    Check in was easy. Room was dirty, musty smelling, carpets were nasty, and many of the lamps, electrical outlets, and other room features were in poor condition. Also, the other hotel occupants were of shady character. Definitely not a family hotel! More like a 4 hour stop over for a street pickup. This is a solid two star hotel! Whoever is giving this place more then two stars is completely out of their minds, lying, or use to living in a shack!!!

    I pretty much got what I paid for...a $50 room. While there needs to be updates done, they need to take time in doing the same. For example, stop painting over things. Take time and sand them down. The bathroom door was a struggle to shut due to layers of paint, the corners of the bathroom walls could use a bit more attention in cleaning, the headboards could use more attention in cleaning, there was a pop bottle top on the floor and some areas you could tell need more attention when vacuuming. The outlet by the sink didn't work, the wall outlet was not screwed in, outlet in the lamp was very loose. This hotel was located approximately 5 miles from the Island, downtown Pigeon Forge which was great. The complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. Typical waffles, eggs were super watery and did not look appealing at all, only offered bread to be toasted ~ no fruit, bagels or pastries. Let's just say ALL the photos that I viewed when booking this hotel DO NOT match up to what I seen when I arrived. Very misleading.

    Staff assured us we would get a refund because they failed to tell us the pool is outside only and was not open for our stay. Also, when we called about the refund was told they couldnt fine our stay. Would not go here, rude and the hotel was dirty thats why we didnt stay! Found old socks in our room under the covers!

    We asked for someone to bring the room fresh towels and if they could remake the beds one day and they said “you bring dirty towels we give clean ones” and in response to making the beds they said they would get to it and never have. On our family’s 5th day there we went and got breakfast and when we came back to the room, we discovered the toilet leaking poo water to which they said that one of us had peed on the floor and also said no to switching our rooms saying that someone would come look at it. It has now been a couple hours and still no on has come to look at it. So the family was stuck in a room for 1 night with sewage water leaking from the toilet and no toilet to use. We left the next day, 2 nights early, and Hotels.com has not recovered our money from this disgusting place.

    We got there a little early. Lady said room was ready but i had to pay 28.00 to enter early. Room Was dirty, no hot water, remote didnt work, no hotub even thou expedia shows it has one. No indoor pool even expedia shows it does. They called and demanded me pay half the day we was to arrive to hold room even thou expedia has a pay later when you arrive at hotel. We will never stay here again. Oh and there was a fight in parking lot 🙄

    Hot tub was older but we had no issues with it. Bedding was nice, but bed itself was super firm. Felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Parking was safe. Location of hotel was safe. A shopping plaza is next door; Belk, TJ Maxx, Dollar Tree, Smoothie King, etc. All are walking distance.

    We booked these separate rooms as a last resort for our family of 6 winter vacation, as we weren't aware there would be no vacancies elsewhere for the week we scheduled our visit to the Great smoky mountains. Upon arrival we were greeted with cockroaches, filthy bed linens, yellowed towels & washcloths, squished bugs on the shower walls, along with a long black curly hair stuck to the wall, gunk & drip marks on the walls, walkways, doors. Light switches were broken & disgusting, the coffee maker gross, used paper cups. I could go on & have picture proof of the filth. We asked for room service because we had no other options. That did no good as the gunk remained, but they did change the very top mildewed sheet..ONLY. We ended our stay early as it was just absolutely unacceptable. The staff offered no reimbursements. We do NOT recommend. This place should honestly be shut down until they can make proper repairs. I wouldn't stay there if i was paid to. 0/10 save your time, money & energy.

    The room was disgusting and unacceptable. For the disgusting factor we had an unwavering bad smell for the entire 6 days, McDonald's in the microwave from the last occupants, a half eaten pizza crust in the corner, and a blunt roach on the floor. Our father in law also stayed at this hotel a few doors down and he had leak in his ceiling as well as the terrible smell. The room also advertised that it sleeps 5... It does not. The attendant in the office explained that they say that because the room is big enough to put in one of their roll away beds that they charge 20$ extra a night for. This to me in false advertising.Our stay was cramped and miserable!

    Our room was upgraded to a room with a hot tub and fireplace and while the fireplace did not work my husband thought the hot tub was excellent, using it almost each night when we arrived back at the hotel after walking all day. The are was nice and quiet and this hotel is conveniently located near the outlets in Pigeon Forge and Walmart (in case you forgot something). Overall I would recommend this hotel and would probably stay here again.

    The air condition in the room did not work. Even checked the breaker switch on the plug. There was no power to it. When I turned the knob to turn it on the front casing fell off. They charge a $28 fee to check in early, which I have never experienced before this property.

    The room was very dirty and had a strong moldy odor. It was noisy at all hours, with loud guests day and night. Even the landscapers started working with loud equipment right outside my door at 8:45 a.m. The firepit was broken, and the internet didn’t work at all. Overall, this was a terrible experience — I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    The room was only okay. We had baby roaches in bathroom & bedroom. On floor and behind picture in bedroom. The first afternoon we were in the room & @ 4:30 Am the smoke alarm went off in the room. Both times the maintenance man came to stop it. I began to wonder if there was a camera in the smoke alarm. Why would the new battery not work that was put in it in the afternoon? Go off at 4:30 AM when we were asleep. CRAZY We have never smoked in our life to cause the alarm to go off. Then they call & text you before 8:00 AM to see if you want your room cleaned. Crazy. We were on vacation. Plus we were older adults. I did appreciate that the staff was helpful and nice. Thank you

    The room was dirty, light switch that did nothing. We had a kitchenette with no pots or pans. There were 3 of us, there was 1 fork 3 spoons and 1 butter knife. The room smelled like dog. The balcony overlooked tge neighbors trashy backyard. There was a strong smoked marijuana smell in the elevator. It was disgusting. Thd whole experience was horrible. I will NEVER stay there again and i would NEVER recommend my family, friends or worst enemies to stay there.

    I understand that this is a cheaper hotel. That’s what we were looking and paying for. Just a place to sleep and not empty the bank. BUT it was discusting. ROACHES were in both of the rooms our family stayed at, and not just one but I killed at least 10-15 and those are just the ones that I saw. I told the person at the desk and they said they were aware and know about the roaches. If that wasn’t enough the rooms stunk, sheets had stains on them and the showers were incredibly hard to figure out and were rusty and paint peeling off the ceiling inches about your head. Can’t wait to get home and take a shower. Will be leaving the luggage outside for days to assure no roaches come inside our home.

    The lady who checked us in was amazing she was super sweet we she let us know the elevator was broken so she told us which stairs would be closer for us. We got to our room we was in the room approximately 30 minutes and seen bed bug crawling across the bed i immediately called the front desk i took a picture of it but i also took all the blankets and contained it it wasn’t a baby it was a full size one she had never seen one and let me know she had only ever seen roaches there prior but she took a picture of my picture to show management because i told her i just wanted refunded and to stay elsewhere because if rooms around that room were not treated then other rooms could also be affected and i’m allergic and break out in hives from their bites she told me she took the picture in words she couldn’t really say because management do not listen to their employees and think they are lying. She was unsure if they would refund me for the night of my stay which they did not i’m very disappointed because i’m out money for something that wasn’t my fault

    This was an extremely dirty hotel. It was infested with roaches and upon checking in within 5 to 10 minutes bugs crawling from behind the television and on the wall walls, My Son set his food on the table and with in minutes he saw a roach climbing across his tacos. My daughter and her friend sit on the bed and had bits on the legs. I notified the staff of the infestation and what she said it wasn’t the first she had heard of. I was not given a refund for tonight. Stay of 320 dollars and will be taking legal action. Hotels.com knowing of the issue and me not staying there also refused to reimburse my money. I would not suggest this side either sending people to establishment like this.

    I went with Baymont because of being connected to Wyndham. Oh how disappointed I was. I video the room because of i didnt want to be extra charged for the condition of the room. I got a king size room with jacuzzi tub. Didnt use the tub because I was afraid, i get someone ajax wouldn't get off. Tv, microwave, nor fridge didnt work. Plug ins didnt even charge my phone. The overall condition felt nasty.

    The second day they called the room told me if we needed towels & washcloths to bring used ones to office & get clean ones

    The room smelled like mildew and I even sprayed it with disinfectant. The rug felt gross to walk on and most of the plug outlets didnt work. Curtains were coming off their rods. I was so disappointed! It was the worst place Ive ever stayed in. I will never stay their again. One more thing, the front desk was very friendly and helpful thats the only good thing they have.

    Pulled in to stay here, walked into the front office and was met with attitude and an uncomfortable atmosphere. Since we had to wait to get into the room we looked around the parking lot and compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in, it just seemed not well kept. In our time waiting we checked reviews and found a lot of things we were not ok with. I can’t comment on the actual rooms because after the encounter up front and reading the reviews we decided to not even try staying here and booked another hotel down the road. No refund since it was after check in time but not worth the risk we wanted to take.

    It's an okay place to stay, especially for the price, but it's not amazing. Things aren't the cleanest. They also don't have much like the photos, but the bed was comfortable. Wouldn't make it more than a one- or two-night stay type of place.

    The hotel was inexpensive, located on the less busier end of the Parkway, safe, mostly families with children; close to restaurants, Dollar Tree and Walmart; strong air conditioner and room had refrigerator. Negatives were a small bathroom dated, worn front door and worn shower curtain rod. The benefits outweighed the negatives.

    Very clean and affordable family hotel right on the main strip in Sevierville. It wasn’t a big thrill hotel but served it’s purpose for my family, we enjoyed ourselves.

    Well the room was clean beds were comfy. Paid for a jacuzzi suit the one the first 2 nights was broke, no on an off switch. Had to change rooms the next day, no offer to help move our stuff no one even said sorry for the inconvenience staff was not friendly made me feel like I was asking to much to get another room. Breakfast area so small 2 people in there and there's no room to move. No fresh fruit no hot cereal was not what I consider a good breakfast. pool was nice clean area was enjoying swimming when lawn care came in didn't say excuse us or anything trimmed shrubs that had poison ivy it then used blower blew stuff in the pool and on us. Then to our surprise the lawn people get into a yelling match in front of us . Not very professional on the older gentlemans part.So needless to say wasn't the best experience. Checking out never heard sorry for anything no mention of a credit for a none working jacuzzi. Actually had to return keys to laundry lady because no one was at the service desk

    There is not enough room for me to list all the issues with this nasty place. Roaches, nasty unchanged linens. Pot smoking at all hours of days and nights. Black wads of hair floating in the pool. I can keep on but I just don’t feel the need at this point. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this place

    Air vent had mold growing out of it almost looked like mushrooms. Curtains and bed sheets were stained. Carpet was not vacuumed. Ac unit was at its lowest and room was hotter than outside. We left the room within 15 minutes.

    Poor to no internet. Staff not concerned. Started would restart and gave the internet service IT number instead of doing their job. Ice machine out of order with no interest in fixing or having checked. Machine function the day before. Requested for room not to be cleaned but occurred anyway. No “Do Not Disturb placard offered or available in room. Previous hotel by Wyndham was excellent including all staff.

    We always bring cleaning supplies, and clean before we stay. We couldn't get rid of the smell in our room. There was no hot tub, just rooms with hot tubs. But there was a pool. Our curtains were falling apart and had to be shoved on the windowsill so we could have air-conditioning. We made the most of our time there and had a lot of fun, we just expected a little more because of the hot tub being 1 of the main reasons I booked the room.

    The breakfast consists of bread with a toaster that doesnt work. Watered down eggs. Instant oatmeal that you had to get them get you hot water to make it. If you were lucky, the elevator wouldnt get stuck. A/C in the room barely worked. Hair dryer was melted. There was mold in the shower and a bar of soap from the previous person. The people were nice that worked there. Overall the place was more like a run down building in need of alot of repair. We won't be staying there again. Only reason I gave 2 stars, is because the people were nice. I will not recommend.

    Don’t let the pictures fool you on this hotel. It is very outdated and run down. The rooms smelt very musty. The first room we were in the tv didn’t work so they moved us to a different room. The beds were very uncomfortable there was mold in the shower. Also saw a roach crawl out of the tv. The breakfast room they have is extremely small and very dark. The hairdryer in one of our rooms also didn’t work or any of the outlets next to the sink. The front desk staff was extremely polite but this hotel is in need of some serious cleaning and updates.

    Placed us in an occupied room first, then in a room where the sink was broken, literally falling out of the counter. Was originally told by nightshift that i would be able to come back down in morning and would recieve a full refund. In the morning, the woman was extremely rude and said she woukd only give $10 back on the card, still have not seen this measly credit.

    Rooms look nothing like the picture. Romm clearly wasn lt cleaned well. We went to front desk and manager on duty was rude and told my wise she didnt need to be "sassy" and he knew the rooms werent the best. We checked out and left within 20 minites and that INCLUDES the time it took us to wall to and from our room. We went ans found another hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

    Room could’ve used a lil more of a proper update instead of it appearing as if a DIY completed it. A lot of people blasting music in their cars outside of room. People smoking all kinds of different things right out side our room bc that’s where the smoke station was. Employees were absolutely wonderful, helpful, friendly, & respectful. The breakfast wasn’t anything pleasing to the husband. For a quick trip it ain’t it bad but for multi days i wouldn’t suggest it.

    This is my 4th night here. 2 nights last weekend and last night and now tonight. Got a different room category this time. Got the “suite” with jacuzzi. My teenage daughter and I thought we’d put on bathing suits and utilize the jacuzzi like a hot tub. We get it filled up and under the towel carefully placed by housekeeping is a hole. The hole where the button goes. The button that turns the jacuzzi on. Like they didn’t see it when they strategically placed that towel there. Upon checking in I received a text from hotel saying respond to text with any problems or questions. I text back my issue. No response- why bother with this system if not utilizing it? I call the front desk. 15 minutes later night manager comes up to check it out. I wish yall could have seen the fake confusion he exhibited when I pointed to the missing button/hole. First he said “maybe you do it”. This angered me. I explained about the towel. He said housekeeping or previous guests did it. I said if previous guest did it housekeeping knew because they placed the towel over it. Housekeeping appear to be the owners. I’ve seen them over the past 3 nights I stayed here. Not too happy I paid for “upgrade” I couldn’t utilize. Says they’ll make it right tomorrow. We shall see tomorrow. Will update then.

    I was forced to find lodging due to illness. The local area was booked. We found this hotel. The staff were not super helpful. Went to my room after checking in. Outdoor stairs and elevator. There were people smoking and drinking outside the door. I had small children. Inside had been semi updated but not very clean. Alot of renovations were the kind that just paint over the problem instead of fix it. The floor was dirty the beds had black debris on them like someone had put dirty feet all over. After about ten minutes we find roaches on the nightstand. We all get up to look around and we find another one crawling on our childs pillow. Went to get money back and the guy argued we should have come out immediately if we wanted our money back then we showed him a video of the bug. He claims the property owner will return our money in the morning.

    Hotel was about what I'd expect for the price. It was obvious that the room wasn't deep cleaned, as there was actually loose change laying in the corner. The gas fireplace was a nice touch, but it would have been nicer if there was a way to control it, rather than just having the pilot light on. The in room jacuzzi tub was amazing, however, and perfect to relax in after a long day walking around Dollywood. Front desk staff were nice enough. The "breakfast" left something to be desired however. Won't be my first choice when I come back, but definitely not blacklisted either.

    We came back to the room at 10:30 PM turned on the light and found atleast 6 cockroaches scurrying around the room. They offered to switch us to another room, but my wife said no way and we had to leave and find other accomodations for the night, luckily it was a Thursday and everything else wasn't already booked. I keep trying to call the hotel to get a refund, but to no avail. Aside from the roaches, the bathroom had a faint smell of vomit, the mini-fridge had an odor and my wife said there appeared to be a puke stain on the bottom of the rollaway provided. Answer your phone folks! Goes to voicemail and says it's full. Booker beware!

    Check in was easy and very friendly. I arrived late at night but he still made the process smooth and quick. The breakfast was meh but overall the hotel was solid. I would stay here again. Note: if you're mapping, make sure you enter Pigeon Forge as there are several other Baymonts in the vicinity.

    The clerk insisted because we had a late check in after midnight that this somehow voided the prepaid room and was insisting that we pay for another room and seek a refund from for the prepaid nonrefundable room. Very disappointed I don't think the clerk was actually well trained. I certainly would like to have someone get back with me on this.

    The room itself was just as bad. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a strong mildew smell. The sheets and lampshade had visible stains, and there was hair left on the bathroom wall and in the shower. It was clear that cleanliness and basic upkeep were not priorities here. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

    To be honest, other than the cleanliness I didn’t like anything. This was a birthday trip for my mother and the staff at this property, starting with the “supervisor” working the front desk, trying to be descriptive and thorough when giving directions (Expedia pulled the wrong location), and wouldn’t give me the address. I hung up, upon arrival, I apologized. The property has no indoor pool like stated, hot tubs are in a few rooms not a public one, and when we asked for towels not knowing they were planning on bringing some, the supervisor cursed and was annoyed with us. Also the bathroom door locked on its own, and she was expecting us to wait till the NEXT DAY for bathroom access. With a toddler in the room. And when I explained this to her, she told me to calm down because I was the one who made the mistake. If you want customer service and a good property for the family you will not find it here, outside of the maintenance man who came from home to fix the door, the staff was all extremely rude and standoffish. The most dreadful hotel experience I’ve ever had.

    My husband and I stayed here for our 29th wedding anniversary. Check in was great. The room was in poor condition. Sheets were clean, but the condition is seriously outdated and needs remodeling. The toilet was not wiped down or clean. There was hair on the shower and in the sink. There were scratches and cracks in Furniture and outlets. There was rust on the lamps. Breakfast was provided, but their waffle batter machine did not work properly and it was very difficult to make the waffles. The eggs were cold and they did not have anybody there to refill the breakfast foods. One night we came back and the police were there questioning the people in the room next-door to us. Evidently the hotel was trying to get those people to leave. The room was either hot or cold and the temperature would not regulate for a comfort. We were able to sleep OK but the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The first morning we were there we wanted to sleep in and we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Room service still knocked on the door repeatedly and then opened the door and tried to come in even though the sign was on the door. I had to jump up and get out of the bed And tell them not to come in. The next morning they called and asked if we wanted room service.
