Location was convenient. The rooms are outdated. At first I was placed in a room that was mouldy...and a damped smell. This is not a joke. I asked to move to a different room. They showed me 2 different room, 1 was worse and the other was better so I took the one a bit better. I booked the hotel for 9 nights. On my 6th nights at this hotel, they asked me to move from my room. 2 different staff members were talking to me with 2 different reasons. 1. They needed to fix the air-conditioning; 2. They needed to renovate the room beside my room at night time. I was open to their requests and we looked at 3 rooms which all of them were in worse conditions compared to the first room that I was allocated to. I decided to say no and that they can do what they any work needed to be done when I am gone. Which they agreed to.

I liked being close to shops I asked for my bathroom to be cleaned as there were drips of blood on the floor it never got moped... TV didn't work properly only had one Chanel which only played reruns. fridge didn't get cold for drinks. they charged me $ 120.00 au for getting ink from tattoos on there sheets when they should know most people go to bali to get tattoos. was very upset about that..

Near to everything The the notice board it said swimming pool open at 7am, but at 8am still putting notice close. I asked the staff and he say 8.30am. Linen and shower room is dirty
