Reviews
The hotel is praised for its great location, particularly for those taking a cruise, and the friendly, helpful staff. However, there are frequent complaints about the high prices, including for parking and breakfast, and issues with the rooms such as noise, cleanliness, and temperature control.

The only issue we encountered was at check-in, as our room was not ready until 5:00 PM. As a result, we had to wait longer than expected before being able to settle in. Aside from this delay, our overall experience was positive, and we had a pleasant stay.
- 3/5
Great location. Very expensive. Hotel staff not helpful. Tech refused to fix a minor electronic issue and I had to change rooms. Upon checking in we were told we would have $20 meal credits on each room so we ate there. No credits were ever issued so we paid way too much for no reason.
- 3/5
The AC Unit was so loud in the room we could barely sleep.. my daughter kept waking up from it going on and off all night and asking what that is.. Felt like we were on an airplane the whole night.. For $500 a month I would expect more..
- 5/5
This Waterfront Marriott is the perfect place to stay if you’re cruising out of Seattle. There is simply no more convenient lodging. This hotel is literally a crosswalk away from your point of check in and luggage drop for ships departing Pier 66. We would never consider staying anywhere else.

Great property and excellent location. Close to Pikes Market and where cruise ships come in. The staff had trouble getting batista service for morning coffee. It was Seattle so I expected the coffee game to be on point even at the hotel.
- 0.5/5
Room was lovely, got the view I paid for, bathroom was great, good shower pressure, bed was very comfy, lots of natural light in the room. Desk associates, especially Brenda did try to help, however hindered by poor lower management. After 36 hours of travelling arrived at 10pm. Was double charged by the hotel. They blamed the system used by booking.com bookings. Never encountered a problem with booking.com EVER used for hundreds of hotels over many many years. I put the fault firmly at the feet of the hotel, surely a massive chain can facilitate a pre paid booking.com booking? The desk associates did everything they could to help, especially Brenda, who was great. The lower managers were absolutely horrendous, not what you would expect from a Marriott. Spent 9 whole hours of a 2 night stay trying to sort this out on calls, emails and standing at reception for 4 of the 9 hours over the two days! On check out I finally hooked up - by chance with a proper manager Mr Descal. A lower management person incorrectly told me he was in meetings conveniently until after our check out time. Yet low and behold, there he was standing on reception an hour before we left! He did to be fair to him de escalate the problems caused by his lower managers, even though he did not seem that interested in the problems they had caused. In the end I am now currently waiting for him to approve a refund in full, for the overcharges and the stay itself. A horrendous stressful anxiety filled 2 days. Marriott are currently sitting on over $2,000 of my vacation spending money until the refunds are approved and put back onto my card. I will never stay there again, but hopefully at least I will get recompense for the terrible attitude in want was an admin error between the hotel and booking.com all for the sin of paying in full, a week BEFORE I arrived. I was made to feel like I was lying and was stupid. Finally, rooms are nice but still super expensive even for Seattle and the breakfast on site is poor at best and very overpriced $33 per person plus tax and tip.

Location restaurant service front desk folks Nothing
- 3/5
Hotel is close to everything. Pike’s Market 5 minutes away. Easy to walk everywhere. Hotel was okay. Needs to be updated. Thought the breakfast should be included but isn’t. Not worth the $33 for the breakfast buffet. Thought everything in Seattle cost too much. Hotel is close to cruise ships. A few even dock right across the street.
- 3/5
The property is fine, but the hotel description notes that there is a pool available, which is not the case. It has been under renovation since the end of April. We would have booked a different hotel if we had known this. Especially when there is a destination fee and the amenities are not available, so a bit overpriced.
- 5/5
Great experience.
- 5/5
hotel room was fantastic. staff was friendly. everything was clean. lobby bar was delicious and the staff was top notch. valet was wonderful and quick. Only good things to say about this property.

Location, location , location Ac did not work

O Could not find reservation, then they wanted to charge us.
- 3/5
We stayed three nights pre-cruise on Princess. If you are cruising on NCL, this is a great location because the cruise port is right across the street. If you are cruising on Princess, there are many more affordable options that are closer to Pike's marketplace. Room 819 was nice, but had problems with noise. It's close to a railway track with trains going by frequently. They were loud and woke us several times. If you stay here ask for a room away from the railroad tracks. The room was clean and housekeeping staff was nice. We dined at the lobby bar all three nights. The service and beverages were good. $17 to 20 for entry level wines. Beer -$7-9. The food was only three stars- very forgettable.

It was an excellent place to stay very convenient

- 5/5
The location is amazing. - on the waterfront, a couple of blocks from Pike Market and less than a mile from the Space Needle. A perfect location for getting on cruise to Alaska! The price is a bit hefty.
- 3/5
The hotel room and bathroom needs remodeling. The breakfast restaurant was to small for all the people that goes there, so we couldn't eat breakfast there. We also tried to buy orange juice on the Cafe at the lobby, but they didn't have none. They need to supply this cafe more and make a bigger restaurant to eat. The hotel is too EXPENSIVE and the Hotel is not worth paying that much for a room like we did, those rooms needs to be remodel

Close to cruise port! Very clean! A little pricey
- 2/5
Extremely frustrating. Relatively expensive hotel, would recommend choosing another.
- 3.5/5
Loved that it was right across the street from the cruise port. Cost of the room was not worth it, especially after I learned the friends that also stayed there got a bigger, nicer room for half of what I paid for my room.

Great place and convenient location
- 4/5
Chose this due to proximity to pier. I thought the charges were excessive.

- 5/5
The cost of meals were expensive.
- 2/5
The staff overall was great. Our room was hot and we could not get the A/C or fan turned on. We called the front desk and they had maintenance come over. He was nice and flushed the system in the room. The A/C worked for. Few hours and quit during the evening. Upon check-out - we did note it again with the front desk. We also heard from other guests that they experienced the same issues.
- 5/5
Fabulous Spot!!!
- 5/5
This is a wonderful property but the real draw is is it’s location on the “newly”developed Seattle waterfront. It’s truly beautiful.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 2/5
Continued problem making the room key work. Multiple trips to get room key. But it wasn’t the key but the battery in the lock. The staff took some time to check that and fix it.
- 4/5
Staff was great and friendly
- 5/5
Great hotel! Would stay again
- 5/5
Well stocked shop open 24/7 Nice bar. Did not eat at the hotel.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Aside from a fire alarm on checkout day to wake us up (totally not the fault of hotel), I enjoyed the stay. Location is great, rooms were comfortable, and the staff was fantastic! Valet was super prompt and very helpful, room service was very kind.
- 2/5
The room claims to have a balcony, it’s a joke! Two people can maybe stand on it but it overlooks everyone else’s supposed “balcony”! Do not pay extra for this! Also, the room service is brought in a paper bag from another destination, don’t bother!!
- 2/5
The room was not cleaned well. Hair on the bathroom counter, hair on the shower wall, and food and dirt on the room floors.
- 4/5
Our view was amazing and getting around to areas of interest were very easy!
- 5/5
If you are needing a place to stay before leaving on a cruise (Norwegian was ours), it doesn’t get any better. Close to so many restaurants, shops, Pike St Market, and the Olympic Sculpture Park. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Clean room n great property
- 5/5
Everything was above our expectations. The staff was very friendly they upgraded our room and made us feel comfortable and welcomed ! Amazing location as well !The hotel is very clean has an amazing heated pool and the breakfasts was delicious! I will go back !

- 5/5
The view from the room was incredible. The Valet staff were top notch for sure ! There were two gentleman and a gal specifically that were super friendly and extremely helpful(sorry I didn’t get their names)! The area is pretty much within walking distance of everything and if not a scoot or bike are always available to rent nearby.
- 5/5
Great location! Staff was very accommodating.
- 3/5
The food was very expensive and I asked for our car to be plugged in and the valet ignored me.
- 5/5
Food, was amazing, staff was friendly, and clean.
- 4/5
The only issue we encountered was the need to leave early to catch the boat to Victoria and there were no great options for eating before 7 am. Yes, there's a small grab and go but not if you want something other than a pastry for breakfast.
- 5/5
Valet only. No self parking option on property.
- 5/5
Friendly staff with excellent customer service.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Excellent, food from this hotel. Great staff.
- 4/5
The main restaurant was closed and the hotel bar was open but it didn’t feel as fancy as you would hope for booking with the marriot. The room was lovely and very clean. I enjoyed staying in the hotel due to the helpful staff and professionalism although I wish the pool had a hot tub! The gym was great everything in there and pool was kinda small but its design is nice as it’s indoor/outdoor clean and heated. Food was great expensive for dining if USD isn’t your currency.
- 5/5
Fantastic stay! All of the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Even enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. Location was perfect if you don’t mind doing a little walking. Will definitely stay again!
- 4/5
On the day of our check out housecleaning repeatedly started knocking and trying to enter starting at 9:00am. Kept waking us up
- 5/5
This location is so perfect! We walked the waterfront, Walked up stairs to Pike place Market, walked all over downtown Seattle. The views the room on a sunny Seattle day can’t be beat.
- 2/5
Property was relatively modern, but the problem was with ants coming in from under the door. We didn’t have any food left the room, but they would be crawling around the bathroom entrance. The staff was dismissive about it and said “I’ll note it, thanks”. Parking is $68 over night, while street parking is free from 8pm-8am
- 4/5
Great location close to everything wonderful customer service, pool was small & no hot tub but good views!!! rooms could of been a little larger and no microwave in room only fridge no bathroom fan either but we did enjoy our stay. Valet was so nice even know it’s pricey it was worth it.
- 5/5
The Marriott Waterfront is the best place to stay for a tourist central, kid friendly stay! We were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see with a 4 and 5 year old or get to public transportation easily. The hotel itself is quiet, updated, very clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were able to store our bags while we walked the waterfront before check in. The indoor outdoor pool is a fun feature. Views of the bay were beautiful from our room.
- 4/5
Overall good stay with the exception of a smoke/evacuation alarm that went off several times in the late afternoon during one of the days of our stay. Fortunately, it didn’t happen late night or after hours, but was still a little inconvenient.
- 5/5
Really loved this place! Only downside is housekeeping let themselves in are room at 7am and woke us up...
- 4/5
Great hotel beautiful view and comfortable Bed
- 5/5
The room, staff and services were what we expect when we stay at a Marriott. We did not use the facilities so can not comment. We were after the waterfront view and access to Pikes Place market. Room was comfortable and modern. Would stay here again when the weather is nicer. (Was cloudy and rainy, but that is winter in PNW.)
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great.
- 5/5
We were so close and within walking distance to all the fun places in downtown.
- 5/5
Love the staff great clean rooms and views will defend stay again.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Room was spacious, modern, and clean. View was beautiful, loved having the little balcony area. Staff at the front desk and the lobby bar were lovely and helpful. Used the indoor/outdoor pool (even though it was winter), the pool was heated and clean and it was very refreshing. Fitness facilities were very clean and quiet as well, with a good variety of equipment.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient location
- 4/5
Staff was great. The pool had ants.
- 5/5
nice hotel , perfect spot , nice views on balcony, walk to pikes place is just right there...family impressed with room..
- 4/5
But the air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off. It was too late in the night for anything to be done. But very frustrating.
- 5/5
The room was very well cleaned
- 5/5
Nice rooms and great staff
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, walkable location to Pike Place market and the waterfront.
- 2/5
Too many fees and they weren’t explained upon arriving very unprofessional
- 2/5
I didn’t actually end of staying there, my company changed dates of the meetings. I contacted the hotel through Expedia and asked if I could simply change the dates to the following week and they never bothered to reply, I’m a Marriott gold member so was very disappointed I couldn’t even get a courtesy response
- 5/5
super view
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was spotless, staff was helpful and amenities were great! I will stay there again!
- 2/5
The walls were very thin and we could hear the whole conversation of the people in the next room. Tv remote worked slowly. The restaurant was the only good part.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the balcony view was absolutely stunning—one of the best views we’ve ever had in Seattle. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The restaurant staff also went above and beyond, providing excellent service and a great dining experience. What truly set this hotel apart was how they handled our delayed flight. The staff showed incredible flexibility and compassion, making a stressful situation much easier for us. Because of the outstanding service and attention to detail, this will be the only place we stay when visiting Seattle from now on. Every interaction—from valet to front desk to restaurant staff—was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located hotel with exceptional service that truly goes above and beyond.
- 5/5
Room was great, location was excellent, food and bar was outstanding
- 5/5
Great Location
- 5/5
Friendly Valets, easy check in rooms were clean and nice
- 5/5
Excellent location, beautiful scenery
- 5/5
everything was great. thank you
- 5/5
Everyone was welcoming. Housekeeping did an excellent job.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Beautiful view.
- 3/5
Clean room, decent lobby. Restaurant was closed the second night of our stay, and lobby bar prices far exceeded the value. For prices that high, I would expect more value with the seating and/or staff friendliness and efficiency. Value was not there.
- 5/5
The view was great, location was perfect to get to the Seahawks game the next day. I was able to get a late check in easily.
- 5/5
Great service and excellent customer service!!
- 4/5
clean facilities
- 4/5
Very good waterfront room. Good staff.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Restaurant closes early
- 4/5
We love the location!!
- 3/5
Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly (mostly). However the prices at the bar and the restaurant were steep, especially for the value. Left a bitter taste.
- 3/5
The staff were friendly and helpful but not worth the money tbh. The valets were great despite the construction going on out front. The rooms are a bit tired and in need of a deep clean, there is no real duvet covers just two sheets sandwiching a blanket and there was no sugar left for coffee this morning even though you pay for it. We did mobile check in but the app doesn’t work for the front door nor the gym and doesn’t help you avoid getting hounded by the front desk to put a card on file (tap to pay doesn’t work btw). I would rather stay elsewhere.
- 4/5
The rooms and hotel were very clean. The bar and restaurant we nice with a good assortment of foods. The location is great for walking and very easy to get an Uber or Lyft.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Nice stay.
- 5/5

- 1/5
Beds were very uncomfortable and the hotel was understaffed resulting in unanswered calls. We ended up driving home three hours in the middle of the night in lieu of (not) sleeping there.
- 5/5
Great room. Perfect location. Very clean. Overall great stay.
- 3/5
Friendly staff but the room was small and no privacy
- 5/5
Location, location, location! Close to everything! View was amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Surprised goodies when we came back from a walk!
- 5/5
The room was not swept .. there was dirt under the bed. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect ... Location perfect... Amenities perfect .. staff excellent!!!! Thank you!
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
This is a nice, clean area to stay. The bathrooms do not have vents. The staff is phenomenal and uber was always readily available. The breakfast was fantastic. They had a variety of food and coffee. There is also a restaurant connected that served great breakfast for a price.
- 3/5
Overcharge on the bill
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was very friendly!
- 3/5
I have stayed at many Marriott properties around the country and this was the first time I was not able to get a cup of coffee with real cream in the lobby. It was shocking considering I am in Seattle, a coffee meca! It may seem like a small thing to some, but for me it was a huge oversight on their part, considering the price I paid for a room. I will not be staying at the Seattle Waterfront Marriott again.
- 5/5
This hotel is directly across the street from the cruise terminal and extremely convenient to everything touristy in Seattle. Accommodations are excellent. If we take another cruise out of Seattle, this is our first choice hotel.
- 5/5
Excellent staff was stellar
- 5/5
Everything was great! The view was amazing
- 5/5
Very warm welcome by the staff at the Marriot. Room was comfortable and clean . Beautiful location and close to Pike place market.
- 5/5
Awesome location. Great staff. Valet parking great but pricey
- 5/5
The room was beautiful..but be aware! the cost of this place for one night was over $500.00..next time will be looking elsewhere.
- 5/5
Staff were courteous
- 5/5
Amazing location and room.
- 1/5
Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. Our stay was a disaster from start to finish. · Towels: We had to ask for bath towels three times over two hours. Calling and even visiting the front desk in person did nothing. It was a ridiculous struggle for a basic item. · Pools: The main reason we booked—the indoor and outdoor pools—were both closed for "renovation" with no signs of any work. My kids were very disappointed. This was not disclosed beforehand. · Service: The restaurant was so short-staffed that it took an hour just to get our food order. Extremely poor management and communication. Do not recommend.
- 2/5
The toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl, it's like surfing on your bottom for everyone in the family. Coffee maker was weak, and no good coffee to order until 7am, and the service was lacking brain power and urgency. The people working there just like sloths.. and they don't look like to have enough people working. Tv wasn't plugged in when we got to the room. We can hear the train scraping by, thank goodness they don't use the horn. Oh pool was under renovation but was not shown on website, I didn't know until after booking.Food quality and speed was not good...Overall, just not worth the money even if location is good.
- 5/5
The room was spotless, great view, very pleasant. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Loved this hotel! Great walkable location too. Would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic walking location and great views.
- 5/5
The hotel kindly allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after our cruise since we had a later flight and we wanted to tour Seattle a bit before our flight. It was wonderful! We’ve stayed there before this visit and will definitely come back again.
- 1/5
I booked through Expedia, and paid through Expedia. The woman at the front desk said I had to put a card on hold
- 3/5
The pool was not open, no self-parking, and expensive valet parking.
- 1/5
An man claimed to be security attempted to break into my room at 11pm while we were preparing for the night. I have to call front desk to understand the situation. The receptionist told me that the man was their security but they "mix-up" me with another guest due to our same last name. The so-called security attempted to open our door without warning and left without apology.
- 2/5
Mandatory valet parking, which is ridiculous when a room there is $300 for a pool that wasnt advertised as under construction, hair in the shower drain from the visitors prior to us is a bit disgusting. Do better if your charging these prices.
- 5/5
Great location and hotel was perfect.
- 5/5
The great staff and rooms! Also convenient location
- 3/5
Ice machine was not working on our floor. Pool was closed for remodeling. Why can’t M keep their pools working? Seeing a trend here. Wait staff, concergie, valet, were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great staff, rooms very clean and updated.
- 5/5
I thought the breakfast was a bit over priced but not sure if that is the going rate in Seattle, everything is expensive in Seattle. My kids and I all agreed that they have the best pancakes we have ever tried!
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. We enjoyed a drink in the bar. Fast and friendly service. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed our partial view of the water!
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Exceptional staff. Close to a cruise ship pier. Not far from restaurants, Pikes, Place Market, and the Seattle Aquarium.
- 4/5
We had booked at the Marriott Waterside because we were going on an Alaska cruise. The hotel told us they had no rooms left like we had purchased and they would secure a room at the downtown Sheridan. It would cost no more. We had to take a cab two and from the Sheridan instead of walking to the ship. That cost was $60 instead of walking to the ship. Won’t book through Hotels.com again.
- 1/5
Very disappointed in Marriott. This hotel does not live up to the Marriott standards. At a cost of over 400 per night it is a horrible.
- 5/5
Right near the waterfront , close to all the shops and victoria ferry
- 4/5
Staff was friendly. Hotel is in a great spot. Beware the add on fees. Marionette adds a “resort fee” upon checkin. Basically extorts extra money for an already pricey room with only real benefit is free water bottle.
- 5/5
Top 3 hotels I’ve stayed in business or pleasure. Really upscale rooms, amazing location. Hotel staff were so accommodating, especially front desk and valet staff. Well done Marriott Seattle Waterfront. Bravo!!
- 5/5
We needed it close to our embarking port for our cruise. The hotel is near Pyke Marketplace, walking distance. Beautiful area.
- 2/5
We arrived here at 1pm and knew that it was early but the Reception Staff insisted that we had to wait exactly until 4pm (was even over that) before they would give us a room access.
- 5/5
The breakfast the room and everything was fantastic
- 5/5
great location close to everything, friendly staff
- 5/5
Perfect for boarding NCL cruise, lots to do in walkable distance, great amenities.
- 5/5
Great location, easy stay
- 5/5
The front desk check in lady was most awesome
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The location was walking distance to most attractions. The one comment, the AC unit was loud. At night, when it would start up again, it would make a loud rumbling noise. Other than that, I will stay here again.
- 5/5
Great survive and staff Good location
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great location on water and near restaurants and shopping.
- 5/5
Great location. Responsive staff. Comfortable rooms.

- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Great area
- 5/5
Loved the location of this hotel right across from the water and walking distance to Pike Market
- 3/5
I booked a room with a view and received a room with a view of the public elevator. The bed was hard. I requested a early check in and only got 30 minutes before my original check in. There was $50 hidden fees at the need of your stay as well. Wont be staying again even with it being close to pike place.
- 5/5
Nice property. Disappointed that I had to use app to order room service.
- 5/5
Really like this hotel, within walking distance to great restaurants. Staff is great.
- 4/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Was in Seattle for a Alaska cruise. Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Hotel location was perfect as our port was right across the street. Seattle Aquarium, Space Needle and Pikes Place Market were all within walking distance. Also plenty of dining options within close proximity.
- 5/5
Had some great amenities, and close to everything
- 5/5
Good location and friendly staff
- 4/5
Very conveniently located right across from Pier 66. If you're taking a cruise, great spot. Accomodations were very nice and they gave us free tickets to Wings Over Washington + $20 credit toward food. My only complaint was the cost and tgw fact that they didnt offer free breakfast.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff. Great for our Pittsburgh trip & flight.
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay in Seattle for a first time visitor.
- 5/5
Convenient location for NCL TERMINAL and ANTHONY’s Fish Grotto cannot be beat.
- 5/5
The property is very nice. Our room was nice - but air condition was loud when starting up. We ate at the buffet at the hotel , it was okay.
- 4/5
Very nice room and walkable to all waterfront, down town, space needle, and pikes market areas. Food options at hook and plow were not adequate. Nothing but bar food. $8 dollar coffee in the morning. Breakfast was very nice with buffet and menu options. Overall great location but dining options are limited.
- 5/5
Staff was nice and hotel was good
- 5/5
We truly enjoyed our Seattle experience! The Waterfront was accessible to many sightseeing experiences!
- 5/5
close to waterfront where all the activities are going on.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Excellent location for Pier 91 cruise.
- 4/5
I love Marriott chain. Mostly using it during business trips. And it seemed as they had everything I need to work on my laptop during stays. This time I couldn’t find any reachable plugins for my computer. Only the one near the bed was ready to use. But I have double screen extenders on it, which requires stable surface. Working on the bed was impossible. After all they had coffee machine which needed plugin also. And its cord was short. Only one place where it could be plugged in was on the bedside table. They need to provide cord extensions. Or make some plugins available around the table

Staff were great. Unfortunately this is the only positive. The pool area was very dirty, including some broken glass and not in a great location. No food or drink options on site until 4pm. Not worth the price.

Just a 1 day stay. All went well.

Nice property, staff was friendly. Room was comfortable and internet service was good. The only thing that we didn’t like was the bathroom in our room was left dirty.
- 5/5
Breakfast buffet excellent! Staff friendly and helpful. Walked across the street to board the cruise ship. Staff Member Brooklyn was very helpful and answered some questions we had.

Stayed here for the night before our Alaskan cruise. Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The only 2 complaints I have is that there is no breakfast included for the amount you pay for the room and the absurd amount of homeless people around the hotel begging for money and cigarettes. Would definitely stay here again though.
- 5/5
Loved it! Location was excellent, walking distance to everything we could have wanted to do. Had a nice evening in the bar, and breakfast in the cafe. Walked across the street and boarded our cruise ship. Will definitely stay here again!

Arrived late at night but welcoming. Good, speedy check in by friendly & courteous staff member.

Perfect location for Seattle.
- 5/5
Great location, great views!
- 5/5
Conveniently located across from Pier 66. We stayed here before embarking on our NCL Cruise. Great room with beautiful views.
- 4/5
This hotel is great if you are preparing to leave on a Norwegian Cruise. Hotel is right across the street from the dock; however, if I pay over $500 a night for a hotel, I expect the hotel to be flawless! Hotel looks old and dated outside, the windows were dirty and it just doesn't look like a $500+ a night hotel. Definitely feels like price gouging going on here.

We were on an Oceania Cruise and the proximity to the port was awesome!
- 3/5
Good location. They bang you for a bogus resort fee of $28 a day. Tried to get a drink at the bar in the evening but the female bartender wasn’t interested in serving customers. Good location that’s proximate to tourist spots and cruise ports

Great location, and very nice hotel.
- 4/5
Valet was super helpful and nice clean and great location
- 3/5
That said, for nearly $700 a night (likely due to peak summer cruise season), my expectations were much higher. In my opinion, there are other hotels in the area that offer similar quality at a more reasonable price. What really disappointed me was the room’s only window (photo attached). I’m sure the waterview rooms offer a lovely view, but if this is what you get at this price point, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

I would stay here again. The staff went above and beyond. We were able to check in early to one of our rooms. The property was very nice and close to attractions! We loved it.

Always a wonderful experience at this hotel
- 5/5
Pool was fun fir my Grandchild.
- 2/5
Extremely overpriced for an average hotel
- 4/5
Property is located close to many attractions which is what drew us here for a weekend stay. Hotel is okay. Room was not cleaned well - vape pen and opened waters on the table when we arrived. Outlet on the wall blocks the sliding bathroom door from opening. Check the hidden fees - $55/night parking I expected. Destination fee is irritating but accepted since so conveniently located. I didn't expect $14.95/wifi.
- 5/5
Amazing property. So convenient to pier 66. Very helpful staff. Nice it had a bar and restaurant.
- 5/5
Property is very clean, updated and great customer service
- 5/5
Right across the street from pier 66 where Norwegian Joy docks.
- 5/5
Can't go wrong with a Marriott! Beautiful location. Overpriced as usual but that's the way of things now in this country and esp on the West Coast. Absolutely love the Seattle Waterfront though!
- 5/5
We arrived very early, coming off a cruise ship. Thinking we could at least check our bags, but yhey did better snd got us a room, 6 hours before we were due. We were so appreciative and grateful. Front desk staff was so amazing, food from room service delicious!

Our trip was awesome.

Loved staying here and will again. We were offered a dining credit if billed to the room and we didn't receive that when we thought we had redeemed correctly but our stay was wonderful and the staff were all very very professional and kind

Great location for access to the cruise ports and to Pike Place Market. Staff was great and very helpful.
- 5/5
The hotel was very convenient to many attractions. We had great views and a large balcony overlooking the waterfront in our corner room on the 7th floor. This room was definitely worth the additional cost.
- 5/5
This hotel is very clean and super convenient in their location. Directly across the street from pier 66 if you’re taking a cruise. Not too far from other piers to walk. Staff friendly. Hotel chowder was amazing. A little pricy but the convenience was worth it to cruise Norwegian

Customer service was excellent!
- 5/5
Great cruise location
- 4/5
We stayed for one night before our Alaskan cruise. The hotel is located across from the cruise terminal, which was very convenient and walkable.
- 1/5
Barrooms were dirty, linen dirty also I was book on a handicap room
- 4/5
Location is convenient to the pier. The rooms were clean and well maintained. However, it is pretty expensive per night cost if hot breakfast is not included.I had requested breakfast with the booking, they give out $20 per day food credit for the entire room - which does not even cover the drinks cost in the restaurant.
