Even phone was not working to report any of those issues, we have to go to reception to report. There was no hot water and no phone and blankets are dirty.

Except for location there is nothing positive about this hotel. There was no running hot water in our rooms during last week of October winter temperatures. We couldn’t bathe and shower our kids during our stay here. We were a group of 3 friends and our respective families who stayed at this hotel. Terrible experience, never coming back!!

Acceptable accommodations, about average for the price point. Front desk would not provide extra towels (we were short 1 towel), and would only provide additional towels after same number of used towels were returned to front desk. Breakfast bar is minimal. A little tricky getting out of the parking lot, being situated right at a traffic light. Might consider staying here again if we're on a tight budget.

I thought the room was dirty. The back of the toilet was never cleaned. Though they cleaned the shower, other people's hair was on the shower walls.

Motel is located close to attractions so is quite convenient to get there. The rooms are clean, no musty smell. Furnitures could be updated. The breakfast is alright, could use more variety. Coffee runs out quickly. The property exit is right in front of a traffic light, not convenient to get to the other side of the road with the hustle and bustle. Overall the atmosphere is good, will stay here again.

We had 2 adjoining rooms. One room was terrible. The toilet seat was broken, clock radio was broken, lamps were broken and no bulbs, only had 2 lamp working, bedspread had white spots on it, the Air conditioner was not cooling. We had to set it down to 62 degrees, still not cooling so we had to leave adjoining room door open to help cool the room. We called and told front desk, but they said they would have to send someone up the next morning in which we were going to he checking out. Front desk did not give any other solutions on making us comfortable. If we had damaged the room the Hotel would have charged us. But no, they didnt offer any discounts on their poor rental service.

The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on, including the one in my home. The staff was helpful and polite. We will be back again whenever we come to the Pigeon Forge area.

The front desk manager so she claimed was her title lied! She attempted to accuse me the customer of lying! The owner wouldn't speak to me about her employee but kept saying she was busy. Also the "head housekeeper" was especially rude and threatened to call the police on me because I was upset at my problem not being handled professionally. Emily was the so called front desk manager and Scott was the so called head housekeeper. Neither one were any type of professional.

Comfortable and quiet, even though next to the Parkway. The entrance/exit is a little difficult, since it's next to an intersection with a traffic light, so you need to go N and u-turn if you want to go South. Reasonably priced rooms. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed, and the staff resolved the problems quickly and to satisfaction. Decent breakfast. Good interactions with staff.

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that it was a great trip. The floors in the room were beautiful.

The only thing about the property that i didn't like was that there was no shade in the pool area.

Hotel seems a little out dated for the price ...it seems to be in the middle of a remodel at least on the outside...it could have been cleaner, older should have not mean dirty my room was a bit dirty when i arrived ...the refresh was better

Wonderful staff great people and place to stay wonderful experience

The room had a horrible odor-like mold and cigarettes, and our carpet was wet, the air was not cold. We asked the next day to change rooms and the manager on duty accommodated us and we moved to the room beside us. The reason for not changing upon arrival was that there were no other rooms available. The showers leak water out on the floor. The bathroom is not ventilated. The air vent in the ceiling puts out heat and doesn’t take the moisture out of the room.
