Very clean and good location. Over priced food and drinks, and confusing driving experience.

Location was great. Appreciate the pet friendly availability but could use a green space for calls of nature for the pet
- 4/5
Great location! We were able to walk to the market, space needle and T-Mobile bark for the baseball game.
- 4/5
Our stay was great. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The only complaint I have is there is no parking provided for guests. We had a rental car and were forced to pay $75.00 per day to valet our car which ended up costing us an unexpected $225. The only other option is to park your car up the street at a public parking lot that's not supervised. If you decide to stay here add that into your trip or take a taxi/ Uber.

helpful staff, mostly clean rooms, comfortable beds, great views, centrally located to many good restaurants, cafes, other attractions.

The breakfast was good! But, when we got there the buffet food was almost empty. Staff was great! We got to check in early.

The reception staff members were cheerful, welcoming and very helpful. Dru checked us in on our arrival with a friendly smile and genuine concern that he had addressed all of our needs. Rooms were clean and there is plenty of sitting space. Bathroom is functional. The mini fridge in the room wasn’t cold enough to store food and no way to adjust temperature. Basic request were fulfilled in a timely manner by friendly concierge staff: extra towels, water bottles, toiletries, etc.

It gets so much better.... went sown to the bar and stood there with the bartender looking at me stand there and never asked me to take my order. He was not busy with nothing he was just looking at me stand there so after 15 minutes i walked off amd the man that sat by where I was standing he yelled at the bartender and said u dont see her standing here i think she wants a drink. Then he came over to ask me what can he help me with. WE ORDERED A SUITE AND RECEIVED A ROOM WITH NO MICROWAVE NO PRIVATE BEDROOM. The room was ice cold and when u turn on the heater it gets unbearably hot turn the heat to a medium place.(THEFES NO MODERATE PLACE ITS EITHER TOO COLD OR TOO HOT. Room service food was not prepared correctly eggs missing the cheese.

The staff was amazing, very accomodating and friendly. We used to stay here many years ago and I do not feel the property has been kept up like it used to. Also, I don't mind paying for Valet - but 75.00 a night is high, even for Seattle.

Yes the room was great
- 5/5
The hotel was great. It was in a great location close to everything I wanted to do.
- 1.5/5
Location was good next to the ferries. Lobby had a good vibe. I was really disappointed in how bland the room was in design and amenities. Might as well have been a Ramada or Holiday Inn. Compared to other hotels in the area, it doesn’t have a lot of personality. Bathroom was gross but I think the maid just missed the shower walls (lots of hair).

Courteous staff, very clean room, checked in and out with ease!

Always an amazing experience.

Great Stay!
- 3/5
The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel was just okay. The location is great and the lobby area is nice. But the room is not what I would have expected from the W. The bathroom smelled like mildew, the phone didn't work, there was no extra toilet paper roll and the walls were paper thin. I could hear regular conversations in the hallway and other rooms.
- 5/5
Yes. Shawn at front desk was friendly and efficient. Great service
- 4/5

Clean room, very welcoming.

Very friendly staff

And to top it off the fire alarm was set off at 2am so we had to go down to the lobby for close to an hour in the middle of the night. One of my worst stays at the W
- 1/5
Fire alarm pulled in the middle of the night staff didn’t provide any info completely neglected all of the customers
- 4/5

The hotel was nice and it’s in a great location. The hotel bar was nice and chill. We did have some issues but the hotel manager made it right.
- 3/5
The bed was hard and the parking was challenging
- 5/5
Excellent stay downtown. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable and the location is close to everything. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Staff was very friendly but our shower wouldn’t drain, we didn’t have fitted sheets on the bed and it was very noisy. You can hear everything that is going on in the hallways. The shower curtain was also broken and was broken- I can barely call that a shower curtain as the floors were soaked after my shower. Also the food menu said everything was available till 10:00pm, this is not true and left us unable to eat there.
- 2/5
More valet staff was desperately needed to park cars thursday late afternoon. A significant number of cars were lined up in the streets backing up traffic on 5th avenue. We spent what seemed like close to an hour in line on seneca waiting for our turn to valet.
- 5/5
Con was we didn’t pre book the garage and couldn’t stay on site
- 3/5
More hooks for bathroom and rooms. Update and ad plugs for new Apple charging port. Open bar in the morning during Seahawk games.
- 5/5
It was great

Great stay
- 5/5
Our trip was wonderful. Room was clean and stylish. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The staff went out of their way to procure some toiletries I was out of. Thank you! I told them I felt like a queen!
- 5/5
Staff at the front desk was friendly and great, good advice for walking at night, great lobby and hotel vibe
- 5/5
The room was clean and quiet. We didn’t visit the bar or the restaurant
- 5/5
Staff is amazing, valet is fantastic, looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Bar was nice and prices were reasonable. I would stay here again.

West Seattle Junction is around
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay rooms are clean and comfortable. Great place to work from the room
- 3/5
Had to get key redone 3 times as wouldn't work. Not bad just average for the price.
- 4/5
Front desk staff could have done better and hotel can use a remodel
- 5/5
Room was just what I expected/ and clean
- 5/5
Very cute rooms and hotel.

Bar waiter was awesome, but I can't remember his name. Darn it!!
- 5/5
Front desk staff were a pleasure to deal with; friendly and polite, very efficient. Room was clean and looked as advertised. Lobby bar and kitchen were excellent for our group's late evening needs. Would defintely stay here again.
- 3/5
This hotel is great and the staff is amazing. The big drawback is the valet. This place is by far the worst valet parking in the entire city
- 5/5
Super easy with valet parking. Staff was friendly, and the room is great. Moving our child into her college tomorrow. I’d definitely book this hotel again. Looking forward to breakfast in our room tomorrow morning!
- 5/5
Awesome place!
- 5/5
Service was outstanding, if in Seattle again, we will be staying here for sure.
- 5/5
Tickets, check in 4 hours early. great hotel as always
- 2/5
Wouldn’t stay here again, pushed upgrade on us, due to being oversold. I have a Marriotts Member for over 25 years.
- 5/5
The staff are outstanding, Very professional, top shelf all the way around. We are already booked on our return trip back throguh.
- 5/5
The beds were very comfortable. Location just a few blocks from lightrail, super convenient! Hotel offered military as well as senior discount.
- 5/5
Appreciated having someone bring a cart to our room so we didn’t have to carry all our bags out! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. LOVED the bed! Never slept better away from home! We will definitely be returning
- 5/5
Luxurious rooms and staff was top notch
- 5/5
Very fancy rooms and the staff was too notch
- 4/5
Was ok
- 2/5
Room was unacceptable (#510). Window looked directly into parking garage - no privacy. Room was dark like a cave. No adequate room lighting. Housekeeping did not make up room until after 6:00 p.m. one day ... and more ...
- 5/5
Accomodated my mother, she suffered from vertigo and needed a low floor
- 4/5
Hotel was great but would be nice to have queen size beds instead of doubles.
- 5/5
It was clean and Convenient.
- 5/5
The valet was full so had to use public parking, while close was a little unnerving due to large homeless population around the area
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
When noting that a blow dryer was missing from the bathroom, they brought me one within 5 minutes. All staff that we encountered was very friendly & attentive
- 5/5
Great location. Walkable to most sites. 1 block from light rail to airport and sports stadiums. Great staff, friendly and helpful!
- 2/5
Told us our room was not available and they upgraded us to the next room but
- 4/5
Parking is horrible
- 5/5
Easy check in and friendly customer service.
- 5/5
An awesome experience
- 2/5
The hotel also lacks key amenities: there’s no pool, hot tub, or rooftop area. While the lobby bar, “The Living Room,” provides a social space, it didn’t make up for the overall lack of offerings. The staff were friendly but not particularly attentive. At around $400 per night, I believe there are much better options in Seattle. I wouldn’t recommend this property and don’t plan to return.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay and front desk staff was so helpful-we forgot our ear plugs at home and they were able to provide us with 3 sets so we could sleep! The edamame dumplings were a delish late night snack!
- 3/5
The elevator was so jerky it made both my husband and I sick when we would use it. Unfortunately
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at
- 5/5
very nice
- 3/5
Parking $68.. wish they would put that in the hotels.com description.. no Amenities. No pool or jacuzzi. Just a basic hotel. Definitely not worth the price.
- 3/5
It was a first and probably my last. The room was fine until the kids woke up next door. Then it was hearing whiny kids all morning. Your facility is LOUD - everywhere downstairs. I couldn't hear the poor guy taking my order - your restaurant is way overboard with noise. I found people trying to talk to each other having to use louder voices just to hear each other. Plus just one overly whelming LOUD person but they were not the issue. Everything echoes everywhere. You need CARPET downstairs and noise reduction curtains to reduce the noise level.
- 5/5
We only stayed one night but we enjoyed our room and the location of the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great staff and ready to assist upon arrival.
- 5/5
Great location & comfortable room
- 5/5
Staff at the desk were amazing (Tyler and Lauren). They helped us find a restaurant, suggested ice cream place and different areas to visit.
- 5/5
Loved the stay . Room was very comfy
- 5/5
Manager was very helpful
- 5/5
The property was clean and well maintained. I felt comfortable and safe in the area. Staff were friendly and always very helpful.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Great staff. Would stay here again
- 5/5
The rooms and views were spectacular!
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Was a great stay. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of great spots.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff!!!
- 5/5
Comfy beds and spicy mezcal margaritas
- 5/5
Great hotel with friendly staff! I always go here when I’m in Seattle!
- 5/5
The Hotel itself is modern, comfortable and has a great Bar and food menu. The Staff is super friendly and helpful with nearby suggestions and making your stay excellent. I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
My husband and I stayed at the W Hotel for our 1st visit to Seattle. Ray helped us with check in, he was friendly, sweet and very helpful. The hotel is definitely a 5 star for us, the only negative thing is they need to tell customers about ( incidentals) which I believe they call destination fee ours was $75 a night.......
- 5/5
Had an amazing stay, staff was very friendly..! i loved the location and id definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
W is always good
- 4/5
Good place to stay in Seattle
- 4/5
Great location, clean and friendly staff.
- 5/5
No matter how many questions we had. We were always greeted with a smile.
- 5/5
The bathroom was honestly about a 3 in cleanliness, it really needed a deep clean, but the rest of the property was wonderful. We had also been told that we would receive a $28 credit per day towards any room service we ordered, but that was not applied to our final bill. Otherwise, the people working at the W were wonderful, the hotel is in a great location, and we would likely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great Hotel excellent service provided me early check in.
- 5/5
So amazing
- 3/5
The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient for accessing downtown spots like Pike Place Market and the waterfront. However, the area around the hotel felt a bit sketchy, especially at night. I didn’t feel entirely safe walking around alone, and that affected my overall impression
- 5/5
I stayed one night everyone at the front desk was helpful, we needed directions Saturday to the space needle and he was spot on we will stay again and recommend to everyone
- 5/5
The location is convenient. Valet parking is a liitle small.
- 5/5
The hotel was really clean, good, and has a little but nice restaurant.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. The drawback was that the lobby is a little too dark. It’s close to the lounge area, but when I walk into a hotel, I’d like it to be brighter.
- 5/5
I love the W!
- 5/5
Great stay, appreciated leaving our bags while we checked out the city and the room was clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant could be better though
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
I enjoyed the room nice and clean.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great location for transfers to Cruise ship.
- 5/5
Super nice, coveniently close to most venues and attractions. Great staff
- 5/5
Liked the locate and it was nice having an onsite restaurant/bar. Saturday night had a DJ. It was lively and fun atmosphere. Very walkable to Pikes place and restaurants. You could scooter down to Lumen field. Room was nice with a comfortable bed. There could be more attention to detail with housekeeping.
- 5/5
Great hotel and great location. The hotel was within 10-15mins of walking distance from public Market and lots of great food and restaurants.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
We liked having the option to bring our fur kids to the hotel with us. It’s was great to be able to enjoy the hotel with them!
- 4/5
The rooms were nice. Wish it had a full coffee maker. Staff was friendly. Lots of homeless and drug use around outside of hotel.
- 5/5
Parking was close but expensive
- 5/5
Was close to where I needed to be
- 5/5
It was close to areas that I needed to be close to.
- 5/5
Also make the most of the Destination fee! We used it for room service and the Seattle Great Wheel tickets are valid for a year!
- 5/5
Wonderful location to pikes market and shopping.. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
- 5/5
The beds were very soft, bathroom stylish and clean, the couch was stylish and comfortable giving more room to relax during our hectic weekend. My only issue was that the fridge was stocked like a mini bar. It was probably that this was a family trip and it would have been nice to be able to chill the kids snacks. As a couples retreat, this would be top notch. The kids still enjoyed the stay, but were definitely tempted by the sugary snacks.
- 5/5
The W Hotel, Seattle was a top of the last ne hotel. A friendly staff, very nice rooms and common areas. The bar area was quite nice.
- 5/5
Thank you so much. My daughter loved the hotel. So friendly
- 5/5
Hhjk
- 3/5
W seems to have lost it’s edge. There was nothing special about W Seattle. Very ho hum lobby experience, no restaurant or even inviting space. I will look for a hotel that shows more interest in providing excellent service next time
- 5/5
The stay was fine.
- 4/5
I was very surprised that the room had no refrigerator or extra bedding. One outlet in the bathroom very inconvenient and no hooks near bathtub to hang towel.
- 3/5
The room I reserved online was not the room that was issued at check in- the website showed a different room for the price paid.
- 4/5
The front desk staff was attentive and friendly! Great room and walkable to so many things.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, hotel is in a convenient location, and parking is easy!
- 5/5
Great city great people
- 4/5
Thin walls happen, so I’m not toooo broken up about it but the tub filling was annoying at best. The room was a little worn and I know it’s not all gonna be awesome in a 20 floor hotel with HUNDREDS of rooms and very busy. But hey, it’s kind of a party hotel and it’s a good location in my opinion. Would I stay again? Yeah, I probably would, actually. But if I wanted a more refined stay I’d upgrade a little bit to a “better” hotel. In the end, for the money amenities (I booked via Orbitz) I would stay again. Staff was very nice during my stay and had personality, so for this trip and sensibilities it was very acceptable.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful informative & easygoing. Definitely plan on booking here again. View was nice room was great!!
- 5/5
Gorgeous place! Loved it. Had a lot of fun. Restaurant was amazing. Great drinks. Walkable to so much.
- 2/5
Overall looked clean, beds were nice and views of the city were great! Walls are paper thin, can hear every door close or open upstairs / downstairs ect… could hear clear conversations thru the walls and TVs at night so don’t expect quiet… on the 21st floor so relatively up there but can still hear the traffic noises.. honking like it was the 5th floor right outside.. overall not at terrible experience if your looking for a one night stay for a bar hopping night in town to crash at 2am.. not as spectacular of a room as “ announced “
