Radisson Hotel Seattle Airport

This has been my hotel of choice for my business travel for almost one year now until my recent stay. I woke up with numerous bug bites all over my body at 2am and could not go back to sleep. The front desk attendant was very apologetic and provided me with the manager’s business card. I emailed the manager the evening of 6/10 and still haven’t heard back (today is 6/15). Perhaps it went to her spam box, I don’t know but this matter should have been escalated to her attention without me having to reach out. Needless to say I will not be staying here again.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Other than that the hotel is literally within walking distance, has shuttle as well with nice shuttle drivers. Breakfast was delicious, and my server was cordial and very pleasant. Gym has adequate work out machines , I have not used it but the pool looked nice as well The room is adequate and it was clean.

This hotel looks like a resort Lodge. Great location by the airport, and surprisingly quiet.

After checking in, there was no power to the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It is very hard to sleep with noise from the airport.

The room was big and very clean and I loved the decor. I didn’t like having to pay for parking. It should have been noted in the booking process. In regards to the restaurant, when we arrived there was a table of six people and a table of one. We waited at least 10 minutes to be seated. Another 20 minutes to place our order and another 45 minutes to receive our food. While the food was good, I don’t know that it was worth the wait. We had traveled all day and didn’t want to leave the hotel so we endured the wait.

Perfect for transiting through Seattle. Free airport shuttle. Lovely rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing and the waiter couldn't do enough. Overall very good hotel. No issues

The Hotel was lovely. Staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. Hotel was clean and the rooms. The pool was great and so was the restaurant and servers. A convenient market in the lobby area with essentials came in handy after a long day of walking post flight. It wasn't too far from the airport, it is walkable but we did utilize the shuttle bus on departure day which came in handy with our luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Paid 25.00 for early check in fee. We were only staying 8 hours to sleep between flights lukewarm shower was a a no go for me at 3:00pm n the afternoon, hot water should have been available. The place was clean, grounds were nice. Resturant food was okay but service was very slow. And if you book online through third party no free breakfast.

Stayed at the Radisson near SeaTac and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and modern. The best part for anyone traveling in and out of SeaTac is the location — it’s only about a 5-minute walk to Terminal A, which made everything incredibly convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and modern. Bed was very comfy. Even though it's right by the airport we didn't hear airplanes and slept good. We didn't have time to try the restaurant.

The breakfast was very good. The pillows were not adequate for a King size bed.

The hotel is near to the airport with complimentary bus shuttle (but is actually walkable) and going to downtown Seattle is easy with the transit train. The hotel is clean, room clean and the staff friendly.

Fairly basic hotel. AC unit in the room made some crazy loud noises so we were unable to have it running while we tried to sleep. Definitely a very convenient spot when flying in or out of Seattle, but I don’t think it was worth the price we paid.

The restaurant now closes at 10:30 am instead of 11:00. That is too early, It needs to remain open all day.

We booked this particular stay because we were coming off long international flight and wanted in-house restaurant with room service. At check in we were informed restaurant closed and no roo. Service. Our Vip status not mentioned, no coupon, no wifi info. My husband went and talked to the bartender who was very kind and let us know we could get food with her. Room was fine. Could have used a deeper cleaning

It's a very nice hotel and convenient walk from the airport.

I had dark hairs on my bedding. They told us at check in that the restaurants opens at 5. We called for room Service with no answer. I got ahold of someone at the front desk and she said “oh, sorry. They didn’t show up today. It’s closed”

This hotel is extremely convenient. We walked to the departures check in desks in less than 10 minutes. The property is very old and some areas are quite run down, especially the pool and gym in particular. There was no water in the gym. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. It was very quiet, I did not hear any aircraft noise!

All was great but I was given an adjoining room as a solo traveler. I had an early flight & was awakened by a loud family, getting very little sleep. I will request a non-adjoining room next time.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff friendly and inviting. I really like that they had an area for DoorDash food orders at the front. It was welcome and convenient.

When our flight home was cancelled, the Radisson was our rescuer. The room was comfortable & clean. The shuttle to/from the airport was efficient & timely.

Convenient for using the airport, and not too loud inside even though very close to the airport. Lobby was clean and check-in was easy. The restaurant had enough choices on the menu for variety and the food was real good. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

the onlhy problem was all the coffee packets were decaf. However, that was soon rectified when I told the maid.

We asked for early check in, the room was not cleaned properly up to my standards. For example there was coffee stains by the coffee machine in room. The bathroom had a slow drain. So I had to bust out my cleaning supplies. The bedding was fresh and clean.

The front desk staff was great, very helpful. I needed to move rooms in the middle of the night due to a strong cleaning product odor in my room, and they were very accommodating. The rooms themselves are fine--clean, but obviously on the older side with a basic cosmetic upgrade. Had to stay the night due to a cancelled flight and it was okay for that purpose. Shuttle was convenient and on-time in the morning.

I was charged for a "quiet room" and it was far from quiet. Our room was directly over the air conditioning unit and kept us up all night. I asked for a refund and the front desk told me that we would have to wait for a manager.

Room was clean and spacious, but the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. Airport noise is very loud which is to be somewhat expected so close to the airport. Parking is an additional $30 per night. Friendly staff and no strong perfumes like other major hotel chains.

The room was very clean and the cost was very affordable. Our particular room, however, was not great for senior citizens. The floor was a laminate and very slippery while wearing sox, the tub/shower was also slippery and had nothing to grab or hold onto. My wife and I are not disabled and don’t require a handicap room, but they should add a few safety features. Finally the king bed was extremely firm and we didn’t sleep well. The hotel did provide shuttle service to the airport which was scheduled every 15 minutes and on time.

Room was clean but freezing, and the thermostat wasn’t heating the room well. The room’s atmosphere was stark, not comfortable or cozy feeling. The room service fees were expensive and the language barrier made for food not ordered. Overall, the hotel was nothing special and not what I expected at all.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly, previous occupant's hair was found in the bathtub, by the sink, and it also appeared someone used the toilet or wasn't wiped down, the toilet seat had water on it (and hair)

Everything was great except the very unfriendly front desk gal that was working the afternoon of 10-31-25. No smiles, no friendly welcome. Rude to our 3rd guest that arrived before we did. Wasn’t exactly accommodating to finding a solution.

The airport shuttle was right on time. The staff was friendly…. One complaint- I booked 1 type of room- then they said that the room had to have maintenance- so they offered me an option for a room with a smaller bed or pay more for the room with the larger bed and it was 15 more dollars…. So I felt like they were making me get an upcharge.. it was only 15 more dollars… but I feel that they should have given me the room without the upcharge

When I arrived at the Radisson, I had had a delayed start, missed my ship embarkment, fell and injured my back, sat on highway in a downpour waiting for visibility, discovered I left one of my large suitcases at home, and although I’m old enough to handle stress, disappointment and pain, whenI stepped up to desk to check in and learnedthat my travel agent had made reservations for wrong date, I was ready to burst out in tears! The young ladies at the front desk discreetly reassured me and set out to solve the problems. They called their management because my agent was closed. They got me checked in, and even got me laundry aids so I could get a fresh start the next day! Maybe most importantly, I was back on my way to meet my ship with my dignity restored and the best night’s sleep I had in a month! a special shout out to Tova. She has a bright future ahead of her if she solves problems and provides customer service like that to all your guests!

Found suspicious curly hairs on face towel and bath towel, totally grossed out. Bed was very squeaky and not very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. Pool and gym look nice and clean. I like to modern vibes of the hotel lobby and rooms.

When I had an issue with my reservation, the team made it effortless to extend for an extra night in the same room with just a quick booking through Expedia. Later, when my outbound flight was unexpectedly canceled, they were just as accommodating, making re-checking in simple and stress-free so I could rest comfortably until my flight the next morning. The service was equally impressive when it came to amenities. Whenever I needed something, the staff responded quickly and thoughtfully—I especially appreciated how attentive they were in keeping me stocked with water and coffee. 10/10

Hotel,is okay for a one night stay before catching a plane, but nothing exceptional. Staff was fine, not overly helpful. Room were functional, product amenities were average. Shuttle bus driver was prompt and cheerful.

Clean room, nice staff we got to check in early after we left our other hotel. We liked them a lot.

This was overall a really great hotel, and I would easily recommend it. It's right next door to the airport and car rental facility. My only concerns were the homeless near the area (which is common for Seattle, so that was expected), and the A/C in the room, since it didn't get as cold as we prefer.

Room was clean and comfortable. We went down for breakfast the next morning and restaurant staff friendly. We asked front desk if a late check out was available due to our flight being moved even later and she said yes, despite upon check in being told absolutely not. A mixed bag but would stay again due to convenience to the airport, we walked to the terminal in less than 5 minutes. An easy walk even with 4 suitcases between us.

The small bar area has a very attentive bartender and we really appreciated being able to park our car while we were out of town onsite since they have airport transportation directly across from the airport.

Wonderful overnight stop. Room was clean, well appointed and the staff was very welcoming. Had dinner in the bar, it was great. Tasty food & drinks with a welcoming staff. In the morning, the shuttle driver was prompt & courteous. Highly recommend!

Only needed for room for the day till 6pm but didn’t have day hours - they stopped having day hours that day so I paid for an overnight stay which we didn’t use

The front desk young lady was not friendly did not help me or direct me until I asked several time which way the elevators were and was rude to me.

The most important factor is safety. Set-up, access and staff always present in front provides that.

Of course, I could have simply gone to the front desk later and requested a new key, but what bothered me most was the way the housekeeper responded. Instead of being courteous, her reply came across as unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. In fact, she didn’t offer any real assistance at all, which was disappointing. This experience stands in sharp contrast to the service I’ve received at Hilton properties. The rates may not differ much, but the quality of service is what truly makes the difference—and it’s exactly what we look for when choosing where to stay.

I stay here every time I have an early morning flight. Staff is always great. I wish there were more blankets in the rooms. I asked that an extra be brought up, but no one ever came. The beds are super comfy.

I alwaya here when I leave from Sea Tac. It is much better than ending up at the airport day of and late.

This location is Ideal just a short walk or shuttle ride from the airport. after being on an airplane for 4 hours the walk to this property was easy and welcome its also only a few blocks from the skybridge that gives you access to the train from their the downtown area is very accessible. breakfast was nice and a good vale for your money. the room I had was on the top floor with a lake view.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room even being close to elevator. Nice guest laundering or washing machines on site. Carpetless floor in room; although person above dropped items constantly but nevertheless room was comfortable. Prompt responsiveness of front desk. Professional, kind of courteous shuttle services provided by drivers. $30 guest parking fee is rather expensive.

Great stay

The rooms and pools were noce, the restaurant was slightly over proces especially the breakfast, eggs were under cooked asked for crispy bacon and was very chewey. Felt rushed to get out, house keepimg was knocking on our door at 730

Other then the power outage we had 15 minutes before we check- out. It was great.

Service was amazing, people were great, rooms were clean. Hotel had an eclectic mix of people as guests. A little worn down and carpeting smelled mildewy but for the most part, it was a good stay

Right next to airport

Though we were only passing through Seattle and stayed one night, the service, the comfort of the room and the food served were exceptional!! Highly recommend.

Amazing resolution for a rare Overbooked day in history. Concerts, sporting events made for a SOLDOUT pacific nw. Even with our very late check-in and probably a Expedia error, they were able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms! Sooo grateful since we’re traveling with a grandma and two small children. Bringing up a comfy roll away bed was brilliant! Thx to the staff!!!

Very convenient walkable location to the SeaTac Airport; Shuttle to the airpirt is also available; spacious & clean room; wonderful food & beverages at the Bar & Grill on property (delicious salmon on the menu); friendly & helpful staff.

I booked this room specifically because it is advertised as at the airport. It is not. You still have to take a shuttle. Which deposits you in a parking garage which then requires a 10 minute walk to ticketing. I had 5 expedition duffels which I could not wheel into the airport from the hotel. Giant hassle.

Close to SeaTac

Walking distance to seatac, they offer shuttle 24 hours a day but its so close we just walked, littery across the street so easy and convenient

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff

The property is directly across the street from south terminal of SeaTac. The property offered a shuttle to the north terminal.
