Quality Inn SeaTac Airport-Seattle

This is a crappy motel level type of hotel. The photos don’t represent the property. The room was very dingy. The plumbing didn’t work right. No cold water, all the way to cold gives you hot water that is just barely below unbarable boiling water. And it also alternates between hot and cool, giving you about 1 to 32 seconds of cool water before switching back to boiling. The TV remote ON button didn’t work. Had to click the button on the TV to turn it on, and the remote was all sticky. I did not expect this level.

Customer service was amazing!

Room was clean, had fridge and microwave , stocked with coffee packets for the in-room coffeemaker. There was always comp coffee and cold water available in the reception/checkin area, which I appreciated. Enough parking spaces provided. Location is close to SeaTac Airport and rental car facility.

The airport shuttle was a joke. We waited over an hour for pickup at the airport & within that time called the hotel 3x for status. Each time I was told “it will be there within 20 minutes”. We finally took a taxi to the hotel (a 5 minute drive from the airport) & there was the shuttle, in front of reception.

Overall not bad...good location. Property is just a bit run down - needs a face lift. My daughter said it smelled like smoke.

Stayed 1 day! Staff was helpful as we arrived early and got us into our room as soon as she could! Staff also pointed us in the direction of a restaurant called “sharps” and it was really good! Shuttle to the airport was a plus.

Room was clean, staff was friendly except for the shuttle bus which was late. Driver went to another hotel to pick up additional guests and was driving so fast and I have to grab my luggage to avoid being thrown back and forth.

Our room was below ground, so our view was of the bottom of a bush and dirt! The room temperature was set at 61° and we felt like we were staying in a morgue! The room and bed had absorbed the cold air, so we had to turn on the heat and froze most of the night! When we called for the shuttle, it took over 45 minutes for it to arrive. We was looking for a quality Inn shuttle, when we called back they said look for a silver van number 32. Nothing was said about a quality Inn van. 😡

This was a very reasonably priced, airport hotel with a friendly greeting by the front desk, quick assistance when needed, a clean and fairly newly painted room, with a moderately, comfortable bed, and close to the airport with a 24 hour shuttle.

Strangely, both the hot and cold sink faucet delivered hot/warm water. Something is not plumbed correctly in 237. It was a quiet place to spend a short night before an early flight.

24 hour shuttle and cheaper prices than other hotels. The breakfast included hot items but unfortunately we missed the time window. Furniture in the room was old with facsia coming off the table and desk. Ok spot for a short stay at SEA-TAC.

The ladies who worked the front desk were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was from 6 to 9 which is about a hour shorter than other hotels. One thing I felt a little uncomfortable with was it seemed like the hotel lets home people stay there.

The overnight staff would be the reason why I would stay again if I’m ever held over in Seattle again.

Not used to staying in a hotel with no seating area for visiting and inadequate seating for all the people who were trying to eat breakfast. Staff were fine, but Quality Inns are usually a bit higher scale. We won’t be staying there again!

The hotel had a very gross smell to it. Especially the third floor. The hallway and room smelled like urine or pet or something awful. If it wasn't so late at night when we checked in, we would have left and stayed some where else.

Aside from the breakfast experience, everything was as expected, and the front desk staff was very helpful. As for the breakfast experience, the toaster wasn’t working properly, and the breakfast staff were not using gloves, which didn’t feel sanitary.

The rate was reasonable for an airport location. The outside of the hotel is not attractive, and the hallways look dated and dingy. The room was in good shape with decent modern updates. Lots of noise from the hallway came into the room. I had to use earplugs to sleep. Could have used another blanket or comforter in addition to the very light bedspread provided; I had to get up in the night and turn on the heat, even at the end of May. My primary complaint was the 45 minute, two-phone-call wait to get picked up at the airport. They share an unmarked van with at least one other hotel and the pickup service was unacceptable. A family with small children going to another hotel was waiting at curbside for the same van and also had to call more than once. The breakfast was fine: standard fare of scrambled eggs and link sausage, a wafflemaker, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. On paper plates with plastic utensils.

The room was spacious and allowed for part of the window to open which was great. However the poor lighting and color choices make everything dark and quite depressing.

The room was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. They have a shuttle that takes you to the shopping mall for free and to the airport. The room was nice and clean for me and my sister. We really enjoyed our stay. We were on our way home from Alaska and it was a nice stay close to the Seattle airport. There are also several restaurants nearby that you can walk to.

In the middle of the night the front desk call us, we did not pick up till she tried to open my room, ask me ab who checked me in on 5 pm?? We are woke up an could not go back to sleep .

Breakfast food choices would be good to improve by adding more choices, instead of having fixed food choices which is the same every morning. Other than that cleaning room, staff and parking lots were exceptional -- meets my expectations.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Inn, the staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was excellent. We arrived early and was allowed to check in. The shuttle driver was very helpful, we had to leave for the airport early in the morning, and the driver was on time to pick us up. The room was spacious and clean, I will recommend.

I’d say it was about what you’d expect for a $125 room, utilitarian, a bed to sleep before getting up early to fly out..

On both occasions, we arrived early. The staff was very accommodating in getting us checked in early. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise, as we were expecting the typical cold breakfast. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the property. The property is a little dated, however, the cleanliness and friendly staff names up for it.

!!!BED BUGS!!! Not only was the bed uncomfortable, but the shower temperature was inconsistent and would get unbearably cold and burning hot without me even having to touch the handle to change it. Me and my partner woke up to an adult bed bug crawling on the pillow between us, and they say that when you see an adult bed bug, the place has been infested for a long time!! This place has completely downgraded over the years in terms of cleanliness, comfortability, and safety! I even asked the front desk for a copy of an incident report, however, they took advantage of me and constantly steered the conversation in different directions, so I never got the incident report. The 1 good thing that they did was dry heat all of my clothing and belongings to try and make sure I didn't return home or to another hotel with the bed bugs, but they definitely didn't do a good enough job because I did anyway. Theyre sneaky as they bribed me with "free hotel stays" with credits on an app of theirs that will make you accept terms and conditions, disqualifying you to make matters right in court.

Tv did not work, and hair dryer was broken. Breakfast was pretty good. Shuttle was very good.

We stayed here a couple nights. The staff were very helpful at the front desk and resolved an issue with the room we had right away. However, the property is quite old, the floors creak and even with white noise playing I was able to hear people in rooms below and beside us close doors, move around, etc. The bed was fairly comfortable but I was awoken both mornings around 4:30am to a very noisy building.

It's an older building with some creaks and groans but it's nicely remodeled and clean. The bed was comfortable and the towels are good quality. There is a good hot breakfast and other nice touches like lemon water and coffee in the lobby. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolute bare minimum hotel experience. We got stuck on the first floor which is actually a mildewed basement. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes. It's a relatively safe and convenient airport hotel, but the linens, surfaces, service, and food is minimum acceptable standard for the brand. As long as you know that you'll be good.

Stayed one night before and after my cruise. The first night the room was dirty. The sink stopper didn't work and there was black gunk in the drain. There was no tub stopper. There was something gross stuck to one side of the table between the beds and the TV remote was so sticky over it's entire surface that I had to hold it in a napkin to use it. The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, milk, juices etc. Two VERY nice massage chairs in the lobby. Free airport shuttle. You have to pay for cruise port shuttle though. $30/person each way. Fortunately, when we checked in on the day we returned from the cruise, our room was significantly cleaner. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The staff was really great, helpful and attentive. This is an older property with limited amenities. The walls are also very thin. So overall it was not a particularly restful experience.

I appreciated the easy shuttle service and was pleasantly surprised by the extent of the complementary breakfast which included scrambled eggs, sausage, and rice. Excellent and welcome options.

Breakfast was the common eggs, sausage, gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal and bread products. We had a problem one of the mornings at breakfast. We got up late and arrived 10 minutes before it closed. We were the last ones there and the lady started cleaning right at 9:00. Did not asked if we needed the items she was taking away and almost took them out of our hands. Felt it was a bit rude. Yes we were late but a little courtesy would have gone a long way. We did not need the shuttle. Over all it was a very nice stay. Check-in was smooth and the reception clerks were very nice both times. Would come back again.

Hot water for shower was uncontrollable within seconds going from too hot to too cold easily for a minute or two and then switching back or worse. I was on first floor and to hear many people walking all times a day and night above me…

This hotel is a very close to the airport with a free shuttle. All staff we're very professional and friendly. Uber and pizza deliveries come right to the door. I would stay here again.

The hotel was well located near the airport and had a free shuttle to the airport too. But, the hotel is an old hotel with fresh paint, carpet and tv's. The rooms are also very small. The clerk at the front desk was nice and polite but forgot about our 4:45am wake up call and to book us on the airport shuttle. Stress that should not have happen to traveler's who book hotel rooms and are trying to make it to the airport on time.

I had a very quick stay. I had to leave for work before breakfast was served so I can't comment on that. The front desk person was polite. The room had fresher paint but the carpet was worn and hotel in general just felt old.

The shuttle however did not pick us up at the airport for nearly 2 hours after our initial contact with the front desk. We were coming from Vietnam so we had been traveling for hours. Felt sad and angry about being left to sit so long where shuttles for other hotels came and went. Not sure what the issue was but may need to choose another hotel for our next trip.

***DO NOT ORDER FROM THE "ROOM SERVICE MENU*** Its a 3rd party company and definitely a scam and very sketchy, ordered food, after over an hour of waiting I called they said they were on their way, half hour later, still jo food, I called again and then they saud it was delivered but the front desk confirmed noone went to the desk to deliver food and the hotel dont assumed responsibility for them.

The soda machine where you buy bottles of water was messed up for a week. The water bottles where locked over so therefore it would not dispense and bottles. There where kids running across the floor above us and had me awake for hrs. Seemed everyone was just letting their door slam shut. Very noise place, I only got 2 hrs sleep. Not happy.

It was an excellent experience. The airport shuttle was right on time as advised. I am very happy with the service. Appreciate an instruction was sent to me before the arrival to explain how to access the shuttle bus upon arrival.

Friendly staff

The room was super clean. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Pet friendly was perfect! The only issue I had was that the sheets and pillow cases wreaked of bleach. It was so overwhelming, I woke during the night choking back a feeling of nausea from breathing in the bleach fumes during the night. I do like sheets that are crisp and smell of bleach, but these sheets were too potent, even for me. I loved my stay, though, and will likely stay there again in the future.

We got in around 1am and luckily got the last spot in the lot! Check in was fine, although the woman at the front desk was not clear in her explanation about the whatsoever, it didn’t come across like she fully understood (we’ve travelled enough, I know what the hold is and wasn’t concerned). Making our way to our room, the entire first floor smelled incredibly strongly of weed (not terribly surprising, but worth noting). The room was clean, it smelled very strongly of disinfectants, but you could definitely tell it hasn’t been updated in quite some time. The mattress wasn’t great, but not the end of the world. The pillows were the size of throw pillows, so just be prepared. My husband grabbed a couple things from the vending machine and the jerky was incredibly molded. The front desk told him she’d make a note but that there was nothing she could do since it was a third party. We later saw on the vending machine that there is a refund guarantee sticker, so it would have been nice if she had mentioned that… We didn’t care that about $3 enough to act on it, but just shows an opportunity for communication to grow. Breakfast was ok! Had all the basics. A franchise sets an expectation for consistency in experience, and this fell short

The hotel didn’t have enough parking spaces, so they had to open another area for parking. The next day, the reception didn’t have the key—only the shuttle driver had it. On the other hand, there was no breakfast left at 9 a.m.

Van/Coach needs better identification.

Cons: very uncomfortable bed, which is the one thing that hotels should not compromise on. The airport pickup doesn't run if you arrive during their lunchtime, and even though they are only an 8-minute drive from the airport, they don't run continuously. They run one bus every hour. If you don't book your pickup before you arrive or when you want to leave, you will either have to wait or take a taxi.

Dirty, dingy 2-star hotel. Lots of corners and crannies hiding dirt. Strict check-in policy was not advertised on the listing at all, and surprised at check-in. Staff responded by showing us a piece of paper with their policy (which was not described anywhere in the listing or booking details). Waited for shuttle for 20 minutes and never showed, so we had to buy our own Uber. Otherwise staff friendly and breakfast was good.

Shuttle was convenient

The rooms are definitely outdated and need a repair, the water would get a little bit over lukewarm, but nothing hot. It definitely was not the cleanest room. It was like a converted motel. The staff of the morning of the 17th was very friendly and accommodating. We did not see what the breakfast was because we had to leave at 5:30 in the morning. The breakfast started at six. My biggest concern was the people coming in and out of the hotel, a rate of marijuana and lots of cigarette and musty smell throughout the whole hallway to our room and in our room smelled a little weird, the area we were told was safe. I thought it was a little sketchy and I do come from Kansas City Missouri so I know sketchy. Expedia has it at very good on reviews. I would put it at a good It was quiet and the rooms were pretty well insulated for noise. You do get a lot of planes because Seattle is very busy and that was expected because the location was less than a couple miles from the airport rating. I would give it a good for the price which was around $85 as of March 2026. I don’t know much about the area in Seattle. It was the first time we were there in that area.

There was no internet at all. Rooms very filthy carpet and bad bugs. Do not go to sleep on that hotel you bring those bad bugs at your house.

No pool or gym or any amenities. Not enough parking. Breakfast ends at 9:00, but they clean up before that so good luck getting food. Noisy. Only one elevator. Rude staff. Dated, dark rooms in poor condition. Vending machines don't work. No ice maker.

The room I was given was the last room at the end of the hall on the lowest floor… This was right next to a heating or air conditioning system that was ongoing throughout the night. Way too loud!!

Building however is old, we stayed on the first floor and we were wake up by the squeaking foot step sound upstairs at 6:30am, room between room virtually has no sound proofing. Hair dryer doesn’t work, water tap only have hot water. Breakfast room is small so we didn’t find a seat there. Breakfast is ok, but food run out quicker than refill. Would only stay there again if the price is right

All stood out great The only issue I had was the fact that the floors are creaky and noisy from incoming people late at night. I believe that the building is old and was remodeled as a hotel. The TV was crooked because the cheap furniture was sagging in the middle. Probably the smallest toilet I've ever sat on. The noise, I could hear people walking down the hall 2 floors away and the maid cart sounded like a semi coming down the hall. The staff was great though

Do not stay in room 206! The bed squeaks because it’s not on a platform outside there is a bakery that starts working at two in the morning and you get to hear the washing machine and dryer from downstairs all night long.

We did have an unusual issue with the water - on check-in we had hot water only, no matter which control handle we used. In the morning (for showers) it took a solid 5 minutes to get warm, and then fluctuated between warm/cool. It was workable but not optimal.

I stayed at the property after an international overnight flight and need to catch another one next morning. Very tired I desperately want to go to bed and sleep right away when I got there around 8pm. However, guessing the guest above my room is a big+busy guy since I constantly heard heavy steps every few minutes. I explained my situations and the front desk young lady is very considerate: she changed my downstair room to an upper level one and I was able to have a very good and early sleep!

Room was dirty. Someone left some sort of pills in the AC unit. Water would switch from cold to hot to cold to hot every 30 seconds. Random loud noises kept me up. I had to leave early and go else where.

Upon check in at midnight we were informed that they didn’t have cribs. We searched for our own alternative solutions, but due to the time of night, we were unable to go purchase accommodations. They only have 5 cribs on property so I imagine it’s not hard for them to run out, and they will not inform you that they ran out even if you list on your reservation that you need it. We were offered no helpful alternatives or access to a manager for stay solutions. Despite trying our hardest to honor our end of the reservation, we were literally unable to stay due to safety concerns for our infant. We were told to keep calling for a refund (without a schedule of when management would be available, so we had to stress all weekend trying to hunt them down). When I finally got a hold of management, she was rude and compared my child not suffocating or falling during the night to requesting an ocean view (which on top of safety and injury not be comparable to wanting a luxurious scenery, cribs were possible and an ocean view is not! As if this place were nice enough for that. 🙃) They can’t even cancel other nights without the absent manager. Good luck!

Horrible. Locked out of room most nights and had to get help to get in, no hot water all but one night. Had to extend stay and they took my things out of my room and put them all, including wet items, in the basement in a bag with a pile of other “lost and found”, then ended up leaving early out of frustration the last evening, was unable to shower, and had wet smelly clothes to wear on my 35 h journey to Thailand. Ugh. Do not stay here!

The front desk gal was wonderful, and could tell there had been some updates, paint etc, but didn’t feel totally safe. Safety is my biggest priority. There was a gap around room door, where the lock goes into the frame there was previous- painted over damage. The bathroom door lock had been forced as well. Had it not been nearing midnight for a early flight- I would have gone elsewhere.

I have flown to or through SeaTac many times, but I had never stayed in this Quality Inn before. This was quite a find for me. In the future whenever I am flying to or through SeaTac, I will always check this hotels availability and price. The shuttle to and from the airport is very efficient and convenient. The hotel had everything I needed--WiFi, refrigerator, microwave, a simple but adequate breakfast, and even a small fitness center.

The coffee setup is perfect. Especially appreciate the liquid creamers. Yogurt would be a wonderful addition to the breakfast. Front desk was nice but seemed complacent. The construction and half -furnished areas throughout made it feel a little like a building trying to be a grown up establishment.

The hotel is clean. Everything worked great. Breakfast had a few different options: oatmeal, muffins, bread, waffles, fruit, yogurts, cream cheese, juice, coffee, tea. The gym was nice. There is a free shuttle but we haven't used it. Not too far from public transportation. The area was safe to walk at night.

I think I may have complained about the odor in my last review, but the next day, it was completely gone! I couldn’t believe it. Also I may have said the room was run down. We got the room next door and it was exemplary. Only thing was I missed the more comfy mattress in 117. Still nice staff, everything seemed cleaner. Maybe I wasn’t as tired.

Extremely outdated hotel - Motel 6 quality!!

Loud. Alarm clock made noises periodically even though the volume and alarm was off. Air conditioner sounded like a jet taking off. Water pipes (or something) was banging in the hallway and hard surfaces made it echo even louder. Upstairs elephants came in at midnight and decided to do laundry or something for the next 2-3 hours. Other than the incessant noise, it was good.

Hotel advertises “24/7 Airport Shuttle”, be prepared to uber or taxi back to the hotel… I called the hotel 5x after landing in SeaTac at midnight and got no response, so I decided to Uber to the hotel.. When I got to the lobby, I called again and the phone clearly rang and no one was attending to it. I asked the front desk lady if their shuttle is 24/7 and she said yes, sorry if you missed it. I explained my situation with frustration and she just said sorry and offered to schedule me for another morning shuttle back to the airport. This

1. The TV actually worked. Had to try to find a way to keep the kids entertained in the room after driving hours and trying to rest. 2. The rooms weren't freezing cold when you walk in. It's late November It's already too cold outside. 3. There weren't bugs coming out of the TV box in the back and came out while we were eating. Couldn't sleep comfortably anymore after seeing the bugs coming out.

About what you'd expect, fine for the price. I would add a warning about the parking shuttle. The shuttle was a great convenience and worked fine, with 2 notes: (1) They may tell you to call to be picked up. They never answered the phone when we did so (3pm on a weekday), though the shuttle did show up anyway (stops 1a and 3d) and (2) in the morning they claim the shuttle leaves on the half hour from 2am forward, and that you need not reserve it. In my experience it left early (7 minutes to the hour), which could have meant I would have missed it (had I not been early). It should NOT leave earlier than advertised -- I recommend verifying with the front desk in advance.

I’m writing this review on the whole package of quality inn. We landed at SeaTac airport called for a shuttle at 6:40 pm we finally got picked up at 7:15 pm. That is just ridiculous for a hotel that is 1 mile away. They told me on the phone when I called at 7 pm. It was do to traffic. That makes no since to me cause I saw other shuttles from different hotels make rounds two or three times why we waited. Then the drive to the hotel only took. 8 minutes. I will be rethinking my next stay here.

It’s a hotel room, the staff is not the best. They tried to over charge me for parking. It was very frustrating and difficult to explain to the young lady that parking my truck on Nov. 7th the night we stayed and wanted to leave it the 8th and 9th. I will be back on the 10th for another one night stay. Is only two days of parking and not 3.

There was no internet at all especially when we need it the most for our flights checkin and had to use hotspot from my son's cellphone which he just bought an e-sim card for our trip to Hong Kong and it was completely drained. He did not intend to use it here at this Quality Inn hotel and now had to repurchase it for our trip, so now this hotel cost him to pay extra.

My only complaints were the shower and walls/ceiling and noise from them. The shower wasn’t functioning 100%. It was leaking at the top of the shower and spurting water. I had to put a towel over it to stop it from spurting into the ceiling and walls. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I could hear all footsteps from the room above me, all movement from the neighboring rooms and all footsteps and rolling bags outside of the room.

This hotel was what I paid for, but I couldn't stand the excessive noise at night and early morning. The loud sounds and sudden hits often scared us awake during the night and early morning, making it hard to sleep peacefully.

It was a nice and convienent stay, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the ride back and forth was easy. Just wish they had actual breakfast outside of cereal and waffles.

Staff was friendly and helpful. There was coffee service and lemon water in the lobby. It was quite clean. Downside: the door had an inch gap under it and a gap all around it. It didn’t feel secure. The property is “worn” though repaired.

That said, the shuttle driver and front desk staff were friendly.

About the only good thing was the airport shuttle. However, when I booked with Expedia, I specifically requested to pay at the hotel as Expedia has no ability to notify the hotel that I qualify for a military discount. When I arrived, they had already charged my credit card and would not give me the military discount. Between that and the loud stomping from the room above late into the night as well as the creaking floors in the hallway, I doubt I'll stay there again even though I will be taking many trips through the Seatac airport in the future. The desk clerk prefaced his excuses with "maybe next time…" I followed that with, "Maybe next time, I'll stay elsewhere."

Without question, the staff at the Quality Inn made my stay enjoyable . They were very professional, courteous, and understanding . But to add to that when you have a clean room and shower area , and everything in working condition , well what’s not to like about that?

Decent price for what you get, nothing fancy. I did like the lemon water they offered. Shuttle was very convienent and the staff even called to confirm we wanted the shuttle and received our food we had ordered.

The Quality Inn is an older facility, but renovated nicely and very clean. The biggest strength was the friendliness of the staff, beginning with the desk managers. The shuttle service from and to the airport was well done.

Everything was perfect except the return shuttle driver at 4:30 am on Thursday. The drivers have always loaded my luggage on and off the shuttle and I tip reaaly well. I am elderly and he NEVER offered to help. It was a full bus with one standing, he never loaded or unloaded anyone and it was freezing cold and he never turned on the heat.

I will start off with the parking is tight if you drive a full size vehicle, the room was clean and affordable. The off site parking is a confusing mess. The front desk ladies really need to be trained in explaining how to get to the parking. Like how you need to get the hotel sure stay to open the gate and that it is in a fenced area. I had to drive back and forth a few times to drag the information out of the front desk lady. She also acted like I was stupid for not knowing where to go. Over all it was not a good experience and it’s definitely making me think twice about staying there again. Not to mention the breakfast had no protein just carbs and limited fruit

The staff was very polite. Room was ok for a 1 day stay. Internet was good.

Over 30 minute wait for airport shuttle. Dingy carpets/bedspread. Everything just seemed really old.

Great place to stay if you are flying out of Seatac

There was a jar that I seen on top of the closet, turns out there was drugs in the jar and a crack pipe. I didn’t see it till the morning otherwise I would have asked for a refund. I tried to report it to the front desk lady X2 and showed her a picture. She really didn’t care! I asked to speak with the manager, she wasn’t there for another 30 min. I went back to speak with the manager and she couldn’t make time for me and really didn’t care! They both just blew it off like nothing! I can’t believe it wasn’t important enough for the manager to speak with me when I found drugs in a room.

Room was good. Breakfast was ok. Breakfast host was very good.

Perfect location for a quick stop over. Airport shuttle and front desk staff helpful and knowledgeable.

Great place

It was convenient to the airport and several places to eat. They did charge us $45.00 extra to check in early. The free airport shuttle is 24/7 and they were good about picking us up at 4:30am. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

It was cozy had a really weird odor

The staff had excellent service very nice and easy to check in and out.

The new fencing around the property is a nice addition for parking security. There have been quite a few updates since last time we were here.

Great service, they recommended the nearby Casino for its restaurant. We enjoyed fish and chips for a very good price!!!

Close to the airport and nice shuttle service

We stayed one night on a layover. There was a restaurant in the casino across the street which served very good food. The room was clean and distance from the airport was reasonable. We did have have issues with the shuttle to and from the airport but when we contacted property management, they were very supportive and handled our issue to our satisfaction.
