The only thing I wish it was different is since there is a lot of bugs and fly the pool and jacuzzi should be cleaned more frequently because I couldn't enjoy them because there was a lot of leaves and bugs in there. But all the rest was amazing. Great room service clean room

We loved everything about the property. Private pool, lagoon view and the entire ambience was just too good. Also to mention Eric was an amazing staff who helped us with everything.

Every little bit of detail about the resort is amazing. Also dewa from the restaurant, and Nachma the reception manager there were amazing The AC is a little too strong and directed at the bed.

The resort was incredible with amazing amenities including the on-site Spa. The room has all the latest/modern facilities for wellness, as well as entertainment including Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Alexa with Spotify, and a projector. The highlight of the stay was the incredibly helpful and kind staff. Diah was the Guest Relations Manager who made our stay comfortable, exciting and memorable. Even though we stayed for only a short time, we will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and coming back here for our next Bali visit again! The onsite Japanese restaurant served amazing Japanese food options. However, the room service food could have been better with more cuisine options and better taste The robe and some of the cushions had a distinct odor which wasn't the most pleasant. But nothing that couldn't be changed.
