    This was my first time staying here. I will definitely come back. They’re in the process of renovating all the rooms the outside of the properties very nice. The inside is very nice and clean. The pool was great. The staff was excellent. The continental breakfast was good. I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.

    Seemed as if new ownership just took place. Didn’t look open until we walked in. We were one of two cars in the parking lot. First room, the ac wasn’t working. Second room was ok. The gal on duty was sweet and accommodating. It certainly could use a good amount of updating. There was a living room area that had a desk, one desk chair and a tv. There wasn’t a couch, love seat or lounging chair. Seemed odd. Also, the hotel is right next to a semi truck stop. It was pretty loud in the morning. The bed was comfortable.

    unfortunately dont have the pictures to share with you and see all issues that property has in the bathroom, bed and room areas, refrigerator is not working, the tub was like repair few days ago and maintain all deteriorate areas with corrosion, the breaksfast was too poor and qty are limited but the only normal was Banana, the rest is fair to eat at least to me, coffee terrible and ask for water and the guy in the front desk told me that was for another customer and dont bring us any. absoluty a mistake to choose this location,

    Our reservation was supposed to be for 3 nights, but we checked out within an hour because the conditions were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless cleanliness and basic sanitation are not important to you.

    The middle east man that is at the front desk its a terrible guy i was paying for my dogs at the front desk and literally he say to take my pets outside and i was paying for there instance the next night i pay $67 dollars they suppose to treat them like customer they are playing thay not staying for free plus on room noise its bad

    This was a one and done for us. The property has a great location but the rooms need some serious improvements. The bathroom had mold and the tub needs to be seriously scrubbed. The carpet in the room was so dark I couldn’t tell if it was meant to be that way. The property has potential but it needs to be maintained better.

    It was not great for the price. I don't know if they just gave me the crappiest room, but the bathroom was a hot mess. There was rust all over the bathroom door and frame. The door was damaged and it looked moldy. The shower curtains weren't good, so water was always all over the bathroom floor. There was mold all over the ceiling. The bed felt like the mattress was super old. The lights didn't all work. The wall plugs either. The good thing was the size of the room. I only stayed one night but I wish I would have chosen another property. Unfortunately, this wasn't the best experience. The staff was wonderful and the parking too... but the rest... not great.

    5 night stay with absolutely no room service. Was asked by front desk to bring my dirty towels up to them. No replacement of toilet paper or kleenex for 5 days. Continental breakfast minimally stocked and not replenished at all. Room was musky and smelly. Had to ask for clean towels daily and was informed ," Housecleaning didn't show up today.". Worst I've ever stayed at and will never stay with Comfort Inn again and will discourage anyone I know to not also.

    The prior reviews are accurate. Plenty of parking, don't waste time on the breakfast, truck stop across the street noisy, bathroom in bad condition and tub leaked, mold on door bottom. For the price they charge, not worth it.

    Do not stay here unless you enjoy pubic hairs in your sheets, stains all over the walls, lampshades, curtains, etc. Rooms smell moldy and disgusting. I complained about the first room and was given 2 more before we decided to leave. NON American mgt says this is under renovations like a stereo shop in NY is in a "closing sale". Not happening, just a front to being utterly unlivable. Completely catfished by the ad and pictures. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with the property and rooms mgt said they would give me a refund on Hotels.com but would not give me a receipt stating their claims. Just take our word for it. It wasn't until I was forceful did they let me take a picture of a document I signed! I was charged anyhow, if I had not had the receipt I would not have gotten a refund for this despicable place. Pay the extra money and stay at a Holiday Inn Express at least. You have been warned.

    Was clean… Smelled humid horrible and hot all over the place like they are saving as much electricity as they can, I don’t blame them as everything is expensive with inflation. You get what you pay for, old outdated no usb chargers, bed sheets terrible, bath towels were tainted yellow and old. Coffee was watered down horrible with a couple snacks for continental breakfast. If it’s under $80 I might stay again but not a penny more. Thank you for the hospitality.

    The room itself was not clean — there were noticeable issues that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Basic things like proper housekeeping and maintenance were clearly lacking. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of comfort or service that I expected for the price I paid. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

    The staff was very friendly, but the hotel and rooms were in poor condition and dirty. The bath towels were stained and small. I think that for the price of $130 per night, cleanliness should be a priority. I arrived at 2:00 PM, and check-in was at 3:00 PM, and they charged me an extra $20 for checking in at 2:00 PM. I personally do not recommend it. I went with my daughter, and she was on the bed the whole time. She only went down on the floor for two seconds, and I had to bathe her because her clothes and feet were black from the dirt on the floor. As for the breakfast, I have nothing to say because of the lack of hygiene; I didn't dare eat anything there.

But she immediately found us another room, which was appreciated. In the second room, though, it became clear the hotel urgently needs repairs. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the baseboards were completely detached, held together only by double-sided tape, the bed skirt was ripped, and the bathroom door was broken—like someone had kicked it. Honestly, the room was not in a condition to rent out. It’s crucial that the hotel address these issues before renting these rooms. I’ll be uploading photos. Overall, the reception was fine, but the hotel conditions really need attention. I have pictures

    All of the above!! I believe that this property was just recently purchased and they are in the process making things better. They have a LONG way to go. My room was horrible. Bed was uncomfortable. I think they had a total of 3 or 4 guests on the entire property. Me included. Breakfast was AWFUL. Had to go to Bob Evans for breakfast.

My coffee pot had thick layers of dust inside of it. We couldn’t even use it. Like I said, the staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate us, but this definitely isn’t no vacation stay hotel. It’s definitely a sleep and get out hotel.

    The front desk person wasn't overly friendly but seemed nice enough, and the sheets were clean but thats about where the compliments end. The condition of the hotel is pretty bad. Our room had water damage on the wall from a fire sprinkler, the tub spout was coming away from the wall and water trickled all night. The tub looked kinda gross as a result, and possibly uncleanable. The whole thing felt like the previous owner (Choice Hotels) gave up on the property and new owners reopened without addressing any issues. It's the kind of hotel I would expect to pay $60 for, not $160.

    Upon booking for the reservation, we asked for early check-in. We arrive no cars in the parking lot. Try to check in. They said none of the rooms are available as they were all rented out the night before and the cleaning lady showed up late and we were told that it would be 30 minute wait and she wanted to try to charge us $20 check-in fee we wait the 30 minutes come back and get access to the room and we check the cleanliness of the room and it was filthy so we requested cleaning supplies and towels, so we could clean our own room. There is no microwave in the room to heat up our food later that evening we noticed someone bathing in the pool on the property totally unacceptable. Back to the check-in. I asked if they had a different room available so we didn’t have to wait being that we requested an early check-in. She said all the rooms were booked because of the concert that evening, which was a total lie there was three cars in the parking lot and no additional cars after the concert nor the next morning it was like a ghost town not sure that I’d recommend this place as it needs a lot of help.

    The bathroom door would not close and was broken at the bottom. The air conditioning did not work and the room was hot. The back exterior door lock was broken and anybody could walk in. The dog station was totally neglected, no bags in the dispenser and the trashcan was open full and full of flies.

    First the air in the room only blew cold air regardless of what you did with the thermostat. The carpets were filthy and trash was on the floors up and down the entire hallway. The room had carpet edging in the closet hanging loose off the wall. There were repairs done to the wall in the bathroom that was not completed. Drywall not painted. They charged 100 deposit for incidentals. I was moved to another room. The closet door was splintered into pieces and again the infamous unfinished dry wall repair on the wall. There was a nice space in the room where the desk was. Problem was there was no chairs, sofa or anywhere to sit. I heard loud voices outside my room. I opened the door and found half naked people pushing each other up and down the hallway on the luggage dolly. There was exposed wiring in the room to one of the outlets. No cover over the outlet which in the state of Florida is a code violation with the Fire Marshall. I first stayed at this hotel. In 2011 and it was an excellent hotel. I stayed there many times through the years. It was bought out by someone and is now a trash heap. It is right across the street from a major truck stop and the people hanging around were not people I would want to socialize with. I canceled my reservation and moved to another hotel. This hotel was charging 200.00 per night and should not have been charging 25.00.

    The roommate of the property is normally under $100. During Hurricane Milton the room rate was over $250 which is Ludacris and unacceptable to do to local residents who are not on vacation but we're told to evacuate

    I have stayed at this property several times in the past and really like the location. It has always been fine and often very good. This time, while the check-in was very smooth and friendly, I did not have a good experience. The trucks at the truck stop next door were so noisy at all but a few hours, I did not sleep very much and finally gave up at 5:30 am. The room and bathroom were clean enough but needed to be repaired - water damage and rundown fixtures.

    The first room we were assigned had bypass closet doors that were off the track and the HVAC would not even come on. The second room had working closet doors and functional HVAC but no hair dryer, though one was provided later. There was a gaping space in the corner of the room where an easy chair should have been, so we borrowed a chair from the dining area so that one of us could use it and the other, the desk chair. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room and mold around the bottom of the tub. Room was minimally stocked with two bath towels, two washcloths, and only one hand hand towel. Breakfast was on the low side of adequate, but no yogurt, only white bread for toast, no decaf coffee, and warmish water in the hot water carafe. There was no attendant assigned to the breakfast area -- only the desk clerk trying to do two jobs. On the positive side, parking was convenient, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel parking lot to a main road, there was plenty of hot water, and the bed was comfortable. This hotel was selected because of the 8.6 'very good' rating, but we felt that the hotel deserved a rating of 6 at best.

    This hotel is in the process of remodeling. No sofa in our room as advertised. Room is halfway falling apart. Bathroom has sink and shower area all caulked up. Baseboards in the room are hanging off the wall. Could be a great place to stay but we were not informed of the condition of the room. Staff is friendly and hotel feels safe.

    No maid service during our four day stay. Nothing bad, just average all around. Probably would not stay here again !

    The bathroom was terrible. The bathtub had rust in it. The room smelt musty. The towels were so thin you could see thru it. Overall was not a pleasant stay. Will not be back

    Very friendly staff, might not seem much to anyone else, but after we checked out we were waiting for friends. My grandson wanted to play on his iPad and needed the wifi password. The clerk greeted him and worked with him to make sure he got connected.

    This is an hotel across the street from a trailer park. It was so dirty you had to be there to believe I can't even explain But I don't blame the hotel I blame Expedia. Because they don't care for their customers experience all they after is their commission they will send you to unsafe dirty hotels to make a few bucks and they keep giving all those hotels high ratings that are so far from reality it's scary

    The front desk attendant stated that the property is transitioning to a Comfort Inn. As a result, no couches were in the room because the furniture had not yet been delivered. While the room looked clean, it felt 'damp', smelled like mold, and the bed was lumpy. We were so uncomfortable in that bed that we slept in out clothes from the night before. We probably would've slept with masks on if we'd had them on hand. It's highly unlikely that we stay at this property again.

    Room photo on website was NOTHING like to room we were assigned, when we questioned this, we were told ALL the room had the couches removed so we had one (1) chair - a desk chair that was partially broken. The air-conditioner never stopped making noise even when it was in the recycle mode - very noisy all night long. Breakfast buffet was a real joke, one greasy sausage, bread to make toast and some prepackaged honey rolls - yuck! As for the condition of the room - old and not kept up very well. The room was assigned because we were traveling with our cat, so the floors were vinyl that I don't believe had been cleaned in several days. Everything in the room as very run down and well/overused desperately in need of replacement. Not a location I want to ever go back to and would NOT recommend going forward.

    Front desk was very quick and friendly. First room only had extremely hot water…so we switched to another room. Floors were not very clean. AC was cold beds not that comfortable but it was fairly inexpensive so it was just fine for one night.
