Reviews
The Seattle Westin is a well-located hotel with clean and spacious rooms, but suffers from slow check-in and check-out processes, unfriendly staff, and a lack of amenities for the price. Guests appreciate the elegant and convenient hotel, but some have issues with the cleanliness of rooms and the long wait for elevators.

Would stay here again, everything within walking distance
- 4/5
Our room was clean and it was very convenient to have the restaurant/carry out service on the first floor. The few items we ordered were fresh. I found the "destination fee" usage very confusing and don't understand why it exists. There were times we wanted to ask for assistance, and no one was at the main desk or concierge desk. Additionally, I had questions upon check out, but again, no one was at the desk!
- 4/5
Location is spot on accessible to everything in downtown Seattle. Staff are very attentive and helpful, the room was well cleaned and maintained. One thing to note for families travelling with kids is to bring a nonslip mat and hair dryer as we could fine none in the washroom.
- 5/5
Great atmosphere. Even better service.
- 4/5
Convenient location with excellent onsite amenities. Concierge let us know a shuttle was available to get us to the cruise port which made our departure stress free.
- 2/5
The staff was courteous but the room was run down as wallpaper peeling and paint chipping due to humidity. Parking is 60 dollars an evening and WiFi isn’t free.
- 5/5
Very nice location, close to a lot! Very walkable as well. N/A

Clean, beautiful, and super simple. Become a marriot bonvoy member and you can use their app to order room service, request items, and get a complimentary 12pm checkout. If you have a baby, they also have roll away cribs and pack and plays! You can also request one to be delivered upon your arrival in the app before you check in! We bought our 2 month old baby and she slept wonderfully

Very nice and clean hotel

Wonderful property and great location. I stayed two nights for a conference and had an opportunity to utilize the conference facilities, restaurant, and bar/lounge. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel and location

To our surprise the hotel did not offer free wifi they wanted 19.95/day. Also we tried an Italian sausage pizza in their bar. When it came there was no sauce on the pizza so we asked for marinara sauce, never got it from the person we asked, but another waitress said they would get it for us. She did but it was very cold, not heated. We did complain with the reasons stated and they comped our meal. Also there was a huge piece of garlic in one of the slices. Food awful Sorry the response to this is up above. We liked the room, clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly and professional!

Convenient location for our stay before leaving on cruise from Pier 91. Hotel was beautiful, with a convenient coffee shop in the lobby. Concierge arranged a shuttle for us to the Pier on the day of our embarkment. Hotel was a short walk from Pike Market and the waterfront.

Located in a great spot! Loved the indoor pool.

Waiting in line for breakfast was a long a wait. The hostess would take people to a table then disappear for 10 or 15 min, when there were several tables open. Then to be charged $90 for 2 plates was extremely excessive

Look for hidden fees

My go to hotel in Seattle downtown
- 4/5
It was near the rail; one stop from the Space Needle. Perfect location. The hotel restaurant was very expensive and the food was just okay.
- 5/5
Overall delivered a great nights sleep with a good bar and work area.
- 5/5
All was great thank you
- 4.5/5
Easy to find from Link Rail, easy walk to Pike's Market. Good location. Felt safe walking around, but you do need to always be aware. A little out-dated rooms, but comfy bed, good views of city. Room on smaller side. I would stay there again, good prices. We got charged for parking even though we didn't have a car and told the check in reception that---so double check your bill. The staff corrected the error once I noticed it---but I almost didn't notice.

I appreciated the concierge got me the shuttle to the cruise ship. The people at the front desk didn’t know about it but they did send me to him. The wait to check in at 4 ish was long, they should have more staff.

Grave stayed many times- always clean, terrific location. Close to transit and shopping and many tourist spots.

They let us check in early after deboarding our cruise early in the morning. Location is right where you want to be to downtown, Pike Place, Piers, Monorail, etc.

Our room had a beautiful view and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a very tight fit. Our room had an adjoining door to the room next to us and our neighbours were VERY early risers (5am wake up) and we could hear them LOUD and CLEAR in the mornings and they weren't yelling or speaking all that loudly. Between them and the News they watched every morning, I did not have a restful sleep/stay.

Dinner you have to photograph something…….time wasted. Where else could you eat. Leather chair in room is disgusting. Better spend my money elsewhere

Passable
- 5/5
Was a beautiful experience. The only thing is parking is double for staying there than the other side of the street. $60 a day vs $30. Doesn't see right to charge double that much for their giuests.
- 4/5
Breakfast menu online said the eggs Benedict would come with fried potatoes and it came with a salad with no dressing. I called the desk and they did not correct the error and actually told me my breakfast was supposed to be served with salad. I spent so much time trying to get them to fix it, I didn’t have time to eat what did arrive before I needed to leave for my event and they never corrected the error or credited me for the meal.
- 5/5
Two things that were a bit weird, but not a make or break. One was the gym was good, but not st the same level as the hotel. Weird to not have a bigger space with a view. The other thing was the Relish restaurant not opening until 5pm. The host turned away many many people because it was "5 minutes" and "2 minutes"....until opening. Seemed weird. Why not stay open and welcome everyone in? Our meals were really great! The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast we've had at a hotel ever! 🌟
- 2/5
Location Wi-Fi didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work/hold a charge so we could not communicate with the front desk about the WiFi. Front desk hung up on us twice after transferring our call and not having a “ticket number” for the WiFi issue. Wi-Fi issue never resolved and neither was the room’s phone. They lost our luggage and we missed our ferry as no one was in much of a hurry to help us find our luggage. We’re Marriott Envoy members and recognize that our experience is unusual- but we had two rooms for our daughter’s college grad and some of these amenities mattered when we were on an already tight schedule.
- 4/5
Nice tv, pleasant staff, clean room, no mini-fridge for personal use. No complimentary coffee maker. Some furniture very worn.
- 5/5
Parking rates have increased since the last time we were there. $60 self park and $80 valet. Great central location and easy to get around.
- 5/5
Was a nice stay!! Everything looks nice!
- 5/5
Amazing and friendly staff. Beautiful hotel with awesome views!
- 5/5
Excellent room. Hotel was clean. Food options were great
- 5/5
Property was clean, very nice. The downstairs bar is a great area to gather in the evening.
- 4/5
The room was awesome, staff great. Parking is addition and expensive! $60 a day.
- 3/5
You could hear everything in rooms that were next to you. Views were great
- 5/5

Upon entering the newly assigned room, it was evident that it was outdated. The bathroom had hair on the floor from a previous guest. When I pulled out the sofa bed, that same hair was on there. Doesn’t seem like they cleaned much, which was disappointing. I didn’t make a fuss about it, but it does dampen the mood throughout the stay
- 4/5
Low water pressure in bathroom. Chair upholstery very very worn in our room. Chair should have been replaced long ago.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs.
- 5/5
I always feel as if I am treated like royalty when I sta at a Westin Hotel. The Seattle property is no exception, wonderful staff and a great location for exploring the city.
- 5/5
The property was in great location. While we were staying there, we had two of our scheduled tours gotten canceled. As we were heading out to find something to do, we stopped by the concierge desk. We spoke to Jennifer C. She booked us a whale watching tour and that saved our trip. She gave us exact directions on which transportation to use. She was very helpful and on how the trip when the next day. Great customer service..
- 5/5
Heaven at the front desk helped us. She is the sweetest person.
- 5/5
staff friendly, the black truffle French fries were fantastic.
- 5/5
Not much I can say about the Westin. I’ve stayed in so many hotels around the country. This was the best one I’ve ever been to. I also live in Seattle so it wasn’t a new city experience for me but totally made it feel so. The staff and everyone working service at the hotel made my staycation with my out of town girlfriend absolutely beautiful.
- 5/5
Would literally love to stay here every time! They treat you with so much care you forget you have anything to do. It’s like a walking spa. I’ve stayed at every hotel in the city within price and will always go here!
- 4/5
Arrived early, 1 pm, and staff allowed me to check in with no issues.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the view beautiful.
- 5/5
We were greeted ao warmly by the front desk when arriving. They were really kind and upgraded us to a higher floor which was appreciated as this was our holiday staycation with our kids. We had a wonderful experience overall and would recommend to anyone wanting a hotel that has great staff, rooms, amenities, and location.
- 1/5
Reserved two nights through Expedia 6 months ago. Two weeks before our stay dates for a music event changed to the next weekend. Expedia would not change as we had not paid for option to cancel. We did not want to cancel, just change to the next weekend, but they refused. Spoke to multiple people at Marriot/Westin, they said could not change as it was booked through 3rd party. Had to pay for another stay the next weekend and our original rooms sat empty at a huge cost to us. We would have paid a change fee or a room premium if needed, but the fact that they were ok with us being out that much money - terrible customer service.
- 5/5
We had a nice stay. I really liked that it was so close to everything.
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing, we lov
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff. Nice rooms, updated and comfortable. Recommended.
- 5/5
They serve a good breakfast.
- 5/5
Everyone was so friendly which is not all to common in the city of Seattle. Our kids had a blast at the pool and they felt like royalty/kevin from home alone. It was a spontaneous one night stay to cap off spring break and it was so worth it!
- 3/5
Property is in great location, but it is too old and badly needs to upgrade the interior.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay! The view, the service, the beds! Everyone was so nice and helpful. You can tell then truly enjoyed working there. Thank you so much for making our stay sweet for our little family.

Room was clean, staff was amazing, water view was perfect! Great girls weekend away!

- 4/5
Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
It wasn't as nice as the hype. The restaurant was nice but expensive. The room was average. Not bad. Didnt wow me
- 5/5
Easy check in, friendly staff beautiful rooms and bedding. Valet is a little pricey but I’d still do it again.
- 4/5
Uncomfortable bed, mattress needs to be replaced.
- 4/5
The shower head leaked and got water everywhere. The breakfast was amazing each morning, and staff were very accomodating to needs.
- 4/5
$357 to park here for 3 nights. Hidden fees. Breakfast was 70$. It is a loud property. In which it is not their fault. Sirens and constant jets. The place was great. The room was nice. And the workers were 10/10. Just a money grab place
- 5/5
The food, staff and hotel were all amazing!!!
- 5/5
Clean and comfy
- 4/5
Staff was nice very friendly
- 3/5
I found the rooms to be average. The sheets had an odor, although they were clean. I always stay at a Westin hotel, and this was by far my least favorite experience.
- 1/5
Dirty room , still had old clothes on the floor. Feces in the bathroom on the wall and floor. No room change or compensation.. Millie the day manager left us on hold for 30+minutes avoiding accountability. Dad used to love this location. Never will return- so unacceptable.
- 1/5
I accidentally booked two rooms instead of one for the same nights. The lady at the front told me it was handled and cancelled when I arrived. Instead, I received a large no show fee and the Westin would not reverse the charge. I was NOT a no show, as I stayed there for four nights. Very disappointed with their customer service and will not be returning.

Only one thing will help alot please make sure that the pool is more heated. That could made us vacation much better. Thank

The room was spotless and people where so nice
- 5/5
very nice lady at the front desk. she help us a lot thanks again Jennifer. Room was amaizing very clean.
- 4/5
The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was starting to show some aging in terms of slight cracks in the ceiling and some of the shower plumbing/fixtures. A hot tub would have been nice but they do not have one.
- 5/5
Great experience, everything was clean and nice. Valley was very convenient and helpful.
- 5/5
We did not eat breakfast.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Location was great.
- 5/5
Everday the room cleaning. You don’t have to ask them and we came to the room clean
- 3/5
The staff and the location were great but the rooms need to be updated. There was only one outlet to plug our phones and it was not convenient. The pool was not well maintained and smelled too strongly of chemicals.

Staff was very friendly rooms were awesome. We got a room with a view and it was truly exceptional
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
I’ve always loved the atmosphere of the Westin Seattle. The view from our room was beautiful, city and partial ocean. Bed is comfortable although maybe too worn out as I kept sinking in the middle. The bathroom had a stale urine smell that I realized was from the shower curtain so I’m hoping that gets replaced. We ordered room service because a company was having a holiday party and they all completely took over the lounge, room service was great and the smash burgers were amazing.
- 5/5
Great front desk staff...especially your dude who recently worked in North Dakota!
- 5/5
Everything about my stay was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and great location, and wonderful lobby. I will be back
- 5/5
Really nice hotel, comfortable bed, nice shower, good concierge, perfect location in downtown, walk distance to everywhere, 2min from train station….
- 5/5
Great staff, numbers clean well taken cared of and modern. Just beds coukd be a bit aofter but that kore of my preference.
- 2/5
The check-in went OK, but someone tried to steal or at least break into my truck in the Westin's parking garage sometime later that night. They didn't get into the truck, but they destroyed my door lock in the process and it cost me $379 plus a tip to have a locksmith gain access to my truck so I could drive it home.
- 5/5
Our favorite place to stay downtown. Love that it’s walking distance to Jazz Alley & dinner options
- 4/5
Very nice, good location but lots of sirens in Seattle.

Average at best. I was charge an extra money at check out in destination fees and taxes but nobody could tell me why.
- 1/5
We left for the afternoon and came back to our room door latch out and our door open. When we called they said they would send someone up. They never did. Staff didnt care, we left the next morning and stayed at a different hotel. Very disaapointed!
- 5/5
Great central location for transportation options.
- 4/5
The room was nice, i really loved their toiletries. The bed was comfy, not one of those memory foam beds.Breakfast at the cafe was good, the omelet station was amazing. Not a fan of the parking garage, we have a big truck, opt for a smaller vehicle if possible.
- 1/5
The staff was awful. We paid with our credit card and upon getting there client did not like the room, we had to book another room at a sister property. Came back here to stay and staff wouldn't help us at all because we did not have the hotel's confirmation number, only hotels.com. I will be disputing this
- 4/5
Childs crib was brilliant but very deep if you are short. Wifi was good. Staff friendly. Pool didnt seem like it was heated. But very quiet to enjoy. $15pp shuttle bus to cruise terminal, which was brilliant.
- 5/5
Bartender was excellent
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff that helped me check in was new I think. I had to call and find out what my room number was. She missed a digit on the key envelope. She also didn’t give me directions on where to go to get the elevator. Other than that, it was a great experience! Definitely walkable to T-Mobile Park and Pikes Market Place.
- 5/5
All was great, except parking is quite steep for price!
- 5/5
Room with great view, could use updating. Excellent staff and central location.
- 1/5
They wouldn’t put us in another room
- 5/5
We love staying at Weston‘s. This one in Seattle did not disappoint.
- 3/5
:/
- 3/5
The beds are horrible. They sag and are squeaky. Not what we expected after being out all day and arriving at 10pm.
- 5/5
Great overall stay but really long lines to coffee and breakfast area. Was charged for in-room items that weren’t used.
- 5/5
Overall very nice and reasonably priced for a luxury hotel downtown. Great views & nice amenities, like pool & restaurant. Only negatives were that rooms are a bit small and there were some hairs in bathroom when we arrived (not ours). Room was only cleaned once during our 3-night stay (but I know many hotels don’t clean the room every day anymore)
- 5/5
What was annoying was that the room had 1 small closet and 3 small drawers - that was the only storage space for 3 adults for 5 nights!

This hotel maybe iconic, but is in need of serious upgrades for a Westin. Still nice and comfortable. Staff is nice with food and drinks good. But, for a Westin, need to increase the overall quality.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Best experience
- 5/5
Staff were exceptional!
- 2/5
Caroets, swimming pool area dirty and to boot, we had to wait for an empty elevator to come up to the 10th floor for an hour. I wil not be staying at that property in the fiture.
- 5/5
Beautiful views. Great location.
- 4/5
Clean room, easy check in. Only downside besides outrageous parking pricing, was trying to get an elevator on checkout day, waited for 5 different ones (all full) before deciding to walk down the stairs from level 27.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed Nice pool Restaurant very good
- 5/5
Very clean, great staff, wonderful location.
- 5/5
The bed was so comfortable. We had everything we needed and everyone was very welcoming and eager to assist with whatever we needed. Location was great and our view was fantastic.
- 4/5
I DID NOT LIKE: The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the bedroom and the bathroom.
- 4/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Excellent staff and property! For my 1st time in Seattle, everything was better than I expected! The view of downtown from our room on the 28th floor was amazing during the day and night! Definitely my 1st choice when I will visit again!
- 1/5
The front office staff was rude! Very short answering when you would ask a question, she seemed that she was bothered with everything.
- 5/5
Great service. Most comfortable beds. AND THE VIEW. Always love my stay here
- 4/5
OK...not great
- 4/5
Great stay and will be back. but unfortunately room 3138 bed was broke and should be replaced. You would think this hotel mgmt would check the rooms for wallpaper coming off the walls etc. this should be reported by hotel cleaning staff to their management to be replaced. Hopefully are stay next time is better. Otherwise the property was great and around a lot of good spots to eat and shop. Hotel concierge with destination package was helpful.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 4/5
Excellent location, but our room view wasn’t pleasant, but enjoyed being close to tourist attractions.
- 5/5
Do not use the $20 credit per day. They overcharge for the same food. The dine-in food is no good.
- 5/5
Close to the pier
- 5/5
The views from our room were amazing. The staff was top notch.
- 5/5
Excellent experience
- 5/5
Very nice amenities and helpful staff
- 2/5
The property is in a rundown condition. The restaurant service was terrible specially at breakfast time. I would never stay there again.
- 4/5
Travelocity messed up the prepaid reservation and I had to pay the full price when I arrived. Won’t be using again!
- 5/5
Great staff service and location.
- 4/5
Beautiful location, close to ship ports. A few room issues, but they listened to our concerns and made amends.
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze and the concierge service was amazing.
- 5/5
Amazing stay! Clean, amazing location and friendly staff. So thankful for our stay. Walking and monorail travels to everything. Super easy to get from the airport as well. My only suggestion is more staff for check-in. I was fine, but lots of impatient people behind us. We stayed before our cruise and after and both times long lines with only one person checking guest in.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Not so new but clean and good location.
- 5/5
Clean spacious room, nearby to lots of dining and entertainment.
- 5/5
Our room was gorgeous. Very spacious, clean and comfortable!
- 3/5
The mattress in our room was a king and my husband and I kept rolling to the center, typically indicative of a breaking down mattress that needs to be replaced. Since we were forced to pay the destination fee we decided to have breakfast at the hotel; the description of the food was more elaborate than the food itself. My husband’s French toast didn’t feature the mascarpone cream that was listed on the website for room service and was very underwhelming for the price.

- 5/5
We spent our wedding night at the Westin and everyone was wonderful. Thank you for be a part of our celebration.
- 1/5
Hidden tourism charge of $28.
- 5/5
My favorite part was my view in my room of the ocean and the city. I never seen more beautiful view. Very good service, everyone is friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience.
- 4/5
Easy and good location.
- 3/5
The fitness room was okay. But unlike the image on the website you are in A closet. There were no windows
- 5/5
The hotel and accommodations were excellent. The negatives however, were the time it took to get an elevator that wasn't already full. It took 15-20 minutes to get to the lobby on the day we checked out. We ended up riding up the elevator in order to co e back down. The other negative was the noise level in the room. The traffic noise and the rail outside was insanely loud. I wished for ear plugs.
- 3/5
The facilities were nice, good location, clean rooms but the false advertising and money grabs would prevent me from staying there again. When you navigate to parking on the website, it specifically says “parking is included when you stay at the Westin.” When I showed this to the front desk after parking he tried to scroll down the page to prove that was special circumstances but all it did was show a date range (which we were staying in). And then continued on in this conversation like it didn’t happen. Then he said give a card for “just incidentals” but as he handed me my key he also gave me a small piece of paper and mumbled about a destination fee. I had to be like excuse me, what? And he’s like oh yeah everyone has to pay a $28 room fee. So now I spent $60 on parking plus the room fee. $88 and I would have booked a different hotel for cheaper…
- 5/5
The room was exceptionally comfortable. Security was excellent; staff friendly and helpful. The staff in Relish were welcoming and efficient. I loved that they welcomed us back each time we went.
- 5/5
Although our second room took a while to be cleaned the staff was excellent and very helpful the room was comfortable and my daughter’s birthday was a perfect success! Thanks Westin Seattle!
- 5/5
Great central location
- 2/5
The hotel is dated and in need of repair or updating, the service is slow and/or non-existent, the elevator wait is obnoxious, the pool and deck area are dirty.
- 4/5
The Westin is well located centrally to a wide variety of Seattle's downtown attractions. I really liked the location. Our room was musty smelling when we got there, but opening the window solved that.

The hotel was great, the restaurant inside the hotel (relish) was very expensive and not very good.

Very convenient location, but pricey. Friendly staff. Room was clean overall but the carpet had two large and suspicious-looking stains. One was even sticky. Didn’t appreciate the snack charges after we were told there was a credit for food. Turns out it doesn’t apply to room snack bar, only the restaurant snack bar. 🙄

Only one person on desk. HUGE LINE! Communication regarding perks different from whomever you talked to.

Great check in, was allowed to check in four hours early. Very kind staff.

Parking was a bit pricey, and we had problem using room key to exit parking so had to pay twice. Was told I would be credited for the preparking

Elevator situation needs to be addressed. They need to stagger check-in/out times to not bog up the elevators. The stairwell is locked once you are on the stairs so you are stuck in there until you get to the 3rd floor to exit, and that’s only if you see the handwritten signs to exit on that floor, if you miss those you get out down at the loading dock. It’s a mess. We had someone in our group unable to do 15 flights of stairs and she had to wait 45 minutes for an elevator.

Around property there is a lot of people affected by drug abuse and homelessness. My family did not feel safe

the check in was horrible. I had to park 2 blocks away & pay. I booked a king suite got a double standard :(

- we were a group of 4, one couple and two friends traveling together. One room wasnt ready for quite some time (not ideal after a long haul flight), for the other one they couldn't separate the beds despite having requested that prior to our arrival - check in: long queues, no smile, no thank you, no "anything else i can do for you" What made it worse, was that we got approached by the concierge Jennifer who saw us trying to order an Uber to the cruise ship port... and offered a "complimentary shuttle service to the terminal", only to then find out (once dropped off by the driver called Kamal Fuad) that the fare was double than what the Uber would have cost us. Utter disbelief and a very shady and misleading way to rip off tourists. I'm afraid the Westin has become a glorified BestWestern/Travelodge - there are nicer and more value for your money hotels in that area. Really, really disappointed and not a great start to our holiday! Dear hotel - I don't expect an apology nor do i want a voucher for another stay (as none of us will ever come back). However, at very least you could offer to refund us the fair for your "complimentary" shuttle ser

Upon arrival was told valet was full and had to self park. Was given poor instructions for finding garage and took over 25 minutes to park. Stood in line for over an hour to check-in. Room was hot and smelly when we finally got to our room. Overall it was disappointing and I was sad that was my first impression for how expensive it was to stay.

Very bad customer service in all areas. Was put in a room that was nothing close to what we reserved. We were given a handicap room with zero view and nowhere for our daughter to sleep. The toilet was broken and not flushed. We were moved to a different room that had a leaky bathroom faucet and no bedding for the sleeper. Check in process is soooo slow, need more agents, concierge staff were incredibly rude. Revolving door did not work most of the time. We’re supposed to receive a military discount that they didn’t honor because we prepaid. Overall, just a horrible experience. Will not be back

We are on a 12 day journey through the west- this was our least hospitable yet most expensive place. Will definitely be looking for a different place next time.

They took forever to get us checked in -the process was horrible, unorganized. Overpriced clearly....they first put us in a dirty room and tried making it right but there wasn't a fridge in the next. I had to go down there like 3 times. The elevator was uncooperative.

Lovely property. Close walking distance to all the popular travel stops. Very friendly staff, who were also so helpful.

The lobby is a bit busy, not sure why so many peope are just sitting around. We arrived and checked-in so it wasn't like we were early. They were no in the Bar or Cafe section, just sitting and socializing. Maybe an event? But if not that has to clear up a bit, not sure why folks would be there if they aren't checking in or dining.

Everything was as pictured! Everything so clean clean, I do wish the bar would be open more later rather then at 11. Other then that it was really amazing with the views

The hotel was great. They do charge a $28 +Tax resort fee. They will credit you up to $20 for food drink they sell. They also have some free programs with bike and boat vendors that you do get included in the resort fee.

Bad condition, dirty. We had to rooms. One was good, the other was noisy, we couldn’t sleep our last night.

Key didn’t work Took an hour to open room.

It was just the experience that there was water leaking in our bathroom and the fact that we pay expensive price for one night we did not feel like we had the best experience.
- 3/5
There was mold on the air conditioner duck and the room was small for $300 a night

Although we were early for check in, we watched many others who were also early get rooms. Light out in the bathroom. No ice to be found, except 40th floor ( we were on 26th). Mechanical noises, maybe the AC. Bathroom door closed on its’ own, bumped into several times. Bathtub certainly made the room feel old. Didn’t get cleaning service on fourth day of stay. Have stayed at other Westin’s and this one by far the most dated. Didn’t have that Westin feel except for main lobby. Wouldn’t stay at this Westin again.

Not same quality in south tower as in north

The destination fee included good value re dining & free harbor tour. Location was good- very walkable to convention center, needle, fish market. My bed needed to be replaced and had to ask for a fridge in the room, but it was clean and had a nice view. Parking was way too expensive. I do wish there had been a rooftop option.

Nice property. Great location, walkable to Shperes, Public Market, great food. Nice pool. We enjoyed our one night stay.
