Clean and tidy, close to downtown. Room was great. Breakfast could have been better. And there was not very much tourist information.

I thought it was strange that there was no room cleaning upon request. I asked front desk for some light clean up as garbages were full and needed some dry towels. They just left some towels on the table without taking the ones on the shower floor. and they left some garbabe bags without actually changing the garbage.

They canceled my room when I arrived. Even though I messaged and told them im would be arriving after midnight. I showed up at 3am from idaho to a canceled room, and was treated as if I was a person on drugs just trying to hang around in the lobby. I told the front desk multiple times that I had a reservation that i already paid for. My room was canceled but card was already charged for the 2 nights, I would have went somewhere else but it was already going on 4am and I was tired so I paid for another night. So I ended up paying for 3 nights and not getting a single reimbursement. I will not stay here ever again.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. The cost of parking was atrocious. Our waitress in the restaurant was wonderful, however, the shrimp was barely edible and it is unethical to add hidden costs to your dining bill, ie increased minimum wage adjustment.

This is a new hotel in South Lake Union. Huge rooms with fridge and sink and small stove. I especially loved the gym which is large and available 24/7.

Overall, the hotel is in a fantastic location. We were happy with the room for the most part minus an oder. The room was larger than expected, set up nice, was cleam, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. However, we were not aware that the entire hotel was pet friendly. That caused issues with asthma and allergies for a couple of guests. We attempted to switch rooms to something with less of an odor. However, they wanted to put us in a room that was not similar to what we had paid for. We ended up having to settle with the first room we got, which did have a bit of an order and made two of the guests in the sick. :( The breackfast buffet was overall pretty nice. However, the turkey sausage was over cooked and dry. Also, it would have been nice to see some ham or bacon. We would reccomend the location to people looking for an ideal location center town and walking distance to the Science center. But we would make sure to advise that the entire hotel is pet friendly so be cautious.

We love the room with the kichenette. Breakfast was great. Parking was limited and kind of weird. Property was clean, just somewhat confusing with 2 hotels in the same building.

The Hispanic woman that works in the front during checkout time is extremely rude. I take that back she is beyond rude. Make sure you don't pay for your room and then ten mins later find out your not allowed to check in and lose all of your money. She is disrespectful, rude, and I will never recommend this hotel and will go out of my way to make sure people know.

The room was ok, the staff even though I prepaid for the room over charged me and double charged me again for the room stay for visit so the money I saved up and had ready for trip got diminished due to the over charge and they stated they couldn’t do anything about after they over charged me sooooo upsetting

I love Staybridge's in general, but I will not be returning here again. Parking was atrocious and we have a challenging time getting comfortable. The hotel room was very nice however and the gym was wonderful.

Room was comfortable and breakfast had many options. Staff were very accommodating. Do NOT pay for parking either through 3rd party app or hotel !!! You are not guaranteed spot !! First come, first serve. Staff went out of their way to help but it was stressful with no nearby parking options. They were able to get us into a space used for deliveries and other hotel purposes.

Nice location and staff. Room was very nice and clean. The only issue was how hot the room was .No AC! Very uncomfortable. Let them know. The thermostat said 68° it felt like 80°.

It’s just a very STRANGE having to hotels in one. No, room service, no vending machines It was VERY quiet and peaceful.

We'd come back here. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and responsive. The location was perfect and easy to get to. Really, aside from breakfast being so carb-forward (powdered eggs? Really?), it was exactly what we needed.

We had a great stay at staybridge suites. Would recommend staying there again.

Room was perfect for two adults and a teen, but definitely much smaller than expected. However, it was nice having a kitchen with a full fridge/freezer as we stayed 3 nights and it helped us save a little money. The front desk wasnt very friendly with checking us in. Literally zero customer service, but the person who greeted us as we came and left the days following was very kind. The shower had horrible water pressure, even the teen mentioned it and its not something he'd usually comment on. The hide-a-bed was also really uncomfortable, so he opted to sleep on it as a couch instead. The main room's bed was really cozy though! The free breakfast was nice, but not very many options. Basically oatmeal with limited toppings, potatoes, a meat option (pork sausage), eggs in either scrambled or "cheese omelet" form that wasn't the best and some waffle makers. Only had bananas and apples as fruit, a little yogurt and then your basic bread options for toast and bagels. Based on pics I saw, I expected more variety but it was free and nice to be included with our room. The location was great too! A 20 min walk to the Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle area. I'd stay again despite the areas that could use a little improvement.

The rooms were nice - it was slightly confusing checking in late as they share lobbies with the Even hotel next door. Didn’t know for sure where to go for the parking garage and parking prices weren’t listed clearly on the website. In fact I was under the impression (not sure why) that there was free parking. There is not. Unless you find overnight free street parking that may or may not be the best idea. Breakfast was good -crowded and felt a bit disjointed as the different food sections were in different areas so if you wanted bagels they were in a different room from where you get the cream cheese. And with so many people it felt a bit overwhelming.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious. We had two rooms and in one of the rooms the air conditioning wasn’t working. Thankfully, the front desk moved us into a new room so there was no issue. The hotel had many cruise guests and they were not exactly courteous to others. They were blocking the breakfast area with their luggage as they waited for transportation. I believe this is where the hotel staff told them to wait but there were way too many people and luggage for the space provided. This was annoying as we tried to navigate through the luggage and people chatting to get to the breakfast line. The breakfast was very unimpressive, I would just skip it if I were you! The elevators were a long wait in the morning, it took almost 15 minutes to get back upstairs from breakfast area. The parking garage is extremely tight. Upon exiting we were forced to wait as the cruise patrons were loading their transfer vehicles at the exit to the parking garage. The hotel needs to work on managing a space for the cruise patrons and regular hotel guests. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again due to this inconvenience.

FOR THE PRICE, YOU GET COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS. RESTAURANT AND BAR. GREAT MAINTENANCE AND CLEAN SERVICE. FRONT DESK, NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. IGNORE THAT, YOU CAN GET A GREAT GUEST EXPERIENCE. REMEMBER, IGNORE FRONT DESK INCOMP...., YOU SHOULD BE FINE.... P.S. TWO HOTELS IN ONE AND THE HOTEL FRONT DESK THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE OTHER, THEN YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. i.e. feel like a step child, you'll be treated like a step child even if you don't feel like one before.... Otherwise, great bang for your hard earned dollars and indifference, however, the Latino Staff DID SAVE THE DAY! WOW, OUTSTANDING STAFF (MINUS FRONT DESK EVEN GROUP.) WILLING TO AMEND THIS OPINION.... HOWEVER, IF YOU WERE MY FRIEND AND FAMILY, I WOULD ADVISE THE FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE ISSUES.

The property was clean and there were a few parking ramp/garage options. The location is close to the freeway and convenient for visiting the Space Needle and Pike Place Market!

We were able to walk from the hotel to the Space Needle and Lake Union, which was convenient. On our last day there, a metal ceiling tile (in our room—1401) fell open and nearly missed hitting me in the head. We reported it and I don’t feel like anyone really cared. Also, one evening we wanted to sit outside on the patio, but it was closed due to a private party. That was frustrating as well.

Pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. Google sent us to the wrong hotel at first since there are two Staybridges within a couple miles of each other but we found the one our reservation was at. The room was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room had a full kitchen which we didn’t need but it was nice. Bathroom was clean and had all the necessities there. The only confusing thing was that Staybridge and the EVEN Hotel are together and use the same reservation desk. We would definitely stay here again.

I was slightly disappointed in our stay. The website I booked through said daily housekeeping. We booked a one bedroom suite with the intentions of being slightly pampered. We never saw housekeeping during the 3+ days that we were there. The staff was mediocre at best. For the price, I would definitely not stay here again.

My family and I were in town for a festival. The property is conveniently located near the highway. Thankfully there was no outside noise. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean, and the kitchenette was a bonus perk. Jeremy at the front desk was super polite and accommodating. We would stay here again.

It felt like staying in a studio apartment! Staff was friendly, accommodating and informative of places nearby for tourists.

The room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the food and beer from the bar. I was disappointed that the bar was not open Sunday evening. It was a long walk to Pike Place. A decent walk to the space needle. Lots of Uber’s available.

Great place to stay. The room was clean had e full size fridge, disk washer, microwave oven and toaster. The market was about a 20 minute walk next to the space needle. About 20 minutes walk to space needle. There a bus stop in front of hotel that take you to Pike Market. About $3 a trip. The morning Buffet was great drom 6:30am to 9:30am. We only had one issue and that was when the rain storm came in it took out the power for the fridge. But it was fixed by the next day. Staff was very friendly. The Security was great at this hotel you had to have a keypass to get in the elevator or to get into the building. Very saft. LLP

Signage to enter hotel minimal - took 10 mins to go around block for entry. Lobby to Staybridge not staffed and no signage referring to Even Hotel lobby upstairs for check-in. Large hotel for having no restaurant.

Room was great, service was excellent, really appreciated access to laundry. Restaurant food was okay, staff was great!

We had such a good time at this hotel, the place was very clean, quiet, staff friendly, good amenities. Free breakfast and free laundry machines. The only downside was that you had to pay extra for parking which was an extra cost we didn’t know about but the staff worked something out for us when we explained about not being aware of the cost.

Beds were not super clean and they did not clean our room during our 2 days stay

It was nice but when i book the hotel it said free parking. I was informed that it was mot free unless i booked directly through the hotel. I wss kinda mad it cost $112.00 with tax to psrk.

My wife and I are fans of Staybridge and this location didn’t disappoint. We’re from NC so we had a different expectation for the breakfast, however we were prepared for a different experience coming to the West Coast

Front office staff was rude. Hotel parking sold out and had to park in the street several blocks where my window got smashed in. Items were stolen of litle significance. Breakfast was pretty weak compared to other Staybridge locations. Bed was great though.

no housekeeping in our 3 days stay. did not clean the room on 2nd day

Its like being in Fort Knox, with having to use your key card, i was happy with the security. I wasn't happy with the price of parking my rental at 42.00 a day and i stayed 5 days. The morning breakfast was lukewarm and everyday it was set up different with something missing.

Didnt like the fact they do not accept cash, definitely do not like all the additional fees that had been added on in price.

Clean hotel, good location, front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Things that have declined since our last stay: no coffee, tea, or water available in lobby outside of breakfast hours (boo!) And the shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion were so watered down they were worthless. They were a very cheap brand to begin with so watering them down is beyond tacky. I know these are little things, but little things matter. Not sure if we’ll stay here again

It was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. The front office staff on the evening of our arrival gave excellent customer service.

Friendly staff at check-in, helpful folks all around. Room was super clean as well as all bedding, and had different types of comfy pillows to choose from. Compact, easy to use space, had anything needed available. Close to various restaurants, all walkable.

Every staff member we interacted with was awesome! They answered lots of questions we had about the hotel and city since it was our first time visiting the area. The room was super clean and was easily one of the most secure hotels I've ever stayed in. Public transportation (bus pickup) was literally steps from the entrance which made days we didn't want to take Uber or Lyft super convenient. We would definitely suggest this hotel to friends and family and would absolutely stay again if we ever travel back to Seattle in the future.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is extraordinarily helpful, the room was great and they greeted us with a bottle of wine. Whistler is also a great place to visit.

Hotel overall was great! The only struggle we had at the hotel was that the parking was tight for our larger car and the breakfast was so busy and hard to navigate.

Room was clean but for some reason there was tape over the microwave timer which became quickly annoying. Bed was comfy and kitchen was functional. The infant crib was actually a pack n play but a big one at least. If bars are your scene there is definitely multiple within walking distance (5 - 10 minutes). Finally, the staff was incredibly nice and accomidating and when we asked for extra towels or anything it would be at our room within minutes! Would recommend
