Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and great location. However, there are frequent complaints about the lack of parking options, expensive valet parking, and one of the elevators being out of order. Some guests also mention street noise and thin walls.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean rooms
- Lack of parking options and expensive valet parking
- One of the elevators being out of order

Room was wonderful, staff were great, hotel was quiet and we had a great stay.
- 4/5
Great location. Staff were excellent!
- 4/5
Overall, our room was very clean, except for one of the framed images on the wall, which had an excessive amount of splatter of some sort all over the glass on the front. Bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. When is staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue was the lack of consistency with the elevator working. They were very good about communicating the issue ahead of time but it was a real pain with only one of the elevators working during our visit and at one point the working one appeared to go down as well. We were on the 7th floor and had to take the stairs several times mostly due to the lengthy wait times given the amount of people waiting to use the elevator.
- 5/5
Excellent location!!
- 5/5
This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in recently. We will definately be staying here again.
- 5/5
During my stay, comparable hotels nearby were more than $100 per night higher. In my opinion, the extra cost wasn't justified. This hotel provided everything I needed: a comfortable room, friendly service, and easy access to downtown attractions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good Seattle hotel without paying luxury hotel prices.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel
- 5/5
The staff great great room great locate
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and hotel was close to walking distance to everything. When we got back from our cruise we were able to leave our suite case for a couple of hours which was a big help. I would highly recommend
- 5/5
Very helpful
- 5/5
Had a great stay at the Paramount. The entire place is very clean and tastefully appointed. The room was spacious and well laid out. The staff was courteous and helpful in arranging a ride to the airport with a cab service that offers a flat rate (much lower than available Uber services).
- 5/5
Great place.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, perfect!
- 4/5
Location. Cleanliness. Bed and room comfort. Staff. No coffee or tea making facilities. A Nespresso machine or other coffee, or tea, making facility should be a minimum at this level (and expense) of hotel.
- 3/5
Location is great. Staff friendly but the place itself needs some TLC. Only 1 elevator functioning . Musty smell, no coffee maker in room, only amenities are shampoo and conditioner.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
One elevator broke the entire time of our stay. And the other elevator broke down a few times so had to take stairs to 6th floor. The staff said elevators have been issue for quite some time. They need that corrected ASAP.
- 5/5
Awesome location - very walkable to everything! Allowed early check-in. REALLY comfortable beds and usually hotel beds are so hard I'm crippled. Free water at the front desk as needed. They had a cheap shuttle you could book down to the cruise terminal. And, we were there for a milestone birthday for my dad - and they left him a little gift basket! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
- 2/5
Broken elevators! Hope you like walking stairs in heels for an event!
- 5/5
This was a great hotel in the center of downtown Seattle. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance. The staff was courteous and professional. I'd stay here again!!
- 4/5
Overall good and convenient hotel to stay at! Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Unfortunately when we arrived, one of the two elevators was out of service, seems like an ongoing issue. Ice machine was out of service on the floor we stayed at (Fl. 8). Five people where staying next room who were very loud through for two nights straight, my wife and I couldn't sleep. AC unit was very loud the last night we were there. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. We recommend to stay at this location, however, the hotel should do their best to have the elevator repaired ASAP. Walking distance to the Public Market and Space Needle. "If you like to walk that is".

- 3/5
While the room was fine and bed comfortable, it is an older hotel with older bathrooms.
- 4/5
Great location 2 elevators and one was out of order so long waits
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay! Easy access to conference center and downtown Seattle. Also, close to public transit. The hotel is well maintained. My room was nice - no great view, but just what I needed. The staff is so nice. Checkout time of 12pm so reasonable. Would stay here again.

The beds was one of the most xomfort beds i have slept in. Super clean. And staff was so friendly and helpful. Was close to everything we wanted to do by walking. Nothing.
- 4/5
Every time I travel to Seattle, I stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, and it's very easy to get to Westlake Station. During my stay last week, I was impressed to see that the hotel had been renovated. The room I stayed in felt much bigger than last year! The only disappointing thing was that the in-room coffee machine, cups, and glasses had been removed. You now have to either get the complimentary coffee between 4:00 and 7:00 AM at the lobby or buy it elsewhere.
- 5/5
Nice facility and centrally located.
- 5/5
Great stay. Good location and nice staff

Bed was very comfortable, room was very spacious, clean and well-equipped, friendly staff. Great location. Nothing, other than there was only 1 lift working while we were there
- 3/5
However, It is a convenient location to the Convention Center and the Paramount Theatre. And it’s about a 15 minute walk to Pike Place Market and shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
- 4/5
Done if the electric outlet in our room 724 were not working, we could not get charged our devices from then.
- 4/5
Elevators were extremely slow and one was out of order.
- 5/5
Great location nice staff and facilities.
- 5/5
The most comfortable bed and nights sleep I had at a hotel in a long time.
- 4/5
The only complaint would be that the tv system did not allow streaming so we didn't get to enjoy the movie we were looking forward to watching.
- 5/5
The Paramount is conveniently located in Seattle. We walked to the market place and the water. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful with parking options and food recs.
- 3/5
Was a beautiful hotel in a perfect spot. Both elevators were down at times while we were there which caused difficulty with my handicapped dad. They did make it right though and it was otherwise a wonderful place
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 1/5
Ice machine broke. No coffee in . No complimentary water Sparse
- 5/5
For someone in Seattle for the first time, a very good location. In downtown near everything, but not loud at all by all means. Great room also.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly but I smelled restaurant food every evening. One of the elevator was out of order and we had to wait long time for the elevator.
- 5/5
Beautiful place. Very close to pikes market the Monterey and shopping. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Easy walk to many places to eat and very close to the convention center.
- 5/5
Amazing and Friendly Staff. Above and Beyond.
- 4/5
It didn’t exactly meet my expectations of a $450 room. It was okay, just not great
- 4/5
The bedsheets are clean . The room is okay. What I don't like is One of the elevator is not working while we're there.
- 5/5
Great place if you are seeing a show at the Paramount theater. Very nice room and staff
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and cozy, and the staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Staff held our bags for a few hours while we shopped before we left.
- 3/5
The room was spacious and the hotel location is great. The staff at the front desk are nice and had good food recommendations. The only downsides were the elevator taking forever to get you (one was broken) and during my 4 night stay my room was only cleaned & restocked once.
- 4/5
Loved the location, walking distance to most places, and close to the train.
- 5/5
Great location walkable or near transportation to most Seattle attractions. Nice room with comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff! Beds where Comfy and clean.

Nice location. Helpful staff.

The staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and spacious.

Excellent! Very clean, centrally located. Very accommodating as well. Beds are super comfortable too!!
- 5/5
Shuttle Service was very convenient. Walking distance to main attractions. Very helpful staff
- 5/5
Hotel veryvclean chaun restaurante excelent only issue one elevator working on memorial day weekend.
- 5/5
Room temperature was cold and I didn’t want to start fiddling with the thermostat. Bearable though. Things that need improving: soft towels (like sandpaper) and 2 ply toilet paper. I don’t think the hotel saves any money by using the cheap stuff since more of it has to be used.
- 4/5
I met with three times elevator break down so have to walk down the stairs.

- 5/5
Hotel location excellent and the staff were very helpful.
- 4/5
It is a beautiful hotel and the location couldn't be beat. We didn't realize how close/walking distance we were to everything we wanted to do, including our show at the Showbox we attended. My ONLY complaint is....why no coffee in the rooms??? Or even in the lobby? That didn't make any sense. That's the least you can do for guests. We also didn't love the $60/night parking fee. We didn't know how close we were to everything so the car sat there for 2 nights without ever taking it out. :-( Other than that, the staff is stellar, the room was clean and super nice, with a great view.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. It's always a nice stay at the Paramount. Although one of the elevators were out of order this stay, it was still a nice place to unload and rest our heads after the business that is Seattle.
- 5/5
Small, charming boutique-type hotel. Very inviting decor. Staff was welcoming, rooms were spotless. We didn't try the cafe but the food smelled good! Would definitely use again and can recommend without hesitation!
- 3/5
The staff was friendly when approached but did not acknowledge guests until approached. They did manage to check me in early with no extra charge which was great, and they stored my bag for me after checking out. The negatives: There are no coffee machines in the rooms. In addition to that, the complimentary coffee service is only available from 4am-7am which is not in anyway convenient. There is a restaurant on site with limited hours. There are two elevators in the hotel, but only one was working. I paid for a traditional King room and when they gave me a room on the 9th floor I was excited for a view but I got a room with a tiny window surrounded by buildings with almost no natural light coming in and a lot of noise from the building fans and parking right outside. The rooms' a/c unit controls didn't work and I couldn't adjust the temperature, only turn the fan on or off. The alarm clock didn't work and the shower took forever to heat and had the worst pressure. Hotel is in a great location but that's where the amenities stop. You get a comfy bed but that's about it. I also found out when I picked up my bag they have complimentary bottles of water available but it's not listed and not offered unless you ask.
- 4/5
Biggest difficulty was their two broken down elevators. We were literally stuck inside of one for 5-10 minutes and the other never was fixed during our whole stay. A real safety issue that needs to be addressed by the Hotel Owner/Property Manager. Made for an awful situation regarding our baggage to/from the room and an overcrowded single elevator for the rest of the stay. Wish there was an option for coffee in the room rather than an early morning, single server machine but still grateful for the coffee. With all that said, still a nice hotel to stay.
- 4/5
Beautiful hotel and great location, easy walk to pikes place and shopping. My only complaint was no coffee in room and only 1 keurig in lobby for all guests. It’s silly. Buy a coffee pot, brew several pots and put in a self service thermos, super easy, inexpensive and keeps people happy
- 5/5
Perfect location. Great staff. Was shocked at how small the lobby is. There was an elevator issue, but the staff was kind and tried to be helpful. Would stay here again!

Overall we liked it and would stay again
- 3/5
I stayed 3 nights starting May 15, 2026. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The bathroom shower head had a buildup of grime that restricted water flow to a pour rather than a spray. Only one elevator was in service, so at times there were longer than expected waits to get up or down. The main issue was that the valet service damaged my vehicle. After contacting the hotel, the manager has not responded to my email. I would caution anyone using the valet service here.
- 5/5
Desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
There was only one elevator working for the entire hotel, and being in a high floor was inconvenient sometimes. Also, there was no connection to the restaurant in the lobby and unable to make and order from your room. Just felt like there could have been more in terms of making sure guests were comfortable with the set backs. Staff at front didn’t seem like they wanted ti be bothered.
- 5/5
The beds are super comfy. The showee is great. It’s quiet. The staff is lovely
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and clean

The staff were all great. The room was great and very clean. The location was convenient for everything that we had planned including several full day tours.

- 4/5
Nice hotel, friendly staff, 12pm check out. Only 4 starts because of the price they charge for parking and the fact there is no coffee maker in the room
- 5/5
Parking was safe and easy, room was clean. Not very many amenities
- 4/5
Staff was courteous and professional, especially the housekeepers. We had a corner suite which was very roomy and comfortable but some signs of wear and tear. Great location right next to Convention Center. Biggest gripe is only one of the two elevators was working, with no service elevator. So that could be the most heavily used elevator in the state of Washington, and the wait to go up/down could be extensive.
- 5/5
Valet parking only and it's expensive at $66. Staff was very helpful with other parking suggestions and nearby restaurants to eat at.
- 5/5
Everyone that was part of the staff was WONDERFUL!! Plus, it's in such a walkable area, which is a definte perk. I definitely have a new favorite Seattle hotel.
- 3/5
Let down from previous stays at the Paramount which has classicaly been iconic as a hotel, find it hard to understand why there isn't a single communal microwave, was told to walk up the street to the E-Mart to re-heat my leftover dinner. Not to mention one of the elevators being broken, didn't affect the astheatic of the hotel, but was frustrating waiting in the lobby with up to 10 other residents.
- 4/5
I don’t recommend the restaurant on property it had nasty wait staff who wanted us to go outside to come in even though there’s a door from the lobby into the restaurant. One of the waitress never brought my change back. I wouldn’t eat there ever again but the hotel is very nice but won’t stay again.
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very clean, well maintained room. The best pillows ever! We tried to buy one! The valet parking is worth the cost, especially considering parking options in a major city. We will stay again!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful
- 5/5
We definitely will be back!
- 5/5
Excellent staff!
- 4/5
One working elevator for two days in a row with too many guests trying to go up and down, wait times were long, unacceptable for this caliber of hotel. Restaurant wait time were long, two employees for a restaurant full of guests, wait time were very long.
- 5/5
Staff was quite helpful.
- 3/5
Other than location, the Paramount hotel was pretty average. The one big thing that makes or breaks our stay is the staff and how they treat you. My wife and I felt whenever we approached the staff, it was almost as if we were interrupting them and they had short sharp responses, not overly helpful and never greeted or acknowledged us when we came in to the hotel or were leaving. However, location was great, the room was nice and that’s where it ended for us.
- 5/5
Great stay! Perfect location!
- 5/5
Perfect Stay for a Night at the Theater! Our stay at The Paramount Hotel was absolutely amazing. Valet parking was incredibly easy and stress-free. Check-in was fast and welcoming. Our room was sparkling clean and exceptionally comfortable. Best of all, the proximity to the Paramount Theatre made our night perfect. Highly recommend!

The paramount is always a comfortable stay, attentive staff, clean facilities, comfortable rooms, excellent location for r attending performances at the Paramount Theatre.

I will definitely come back!!!

Clean room and kind staffs
- 4/5
Extremely slow elevator.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice place
- 5/5
The hotel was really nice and the restaurant was very good.
- 5/5
Excellent location for site seeing
- 5/5
Staff were super helpful.
- 4/5
It was really pretty hotel but you could tell that it was old little things like the curtains were a little damaged in our room and we just happen to have a room that had no city view.
- 4/5
Overall great stay again, rooms very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the one working elevator out of the two. Its been down for over a week now which can cause long waits and congestion in lobby. Otherwise staff is very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately did not eat at restaurant due to very bad reviews but plenty of choices nearby.
- 5/5
The only issue was one elevator was not working, but other than that it was a great day with a wonderful location
- 3/5
Room was clean, staffing at front desk was friendly. The staff in the restaurant were not so friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The living furniture sat very low. The hotel needs an uplift.
- 5/5
Clean. Comfortable. Walkable. Front staff was excellent and friendly.
- 5/5
Loved our weekend stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly. Accommodated our early check in request. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Easy access to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
Beautiful and we love the breakfast- nice variety
- 5/5
Beautiful space, very comfortable beds. Our favourite downtown Seattle hotel!
- 5/5
Great location, amazing staff!
- 5/5
Great hotel, super lovely staff really comfy bed
- 5/5
Our stay was fantastic, rooms were comfortable and clean, spacious too. Appreciated the early check in as well and acknowledging my membership. Will stay again in future.
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Great location for seeing downtown by walking and catching the light rail and monorail. The staff was outstanding.
- 5/5
Room was clean and well furnished, front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating to our various requests, and the central location in downtown makes it easy to get to most key areas.
- 5/5
Excellent staff, and an actual restaurant for breakfast, bed was much better than usual. Used the valet parking. Woke up, opened the app for my EV knowing I needed to find a charging station before starting the 200 mile trip home, only to discover that my car had been fully charged over night! Outstanding!
- 5/5
Clean room, good location.
- 5/5
Nice location, clean and comfortable room.
- 5/5
Great hotel , superb location for seattles attractions
- 5/5
Great location within easy walking distance of Market, Mononrail and Metro. Good sized room. Very clean ( as was all hotel). Valet parking was super quick. Staff were very helpful. Negatives - one of the two elevators was out of order for the 5 days we were there. Would be nice to have coffee making facilities in room. And WiFi not great. Kept dropping out. Bar not open every night but plenty of local options.
- 5/5
The staffs were so kind! Great experience. Definitely recommend.
- 5/5
But the staff were very accommodating and helpful.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, quiet, spacious. Great location and less expensive than the hotel across the street. One of two elevators was out of order. There is only complimentary coffee before 7 am. After that you have to pay at the expensive cafe.
- 4/5
Hotel was very clean, location was great and the beds were so SO comfortable. The only downside is the walls were really thin. I don’t think our neighbors were being loud at all but we could literally quote the office along with the episodes they were watching. It’s possible not all the rooms are this bad since this was one of those conjoined rooms with a door connector. I’d stay here again either way!
- 5/5
Very good location, room was large with great view plus large bathroom. Would stay again!
- 5/5
Great place very convenient location
- 5/5
Only issue I had was with one of the elevators, which was out of order for some of the time. I would come again.
- 5/5
No pool but great place and friendly staff
- 5/5
Perfect location for a show at the Paramount. Not sure how much the parking costs as it was a Sunday so I found some free street parking but next time would be simpler to use their parking even if it’s costs a lot.
- 4/5
Great location and very clean. Unfortunately one of the elevators was down the whole time I was there, so there was sometimes a little wait for an elevator, but it was never more than 5 minutes. It also would have been nice to have a microwave available. Otherwise a great place to stay!
- 4/5
Well kept, but bathroom doesn’t have a vent
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Friendly staff clean room.
- 4/5
Clean room, staff was very helpful and attentive. Hotel was close to food and shopping spots and a walk down to Pikes Market
- 4/5
Rooms are a good size and bed was reasonably comfortable. Lobby is small but stylish decor. Didn’t check out the on-site restaurant/bar or gym but nice that they were available. Location was perfect for access to the Seattle Convention Center, as well as easy walking distance to Pike Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum, and the Capitol Hill neighborhood. There was only one functioning elevator which was a pain during checkout - I took the elevator back up to my room to get my bags but ended up walking down the stairs from the 10th floor due to the wait.
- 5/5
One of the elevators well it was an operative and it took very long time for the other one to arrive
- 4/5
Rooms do not have microwave or bar but do have small refrigerator. Gym/workout room is very small but adequate. No continental breakfast or free coffee.
- 5/5
So clean! And the bed was super comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.
- 5/5
This was an excellent choice of hotel for us. We were able to walk around and enjoy the area and the hotel was clean, roomy, and friendly!
- 5/5
I was in town for a conference and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The room was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Stayed in a single king room which had plenty of storage and modern, comfortable furniture.
- 5/5
Gold star ⭐
- 4/5
Great service, great staff. Ac unit made loud noise could not use, one elevator was out of service and stairwell smelled like rotten milk and vomit.
- 5/5
Perfect location near Pike Place Market and the Convention Center. Clean rooms and attractive lobby. Great place to stay!
- 5/5
The room was modern, in great condition and clean! We were by the elevator but didn’t hear any hallway noise overnight, the bed was comfy too. The staff were friendly and professional. Perfect location for a quick walk to shows at the paramount theater, with lots of other shopping, fun, restaurants and the link station in walking distance!
- 5/5
This is our second stay at The Paramount Hotel and we'll keep coming back. I love the location, very close to the light rail, monorail and Pike Place Market. The room was really clean and the bed was so comfy. The staff are always incredibly helpful too. We'll be back again!
- 5/5
The staff was super welcoming. We noted it was our anniversary and they had a card in the room. Hotel is conveniently located, we were able to walk most places.
- 4/5
Easy walk down to the water front. Lovely room. The only thing was that there wasn’t a coffee machine in the room. I did have to go down into the restaurant/cafe. Which is fine. But I’d hope that if you were a guest staying at the hotel that they’d offer complimentary coffee. For your first round at least. First world problems I know. Just something to be aware of, if coffee in the morning first thing is important to you. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.
- 4/5
The rooms were nice and comfortable beds. Great location!
- 4/5
The property was in a great location. I was able to walk to pike place market very easily
- 5/5
Great location, large and comfortable room. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. A few restaurants are in the surrounding blocks and a slightly longer walk brings you to a lot more food and coffee options. The area and hotel felt safe at night and early morning hours.
- 3/5
Had only one elevator going, no coffee in the room. They only have coffee from 4-7am then you have to go to the restaurant and buy coffee. The restaurant is closed on sundays and the staff at the desk was not very helpful at all.
- 5/5
Clean place and friendly staff. Valet was a hit or miss
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful with the valet ! only one elevator was working while we were there but it wasn't too bad. the room was super clean and spacious! and it's tons to do around the area of the hotel!
- 5/5
Extremely convenient to the Paramount Theater and the Carlile Room.
- 4/5
Comfy bed. Good check in process. Unfortunately down to just one elevator and a busted ice maker. So long waits to get to the room and a pain to get ice
- 5/5
The mattress in our bed was possibly the best, most comfortable mattress I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I had the best night’s rest in a long time outside of my home.
- 5/5
We always stay here when visiting for Seattle sports! The staff are always friendly and the location cannot be beat.
- 5/5
Spacious, clean and very comfortable room, excellent reception staff. Korean on site restaurant great and perfect, central and safe feeling location
- 5/5
Great location! Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend!
- 4/5
Parking was easy but expensive, which is to be expected in Seattle. The hotel was fine for our needs. The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom of the Opera, so we’ll see how the second time goes. Overall, no complaints about the hotel.
- 5/5
Loved it and will stay again
- 5/5
Nearby bars, restaurants, and coffee shops

Clean new room great staff
- 5/5
Quiet, spacious, clean
- 4/5
A beautiful renovated corner room.
- 5/5
Staff were amazing and we enjoyed this hotel. My only thought was it would have been nice to have coffee pot in the room.
- 5/5
Our room was quite spacious. Nice amenities and excellent bed.
- 4/5
Clean room with a nice view. Comfortable bed. Room wasn't cleaned while we were out on Sunday.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean, and the location is great if you’re going to a show at the Paramount Theatre or Pike Place Market.
- 4/5
They have eliminated the in-room coffee - tea makers and mugs. They offer “complementary” coffee in the lobby only from 4AM to 7 AM! That’s when the restaurant opens so you can BUY to-go coffee or tea. Ridiculous!
- 5/5
Nice room, and the staff was very helpful. Well-positioned for access to the Convention Center. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Wonderful! The desk staff were friendly, and the room was perfect. It was bigger than other downtown rooms we have stayed and the design is very up to date. Bed was comfy, room was quiet and everything was SUPER clean. It was just a few steps to several good eating options (Having tried others on prior trips we opted for their in-house restaurant Chan) Chan was so good! Fresh ingredients, Korean flavors. We will stay here again,
- 5/5
Nice hotel, friendly staff!!
- 4/5
I stayed only overnight but I'm happy with the staff, cleanliness, wifi and the location
- 4/5
Stayed here multiple times. Love the location. 2nd elevator was not working. No coffee pot in the room and no room service were not good.
- 4/5
Very clean, big room and central to the city.
- 5/5
This hotel was by FAR the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Immaculate, staff was amazing, food was amazing and location ROCKED!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean facility and centrally located.
- 5/5
Great location, nice and clean room, overall a great stay
- 4/5
Everything was great. Location to convention centers were the most ideal. Staff was great. At the time of our stay, one of the elevators was out of service which was at times inconvenient. But that is my only complaint. It would not prevent me from staying there again because everything else was perfect.
- 5/5
Everything as advertised!
- 5/5
We had a pleasant stay, the hotel was close to everything and the staff was nice. I would return!
- 3/5
One elevator broken, meant longer waits. Rooms ok, could do with better insulation from street noise. Went to cafe for breakfast, music blaring loudly and rude staff so left and went somewhere else. Plenty of other places nearby.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Great location. The only downside was that only one elevator wasnt working, but otherwise it was clean, and the staff was very nice.
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was courteous and housekeeping was amazing for recovering my daughter's lost airpod!
- 5/5
loved the room.
- 5/5
The room was beautiful! Everything was perfect. Will hope to come back soon!
- 5/5
Yes. My only complaint is there was no coffee in the room or lounge except so early as ti be useless.
- 1/5
So noisy in the room and very cold, heater not work properly. No coffee maker and tea pot in the room. Also it was bathing rob but no sleepers at all. No curtains on the windows, so light in the night time.
- 5/5
Nice room, great service, enthusiastic staff
- 3/5
Private mesh blinds were ripped both sides.
- 4/5
liked the re-do of the rooms - decor looks fresh and more modern than it was. clean room and very comfy bed. nice mini fridge. friendly and efficient staff. tasty breakfast at the inhouse restaurant. very convenient to shopping and the Convention Centre. would stay again.
- 5/5
FANTASTIC ROOM RESERVED FOR ME BY LILLY. WARM WELCOME BY ALEX AND TYLER ON ARRIVAL. AND ALL THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE AMAZING DURING MY STAY. I WISH I COULD REMEMBER ALL THEIR NAMES. THIS IS THE 6TH TIME I HAVE STAYED AT THIS AMAZING HOTEL
- 4/5
The staff was always very respectful and really made you feel heard when there was an issue. You do need a key to use the hotel restaurant's bathrooms, which was strange.
- 3/5
No bottled water or coffee or anything in the rooms, the AC unit in he room was consistently cycling and noisy all night, and by the morngon smelled like some sort of burning rubber or plastic...
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was perfect!
- 1/5
We arrived right at check in time and were told parking was full and that we could park down the block. Parking was $160 for one night at the parking garage next door!! They only had one elevator working in the lobby so it took extra time to get to the room. 0/10 will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. Best pillows!!
- 5/5
The location of this hotel was awesome! It is only a two block walk from the Westgate rail stop and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I when for an event at the Convention Center and it was also a short 2 block walk. I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Such a great experience. Location very convenient. Staff lovely. Room quiet.
- 5/5
Fanatstic stay! The location CAN NOT be beat! I would reccomend this hotel to everyone!
- 3/5
This hotel was under construction, it had no open restaurant for dinner (on Mondays) the one restaurant on site was only for breakfast and closed after happy hour. No room service either. Staff were pleasant. My VIP perk was not offered.
- 5/5
Walkable to a lot of things.
- 3/5
Nocafee maker and cups in the room. No VIP upgrade.
- 5/5
Everything is nice!
- 4/5
Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Nowhere to hang clothes so not good for a long stay but great location for a night or two.
- 5/5
Great staff one of the valet was kinda weird but over all loved my stay here.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful and accommodating - thank you PH Staff!
- 5/5
Rooms updated and lovely. Quiet and very clean. Check in / front desk team are wonderful! Will return. Here for The Wiz across the street at The Paramount Theater. Perfect stay!
- 5/5
Third time staying here. Clean room, great staff, and close to downtown venues.
- 5/5
Elegant deco. Heating fan sound too loud.
- 4/5
Room was a very nice and clean corner room with great views. Staff was very helpful and cordial
- 2/5
This one is very hard for us because we have come here before but this visit felt very different. First, we were given keys to our room and another women was in th
- 5/5
Wonderful experience here. Very accommodating. Comfy room. Staff was well above average. Well done.
- 5/5
Clean room and helpful staff
- 4/5
Everything was great apart from the elevator. One was out of order and the wait time was long fir the working one.
- 1/5
I booked a corner king room with soaking tub. I was given a standard king room with minuscule tub. They didn’t realize the mistake until after the gave another party the room keys to our room and the walked in on us. I was in the bath and my daughter was alone on the bed and got a fright. Then they wanted us to move rooms. I said no, just charge us for the room we’re already in. It’s bad enough they gave us the wrong room but giving two parties keys to the same room is a huge security problem. I would not feel safe staying here.
- 4/5
Courteous staff, very pleasant every step of checking inand checking out
- 5/5
Room was clean, hotel is close to everything, and the staff provided a nice gift basket for the wedding anniversary for my wife and I. The next morning we had an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend if you need a place in downtown Seattle near the convention center.
- 3/5
The hotel is currently undergoing construction which resulted in noise during the daytime hours. Additionally, only one elevator was in operation, and was often offline during afternoon hours.
- 2/5
Elevator was broken most of time we were there, and there was no other way to get down
- 1/5
Hotel was an active construction site and our room had been so recently renovated that the smell of paint and construction materials and adhesive hadn’t even worn off. We had to leave the windows open all night and it still gave my wife a headache. Had to share the elevator with construction workers, some which clearly had skipped deodorant. Not to mention the jackhammer’s that started at 9 AM the day after the Super Bowl because that’s how you wanna get woken up after a night of drinking.
- 3/5
Tired and worn down
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean. Located in a convenient location. Friendly staff. My husband and I both enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Clean rooms and comfortable beds/linens. Very reasonable price. The hotel is 2 blocks from Light rail station and one block from early AM coffee. Safe area of the city.
- 4/5
The staff, the bed and pillows, and the design of the room and the hotel were wonderful. They're currently undergoing some construction and there were noisy bangs and clunks throughout the day - but not throughout the night.
- 2/5
The hotel had their building construction crew working above my room. The issue was that the work began at 5:40am one morning and 6am the other mornings. The hotel did not handle this complaint professionally in the moment or rectify until later. The construction continued all of the days of the visit.
- 5/5
Room was clean and affordable, staff very friendly and helpful. Everything felt safe.
- 2/5
The constant construction noise from the adjacent room made it impossible to even watch TV. Despite my complaints, the front desk offered no solution or room change. This was a truly disappointing experience.
- 3/5
Room was beautiful, super clean. Shower head was AWFUL and the tub was clogged. We were on the street side of the hotel and heard cars and people yelling all night.
- 4/5
Would have been 5 stars but they were renovating areas of the hotel and waking up to the hammer on the other side of the wall was not pleasant. But the stay overall was good.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, excellent service ,quiet for families
- 5/5
Rooms were great! Staff were nice and super attentive! All the staff from front end of the house to the back end of the house! This was a great stay and great location to where i needed to be!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was perfect, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere.
- 5/5
Hidden gem
- 5/5
Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great location. Only complaints are the water pressure was low, no coffee makers in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby though. I will definitely stay here again for my trips to Seattle.
- 4/5
My complaint is that the restaurant is WAY overpriced. For 3 people it was over $100 Also we were not informed of construction noise. We were there for a volleyball tournament and we were in PM pool, which means we didn’t get to bed till late and wanted to sleep in. The noise was unbearable and we didn’t get the rest and sleep we needed, especially the one who was playing 9 sets of volleyball a day
- 1/5
The shower had clumps of someone else’s hair. The bathroom was dirty. The construction started at 6am everyday. I am less than satisfied with my stay.
- 3/5
The room was clean but there is nothing special about this hotel. Convenient location, but parking is a huge hassle and they ran out of valet spaces upon our arrival. Overall, disappointed.
- 5/5
Was utterly surprised. Friendly staff, great location, clean and orderly room. Had a corner room and it was very spacious. Only thing is that the bar closes at 9pm which was a major disappointmet, but I get it.
- 5/5
Very professional staff with quick decision making and a very respectful approach to a special need. The room is great too!
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Elevator was slow since only one out of two was working on a fully booked weekend.
- 5/5
Great downtown location, clean room, friendly staff, good value.
- 5/5
I highly recommend the Paramount Hotel. The room was clean and beautiful; the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. I could walk in every direction because of its central location. Or, I could pick up the light rail or monorail just 2 blocks from the motel. I arrived by light rail from the airport, then left via light rail to the Amtrak station. There’s absolutely no need for a car in Seattle if you stay at the Paramount Hotel.
- 4/5
The room was nice and we loved the hotel location. The thing that dropped our rating was that there was construction going on between 8:30 AM and 6 PM. When we were in the room, we could barely hear the TV unless it was turned all the way up and the sound was a bit annoying. I know it is unavoidable to do construction and updates and it's necessary to keep the hotel looking great. However, I would have appreciated a heads up or a discount (or complimentary breakfast) for the annoyance. Other than that, it was great.
- 5/5
loved my stay here!
- 5/5
We love the bedding!
- 4/5
The front desk staff is cool and not very friendly. Not welcoming. They are not well informed of surrounding restaurants and bars and not eager to assist the customer at all.
- 3/5
We had stayed at this location thru the years but likely will use one of the other many nearby options.
- 5/5
Love this place
- 5/5
Easy check in, clean basic room, no view-but not expected for price. Slightly disappointed to hear that the corporate office decided to take coffee maker out of rooms a few months ago-yet still listed as amenity online.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and our room was ready early.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff were very friendly
- 5/5
Friendly staff and very clean room. Renovated floor
- 2/5
It took forever to get checked in due to system issues, they had construction going on and didn’t proactively communicate it (loud drilling, banging, etc.), was told they were just moving furniture (clearly more than that), and was offered ear plugs instead of a different room or refund to stay at another hotel. It was extremely frustrating after no sleep for 36 hours.
- 5/5
Check in staff was very courteous. Comfortable room.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room and great location
- 5/5
The room was absolutely beautiful and the tub was clean and wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
it was overall a great experience. i have been staying at the hyatt in bellevue but this has more character and very well appointed in terms of furnishings.
- 5/5
Everything was great, just wish breakfast was open in the morning, but we understand you guys had a gas leak, or something of that sort, gas issues, other than that good stay
- 5/5
Room was beautiful and spotless, staff very efficient and friendly
- 2/5
I wish I had been told about the remodeling work in both adjacent rooms. The hammering and sound of power tools was most annoying. Even in Sunday. The front desk apologized but was unaware the work was going on Sunday. Unsatisfactory.
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful and nice staff
- 5/5
I enjoyed my luxury stay here for my birthday week an the staff treated me so well
- 4/5
great staff good room, elevator out of service was unfortunate
- 5/5
Newly updated hotel. Love the proximity to the theater and shopping. They accommodated my very early check in which was so appreciated. Very clean. Lobby looks fantastic and modern as it’s been newly updated. Breakfast was very good . We love staying here!
- 5/5
Great hotel in a perfect location.. clean and spacious rooms and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Everything and everyone was perfect!
- 5/5
Great place, great staff and restaurant!
- 5/5
See my review
- 5/5
The room was beautiful and large, and the staff helped me convert two separate reservations into one. I had a great stay and got lots of work done.
- 5/5
Cleanliness, location, staff, Chan Seattle restaurant, and price were all exceptional.
- 5/5
Love the Paramount! Always curteous helpful staff and spotless comfortable room. Great location too. I live 2 hours north of Seattle and stay here when in town- the best!
- 4/5
Staffs were great.
- 5/5
There was no breakfast included. There was a restaurant downstairs, but it was quite expensive. I was not happy with the fact that I thought I was paying one amount for valet and ended up paying $60 a day. The valet service was the only thing that bothered me and that was the Price bothered me. The actual valets were wonderful.
- 5/5
Yes, friendly, tasty
- 5/5
Clean and beautiful hotel. Comfy beds and fantastic walking distance to everything!
- 5/5
Lovely hotel.
- 5/5
Amazing spot and centrally located
- 5/5
Room was clean and wonderful! Breakfast was delicious and wonderful
- 5/5
The front desk staff are delightful.
- 5/5
Pre check in at home, made our arrival a breeze. Katie was awesome!
- 5/5
The staff was outstandingly kind and helpful! The room was perfect for what we needed, we will definitely be booking again on nights we have theater tickets.
- 5/5
Very pleased with our accommodations. Staff was friendly and professional. Location was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
The room was spotless and beautiful the staff was great.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff, great location. We love this hotel and try to stay there whenever we're in Seattle.
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating for our early arrival and check-in.
- 5/5
Hotel was super clean and had friendly staff, would recommend.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room, lovely and helpful staff. We had a great time staying here and will be back!
- 5/5
Staff acknowledged our Anniversary with in room surprises. Very clean and great service. Older hotel but nicely remodeled.
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful staff. Room was comfortable and convenient location. Easy walk to the market and elsewhere
- 5/5
Great front desk makes you feel like home. Clean and spacious room with very convenient location. Super stay.
- 5/5
Excelente customer service. Room are very clean.
- 5/5
The best customer service and the most beautiful and clean rooms. Will be back again soon!
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Everything was great the staff wad very helpful and the rooms were nice.
- 4/5
This was our first stay here and we had chosen it because of its proximity to the paramount theatre and it fit our price range for the evening. The restaurant is amazing! The food was so good and such a plus that it’s right downstairs. The room was nice and clean. We didn’t use valet as we took transit into the city but that’s a nice option to have for those driving in. Staff was kind and helpful. Great location for show goers.:) Tis the season for hotels to get maintenance done so that was a bit noisy and an elevator was dressed up in protective gear for the construction/maintenance going on which is understandable. I was with my kiddo this round but it would be a wonderful option for a date night!
- 4/5
Restaurant downstairs is fantastic . BEst corned beef hash of my life . Elevator downstairs down for 16 hours and encountered some other problems but helpful courteous staff resolved issues. Would stay there again for sure.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed my stay at this classy hotel
- 5/5
Great area, nicely furnished rooms and the staff is excellent
- 5/5
Clean room and super nice staff. Everyone was super friendly. They are doing construction right now inside the building so it’s loud… but other than that it was a great experience!
- 4/5
Very comfortable hotel with helpful service and a perfect downtown location. Minor noise at night, but would definitely return.
- 4/5
It was nice but not any nicer than a Hyatt or a Marriott. Staff were nice folks.
- 3/5
I did a pre-check in and asked some amenities and they weren’t in the room. It might seem like no big deal but when you check in ahead of time because you have a packed weekend and you don’t have a blanket, extra pillows, tea bags for the morning & the water they said would be there—it’s disappointing. Especially with prices these days. We did get 1 hour complimentary late check out. Our shower wouldn’t fully turn off—the water kept running. Which was annoying & wasteful. I love the convenience of this hotel so I hope next time they can do better.
- 5/5
The room was perfect. Love the corner with street view. All the stall was extra kind.
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating and was able to check me in an hour early.
- 5/5
I really liked this hotel! Great location, clean, modern, comfortable, and super friendly no nonsense staff. Will definitely be staying here again when in Seattle! Thank you!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, perfect location. Super comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Beautifully Hotel and very friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. A free room upgrade and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had
- 5/5
The suite! The staff is always so nice and helpful
- 5/5
No one said the breakfast was free and I paid $13 for a bowl of oatmeal.
- 1/5
There was loud construction under my room then they lied and said it would end the next morning and it didn’t. It was two days of nonsense, great location but the staff lacked honesty!
- 5/5
Staff were helpful, room was clean, and location was perfect for shopping, Nordstrom, Coach, Urban Outfitters, etc. Pikes Place was a straight walk about 19 minutes. Literally across the street from Paramount theater.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice- room did not have great view but was good value for the price and close to lots of things to do downtown.
- 4/5
Room was in good condition and clean. Everything worked fine. The internet was a little slow. Good location in the city and close to rail line and monorail.
- 5/5
Gracious, freindly and efficient staff. Immaculate room, deliciously comfy bed and pillows and unbelivably quiet for downtown Seattle. All that and walking distance to the theater. It doesn't get any better!
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Always a must-stay in Seattle. Clean and convenient to so many things we want to be in Seattle to see/do.
- 3/5
No bells and whistles. No parking garage. No room service. Under a remodel currently. Rooms were simple but fine. Good location. Friendly staff.
- 1/5
Amenities, water temperature, instructions for everything
- 5/5
Excellent Stay from beginning to end AND everything in between. Great front desk, super room and amenities as well as a terrific housekeeping staff/service.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Good amount of space. Valet service is quick and check in was a breeze.
- 5/5
We absolutely lived the size and comfort of the King bed!! It was much larger than a regular King. Very friendly staff. We love staying here. Thanks for a lovely evening.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, staff was friendly and helpful with parking and bringing extra blankets. Provided a crib for our baby.
- 5/5
All in all, 5 stars, with one minor (fridge) glitch. We’ll stay again, for sure!
- 5/5
Bathtub WAY too small
- 5/5
Room comfortable and nice bed
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff. The place is very accessible to food, shopping and tourists spot.
- 5/5
Construction work in the hotel was way too loud and started at 8 am. This should have been on the website.
- 4/5
it was great.
- 5/5
The front staff is always welcoming, the room was amazing looking forward to our next two stays in December!
- 5/5
Room was very clean, hotel staff was very courteous and attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and kind. They gave me a gift bag full of goodies when they heard I was celebrating my birthday while staying there. Valet parking was great also. Restaurant at the hotel was delicious.
- 5/5
Check in staff was great!
- 3/5
The location was great. You could hear the people in the rooms. We were woken up by someone banging (they were doing construction while we were there but it was a Sat so don’t know what it was). The workout room was small with not much in it and no pool so it was just a place to sleep. Definitely not worth it and wouldn’t stay again. The staff wasn’t very helpful upon checkout.
- 5/5
Nice spot for a much better rate than the neighboring hotels.
- 5/5
It was clean, quite and comfortable
- 5/5
Location was perfect for what I needed. Room was clean and spacious. Staff friendly.
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean room; quiet; close to the light rail, the Paramount Theatre, other great food options, and shopping. I've stayed here a few times, and I'll definitely be back! Love it!!!
- 4/5
Clean room and staff was super friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Clean and in good condition. Great location in downtown for access to Paramount Theatre
- 5/5
Great staff, accommodations and location
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff.
- 3/5
Location was great, room was clean, amenities were meh.. staff could definitely be friendlier and more helpful. There was no parking other than valet, which was extremely over priced.
- 5/5
we came from Portland for a concert at the namesake venue, the Paramount. With a view of the theater from our room it was a magical place to be for concert night.
- 4/5
We enjoyed the hotel and it was perfect for walking around Seattle
- 5/5
Lovely, clean room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Chan was great for happy hour. Great location for a show at the Paramount Theater.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel in a great area. Room was spacious and well equipped.
- 4/5
friendly staff, comfortable room and bed. greatest location for the theater
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful with special requests needed during stay. Room was more than we could as for. Perfect stay for our anniversary. Would stay again when in city.
- 5/5
Hotel was great! Clean, quiet, and spacious room.
- 5/5
Really appreciated staff welcoming me and accommodating an early check in. Great location and room.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 4/5
I had a nice stay. Staff was helpful and the room kept clean. Bathrobes are scratchy and the bed should be replaced. Otherwise, good stay.
- 5/5
Everything was great from check in to check out.
- 3/5
Location is conveniently close to the Seattle Convention Center. Wifi is awful. You will want to find somewhere else to go if you need to do any online work or attend virtual calls.
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff, so clean and comfortable
- 5/5
The Paramount is always lovely. The venue is just the right size and access is easy.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff were helpful and polite. Great location, easy to access places we wanted to visit and event we attended
- 5/5
Staff was amazing
- 5/5
Our TV stopped working and the staff was so efficient with getting it to work. They upgraded us when they found out the room next door too, had no TV or lights. Love this hotel!
- 4/5
Construction sounds loud and way too early for those of us trying to sleep
- 5/5
It was lovely
- 5/5
was a good place to stay
- 5/5
My absolute favorite place to stay!
- 5/5
Great stay friendly staff good time overall
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
This was my 3rd time staying at the Paramount, just as lovely as my other stays.
- 5/5
Everything was good, with the exception of only one elevator working.
- 4/5
Did not like not having lounge
- 5/5
Valet parking was easy, check in was a breeze and staff was quite nice. The room was comfy and quiet. The AC in our room wasn't as robust as we like it, but we opened the windows and the room cooled significantly. A solid place to stay in downtown Seattle.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and the room was clean. Noise on the street at night is very loud. There is no in room coffee nor in the lobby. For the price of the rooms there should be complimentary coffee at least in the morning!!
- 4/5
Clean room friendly staff, a $17 valet credit for a $68 valet charge, we don’t know about breakfast
- 4/5
Convenient
- 3/5
Hotel is in a nice central location. Lobby
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff!
- 5/5
The property & room were nicer than what the website showed. If I come back to Seattle I will surely stay here again.
- 5/5
We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment but the room was really nice and clean and the staff are very pleasant and kind
- 5/5
Lovely room! Top floor had great views. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast is in the restaurant and order off menu and pay like regular. No discount for being hotel guest. That could be nice to implement. Directly across the street from Ruth Chris which is one of the reasons why we chose it.
- 5/5
Room was ready early, which was fantastic news! Super comfy beds, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Close to the link station and the market.
- 5/5
Hotel was in the perfect location, very walkable to the Public Market. The immediate area surrounding the hotel is clean and “safe.” If ever in Seattle again, I would definitely stay here.
- 5/5
Cute clean hotel. Mainly chose because it's across the street from The Paramount Theater but would definitely stay again in the future.
- 5/5
Everyone was so friendly and the property was great. Loved the restaurant and convenience to everything
- 5/5
The bed was comfortable, staff was very nice and the place over all was clean.
- 5/5
Great location. Rooms were comfy
- 2/5
The walls are very thin and the shower is a hassle as its designed very oddly. Service was great though. Especially the doorman.
- 5/5
Great location at a great price. I liked the fact that Pike Place was not too far and it was closed to the train station. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and attentive. Will stay here again next time I’m in Seattle.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
How nice that the hotel sold the room we booked 6 months in advance, to another customer for a higher price. A visit to our room with a box of nuts and water by 2 staff members didn't help. Comping the parking was... eh. Don't book in advance here.
- 5/5
Close to everything!
- 5/5
Very nice room!! Thank you!!
- 4/5
It is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms. It is next door to the convention center and within walking distance to several nearby areas of interest. Although it's not walkable to the Pike Shops or the waterfront, the tram to the Space Needle is conveniently located just down the street, a few blocks away. The staff was invaluable and super friendly.
- 5/5
Every thing was awesome thank you
- 4/5
Reasonable Rates, friendly staff and quick Check in.. We'll take into consideration, this Hotel in the Future...
- 5/5
I like the location to walk where we wanted to go . The hotel was very nice and staff accommodated us well.
- 3/5
Seemed like they were short staffed.

Not really something that can be changed, but rooms overlooking a back alley are pretty depressing. Did not think that would occur by looking at the photos, otherwise would not have booked

It was a good clean hotel. The staff was excellent

I really appreciated the cleanliness and the staff. 10/10 would visit again.

Great greeting at reception that was very warm and helpful

A fav spot in downtown with that is functional, clean, safe, modern but not fancy. Perfect hotel on a business trip.
- 4/5
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. However, I dislike it not having a guest laundromat.
- 4/5
Great location, you can easily walk everywhere. Staff is very nice and friendly. Housekeeping is very fast.

Great hotel! Very clean & it’s near stores, restaurants and other activities.

I do want to note the staff was remarkable. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to get an over the counter medicine. The verbal directions given to me were very clear and detailed and much appreciated.
- 2/5
I should not have to pay $66 a night to park at the hotel. I will not be staying there again.
- 5/5
Lovely property & staff.
- 5/5
Staff was really welcoming and kind ! Clean room loved staying here
- 5/5
Clean room. Location is great. Stayed on the second floor right across from the elevator. Intermittent noise. I would recommend staying on higher floor away from elevator. Street noise was easily heard. I've stayed at this hotel in the past and the 9th floor was quiet!
- 5/5
Everything went well. Staff was excellent. I would recommend and also stay again.

Great location and wonderful staff! Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

The paramount hotel was really beautiful and it was right in the heart of downtown Seattle. There are lots of shopping options around within walkable distance. The hotel was very clean. I love their security for example you have to use your key card to go to your floor in the elevator. I thought that was a great idea. The staff was so helpful. I felt like they went above and beyond when we had any questions they were really terrific.

Great hotel, staff, and area.

Friendly welcoming staff from the moment we pulled in to the drive. Tyler at the front desk was super helpful with quickly checking us in and giving us directions around the area for the light rail and best way to get to the stadium.
- 5/5
From the moment we pulled up to the valet to check out time the staff were super friendly, addressed us personally upon arrival and even upgraded our room. We felt like celebrities staying here!

I really liked staying here. I love Seattle and this area is quite safe and very close to everything you need. Seattle overall has a big homelessness problem but I felt safe at this hotel (I stayed with 2 underage kids). We also left my husbands work phone in the room and they were so kind to ship it back to NYC immediately. Overall very positive experience with this hotel and the staff!
- 5/5
Room was clean and quiet. Cafe and restaurant downstairs were convenient food options.
- 5/5
Great location is close to city sites, monorail, tram, Pike Place, and lots of resturants and shopping.
- 5/5
This is a wonderful deal for downtown Seattle and only three short blocks from the Westlake Station on the light rail ($3/head) from the SeaTac airport. The Paramount Hotel is a real value and the staff is wonderful!
- 5/5
This three-star hotel consistently reads like a four-star hotel. I love the Paramount here and in Portland
- 5/5
Ideal location for exploring Seattle
- 5/5
We had a great time in Seattle and this hotel is the perfect place to stay in downtown. Very walkable to all the places you need to be and we felt safe. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice and both times the service and food were good.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, housekeepers on top of things and strong attention to details
- 5/5
We flew in to see a baseball game. The property was centrally located. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with kind and welcoming staff. Will stay again when we come back

- 5/5
Our check in and out was seamless, staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.

Wonderful hotel!! We did the valet parking, wonderful staff to help with this. Check in and out very smooth and quick. Overall very clean and smelled nice. Our room was clean and fully stocked, loved the spacious bathroom with a full wall mirror as well as a full body mirror in the entryway of the room. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Downtown Seattle can walk to anywhere you need/want to go :) would definitely stay again!!
- 5/5
We had a great experience. Tyler T was awesome, he gave us a place for dinner and a coffee shop that were great.
- 5/5
Conveniently located to the places we were going in Seattle. The staff was so friendly. Even if I didn’t talk to a staff member they were still smiling. We will definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Staff were helpful especially when we needed a cab to the airport pre-dawn for our flight home. Convenient to lots of restaurants and a good walk down to the Pike Place Market and the waterfront. There are steep inclines to return to the hotel from the waterfront, so stick to Pine Street or walk over one block to Pike Street with the Target and Ross as the incline is much reduced.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel convenient to everything. Clean and comfy.
- 5/5
Lily was absolutely great.
- 3/5
The check-in and checkout went smoothly both times, the staff was very friendly. The hotel is older so we had a serious disturbance our first night but we called the front desk and they addressed it. When we returned we were put on a higher floor to assist with buffering of the city noises we weren’t used to and it helped. Everything was clean and nice. Just as pictured.
- 5/5
The facility and hotel staff were amazing. Always polite, courteous and present when needed. Sage Cafe brunch absolutely delicious! We will definitely book this venue when in Seattle again!!
- 5/5
Easy check in, nice room, front staff was friendly and checked us in several hours early too (our flight came early)!
- 5/5
I stayed at The Paramount Hotel in Seattle and had such a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t be better — everything is within walking distance, from great restaurants to shops and main attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient. Overall, it felt like a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and great service. I’d definitely stay at The Paramount Hotel again on my next trip to Seattle
- 5/5
The staff were all amazing! Such friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is fabulous! In great shape and such a luxurious feel! Loved the 24 hr gym! We did not use the bar but it was such a great looking place with shelves fool of lots of choices! We walked to and from Pikes Market with ease! The iconic Paramount Theater is just a block away! We felt very safe in and around the hotel. Taxi drivers were all great! We will definitely stay again on any future visits!
