Reviews
The hotel is generally appreciated for its proximity to the airport and convenient shuttle service, although some guests have complained about limited shuttle hours. The rooms are described as clean and spacious, but also dated and in need of updates. Staff friendliness is inconsistent, with some guests praising their helpfulness and others finding them unfriendly or unprofessional.
- Close to airport with convenient shuttle service
- Rooms are clean and spacious
- Limited shuttle hours
- Rooms are dated and need updates

Can't expect alot at only $100/nite and that's about what the room was worth. Very noisy not only from the adjacent lot but also from the thermostat since it would buzz loudly whenever the heat or air came on. The room was a good size but there was only one small trash can by the television and not even one in the bathroom or sink or eating area. Also, the television channels would occasionally black out for a few seconds. However the staff was friendly, the room didn't smell any worse than other cheap rooms do, and it was a good size.
- 1/5
Entire hotel smelled like stale smoke and dirty carpet. I had a terrible asthma attack while staying here. Not clean. Also situated in a very sketchy feeling area.
- 3/5
The motel was ok, stayed there a year ago and it was amazing. When we got our room this time it had not been stocked with the amenities. No soap, shampoo, and only one towel. We requested they provide more towels (we wanted a shower after 3 days on a train). They finally brought one towel at 11 pm. The next morning I requested a couple more towels from cleaning staff and was told they didn't have any. However, she scavenged some from someone else's room.
- 4/5
Wasn’t bad. And it was close to the airport. Parking costs $15 a day though which was disappointing
- 4/5
Staff were excellent. Airport shuttle was great. Good A/C in the room. Bathroom could be updated, but the room was fine for a quick stay near the airport.
- 3/5
It was doable for the price. Customer service was very good. The cleanliness was questionable though...
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable. The bathroom well maintained. Only issue fix/replace the desk lamp shade and smoke detector.
- 4/5
Having to pay for parking while already paying for the hotel, wasn’t ideal.
- 4/5
Good room
- 3/5
There is no breakfast. There was no hot water. I took a warm shower. I was very disappointed in the shower. The bed was comfy. The room was clean.
- 3/5
30 minute wait for shuttle from hotel 5 minutes away. "He's on his way". Waited 30 minutes to check in. Reception had to answer the phone repeatedly. They just need another person.
- 5/5
The receptionist was very kind.
- 4/5
Older but pretty clean. Staff was the best part. Very friendly and helpful folks.
- 5/5
staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Did not like the fact that that I was charged $18 for parking. This fee does not show up when you book your room . You pay at the front desk
- 2.5/5
We were looking for ease and location for a connecting cruise. Transportation to and from the airport, a shower and comfortable beds... Room coffee was okay, but a few extra pots of coffee in the morning lobby would have been nice...
- 4/5
Liked they had 24 shuttle to airport since we had an early flight.
- 3/5
Clean room. Code thing for coming and going a pain
- 4/5
One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its excellent location. It is only about 5 minutes from the rental car facility and approximately 10 minutes from the airport, making it a very convenient option for travelers. In addition, there are several nearby stores, restaurants, and services that make the stay even more convenient. Overall, it offers an excellent balance of value, comfort, and location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a practical and comfortable stay near Seattle Airport. 100% recommended.
- 4/5
A little dated, but clean. Staff were very helpful on transportation and information.
- 4/5
We stayed here before and after our cruise. The hotel is a little dated and they had some issues with people smoking that shouldn’t have been, but they were kicked out. The workers were the best and helped me with several things. This included sorting transportation and holding my CPap water for when I came back after the cruise. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
I wouldn't stay here again
- 4/5
The only thing they had to offer as an amenity coffee downstairs. In that area didn’t even look appealing the broom was clean enough. The staff was excellent and we did not use
- 3/5
This hotel is in need of renovation.
- 3/5
Needs updating and smells humid.
- 4/5
The price is good for what you get. It was comfortable. It looks a little old needs updated. The handle in my bathroom for the sink didn’t work well.
- 3.5/5
Good price for one night before flight Noisy could hear people next door as well as above.
- 3.5/5
Location and the price. Shuttle to the Pier was comfortable and on time.
- 3/5
Beds were very hard and uncomfortable…staff could have been a little bit more helpful when it came to the parking. It was nice being close to the airport but probably won’t be using again.
- 5/5
The staff ware really helpful and process my reservation rigth away. Its not a brand new hotel, but its good enough to spend the night before your flight. Bed was confy too. Thanks!
- 5/5
Easy check-in, nice big room, clean and free shuttle to and from the airport. I'd stay here again.
- 5/5
clean great price close to airport
- 3/5
The property was well priced and directly across from SeaTac Airport. The shuttle pick-up was quite disappointing. After waiting ~ 1/2 hour where we were told to wait, the shuttle driver drove right past us leaving us at the curb .. he didn't even look back when another shuttle driver ... who saw it happen ... honked loudly and repeatedly at him to get his attention. He returned for us awhile later (after we called the hotel to complain), but no apology and not a single word spoken to us during the awkward drive to the hotel - welcome to Seattle!
- 3.5/5
Good
- 4/5
airport shuttle, renovated bathroom room carpet is old
- 4/5
Coffee bar would be nice 24 7
- 3/5
Parking should be free
- 2/5
Toilet was too low toilet ran after it was flushed had to jiggle handle. Had to ask for towels. We stayed 2 days room was not picked up or trash removed. Not impressed at all . Staff was friendly
- 4/5
I liked the location and the price. The halls were dirty but the room was clean.
- 5/5
The airport shuttle was very convenient, especially with an early departure. The staff was nice and even let us keep out luggage in the office before we could check in to the room.
- 3/5
Smells like smoke in the hallways. Other than that its very clean for a Red Roof.
- 5/5
Everything was good. Good restaurants nearby and easy access to airport and car rentals.
- 4/5
The airport shuttle was very convinient! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. The carpeting in our room had a lot of stains
- 4/5
Close to airport for overnight layover. Bed was comfortable. Nice Vietnamese restaurant next door. Carpet was over worn and stained
- 5/5
It’s clean, inexpensive and quiet. The staff are great and helpful with our stay. Will probably stay here again on our next stopover.
- 3/5
The shower did not drain
- 4/5
Close to airport & staff familiar with cruise lines was helpful
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Good place
- 3/5
It was perfect to just stay for a night, the staff were easy going, easy to work with so we got into the room pretty fast. Although, it smelt funny and just need a few replacements and upgrading.
- 5/5
Our stay was pleasant. Basic room met our basic needs for one night. Our room was very clean, shower curtain could be changed out but other than that it was spotless. Staff didn’t have a sense of urgency, but were very nice. We would stay here again in the future.
- 2/5
Dicey neighborhood Parking expensive

Modest hotel stay for a price.

The room was clean and the room was comfortable. Staff was amazing. Only complaint is I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway
- 5/5
Everything A ok
- 1/5
When I got there, I took a shower and I tell you what, when I came out of the shower, I felt dirtier than when I went in. The whole place had a terrible odor to it and it was filthy.
- 4/5
Easy location from SeaTAC
- 3.5/5
Very close to the airport
- 5/5
Everything went fine.
- 5/5
great place to stay, very friendly! shuttle to airport and back which was great. they just need to change number on wall at airport to right number. but she wrote it on paper for us. awesome place
- 1/5
Nothing
- 3/5
Rooms smelled bad. But it was a good price and near the airport.
- 3/5
Room smelt of cats. Staff was helpful.
- 5/5
Clean room, great water pressure and hot water. Air conditioning worked great. Only thing was no mini fridge for meds or drinks. On a very busy street but we didn't hear much of the traffic. No smoking signs everywhere but someone was smoking pot and you could smell it in the hall and elevator. Not the hotels faults..Shuttle to the airport was free and quick. Everyone was very helpful!
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
This place need to be cleaner, more customer service.
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 4/5
Nice location by the airport, good shuttle van to pick up/drop off Lights are a bit to dim, have to turn on most of lights to make it look more like a hotel.
- 3/5
Had issues with shower and toilet in the room. Informed front desk nothing done about it.
- 2/5
Very strong smell of marijuana and we paid for a late check out and was told they would let housekeeping know but they still just walked in on us.
- 3/5
Property served its purpose, room was clean but property showed its wear. Shuttle was available but a bit disorganized. Only saw a Denny's within walking distance. Hallway smelled of marijuana from other guests. Would stay again price is right knowing what to expect.
- 1/5
The building was dingy, had a 1980s decor and showed a lot of wear and tear. The carpet in my room had big stains that were not totally removed. The room lighting was very dim and placement of the lights and switches were inconvenient to use. As far as I could tell, there were no amenities. I thought parking was included, but that was an extra $13.50 a night. There are other better options in the airport area. I won’t be going back.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 3.5/5
There was only one ice machine working. Also, Internet was extremely slow
- 5/5
The van from the airport back to our car took WAY too long, though. It was late at night and made for a long drive home.
- 1/5
It smelled. The floors were so dirty that I didn't want to take off my shoes. I changed hotels because I did not feel safe.
- 4/5
Close to Dennys. Cool staff! Repeat client.
- 1/5
This must have been a smoking hotel in its history. The smell was disgusting. The carpet was thread bare and filthy. We had to wear our socks in the shower for fear of what may be in it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 4/5
Cons: Only one microwave available. Even though it states a no smoking area, the hallway smelled like marijuana. In my opinion, there should be a security officer on site to help reenforce such policies. Also, a male approached me in the lobby and started mumbling a ton of things. He stared and approached me in multiple occasions making me feel uncomfortable. If he would’ve approached my family, it could’ve ended with an unpleasant situation. Again, a security officer should be on site. Nobody should feel unsafe during their stay.
- 4/5
This is a budget hotel but has underground parking. VERY close to the airport and Masterpark car storage for flying. Well maintained and somewhat secure.
- 1/5
Don't stay here! There are other better places near the airport. This motel houses homeless people. It allows weed smoking and cigarette smoking throughout the motel. Dogs are everywhere barking and the whole place smells. We heard airplanes all night. The carpet is very dirty and our sheets were dirty and stained. Also stained towels and a filthy mini fridge. We are lucky we didn't get bed BUGS. Don't stay here!!!!
- 1/5
The rooms had a weird smell to them. The new parking situation is a disaster.
- 4/5
No
- 4/5
Next to light link rail
- 5/5
Great budget option by seatac airport
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Unfortunately when we were waiting for our room there was no washroom available for use at the lobby hence amenities was low score. Staff were friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area.
- 4/5
Great airport shuttle
- 3/5
Cheap and close to the airport
- 3/5
Other than that, the room was nice
- 3/5
Carpet was soiled room smelled from cigarette smoke and the parking area smelled like someone was smoking weed.
- 2/5
Honestly they need to do better to enforce their no smoking policy. I was walking through a wall of smoke smell of all different kinds of smoke. I couldn’t even turn the fan on in the bathroom because of the smoke smell that would be in the vent system.
- 3/5
Was an ok stay bed was a little hard. Not a good location if you don’t have transportation not many places to eat at. They do have a free shuttle to the airport
- 3/5
Chairs, benches are old and very worn. Place can use a make over, it suppose to be smoke free and I could smell the Marijuana stinch in the hallway. The room phone didn't work, so you couldn't communicate with the front desk. The airport shuttle service was dependable.
- 3/5
It's ok for one night
- 3/5
No fridge. No microwave. Overall dumpy place. The toilet ran like crazy. It was clean enough I guess. The staff was friendly, prompt, and responsively. Shuttle service was excellent. Very convenient to the airport. I’d stay again if I had an early flight but I’d look for an alternative in the same price range.
- 2/5
To loud, in a bad area felt unsafe and dressed all night would not go. Ack or park my car here again
- 2/5
The hotel room was fine, and one guy let us check in early by one hour since we came off from a cruise. However, when I was waiting for our room to get ready, the Indian girl in the front made a huge attitude with me about using the bathroom downstairs! She has no sense of how to be with paying customers!
- 3/5
Well, getting to your room is limited to two slow moving elevators or stairs, parking was never a problem except they charge folks who are staying there $13 a night. The lot is controlled by a gate that I could never get to work right. The room itself while to fancy was clean but could have used an additional blanket instead of having the heater going. I didn't get any maid service after the first night (I stayed two) but I don't make a mess and didn't need it. Nothing to do there, its a here I am and there I go type place.
- 5/5
Yes. I rode the shuttle bus and it was nice and clean
- 4/5
The bed, pillows and linens are very comfortable, and shuttle was quick to pick up at airport. It’s ok that carpets are worn, etc.
- 2/5
You also have to pay to park. There are no other options to park near the hotel.
- 4/5
The room was nice, clean, but the property itself smelled strongly of cigarettes. The staff was helpful, but to get a shuttle from the airport was a challenge because I didn’t get clear directions on where I was supposed to meet the shuttle.
- 2/5
They checked us into a room that was already occupied by someone else. Opened the door & there were his suitcases & clothes all over the room. Quickly left & got another room but was offered no explanation or compensation for their handling of the problem....
- 2/5
Listed as offering bk, did well to get coffee in the lobbie.
- 3/5
Older hotel. Carpet in the room was stained and looked dirty. Bed was comfortable, Clean linens, clean bathroom.
- 2/5
Air conditioner didn’t work and the room was very stuffy. Room was dated and had stained carpet. Hot water barely worked in the shower and the toilet barely flushed.
- 5/5
pillows were flat
- 5/5
The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. It did not come with a fridge or microwave, but the hotel offers a free airport shuttle every half hour, which was very convenient. The staff were also really nice and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. Luggage carts are available if you have a lot of bags. The hotel is right next to the airport only about a five minute drive away. Overall it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
- 1/5
This has been my go to Hotel whenever I was traveling. It’s very close to the airport. However, after 10 years of using this hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it. They have new ownership! The carpet was terrible. It needs a new one. There was no Kleenex in the room nor water the free coffee, tea or water was out in the station was a mess, but the worst was the hour and 15 minutes it took to pick us up. There’s no more than eight minutes away from the airport we called. They said they would be there in five minutes. We called. We saw the van they didn’t stop. Somebody yelled at them down the way. They finally stopped and said they were full. OK they would be right back. That was another 30 minutes. When we got to the check-in, they were fielding calls from others that were stranded at the airport with we will be there in a few minutes. So I don’t mind staying at the low budget hotel the night before I leave on an international flight. But there comes a point when it’s no longer a good decision because you’re loyal. Their budget cuts from staff to Kleenex and water make it less than a budget stay. There was yelling in the hallways with explosives that made me fearful to exit my room. game over.!
- 3/5
Personnel rare et peu aimable. Ambiance froide et impersonnelle. Chambre grande, literie correcte. Ne donne pas envie d’y revenir
- 2/5
Smelled of strong weed in the hall, room had a bad smell as well, bathtub was plugged up. The only good thing was soap included and towels and ok beds
- 1/5
the whole hotel reeked like cigarettes, out sheets had hair in them and the room smelled like smoke.
- 3/5
No USB port for charging! Bring my own charging block, really?
- 3/5
Staff was awesome. Room was tired, but clean. You have to pay for parking, not included in the room rate. Toilet was too low to the ground. Not company owned, it’s owned by a private person. Had to get the front desk to let me out of the parking lot, parking receipt wouldn’t scan. Would not stay there again.
- 2/5
In spite of numerous signs posted throughout the hotel, including on the front desk itself, on the walls and on what seemed to be every room door something to the effect that this hotel is 100% smoke free, that is NOT what we saw. Around the corner from the front desk as we made our way to the elevator, vapor from someone's vaping device was clearly evident. The elevator stank of pot as did the hallway on the second floor. In addition, the noise that carried into our room on the second floor from the room above ours, kept us awake with pacing footsteps that sounded like someone was crushing grapes by stamping, as well as the terribly creaky ceiling. Other than that, the place was decently cleaned, the bedding too, front desk staff were kind, and the price was cheap. Would choose somewhere else next time.
- 2/5
The location alone is very loud due to traffic. It appears some guests are long term renters. We were woken up at 5am by the people in the room next to us screaming and cussing at each other for well over an hour. We called the front desk but not sure how it was resolved. It said no smoking…people were definitely smoking. Positive - the bed was as comfy. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean very quiet spacious room. Lovely clean shower. Excellent timely shuttle service from and to airport at irregular hours. No continental breakfast was only bummer
- 4/5
It wasn’t bad, just felt older and they don’t give you very much soap.
- 2/5
The front desk was very rude . No coffee or water:/
- 4/5
Super close to the airport.....
- 5/5
Good price - clean room - plenty of hot water! - quiet
- 5/5
Nice stay in an older hotel by the airport. Best was the 24-hr shuttle to catch a very early flight, many hotels do not offer that.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Amazing friendly environment
- 2/5
What we did not like...first arrived told check in was 3 p.m. no exceptions only to return later and people were being booked even before 3 p.m. When we returned two quest (man and woman) were having a heated argument at the reception desk...not a lot was being said nor done to break up the argument... No food nor refreshments available...had to order a pizza...bought refreshments at the food market located next door... We had an early morning flight and retired early only to listen to the quest above us doing god knows what...and making a lot of noise until about 11:00 p.m.... Took the free hotel airport shuttle in the morning at 6:45 a.m....shuttle took us to the airport but dropped all of us at gate 4...we had to go to gate 1 which was a considerable distance away... All in all a very poor stay...Red Roof will not be our stay ever again...
- 5/5
Shuttle service is quick which i used for airport-hotel. Hotel rates in Seattle are very high due to cruise seasons, so I'm glad to be able to find Red Roof for my 2 nights stay. Hotel room is clean and spacious, got everything needed for the trip. There's a restaurant within 2 minutes walk that opens til 2:30am, and reopens at 6:30am. 2 gas station convenient stores next door.
- 5/5
Staffs are friendly and very helpful to give informations, also good services. Airport shuttle pick up from airport and sending to airport were very good.
- 4/5
Hotel was conveniently located and the room was nice. However next time I’ll make sure to ask for a non handicap room as the bathroom was set up for wheel chairs and there was no counter for putting toiletries on. I think even someone in a wheelchair would like to have some sort of small counter for putting stuff on instead of the very small stand sink with only a soap shelf on it to put things on. Otherwise was a very nice stay.
- 5/5
The Red Roof Inn at Seattle Airport was awesome. Our room was very clean, the shower actually drained when showering instead of standing in a foot of water. How many times are you at a hotel and the shower drain can’t keep up. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient.
- 4/5
Nice to have a 24 hour Airport Shuttle. Friendly and Helpful Staff. We had a problem with no air conditioning in our room upon check in. Staff attempted to fix and promptly found us another room.
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
If you stay at the hotel as a guest you have to pay for parking $18 plus dollars a day because it is also an airport parking place.
- 5/5
Shuttle
- 5/5
Brand new mercedes shuttle. nice driver and staff. Shuttle back and forth every thirty minutes
- 4/5
No fridge or microwave.
- 2/5
Let's say there is no sound privacy from rooms above and next to you, some sketchy folks
- 2/5
Very close to the rental car return. You must pay to park. Our room only had 1 towel and didn’t notice until too late so used our own. No refrigerator as promised in room details.
- 2/5
The room was very clean and comfortable, but there were people fighting and slamming doors all night long till nearly 2 in the morning. It was very hard to sleep.
- 3/5
Had to pay for parking, no amenities really, our toilet was lopsided, room was old and dingy
- 5/5
Room are very clean
- 4/5
Close to airport
- 3/5
Wifi signal was terrible
- 2/5
The room we stayed in had a strong smell, and there was a parking fee.

Clean room.
- 5/5
room ia decent good staff ac good stays overnight
- 2/5
Prob wouldnt stay there again.
- 5/5
Great hotel right by the airport
- 5/5
The heating and air conditioning worked well. You had to pay to park your car but it was safe. They allowed us to check in 30 minutes an early which we appreciated so much after flying all day. They could use a continental breakfast or something to give them a leg up on the competition.
- 4/5
Nice, clean room. Only negative was the noise from the hallway (especially what sounded like a drunk arguing in the hallway at about midnight). I would stay here again, as it is very convenient to the airport.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle is on time
- 4/5
Still waiting on the return of my deposit
- 4/5
For 1 night it was okay
- 5/5
Easy parking
- 3/5
The carpet in the room was so old and nasty we didn't walk barefoot on it.The parking is bad. They allow for paid outside parking which takes up a lot of the spaces and they also had big box trucks stored in the parking lot so not very many spaces for guests to park.
- 3/5
Fair alternative for SeaTac. Great shuttle to airport.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Easy to get to the airport
- 3/5
Room was clean but smelled strongly of paint and there was NO hot water! it is close to the airport so convenient and thy have internet. Do not forget to validate your parking ticket otherwise there is no way to get money back.
- 3/5
The place was okay, staff was helpful and courteous.
- 1/5
Do not recommend. Too many dogs barking throughout the night. Manager was not helpful when I got double charged for parking.
- 5/5
It is very close to the airport, but not very noisy, and the bus service is very punctual.Friendly staff, clean rooms
- 2/5
Very thin walls...very noisy...very run down...time to bulldoze and start over...too old.
- 4/5
Convenient location to the airport
- 2/5
The room smelled like smoke and I could hear the people’s tv in the next room. They also charged for parking, but that was not clear when booking.
- 5/5
Good shuttle and nice location
- 4/5
Nice room.
- 5/5
Location made doing Seattle on a budget, possible. Could not have been happier.
- 5/5
Great location with parking near the airport! Friendly and helpful staff!
- 5/5
everything is perfect 👌
- 5/5
Affordable place to stay for a quick overnight between flights. Close to the airport and free shuttle!
- 4/5
This is a fully functional place to spend the night. I use it all the time. The airport shuttle is very dependable.
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
Pickup from airport was efficient late at night.
- 4/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Airport transport took over 20 minutes from when we called. Hotel is a 5 minute drive. Other hotels in the area had buses pass us 3 times while we waited. Otherwise the hotel is what you would expect for the price, and was quiet for our sleep.
- 4/5
Convenient shuttle
- 5/5
There are the best
- 4/5
Great location re airport, light rail, 24/7 available shuttle to/from; affordable; rooms not well soundproofed; some issues w/thermostat, periodic noisy bathroom fan, no continental breakfast; 1 tissue package in rm, asked for & got more & towels; very friendly, helpful staff especially shuttle drivers!
- 4/5
Customer service was amazing. The front desk lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. We checked in quickly and scheduled the shuttle to the airport next morning for the parents. The cost-benefit for their stay was great, we’ll definitely use this hotel again if future travel plans include Seattle.
- 5/5
it is good
- 3/5
Definitely only a hotel you’d want to spend the night for a few hours to get a shuttle to the airport. room was clean, but toilet seemed like it was going to overflow every single time you flushed. It filled all the way up and slowly went down. When you have human waste almost coming out on the floor you panic. No plunger in site, but thank god it didn’t actually overflow. Check in and out was easy. Shuttle was wonderful. Staff was perfect. The outlets by the end were so loose my phone could barely charge unless properly positioned after 10 minutes of trying.
- 4/5
Great room
- 4/5
It was good for my one night stay to be close to the airport for a morning flight. The free airport shuttle was very nice.
- 4/5
The airport shuttle is convenient. Easy to order food through uber delivery.
- 4/5
Very close to airport perfect place when just crashing between flights!!! Best kept secret!
- 4/5
Convenient and friendly staff
- 4/5
The free shuttle to the airport was the best part! The room was quiet for being on a busy street.
- 5/5
Good reliable place for a layover. I have stayed there twice. The staff are great. The shuttle runs like clockwork.
- 4/5
Front desk is amazing. Close to airport and free shuttle to airport!

Front desk lady named Tabatha was super rude and disrespectful, also you’ll be charged 24$ a night parking also.
- 3/5
Staff was not overly friendly

Trash Room, Trash Service, Trashy Trash Trash
- 5/5
Very pleasant
- 5/5
Clean! Fab shuttle to/from airport on demand, helpful front desk.
- 4/5
Comfortable and convenient. Good value.
- 3/5
The staff were super friendly, shuttle service is very useful especially if you arrive late at night. The only sad things is that the place smells a bit and it looks run down.
- 5/5
front desk was friendly, accomodating, rooms are clean and w
- 5/5
Clean room. Great staff.
- 4/5
Everyone was very nice.
- 4/5
Really polite and helpful check-in staff.
- 1/5
bed bugs, ruined our vacation. don't stay there.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic.
- 4/5
all good
- 5/5
Clean room. Reliable shuttle. Close to airport
- 5/5
The room was exactly what we needed to catch an early flight out internationally.
- 3/5
The room was what you expect for a cheap stay. Mostly clean.
- 5/5
Very clean. Good value for the affordable price
- 5/5
Super friendly staff and great room. Will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
The bed was not comfortable, but I was paying for geographical convenience to the airport, not luxury. Still, it was difficult to sleep. Staff was neither unfriendly or friendly, they were simply there to perform a task of checking you in/out. This is one of those places where you get what you pay for, and when the rate is low, so should be your expectations I suppose.
- 1/5
I left early and they did not refund my money. They lied and stole money from me. Never stay there.
- 4/5
Was okay
- 5/5
Location is good
- 2/5
I called the hotel four times and kept being told it was coming, but it never arrived. The hotel is only 3 minutes from Sea-Tac Airport, so this was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. In the end, I had to order a Lyft to get to the hotel. Then in the morning, the shuttle again did not come, and I had to order another Lyft to get to the airport for my early flight. For the money I spent on Lyft rides, I could have stayed at a Marriott where the shuttles run every five minutes without any stress or excuses. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here if you are depending on the airport shuttle.
- 4/5
Clean room, good value for price. Just stayed one night on the way to fly out of SeaTac. There is plane noise.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable room in a hotel conveniently located for my needs.
- 4/5
Staff was courteous and the room was clean.
- 5/5
The staff were cool. Very nice. Room was perfect and very clean. I loved my housekeeper. She was very accommodating. I loved it there and didn’t want to go
- 5/5
Staff was super nice and professional especially Ruth. 😊
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff was couteous.
- 1/5
My flight was cancelled, messaged, called - emailed - Expedia tried to contact them - after no response we still ended up paying for a room we couldn’t use, the start to a long planned, trip of a reunion with my daughters I haven’t seen in six years. Disappointed all the way around. I get why you can’t contact an actual human anymore.
- 5/5
Room was clean very quiet the person at front desk very nice.
- 2/5
Room smelled like animal urine and musty. Definitely needs an update. Was only there for one night but very meh.
- 5/5
Same as my last stay two weeks prior. Spotless room , convenience of location
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff. My only complaint was the couple fighting all night, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.
- 3/5
The room was in decent condition. The problem was when we came down to get the airport shuttle at 3AM. The receptionist tried countless times to get a hold of the driver. She was unsuccessful and had to call us a cab. We thought for sure we’d miss our flight.
- 1/5
Bugs everywhere, dirty, rooms not fully clean, Gave dirty blankets, didn’t realize until morning since it was dark woke up with bites everywhere had to go to doctors
- 3/5
If you park your car there overnight for your stay, you have to pay. They say it's $20 per night. I arrived at 9pm and left at 5am the next morning and when I tried to leave, their machine charged me $42 just for parking. Crazy.
- 5/5
I had a good experience overall.
- 4/5
clean room
- 5/5
Quiet, close to airport, shuttle on schedule
- 4/5
Clean room😄
- 4/5
The room was great and met my expectations/
- 4/5
Parking rates almost doubled from 6 months ago.
- 4/5
Stayed at the Red Roof inn overnight waiting for a connecting flight the next morning. The staff were great and the facility was clean and the airport shuttle was very punctual
- 5/5
Good and clean 👍
- 4/5
Easy check in. Good inexpensive hotel near the rental car return facility
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, Room was spotless, I will definitely consider booking here on my return trip from the Philippines.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stopped for a quick stopover. Close to the airport, convenient shuttle service. Thank you!
- 5/5
Staff are amazing. The care the joy the vulnerability that we project as we are in unfamiliar place is met with kindness joy gentility that really make all things bright and joyful. They have a good team here, one that is united to provide best customer service. A rare trait in an industry that’s as dynamic and demanding like the digital world is these days oh and it’s close to airport !
- 3/5
The insulation between the floor above me was terrible...was awakened multiple times from very loud footsteps and bed creaking throught the night
- 3/5
The Room was clean , but the fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning . Kind of startling .
- 1/5
Room was never cleaned the whole visit, we couldn’t get the heat to come on, coffee wasn’t available each day, vending machine wasn’t stocked.
- 5/5
Clean, fresh room and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Convenience
- 5/5
Wonderful, caring staff. Average but fine rooms.
- 1/5
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Despite our flight being canceled and being re-booked to the next day so we were unable to make our reservation, something we had zero control over, they refused to refund even a partial payment to us.
- 2/5
The entire hotel smells like a brothel (that is putting it nicely). But it was at least close to the airport and the shuttle was available.
- 5/5
Good place
- 5/5
Th staff was wonderful! The room was fine. We had to get up for an early flight and were h g lad to be close by the airport.
- 5/5
Convenient, good staff, inexpensive, certainly not luxurious.
- 5/5
The room was clean, nice tv, cofee maker, refrigerator, and microvave.
- 5/5
Just as good as all reveiws state: Great price with a very friendly staff. Super clean and quiet. Only 5 minute free shuttle to Sea-Tac airport. Highly recommended!!
- 1/5
Pick up from airport was terrible
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff
- 4/5
Clean room but no microwave
- 4/5
The room is good. However, the carpet needs to be replaced. The check-in staff is helpful and courteous.
- 1/5
Will not stay there ever again. Room was relatively clean but had a strong musty pet smell that was quite offensive all night long.
- 5/5
My stay was absolutely excellent. The shuttle came in five minutes. The property is right on top of the airport. The staff walked me through how to get to the shuttle. She was so pleasant and then when I left my wallet, they called me and got it right to me. The room was clean and well maintained. Everything worked properly. Overall, it was one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. Check in was a breeze
- 5/5
Spacious room that was clean and orderly.
- 1/5
The a/c works terrible. Did noise and not heat and not cold
- 4/5
Not the cleanest rooms and they were very musty smelling. Also didn’t have ANY refrigerator in the room. I should have read the description better…
- 3/5
rooms are small but clean and close to airport. A little noisy on street side
- 4/5
This is a very economic clean easy place to stay, but really only if you're traveling to/from the airport.
- 5/5
Good place to stay if you’re flying. The room was clean and spacious. Additionally, our stay included a shuttle free of charge to the airport. Overall, a great experience for a great price.
- 5/5
Got everything I need, shuttle bus, desk, even a microwave anf a refridgerator!!
- 5/5
Clean room, easy check-in courteous staff, swift shuttle service, seriously, no notes, I got exactly what I wanted.
- 3/5
Its good
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful
- 5/5
Staff helpful
- 5/5
good
- 4/5
the heater working good
- 4/5
Excellent staff. Carpets could be a bit more clean.
- 5/5
Staff was awesome! Shuttle service to the airport was great! Thank you Red Roof Inn :)
- 5/5
Cleanness and roomie
- 2/5
The parking was $10 per day but I was charged $33 per day to be able to leave the gated premises. Also, Hotels.com doesn’t tell you that you have to pay to park there which boosts your overall charge to stay there.
- 5/5
I had a rough day at the airport with cancelations etc. Red Roof Inn saved the day. All for under $100! I can't beleive deals like that still exist.
- 5/5
Awesome place to lodge!!! Friendly and Courteous.
- 1/5
The room sucks. For 3 nights, no one even changed the towels or cleaned the room.
- 5/5
Room clean. Towels fluffy. Very friendly staff. Convenient for travel to/from Sea-Tac.
- 5/5
Great staff. Convenient location.
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious. Great night's sleep in easy walking distance to the airport.
- 5/5
Room was clean.
- 5/5
Front desk was very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Good clean room but toilet was already clogged from the last guest. Also i seen alot of not so favorable activities at night time underneath in the parking garage are. I didnt want my truck broken into so i had to leave my dog in it at night time.
- 5/5
Everything was good!
- 4/5
Room was clean and decent channel selection. Don’t like powder coffee creamer and lid didn’t fit on coffee cups.
- 4/5
Staff kind. Free airport shuttle service great!
- 2/5
I have my own car
- 5/5
Room was great and clean parking was also good
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Great place for the price- very friendly and easy to park and leave your car.
- 4/5
Great place near the airport....
- 5/5
There was no fridge or microwave in room
- 4/5
Staff was good. Bathtub and surrounding was not clean well.
- 3/5
The room was cold and I got a cold.
- 5/5
It’s was over good for the price.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
The price was fair and we had no issues during our stay. The inn was old and the parking is awkward. There were lots of people hanging out in the parking lot and it seemed a little uncomfortable with family and little kids
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice. The room was cleam and everything worked as it should.
- 5/5
Room was just fine, staff was great as was the location.
- 1/5
Don't stay here. First off i wasnt aware that they charge 15 dollars per night to use their parking lot. We got a two bed room. It looked clean. But after a while of settling in, I was ready to go to bed when I saw a huge bedbug on the pillow where my two yr old was sleeping. I grabbed it and took it to the front desk. There i was given another room. I checked it out and there was weed on the phone table. So again i had to go to front desk to get a different room. Ive stayed at other Red Roof hotels and had never experienced this.
- 4/5
Older hotel. Clean rooms. Parking is all paid which was not mentioned in the listing when I booked.
- 5/5
Gray service and good location
- 4/5
Nice people
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
it’s very bad the airline they charged me $850 even I don’t want to try to cancel. They try to cancel me 200 extra extra fee that’s so bad airlines I never had like this. I wanna refund my money. This is so bad I’m a customer, but it happened to me. That’s ridiculous.
- 4/5
Close to everything
- 5/5
Hotel has improved from last time I stayed, staff is very friendly and efficient, rooms are spacious, hotel offers a shuttle to/from the airport, and there's also easy public transportation literally just at the door.
- 5/5
The staff is great and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the airport, right on time. The facility is older, it hasn’t been updated in a long time, but it is very clean in the rooms, and for a quick stay near the super, it’s perfect!
- 5/5
clean room. very comfy bed. room temp was perfect.
- 5/5
This is an older hotel. While furnishings were dated and worn, the bathroom was updated and very clean. The air conditioning was too cold for me so I shut it off and it was fine. I was impressed that they have a free 24-hour airport shuttle. I arrived at Sea-Tac after 11:30p without a reservation and their driver picked me up after a bit of a wait. Their rate was very reasonable and represented a good value in my book. The hotel is located less than a mile from the airport.
- 3/5
If 4 people are staying in a room there should be at least 4 towels. Why should we have to share a damn towel disgusting.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff and easy transportation to/from airport. I called for the shuttle when I arrived at the airport and they got to me within 10 mins :)
- 5/5
Room was spotless and the front desk staff friendly. No complaints whatsoever. Definitely a great budget friendly option very near the airport.
- 5/5
Great service and clean rooms
- 2/5
Shuttle service didn’t come to the airport for a long time. After calling the receptionist, we waited more than 30 minutes outside the SeaTac airport.
- 2/5
A huge section of the carpet was very wet, and the advertised parking required an extra payment to use.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle available. Staff was friendly. Property is older and could use updating.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The bed was very comfy. Even with the bare minimum, I still enjoyed it.
- 5/5
Clean room and great staff for a a quick sleep
- 5/5
The shuttle came to the spot that they said it would once I called for a pick up. I was just so happy to have a clean safe room to shower and sleep.
- 4/5
Room was very clean
- 3/5
Second stay there probably the last.
- 4/5
clean and convenient to the airport
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Decent hotel for the price
- 3/5
Room was clean enough. It was older and remodeled some. Carpet was worn and had some stains, needed a good cleaning. Bed was very xlean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean but no counter top around sink so no where to set stuff. Was very close to airport and very convenient.
- 4/5
clean room, good service
- 5/5
Clean room and pleasant staff
- 1/5
Staff ? Front desk could care less...the shuttle driver that took us to the airport was GREAT...he was so helpful !
- 1/5
Room was filthy...stains on carpet, bathroom floor spotty, found a chain link imbedded in carpet ! Made original reservation requesting accessible room, explained husband uses walker and cannot walk distance so close as possible please...called direct to verify..2nd floor off elevator CLEAR TO THE END OF THE HALLWAY after I had been assured of close to lobby room. I had to help him get there. We had a reservation made to stay on our return home...the first thing we have done is find another hotel, booked, and Red Roof cancelled. Never again.
- 3/5
Super close to the airport and has a shuttle. Good enough for one night before a flight
- 3/5
Good enough for what se needed staff was great
- 1/5
We got dirty rooms twice. The first room we got looked like it was some one’s room. The second room we got the sheets had old blood stains on them and holes. The staff seem to not really care about the cleanliness, even after I told them and after showing them the proof. I don’t recommend this place nor will I ever stay in this place again.
- 4/5
Room was good, I appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport.
- 5/5
Clean room. Price is right. Easy transportation to airport
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
A long dark hair on a pillow was a negative along with the pillows needing replacing. Typical noisy airport hotel with people coming and going all night. Close to the airport with a good shuttle. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
It’s better to have a vending machine on the floor.
- 1/5
Dirty floors, dirty bathroom, dogs every where inside the hotel, carpets in rooms are disgusting, windows are illegally screwed shut so no fresh air in damp mildewy rooms. Will never be staying here again and its a shame because i am a long time customer who used to enjoy this establishment.
- 3/5
Hotel layout beyond confusing. Rode elevators many times before found the lobby. Stupid!
- 4/5
Needs an update. Good for a night
- 1/5
Very sketchy hotel did not feel safe inside or in the parking lot.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet.
- 4/5
Unsafe, not due to the property, but due to the surrounding area transit walking through
- 5/5
The manager at the front desk was so kind. She printed out some medical papers for me that I needed before going to a hospital. The staff also was very nice.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Thank you.
- 3/5
Check in staff very welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly what I'd expect. Clean and comfy. The lobby, coffee service, and common area need a lot of work. Easy shuttle to airport. Although one can probably walk to airport just as easily. Price was right for the room.
- 5/5
This is a great hotel for the price. The rooms are large and clean, and front desk staff and the bus shuttle drivers have been consistently excellent. We’ve stayed at the Red Roof Inn multiple times as they often offer the best rate among the airport hotels with airport shuttles. Traveler tip: the “standard” room/rate doesn’t include a fridge or microwave; the “deluxe” room/rate does.
- 4/5
Could have been cleaner in the halls, entry.
- 5/5
The room was spotless.
- 5/5
It was a nice place!! Close to airport and they offer shuttle pick up from the airport if you call 24 hours prior to set it up.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The check-in was smooth.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
They actually had a flood in the lobby the night that I stayed, so probably not their fault a low score. Decorations for Halloween were very impressive and staff were helpful. Room was okay but noisy. Didn’t sleep well but could have been because I was excited about flight the next morning.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
clean room, good customer service.
- 3/5
The hotel itself was fine and the staff very helpful. The elevator going to the parking lot at the back, was very dirty and smelly. The biggest complaint I have, is that we were charged fifteen dollars for parking and $1.88 in taxes. If you are going to charge your guests for parking, they need to know up front.
- 4/5
Room is nice and location to airport is great. Price is good. Have stayed here several times.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle prompt on pick up. A bit understaffed at check in but do you really care @ midnight. Quite fine for a budget hotel. The shuttle driver was very accommodating in the morning and dropped us off at the car rental rather than taking us back to the airport only to catch the bus to the rental agency.
- 5/5
It was good
- 1/5
The beds and pillows were very stiff. The app doesn’t mention that you have to pay for parking. Elevator in lobby did not work.
- 2/5
Loud noises from water running from room next door, first night woke me up at 01:34, 2nd night work me up at 03:43, it’s hard to get back to sleep after being awakened. The toilet in my room water box leaking bcs the flushing nod is loose, it makes a lot of noise when water tank is not filled up after each fl
- 3/5
Long wait at check in with only a few people in the queue. Initially given a room that smelt strongly of cigarette smoke but moved to another room. Ok for an overnight stay. Useful shuttle to airport.
- 4/5
This is the best of the budget SeaTac hotels. The building itself is pretty old/outdated, but it's very clean, very comfortable, and the staff are kind and helpful.
- 4/5
Close to the airport. Friendly staff. Could use some deep cleaning - multiple stains on the carpets.
- 3/5
Very close to airport. Clean bathrooms in room.
- 4/5
Staff
- 4/5
Receptionist was very friendly & cheerful. The shuttle driver was kind enough, but didn’t smile much. Our shower drain was rusty. Good enough for a one night stay after being bumped off from a flight.
- 1/5
The door key had to be reprogrammed each day. I’m disabled, had to walk from the parking lot to my room, only to have to go back down to get the key programmed again and again.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable, good sized room. Could use more soundproofing since it's close to the airport.
- 3/5
Room was okay. You do have to pay for parking which is inconvenient since the parking area is not secure. There was vomit by the elevator entrance in the parking lot which was gross.
- 4/5
The airport shuttle was great and parked where you could find it. The rooms enviromentals were comfortable.
- 5/5
Shuttle was helpful and timely.
- 4/5
Great stay
- 3/5
I think the fact the coffee was just like dirty water and they didn't care was like the final straw. They also would not send the shuttle 3 minutes away to pick me up from car rental return. It was $85/night and I got what I paid for. It was worth it for the price but be clear about that.
- 4/5
The shuttle was great as I arrived very late and left very early. Friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. Property amenities could be updated, but overall good, but short, stay.
- 1/5
Not as good as is supposed to be
- 3/5
I gave it a 3 star bc of the worker in the front. I don’t remember her name but she made my stay worth it. Very easy to work with, happy and understanding. The workers on the other hand came in when I was still sleeping. I had to tell the to leave 3 times bc it wasn’t time for me to check out yet. Then I had to yell through the door that my time wasn’t over yet that I finally just got over it and just left
- 4/5
One should not be surprised to find an airport hotel is a bit noisy. The tv did not have a guide that was easy to follow. Meager complaints, so all in all, a good stay.
- 5/5

- 3/5
Staff are great tho !
- 4/5
My stay was as expected, enjoyable. The room was clean and prepared for me when I arrived. The bed was comfortable and I had adequate amenities for my stay with the fridge and microwave.
- 5/5
Stayed here because we had an early flight back home. Commute to airport was about 4 mins. No issues at all - driver was there at 3:30 to take us to airport. Can walk to hotel from rental car drop off. Clean and simple.

Great staff, location and ease of use!
- 5/5
This place is my go to night before an early flight the next day Having a shuttle is the reason why I stay here
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Shuttle was punctual and very good.
- 5/5
Big clean room
- 3/5
They did not serve breakfast as we booked the room inclusive of it.
- 4/5
Stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport so convenient. The shuttle was a bonus as we are not from Seattle so didn't know the city, shuttle driver was excellent! Another bonus to staying here is that the Light Rail is also at the airport so getting around the city was pretty easy after we figured things out. Walking distance to a restaurant and to the LRT. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
This a good one night hotel to catch a plane the next morning. Eat before you get here. Staff are nice and friendly. Simple and the cost is inexpensive.
- 3/5
NA
- 4/5
It’s a redroof inn. For under a hundred dollars for an overnight stay it’s pretty much what you need. The room and property itself is clean enough. No weird smells stains on the bed or critters. Staff is friendly. The airport shuttle during the day runs every 30 minutes. Not many food options around the property but a gas station mini mart is across the property for snacks and water.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the bed comfy. Will go back again if I ever get the opportunity to.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, free Airport shuttle is a plus, and the transportation to the port is reasonable
- 5/5
Very good staff
- 3/5
The elevator and room carpets were filthy. Staff was friendly. Would be nice to have a continental breakfast.
- 4/5
Close to airport and rooms are clean and good location for the money
- 1/5
My brother & I were surprised no breakfast provided contrary to their promise. When we returned after dinner the 1st night, the motel room was completely zero service. Beds were not made. Clean towels not replaced. Coffee, condiments not replaced. Shampoo/soap not replaced. So, customers went to complain to change room; attendants said full house: no clean room available. Attendants also said their hotel only clean room every Wednesday. If customers need towels, soap etc, go get the necessities on customer”s own effort. Attendants even threaten customers cancel the room and leave. Such a threaten remark by hotel attendants was made at 9:30pm
- 5/5
Easy shuttle to the hotel. Hotel was fine for the night
- 1/5
The non-smoke room smells like cigarettes!!
- 3/5
Room was clean but there was trash in the hallways and the hallway smelled of a strong weed odor.
- 5/5
Anselma the receptionist was amazing , very helpful and kind .
- 5/5
24 hour airport shuttle
- 5/5
It met my expectations. Front desk staff were nice and friendly. I just wish the room had a refrigerator and a microwave.
- 3/5
Yes to both questions
- 2/5
People were pounding on doors at 2am, we were right across from the vending/ice machine and it too was very noisy until 3am. My wife came away with severe bug bites (bed. bugs?) , but I was fortunate and wasn't affected.
- 4/5
Bathroom smelled like smoker
- 1/5
The carpet was vile. With many stains and discolorations spread over its entire length, built up over years and years. The toilet was partially clogged, so we did not use it. It's not the fault of the cleaning staff. That room needs to be remodeled. (Rugs need to be replaced. Walls repainted. Lighting replaced.) Until then, nobody should stay there. I asked another guest and he did not have this problem. Keep in mind that whenever you send customers to hotels like this, you risk losing a customer forever. I will never go to RedRoof Inn. And, since I was forced to stay there in that room for 2 nights, (with no refund, even for the 2nd night), -I will never use expedia again. This is my last transaction with expedia.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 5/5
If you're looking for a place near the airport and you rent a car, you can't beat this place. There's a gas station across the street and it's less than 5 minutes away from the airport.
- 4/5
Parking was good but charged u 15 bucks
- 4/5
Airport shuttle good
- 5/5
Shuttle took about an hour, but driver was nice
- 3/5
Close to airport
- 4/5
The free shuttle to the airport was awesome. Buy nicer towels and the experience improves dramatically!
- 5/5
We turned down the shuttle and walked to the airport.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle was easy to use, walked from airport so did not have to worry about parking
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and safe. The price was awesome
- 4/5
Didn't shuttle
- 5/5
Great staff. Close to airport
- 2/5
Bad place
- 2/5
Never again! The parking is cramped and limited in a sketchy neighborhood. We were surprised to find our truck unharmed in the morning. The hotel itself needs a major overhaul. It smelled bad and is very outdated. If you’re looking for an affordable night before your flight, keep looking!!
- 2/5
The airport shuttle service was fine.
- 5/5
The AC worked great. Comfortable room
- 4/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Very good hotels
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 4/5
my only complaint was the wifi...it sucked.
- 4/5
It was fine! No fridge or microwave in the room, so bear that in mind. It's far from luxurious but I had no issues either. If I needed a quick budget-friendly hotel for the night I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
The room are very clean and organized . The only complaint I have is I been calling for pick up at the airport now is answering the front desk for 1 hour so I took the taxi at the airport to the hotel I hope I could get a reimbursement for my taxi ride to the hotel.
- 5/5
Great place to do an overnight trip.

We did not have a car so it was important that the 1 line station is nearby. Depending what side of the hotel you are on there can be road noise. 4 stars was because 2 thermos dispensers are not enough to keep up with coffee demands in the mornings and there's no liquid milk, only powder "milk" (a product made from corn syrup.) We bought our own milk at the gas station minimart which is steps away. Know also that there is only a lobby microwave & only an icebucket to keep things cold in your room.

The facility is ok. It’s a decent price in a busy airport area and we appreciated that. I couldn’t get past the carpet in our room as it was extremely worn and stained. Even if it was clean it didn’t feel like it. The hall was very hot and it wasn’t cold outside yet (early October). We ran the AC at the lowest setting and still struggled to stay cool. We would consider staying again but not without more research.

On the other hand the woman working in the garage loading things went out of her way to be kind and helpful. Yin and yang. I would not stay at Red Roof again though because of the deposit I was not aware would be charged and the behavior of the person who registered me.

Very good stay!

It’s a perfectly fine airport hotel. Don’t expect anything fancy staying near the airport. We had a couple of days in Seattle and wanted an airport shuttle. The place was fine. If We were staying longer in Seattle I would have gotten something a little more fancy though.

Internet spotty. Old and needing upgrade. Not worth the price.

Wi-Fi essentially doesn’t work beds were clean room was clean. Everything else was OK. The facility is kind of old, but it’s really close to the airport.

It's an airport hotel. You're there to get to and from the airport. Shuttle works nicely, the driver was the nicest person we interacted with. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean, so no complaints there. Not a bad place for the price and convenience at all.

We've been here three times. My daughter likes the relatively nearby Denny's on the walk to the airport.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only problem was the door was really hard to open. Had to actually use your shoulder to get the door to open.

Nice place to stay

The hotel has good airport shuttle service. WiFi was ok with no security code. The room was general clean, but I hope they could vacuum the floor.

Last minute room - worked great.

The property was very close to the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. It is near a convenience store for any food you may need. Overall, excellent property for the price. I would definitely stay there again

Room was bigger than I expected.

The airport shuttle is the reason to stay at this property.

Hotel was clean, they let us check in early and all the staff was nice. The free shuttle to the air port was top notch and the driver was so helpful! A+

Lots of noise, in need of fresh coat of paint and deep cleaning or remodel imo.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean but lobby and hallways needed some help.
- 5/5
Great stay, no complaints!

Room was nice and clean on the 2nd floor. Was a room for a disabled person so there was all this weird stuff in the bathroom and tub/shower. Very noisy. Was hard to get a decent nights rest do to the noise level.
