This place is a definite for me when I’m in the area.

Breakfast and Game area was phenomenal. Bedroom was a bit small

Staff - especially Ayanna. She went beyond expectations to meet our needs. What a hard worker she is. You are blest to have her. The door was loud and heavy. The air conditioner needed help. It made such noise during the night. It woke us up many times during the night. Rooms too small.

The elevator smelled every time like body odor. The fact is, if you are going to house a large group of construction workers/day laborers, maybe put an air freshener in the elevator and other enclosed, communal spaces.

Staff were friendly. Tv didn’t work. Pancake maker was broke and so was the yogurt dispenser. Didn’t get a king bed like we booked. Just not a great stay.

The breakfast was amazing. The facility was clean. Staff were so accommodating. I was graduating from Clemson and the staff had a balloon backdrop congratulating all graduates. I thought that was so amazing to be recognized by the facility. Nothing

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They greeted me everytime I left and came back. It's the small things. Furthermore, the hotel is located within walking distance of a gas station and food so no need to drive. Nothing to mention here.

Room was very clean. The young lady working front desk was very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not that good. You may want to consider returning to using regular toasters vs the toasting machine you have now. Toast was burnt.

The staff here are top tier! We had to be at a meet at the university by 6am and they made breakfast early so our kids could eat before the meet! Genuine care for their guest! Love it here!

Everything was great! From the start to finish! Michael welcomed us with a friendly smile and a calming spirit that we needed after a 4 hour drive with a car load of adults and kids! The whole hotel was very inviting and extremely clean.

Stayed one night for visit with Son at Clemson, everything was good, friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast.

Front desk staff is always so nice and helpful!! This Tru location is consistently good and our absolute go to. Have stayed many times as our child attends Clemson Univ. Can count on it being clean and have everything we need. Great location, near great shopping. Love staying here!

Shower had orange mildew/mold all around the. Bottom and on the small shelf. We felt safe and the beds felt clean. Not sure if I would return for a future visit. Breakfast wasn’t as fabulous as advertised. It was average at best.

What I liked was the customer service Alexa gave me. Had me sign up for Hilton Rewards program too since she mentioned it. No extra blankets in the room. The stay was excellent. Definitely recommend if in the Clemson area.

Had a phenomenal stay at this hotel. Very clean and staff top notch. Was in the area for my niece graduation from Clemson university. literally 8 minute drive to campus. Everything was great

Located in a good location. The unit was quiet and safe, with easy parking. The mattress was good and the sheets were amazing. I haven't traveled much lately, but I was used to having a coffee pot in the room and a chest of drawers or something similar to place private clothing such as underwear in. They did have coffee in the lobby. I would rent there again.

The rooms are just too small and tight even for 2 people. Aside from that the room was clean and front desk to housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating.

When arriving to the property, I had alot of issues checking in. I booked through a 3rd party and that seemed to be difficult for them. I told the front desk I had a reservation and gave them my name and ID. I was then told to insert my card for the incidental charge and when I did, the charge was for over $500, which did not go through on my card. I then asked the guy what that was for and he was booking me for a room instead of pulling up my reservation. After getting all of that corrected, everything was good to go

The room was small compared to other Facilities we have used. There was no where to sit other than on the bed and no room to eat a meal if you desire to do so. No coffee at all before 6am

We really enjoy your place. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are perfect. It reminds us of European hospitality in many ways - less wasteful and has all the right touches.

Very nice place to stay, slightly noisy during the night outside the window of our room. Not to bad though, could've been something wrong with one of the A/C's or something else. Other than that, great stay.

During breakfast I think the manager was scolding a circle of employees right in front of everyone eating breakfast which I think it’s not really cool. But the hotel was really nice.

Have stayed here multiple times as daughter attends Clemson University. Had a problem with the a/c unit and unfortunately had to change rooms but Hannah, the front desk host, was absolutely wonderful in dealing with the situation. So friendly, compassionate and professional. She deserves a raise :)

The hotel its self was great. But we were not able to check in until almost 5:00pm & our check in time was supposed to be 3:00pm and we almost missed our event due to this.

The property was nice and close to a lot of places to eat that are walking distance. The room was comfortable, my concern was the floors were not properly cleaned and the walls needed a fresh coat of paint. Walls had a few markings that made some areas on the wall appear dirty. Breakfast area was clean and food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Perfect for short trip!

Our door would get stuck at times. Shower door was difficult to open. Some areas in bathroom were not clean and had hair from other guests. Also need to vacuum on sides of bed-there were crumbs.

Check in clerk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful.

2nd time staying here. Was just as wonderful as the my first stay. Staff was great!

This is a newer hotel and it shows. The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly, and it had the amenities you expect from a Tru. If we visit Clemson again we will definitely stay here.

Winchester Hotel based on how close it was to the Clemson memorial stadium for the Clemson football game. It was less than a mile away it took us less than half an hour to get there with all the crazy traffic and was easy peasy to get back to when the game was over we will definitely be back the convenience of this hotel was just superb and when we were hungry at night we were able to walk next door to the longhorn steakhouse and have a great dinner without ever having to drive again we really enjoyed our time there and will be back!!!

Hotel was nice and clean but the beds were horrible. If they are going to have platform beds then you got to have a good mattress. I was also charged twice for the incidental fee. I called hotel and was told manager would call me back, still no call back. It’s not about the money which I’m sure will be released but just to know why would be nice.

Only negative aspects are the extreme road noise (in a college town included racing cars) and barking dogs inside rooms. The facility is in perfect condition and breakfast was wonderful.

Very modern and clean hotel. The beds were comfortable and happy with the free breakfast. It was a nice hotel to rest during our 14 hour move across the country with a dog and two young children. Friendly staff and nice hotel to stay at!

Property was conveniently located between Seneca and Pickens. Location was walking distance to several dining options (Longhorns, Tipsy Taco, Iso Iso Ramen, Popeyes, Chipotle) and Starbucks. Which is good, because the free breakfast (typical sausage, instant eggs, cereal, bagels, etc.) is on the low end of average. I'm sure it's not their fault as it is probably a corporate/vendor/sourcing issue. Just walk over to Starbucks.

We only stayed here because it was advertised as having a pool (see screenshot). There is no pool, the $75 pet fee for a 15 pound dog was undisclosed until check-in, then I was charged a $29.50 unexplained fee several hours after we left.

Very convenient location as I was working at Clemson for a couple of days. About a 6 minute drive to campus. Plenty of food options in the area and the workout facility was great.

This was our first time staying at this location, but it won't be our last as we just moved our Clemson student in for his freshman year!

It was ok they only had one elevator working and the other had an odd smell to it. The lobby was very nice. The tv was also nice.

The room size is very small. The air conditioning did not work to the expected levels meaning the room was so humid that the towels would not dry. We were only given two towels for two people. We were given 2 cups for two people. there is no closet, So no extra blanket. If you want ice and freshwater, you need to go to the first floor.

Rooms were not ready for check in 3 hours past the normal check in time of 3:00 due to “short staffing.” 1 of the 2 elevators was “out of service “ during a very busy college move in weekend . Ran out of things during breakfast including coffee. We won’t be back.

Everything was great about this hotel, they even have a Peloton and the gym is great . My only complaint is the AC, it was warm and humid even when air was all the way down. The AC gym was the same .
