Top place to stay! Quiet, clean, enormous rooms…!an absolute pearl ??

The worst experience ever! Our check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM. We arrived at 8:30 PM, only to be told that our room was still not ready because the AC was broken and being repaired — something that should have been taken care of before our arrival. They then gave us another room, claiming it was clean and ready for new guests. The reality was shocking: the toilet smelled awful, it was dirty, and even the bed sheets were unclean. What made things worse is that there was only one young man handling everything — check-in, cleaning, and guest assistance. He did his best, but he clearly wasn’t a cleaner, and the person “in charge” never showed up, only sending us empty reassurances over WhatsApp about a “team” that doesn’t exist. I would never recommend this place, not even if it were free.

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Didn’t use the pool but looked nice. Location was great just off the Main Street but was quiet and just out of the hustle and bustle area, 5 minutes or less walk to the beach and in the opposite direction 5 minutes or less walk to seminyak square and loads of restaurants. We had issues finding the property, Apple Maps said one place, google maps said another (apple was right). Could do with being sign posted better or a guide in the hotel description maybe?

Cozy Place in Seminyak. Near to the beach which was great. Staff was nice also. Just the beddings were smelling a bit. But all in all, had a great stay.

Great location, friendly staff, accommodating for late checkout and leaving our bags with them after check out so we could wander. Shower head and faucet need to be cleaned they have soap scum on it. Maybe need to invest in new towels.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is in sun all day and is the perfect size, very comfortable to spend time in even if others are around. Location is great, super close to the beach and restaurants/shopping/mini mart. This place is a great stay if you plan on spending most of your time out, but need a comfortable place to enjoy inbetween. The property was difficult to find, especially arriving late at night. Lacked signage. But once you locate it everything else is good from then on :)
