Amazing property, staff and guests’ experience. I stayed at their 2-bedroom suite which was amazing. What’s better than their rooms, was their service. Everyone around was kind and nice and tried to help. Now it’s pricey but they have some nice gestures like the snacks in the room (beverages, fruits, daily cakes and nuts). These get refilled daily as well. The staff were really amazing stepping out of their way to make my kids enjoy their stay. Their breakfast was really good as well. Honestly nothing. The price was a bit high but that’s a personal decision and the amenities and facilities of the hotel are worth it.

Our room was large and very comfortable. The breakfasts were superb, the outdoor swimming pools were beautiful with stunning views over the ocean. We enjoyed the facilities at the very welled equipped gym every morning, which included a hot spa, cold plunge pool together with a steam room and sauna. Nothing!

It’s one of the most zen beautiful hotels in the world! It’s ultra luxury and with a soul you can touch. From designs, gardens, rooms, staff, service, location to originality it’s one of my top rated hotels ever and I ve stayed in top hotels across the world including 4 seasons in at least 4 countries. This is my second stay there. My first time in Bali was in 2010 and the Legian was one of the hotels I stayed at back then. Been actually wanting to go back to it and it really didn’t disappoint. My girlfriend is as in love with it now as I have been :)

Everything, the beach, the staff, the environment, it’s a different world in Bali. Can’t wait to come here again. I liked everything, they didn’t even gave us any excuse so we can have negative thoughts.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We would easily return. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with a smile and utmost professionalism. The hotel itself is gorgeous, nicely designed, beautiful lighting, small boutique stores throughout that you can shop at. The rooms are very beautiful and quite large, spacious. The lighting in particular is very good. The beds are super comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom has a large bathtub which we used often. The pool is wonderful and always felt warm. We used it all the time with a gorgeous view. The service out there is great. The highlight was Henri, we will not forget his friendliness. The breakfast is also excellent! You can request it in the room if you would like. Lastly, the staff is what elevated this hotel to another level, every single person was professional, friendly, approachable. Cannot emphasize this enough.

Breakfast was descent, I expected better quality food from the 5 star hotel. Pool is too small the amount of people which stay at the property. The room was horrible, dark, not enough lighting, feels like you live in the bunker but not at the 5 star property. Interior design is ugly and well outdated, the last time it was updated almost 30 years ago, Rooms have awful mold smell, I start getting allergy because of the smell in the room. And it was in our room and in our daughter's room, same smell of mold. The manager had to move us twice to a different room. Lack of lighting on the terrace and balcony. The only one thing that we like at this hotel was the direct ocean view room. The hotel must be fully renovated, the smell of mold is awful. Towels are outdated, not acceptable for a 5 star property with the high price per room. The restaurant serves OK food, nothing special. Again, this hotel is old, furniture in the rooms are outdated, old, and very dirty, poor housekeeping management. I would not stay there again, even if they offer a free stay there.

The staff really make the experience. Most of the staff have been working at the Legian for many years and are familiar faces each year that we return. They are amazing people and make you feel so welcome. Also to note is the restaurant which is exceptional, although slightly on the expensive side for Bali. All in all, it’s the whole experience which makes the Legian such an enjoyable place to visit.

The Club at Legian is truly an amazing hotel with marvellous villas, pure luxury - with excellent service and staff. Everyone is very well-trained, reacts to any feedback improvements right away and every staff member is dedicated to make the guest experience truly memorable. I have rarely encountered such high standard for a 5-star hotel. I will definetely be a returning customer and look forward to my next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The Club by the Legian Seminyak. The villa was fabulous and well maintained with a beautiful private pool. All the staff were extremely courteous, polite and always willing to help with a smile but a special mention goes to our butler 'Yoni'. She was simply great! We thoroughly enjoyed dining at 'The Restaurant' and using their spa facilities. The couple massages we got in the ocean view room were out of this world! Will definitely want to come back.
