The hotel received generally positive reviews, with guests praising the cleanliness, spaciousness of the rooms, and the quality of the breakfast. The staff were frequently commended for being friendly and welcoming. However, some guests had issues with the deposit amount and how it was communicated, and a few found the lighting and kitchenette facilities in their rooms to be inadequate. There were also some complaints about the laundry, bar service, and noise levels.

Property was great. Room was good size. Breakfast options could be more, no basic bread.
- 4/5
Clean room & location.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay, friendly staff, good breakfast and excellent location.
- 5/5
This was a nice hotel close within easy walking distance to the Convention Center. Breakfast was good and had a decent variety of options to choose from. The only inconvenience with it was serving didn't start until 7am on the weekend and since I had to get to the Convention Center by 7:30am, there wasn't time to get much to eat with a bit of a line of other hotel guests. Since it starts at 6:30am on weekdays, it wasn't a rush then.
- 5/5
We stayed a few days before cruise out of Seattle to Alaska. Great hotel, walking distance from all attractions and a paid shuttle to pier. It was a great stay!!
- 5/5
Although the check in was a slow process the room was perfect and start was wonderful.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Outside just smells like urine. I looked out my window and saw a homeless person taking a poop. I had to pay $45 for parking in their garage. Waited for the elevators with two other people and the house keeping (2) cut in front of me and my friends the proceeds to make us all (5) fit in the tiny elevator. But the room was clean and staff was okay. Paid $400ish for a smelly hotel out side and a view I’ll never forget.

Exceptional
- 3.5/5
Convenient location and the breakfast is decent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They removed the lounge and bar! This makes the lobby very hum-drum.
- 1/5
Over a half hour in line to check in, terrible. Only one person working the front desk (Sarah, who was terrific though) is pretty unacceptable at check in time.
- 3.5/5
Comfortable in the room & nice area to sit downstairs for a drink . Breakfast was very ordinary.
- 2.5/5
Good location for exploring Seattle. Pleasant staff. Room comfortable spacious and quiet. Breakfast poor. Very limited choice of food. Wasteful disposable plates and cutlery. At times long waits for food to be replenished. Lighting in room not very good for reading.
- 3.5/5
The room was great. Nice size and comfy bed. I really struggled with the breakfast. I'm English, so possibly have different expectations, but the food on offer was a really strange selection. I also really don't enjoy eating from a paper plate. It feels really cheap and low quality.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. No restaurant or small cafe to purchase a meal or drink.
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds and good shower. Standard continental breakfast met our needs. Nice to have coffee available 24 hrs.
- 5/5
The hotel is great with great breakfast and right next to I-5 as well as close to main Seattle area. Great amenities and spacious rooms!
- 5/5
Location is excellent, breakfast is top notch!
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. The hot breakfast was good and there were many options. Nothing
- 5/5
Spacious, good breakfast
- 3/5
Check-in and Out was good. Bathroom needs updating. Mold/brown spots all over shower/tub. Continental breakfast (no hot food available) even though pans induction warmers were all available.
- 5/5
Nice location, between public market and space needle. We were able to store our luggage until check in time. N/A
- 5/5
Nice property close to airport free shuttle and the people working at the desk were amazing and so helpful. Close to city tram No pool
- 4/5
Good location for us and complementary breakfast was nice start to the day. Room service times not consistent.... early 8:30 one day then 16:00 next day.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
It was very clean, workers were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was walking distance to the Summit Convention Center. Wish there was restaurant in the hotel.
- 3/5
Housekeeping: Housekeeping staff attempted to open the door and enter while my family member was still inside the room. They also knocked and tried to enter at 8:00 AM. I do not understand why they attempted to enter at such an early hour.
- 3/5
We had a broken toilet in our room and had to go downstairs to use the restroom. The front desk was notified two days in a row. Finally on the 3rd day of complaining we were moved to a different room. No efforts made to comp us for anything. A couple of the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was crowded and they ran out of items so I’d go early. It’s a 25 minute walk downtown so if you don’t want to pay for parking everywhere you go keep that in mind. I’d pay a little extra and stay closer to the waterfront next time. REI was very close so that was a bonus.
- 5/5
Very accommodating staff. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Property is in very good condition. My only complaint, which would not prevent me from future stays is parking which is 45.00 per night self service. Btw breakfast was excellent.
- 5/5
This hotel offers large suites fully equipped and well cleaned. There is a nice breakfast served downstairs for you to enjoy in your suite. Great coffee shops nearby and you can walk to the shopping area.
- 5/5
We had a very comfortable stay.
- 4/5
Lejos de downtown. Buen desayuno y amable el personal.
- 3/5
Cons: The couch in the room was filthy. The roll in shower didn’t have the correct drainage system and water goes all over the entire floor, which creates a safety hazard for those with accessibility issues.
- 5/5
They were having trouble with their breakfast two days in a row, but it was a pretty good breakfast
- 3/5
While the room and hotel was nice the location was terrible. We had cars racing and revving their engines up and down the street all night long well into the early morning hours, we got zero sleep. Not the hotels fault, apparently there is quite the racing scene on the downtown streets of Seattle. If you want a good nights sleep I would suggest elsewhere.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 3.5/5
Location to where we needed to go durning our stay. Elevator issues and the cost to park at the property and around the property. Not many places to eat within walking distance.

The room is very spacious and the view is fantastic from the 10th floor Nothing
- 4.5/5
Decent area in between downtown and capitol hill. Staff were very friendly. Very muggy in elevator and the rooms. Also, the elevators were often down. The stairs were outside of the main building which is not very convenient, especially with a toddler.

- 5/5
The only concern was $45 a night for parking. That was more than the rental cost per day for the vehicle. The upside is there was plenty of open parking spaces.
- 4/5
Good, modern, clean rooms; friendly staff, buffet breakfast; accessible covered parking
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
It was ok
- 4/5
Did not use many of the facilities. Great breakfast and clean room. Very nice staff.
- 4/5
They serve breakfast daily and the propriety is well maintained.
- 5/5
Overall it was a good experience staying here Seattle. You have walking distance access to some of the bus routes that lead to Downtown and the Seattle Center. If you are arriving downtown via light rail, it’ll take about a 15 minute walk to get to the hotel from Westlake Station. The time when I went (May 2026), there was ongoing construction so be mindful when walking around the vicinity.
- 4/5
Great facility paying $45. Extra for parking was a little crazy though.
- 3.5/5
Room size Breakfast They were not willing to put a package in their freezer
- 5/5
Room is clean and bright. We love it especially my two children
- 1/5
having severe foot ache but were denied. The rooms had dirty smell probably coming from the carpet. The bath tub was very dirty with yellow stains all over and the shower curtain was old and dirty. The drinking water was only available on main floor with just a pitcher and loaded with ice, tea coffee was not available 24/7. The staff specifically the women associate was rude and when asked about tea she just replied rudely that ask Marriott it’s not us. They have mentioned on their website that free breakfast time is 6:30 am to 9:30 so we booked this hotel as we had to check out by 6:45, however, we were told that it will start only at 7 am so we had to leave without breakfast. They want people to not have breakfast so they can save on food. Extremely cheaply maintained and dated hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone. After paying so much we got this kind of room and service was very disappointing experience. Will never book this hotel againNo proper maintenance no basic facilities then what are we paying for. Never expected a Marriott hotel to be in such bad condition. Absolutely disgusting service.
- 4/5
This was my third Marriott stay this month, including one in Vietnam, and I am sticking with Mariott! The location is excellent, with great coffee shops nearby, just around the corner. Check in/out was fast and smooth and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was excellent. The king bed had a perfect mattress and crisp white duvet. The suite layout worked very well, with a spacious desk, good lighting, and a small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. The room was impressively quiet with blackout blinds and fast hot water. Nice toiletries in the shower and a step for I guess shaving legs? A few negatives, none would stop me from staying again! 1. No safe in room 2. Housekeeping missed residue on the toilet seat (yuck). 3. Coffee maker and supplies felt surprisingly cheap, and our machine tipped easily because it was missing a foot. I expect a pod style coffee maker with ceramic cups from hotels now. 4. Shower design leaks water onto the bathroom floor behind the toilet unless the glass panels are positioned carefully (both panels slide, one should be fixed to the wall). 5. Breakfast was not replenished as people ate so arriving an hour before close and we had no eggs or oatmeal left. We'd return!
- 3/5
Expensive considering you have to pay for parking additional 45 to park at the hotel
- 4/5
A Bit noisy being right beside the highway but overall a nice place to stay decent location to access amenities downtown
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
Register my car since they charge $45 per day as a guest of the hotel. When I arrived at the front desk , I asked about early check in and the person waiting on me was a young lady who seemed more concerned about her makeup than helping a customer out. I was informed by the employee that they were completely sold out and couldn’t get me an early check in . I was made to wait in the lobby for 2 hrs when I noticed other guests being checked in to hotel about 2:30pm and later I found out they check in a couple at 9am no Problem. This couple was with our traveling party and later they informed me they checked in at 9am . I will be calling the general manager on Monday to complain. Racism is alive and well in Seattle. Word of advice don’t judge me for what I look like but judge me for who I am . Needless to say o will never stay at Springhill suites again . Thank you for ruining my time in Seattle
- 4/5
convenient. easy access to the freeway. parking was fine. we felt safe. bed was comfortable. breakfast was good.
- 3/5
Breakfast was Ok. First room I was in had no hot running water. Barely warm after a long wait. Had room changed ok, but put into an handicap assessable room, with small old TV and noise from the freeway. Hotel was shabby in places in the room corridor and elevators were worn out and did not seem in good state.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was more than we expected.
- 2/5
- 1st room was musty / moldy smelling. - 2nd room had broken HVAC with an occupancy sensor that turned the air off when it didn't sense movement every few minutes. - 3rd room had dirty greasy hand prints on the ceiling in the bathroom which is pretty perplexing. Just a property that really needs a full end to end scrub down and review of all guest rooms. The water machine in the breakfast area was super funky tasting so presuming they need to change the filters. Alerted staff and he kind of blew off the feedback saying it tasted that way because it was filtered. #Eeek. Gave me concern for maybe other problems brewing in the breakfast. Wish I had stayed at a newer property in the city a few blocks over. They had a lot of tours coming through so guessing that keeps the capital coming in for this property. I do give the main desk staff credit for helpful throughout the negative experiences but this would not be a recommended place to stay.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Clean room but night front manager is not friendly
- 5/5
It was a great location for downtown seattle
- 5/5
We liked that it was in walking distance for things we wanted to see and do.
- 5/5
All good.
- 4/5
Noisy but good. It's a city so noise to be expected. Room was clean and comfortable. Fit our needs.
- 5/5
Parked off-site near the hotel. Nice, clean room. Close to a concert venue.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The hotel was great, however the location is horrible. The traffic to and from this hotel is extremely chaotic. The entire surrounding area traffic is a complete nightmare.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly welcoming and helpful. The morning breakfast was good.
- 4/5
The staff and location are great. They offer breakfast in the morning which is nice. The rooms have a bit of a smell to them, but perhaps that is because the building is old.
- 5/5
Great stay. Recommend 100%
- 4/5
Parking is first come first serve-which you don’t find out till you get there. We parked in public parking.
- 5/5
The work space works very well. We really enjoyed it. Thanks.
- 4/5
The room was a bit to loud
- 5/5
Great breakfast and room was clean
- 5/5
the breakfast variety was poor in comparison to our recent stay at residence inn northgate
- 5/5
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was nice. The room was clean and we didn’t have any issues with noise. The hotel was a good location to events we were attending at the Paramount and the T-MOBILE Park along with downtown sight seeing. Parking in the parking garage is VERY limited for trucks.
- 3/5
Yes
- 5/5
The people working here, from the front desk to the kitchen, are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The room was really neat and clean and right next to our venue for the concert we came to see. We didn't eat breakfast there because we're vegan and gluten free. Anyone that doesn't have dietary restrictions will surely enjoy it though. It looked and smelled delicious, just not vegan friendly nor GF. We'll definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great stay!
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent
- 5/5
Wished that breakfast had better options to offer, parking is small it would be hard if you rent a big vehicle
- 4/5
Comfortable beds. Roomy rooms for a downtown hotel. Convenient location for walking and transit. The "sofa" in the sitting area of the room is a convertible sofa, quite uncomfortable to sit on unless you're really tall with really long legs. The breakfast is mediocre - it has fresh yogurt and the requisite waffle machines, but the rest of the food is sub-par. And the worst part is the hotel's proximity to I-5 - there is traffic noise from the highway 24 hours a day, and many of the rooms face an alley where trash trucks come at 4:30 AM and bang their dumpsters to make sure you're awake.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. The room was nice except for the layout of the TV.
- 5/5
Room was exceptionally clean and I got a terrific night sleep every single night. Breakfast was very good and staff were always helpful, particularly in getting me directions.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good.
- 1/5
After arriving 12 hours late due to a cancelled flight I was informed my reservation was cancelled due to “no show”. I showed up. I was in the lobby, I had paid for 3 days already. I was told to contact Expedia. Reception was rude, showed zero empathy and did not provide a clear answer as to my options or if my second room (there were two on the reservation) would be available and/ or direct action. I could then HEAR the conversation with Expedia and then talking about my situation while I stood on hold with Expedia. Terrible. Will never use Expedia or this chain again.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and pretty. The lobby was also very welcoming as it has a fireplace to keep cozy and warm when coming in from the cold weather outside. We had a great time at the hotel.
- 4/5
Mixed review on front deskstaff. Housekeeing was great. Breakfast was decent.
- 2/5
The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was in very poor condition. The bathtub did not drain properly, so I had to stop showering several times and wait for the water to go down. In addition, there were red mold spots in several places in the bathroom, which made the experience very unpleasant every time I used it. This was one of the dirtiest and most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and spacious room
- 5/5
Absolutely lovely staff, room and breakfast was varied! the staff had a lot of customers to deal with due to it being a convention weekend and lots of folks needed coffee but they were super speedy and always kind!
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Pretty good hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location. We were happy staying in one of the suites with a kitchenette. Our only feedback would be to include more items for a kitchenette such as napkins, plates, and or silverware.
- 3/5
The rooms offer a nice couch desk and kitchenette which is very nice for a family of 4.
- 4/5
Clean room great staff
- 5/5
Clean, good morning coffee and solid amount of street parking.
- 4/5
Bathroom shower needs repaired. It worked, but lacked water pressure and paint was peeling on the top corner (looked like water damage).
- 5/5
Front staff are friendly and check in/out was smooth. Room is spacious and I like the bedroom and living area are separated. 10 mins walk to Seattle Convention Center where we needed to be. If you are driving there on the weekday night, traffic around hotel is very busy as it is beside I-5 entrance.
- 4/5
Great customer service, very clean and accommodating.
- 4/5
Everything was good, parking was expensive but it’s downtown Seattle so I was just paying to be closer, but I regret it because we paid for basically another night’s stay to park. But we go every year and last year the hotel we stayed in gave us free parking for our second vehicle, so we’ll probably go back there next year instead.
- 5/5
Friendly
- 3/5
Bed was very uncomfortable
- 5/5
Clean rooms and great service
- 3/5
Rooms were good quality and large in size for a city hotel. Amount of interior construction was frustrating including work on in the ceilings and hallways for 2 of our 3 night stay past 9pm with a baby trying to sleep.
- 4/5
Room was large and clean
- 5/5
Was in a good part of town. Clean
- 5/5
Very great experience!!!!!
- 4/5
Only thing is one of the night lights on the head board didn’t really work but other then that it was great
- 4/5
Very nice hotel
- 3/5
Friendly staff breakfast could use some improvement
- 5/5
Staff was awesome, Nathaniel checked us in and was very friendly and answered all of our questions
- 3/5
Poor breakfast
- 1/5
Didnot even stay a full 2 hours. Staff cant decide who is and isnt a supervisor or management. Took 3 weeks fir a refund that was supposed to be a full not partial
- 4/5
Comfortable beds but tv didn’t work.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. Location great for walking.
- 4/5
The room was fine. However I was disappointed that there is no longer a lounge located in the hotel.
- 5/5
Clean room, very friendly staff, decent breakfast
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Easy to check in
- 2/5
We had to move rooms once because the room was at 77 degrees and the heat would not turn off. Second room is not much better. It will not go below 75! It would be ok if the window opened!
- 5/5
Excellent accommodations and staff service!
- 5/5
Staff was great and room was clean
- 4/5
And there are not very many food destinations that are walkable. There are a few on the other side of the highway which an overhead bridge, but I wasn’t comfortable walking there in the dark.
- 4/5
Room is good. Breakfast is so so.
- 4/5
It was vetmy busy New Year's Day. The food was good but not enough for the amount of guests.
- 3/5
Staff could improve.
- 2/5
Live tv channels did not work, called desk, a maintenance guy made it work better for about an hour then live tv went out again. Shower had some mold. Employees didn't seem welcoming or eager to help with anything. Probably would not stay here again. Hallways smelt like paint. Breakfast was decent, but we went really early to avoid the rush.
- 4/5
Very comfortable and clean rooms.
- 5/5
The room is small for 3 people. Haven’t received my extra pillow request.
- 4/5
Everything is great except the parking fee was too expensive.
- 5/5
Perfect size room. Enjoyed the breakfast.
- 5/5
our room is clean comfortable, staff are nice
- 5/5
Rêve
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, well appointed, and well kept, very convenient, right around the corner from El Corazon and had an amazing gluten friendly restaurant next door called Rizzi’s, highly recommend and will be back!!
- 5/5
Amazing
- 3/5
This hotel is well worn and poorly maintained. Staff was friendly enough and room was clean, but the entire place needs to be refreshed and fixed (elevators, window shades, paint, HVAC, etc).
- 5/5
Really convenient location and a really friendly staff.
- 3/5
We had a decent stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Seattle Downtown/South Lake Union. The location was very convenient for exploring the city, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though a waffle or pancake maker would have been a nice addition. One or two elevators were out of service during our visit, which led to longer waits, and complimentary parking would have been appreciated to help offset this inconvenience.
- 2/5
Not worth the prices at all, sink wasn’t draining properly in bathroom, elevators were all not working for my entire stay besides one. It would at time take 5-8 minutes for the elevator to come. Once it simply never came, not a very clean feeling hotel in general. Not great natural lighting, room felt like a cave or motel vibe.
- 5/5
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very cleanly. The complementary breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to so many cool spots in the city. Truly the perfect place to stay for our first visit to Seattle- will be back again!
- 4/5
The hotel is in a great location for the football game, marathon and shopping.
- 5/5
Room was clean, quiet and the shower was really good. Location was really good for walking to downtown Seattle. Breakfast and service was excellent as well. Only bad thing was onsite parking fee of 42 dollars per night.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, cleanliness, very walkable
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff and parking onsite!
- 4/5
Good stay
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Great rate! Location was close to sights, shopping, and dinning. Loved the free breakfast. Will definitely return.
- 3/5
Breakfast food was never warm , room temprature at best and what was served was bland or bad tasting.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing except the elevators are very very slow
- 5/5
Nice modern rooms and great location
- 5/5
Great views, friendly staff
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed!!!
- 5/5
Tai who checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. He gave us a map of seattle with attractions and gave us tips on how to get around. Very helpful for me as this is my first time to visit the area.
- 5/5
It was a nice room. Very clean with great views. We slept well. The staff was awesome and the location is very convenient for what we needed. Getting Uber was super simple. Would highly recommend
- 5/5
Liked the location of the hotel, central to all the tourist areas and only 15 min walk to link. Walkable to other areas. Car traffic is terrible, dont drive to this area. Pizza/pasta place literally next door.
- 5/5
Room was awesome. Buffet was really good. Easy walking distance to all attractions
- 5/5
Excelent
- 5/5
Nice stay close to a lot of places that are walkable

Very clean. Employees were friendly I would stay again.

Beware of what rooms you book and what you end up receiving. What you see on their website may not be what you're given if you're given a handicap accessible room. I purposefully book the executive suite two queen room based off their website description and pictures. When checking in at 9 pm, I wasn't told I was being given a handicap accessible room which completely changes the layout. Rather than a separate living area with couch, the couch is directly in front of the two queen beds. You cannot sit on the couch and view the TV. It's MUCH more cramped than what is seen and advertised. I woke up after the first morning and pulled the bedding up only to realize I slept with a blanket that had hard crusted red gunk stuck to it and stains. I spoke with the front desk and they said they would get housekeeping to change the bedding and also would call me after they could figure out if they could change me to a room I actually wanted and booked. They never called. I had to request that bedding be changed again and stayed in the original room given. I would have booked a different hotel closer to the stadiums if I knew I wouldn't have been given what was advertised in the photos and descriptions. Breakfast was fine but not particularly warm and they do let anyone off the streets walk in and partake in the buffet. That is at least what I witnessed the second morning I was there. It was a two star stay. I won't ever book with them again.
- 3/5
Room was clean but the pillows had mold stains on them we didnt notice until we flipped it over very unacceptable
- 5/5
Was very clean friendly and good breakfast
- 4/5
Price was misleading. It appeared to be in CAD when booked but it was in fact USD and cost 40 percent more. Also if you plan on using the pullout couch bed, it is not a proper or comfortable mattress.
- 5/5
A very comfortable hotel. We enjoyed the lobby bar; had cocktails and some appetizers while visiting family.
- 5/5
Great location. Easy walking distance to everything fun.
- 5/5
Great stay. Professional & polite staff. Very convenient
- 5/5
Great breakfast, amazing room, wonderful view
- 5/5
We had a spacious suite which was great for our family trip with a toddler. The included breakfast buffet was awesome and the convenient grab and go options on each floor of the hotel were also great. Overall, very walkable to the convention center and fun things to do close by!
- 5/5
Great breakfast, great service. Great rooms. Good central location, walking distance from convention center.
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean rooms. and very friendly staff
- 4/5
Friendly staff even though one wrote our room number upside down.
- 5/5
The check-in was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options and was good.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean space and decent breakfast. overall a good experience
- 3/5
The property was decent overall seemed a little dirty and dated but the staff was friendly
- 3/5
Only hotel ever that refused to give a wakeup call.
- 5/5
Everything was just fine, except the sofa in the king suite is really uncomfortable. Very hard and the seat cushions are too deep making it hard to sit with back against the very low back and keep feet on the floor. Made sitting in the living area to watch TV uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Room was not cleaned garbage was not emptied, they did not even bother to fold the linens in the pull out bed, poor service for the money i paid for, i expected better service
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
The rooms were the cleanest I ever stayed in! Nicely appointed and roomy.
- 5/5
Very clean, safe hotel near all the attractions in Seattle.
- 5/5
The Bistro diner serves breakfast each morning, not bad.
- 5/5
Very accomodating and friendly front desk staff.
- 4/5
Location was excellent as it was very close to the convention center in downtown Seattle. The water pressure was very low in the shower.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. The property itself is fine; however, the area around the property is not the safest.
- 2/5
Too noisy
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
The hotel staff was prompt, kind and professional. Our room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast was delicious with numerous options for food.
- 5/5
Good service, room was clean and plenty of . Shuttle service was excellent.
- 4/5
Disappointed that we paid $300 for the hotel and then charged $50 for parking. We will not stay there again.

Very good and kind and professional staff.

We were only there overnight; headed out to the ferry early to begin our trip to national park.

Staff was helpful, quick check in and out, room very clean.

Although the property is located in a convenient area, with easy access to shopping and other touristy areas, the hotel is run-down and could use an upgrade. The staff were nice and friendly.
- 4/5
The property was nice and convenient. The full breakfast served daily had a variety of foods to choose from. The fitness room was small but functional. The location was in walking distance to activities and restaurants.
- 4/5
The area was not as quiet because there is a highway next to the hotel.
- 5/5
The property was very nice. The area near the hotel was also safe and clean. There are plenty of dining options near by. We took the bus to pike place market one morning and walked back that evening. It was a relatively short walk, less than a mile. The room itself was very nice and large. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Delicious breakfast, helpful front desk staff

Great location as it is within walking distance to Public Market. Staff at reception was however not welcoming at all. Hotel is obviously dated and some electrical in-room appliances are not functioning - bedside light, TV facing beds. Breakfast was available till 9:30am, but at 9:10am there was already a long line waiting at empty serving containers. Fried eggs were dry and overcooked. Meat patties were very salty. Seats are always full and many had to sit outside the dining room.

Overall, the property is nice, clean, and well maintained. It is within a fair hike to Pike Place and Westlake Station. Our major complaints were for two issues. First, I emailed the property a month before arrival asking if we could be accommodated for early check in. We had to leave our home at 1:30 in order to remotes park, check in, and catch a super early flight. Our adult daughter has autism and a heart issue which makes her tire easily and need frequent rest breaks, and I outlined all of this in the email. I never got a response. When I asked on arrival, they just looked at me blankly and said we could go ahead and park, which was appreciated. It was only 11 am, and we were finally allowed to check in at 2 after I saw another employee allowing others to check in early and asked again. My husband and daughter were trying to nap inside the car in the parking garage until then. The second issue was the AC. Our room never got below 78. We called and were asked if it was set properly (it was) and then were told it’s motion activated and to move around. I replied we had been in the room moving around for 3 hours and instead of getting cooler it was warmer. We tried calling a second time but no one picked up, so we asked at the desk as we left for the day and they promised to send a repair person up. No one was ever sent, and when we got back late the room was still so warm we slept with the door to the hall cracked open to let in cool air. For $450 a night!

Very close of the most important interest areas

I liked that my room was clean and comfortable. My bath tub wouldn’t drain and AC was only working on the studio side(living room area) of the room. When I called the front desk, they said someone would be there to check it out in the morning but they never came. It’s ok breakfast made up for it. Thank you!!

Alfredo was the absolute best! Loved his upbeat fun loving attitude!

The soaps were empty. There is nowhere to eat nearby. The door shut and locked us out of room. The breakfast was awful. Nothing to do . Homeless people everywhere.

I understand downtown hotels come at a cost, but this felt disproportionate, especially compared to comparable hotels I’ve stayed at in major cities. For this price point, I expected either luxury-level service or more unique features. I left feeling overcharged and underwhelmed. I’d really appreciate if someone from the property or customer support team could take a closer look at this booking. I’m hoping there’s something that can be done to make this right.

The rooms were quiet. Our refrigerator had food in it from a previous occupant. The bed was hard.

Breakfasts were inconsistent , some days a good choice , other days no cereals, milk etc . Very convenient location and although the streets nearby had homeless people and drug addicts, it felt safe

It was close to everything

The property was average. Cost too much for an aversge property

The manager Nathan is horrible at people skills. Upon arrival when I asked about parking he told me I could try to find other parking and started to laugh. I never gave any indication that I did not want to park at the hotel o simply asked how it worked. Then when I got to my room my refrigerator and microwave where not working I asked for a different room and his response was “ A hard NO”. They did replace the refrigerator but did nothing about the microwave telling me I was being out on a waiting list.

Great property in the heart of Seattle. Good buffet breakfast.

Great location — very close to Pike Place Market with easy access to public transportation. As expected in Seattle, parking was a bit chaotic, but the hotel is conveniently near the freeway. We stayed for two days and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, the breakfast was nice, and we had no complaints.

The property was safe and the breakfast was good too.

I like the location and ease of getting back into the highway or into two different parts of town quickly

Good staffs services!

I was lucky enough to get this room for almost half the usual price, not sure why. The hotel was great, i wouls definitely stay here again for the price I paid. I usually go with a budget friendly option and this wouls usually be out of my price range. That being said we had a phenomenal time ans the room was great. Wanted to try the breakfast but woke up too late haha. Parking was a bit difficult but not too bad

Great breakfast included with eggs, sausage and bacon options. Clean property, within walking distance of Space Needle (for adults) but will encounter steep hills.

There’s too many homeless around the area. No restaurants near the hotel aside from Subway and local pizzeria that has too many homeless near it.
- 5/5
Even in the heart of downtown Seattle, the rooms are quiet. The front desk staff was very helpful, even suggesting a service that is offered by the hotel because it was a lot cheaper. The breakfast offered a non pork product for those who cannot have pork. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. If I am in Seattle again and need to stay downtown, I will return.

Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Run down and unfriendly staff. The elevator made terrible noises and shimmy around felt very unsafe
- 2/5
Took 45 minutes just to drive around the block to get to the front door! Then had to pay an unexpected $45 to park the car.

Good location, walking distance from major tourist spots.
