The staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated. There was some carpet replacement being done in the hallways while we were there. The hotel was within walking distance to a couple nice breakfast stops, the Space Needle and the monorail to downtown. We used it as a place to stay before our cruise. Just a heads up for those coming from out of town if you get the hotels car service or a licensed taxi the drivers really push for cash. They act like they don't understand when you say card and you have to be adamant you are not paying with cash.

Very cute hotel with friendly staff! There was a notice up that they were refreshing their look and I hope that includes the beds. While my room was clean and maintained, the mattress sunk when you were on it from use along with anytime the frame squeaking anytime I got in or out of bed. Besides that, the rooftop terrace was nice and the hotel was within walking distance of a lot of great areas and restaurants. I would stay again.

This was a very nice stay with the nicest, most helpful staff I've ever encountered. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of Seattle's iconic spots. I look forward to staying at the Meditteranean Inn again in the future.

Halls are dark and feel musty and old. All areas full of odors of disinfectant I hope. Parking garage is cement, old, and cramped. Check in was with a surly person who expected me to know answers about the hotel and street parking. Just flew in from east coast to new city to me. Great coffee. Modern bathroom in room.

This hotel had the friendliest and most helpful staff that I have ever encountered! They helped with making transfer arrangements from the airport as well as to our cruise port a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The in room Nespresso machine as well as the one in the lobby were so convenient and the coffee was amazing. Best of all were the views from the rooftop viewing area. Highly recommend this destination.

This was my second stay at the Mediterranean Inn and both experiences were extremely pleasant. All the staff members were professional, smiling and helpful. I had multiple interactions with Kay and each time she exceeded my expectations. Rooms are clean, and I love that the Inn is located in a great location. Walking distance to local restaurants, supermarkets and space needle. next time I’m in Seattle, I will definitely stay here.

Small bottle of drink upon check in. They have martinelli apple cider as non-alcoholic option as well. I was in Seattle recently for Alaska cruise and stayed here pre and post cruise. They offer $10 shuttle to cruise pier, you just have to let them know the day before your embarkation day so they can put you on the list. No shuttle from pier to hotel, but you can prearrange Uber or ask the shuttle guy if they offer pick-up, or utilize Seattle taxis. Actually booked a hotel near Pike Place for post cruise but switched here for a number of reasons: - on-site laundry (coin and app operated, though looks like they will transition to app full time soon) - neighborhood. Space needle is about 10 min walk from the hotel. Safeway across the street, tons of good food nearby, and safer area to walk around in general compared to Pike Place (esp at night) Also, if you're here post cruise, they will gladly hold on to your luggage until the check-in time (while you go and explore the city or something). Will definitely choose this hotel again if I'm in the area.

The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and directions. My room was well-maintained, quiet, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the secure parking and the overall sense of safety and convenience throughout the property. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop deck, which offers outstanding views of the Seattle skyline, Elliott Bay, and surrounding mountains. It was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, the Mediterranean Inn provided excellent value, outstanding service, and a great location. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.

Proximity to piers was very good, and the Monorail being close by was nice when we didn’t want to walk home from downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived at 10:30am and were able to check in! So awesome! Decent variety of restaurants in the area, but some were a little more desirable than others. Not sure I would want to be out in the neighborhood much at night, but that wasn’t a huge issue for us.

Most helpful was luggage holding b4 check in time and shuttle to cruise terminal. Coffee was delicious. At check in, I told the rep. that I'll be needing shuttle service to cruise terminal and was told it's taking care of. My intuition told me otherwise hence I checked with another rep. the following day and sure enough, my name wasn't on it. She proceeded to do so for me. So, always double check!!! I feel that a $4 to wash or dry is a bit much. Even on the cruise, it's only $3. Also, there are lots of homeless people hanging around, depends where you walk, some walkway reeks of urine odor.

The building was old, that just made it more charming. Everything was incredibly clean. There was a mess-up in the reservation (mostly my fault) but they went above and beyond to assist us. The rooftop while charming was not very large but obviously VERY popular with guests as there was no where left to sit when we went up. The front seating area and coffee set-up was a nice alternative. The gym was an unexpected pleasure as well. The only thing that was missing was a restaurant in the hotel; but the Mecca Cafe/bar just a short walk away had excellent breakfast and friendly wait staff. The market a block away also offered many gourmet ready-to-eat items that would make for nice in-room lunches or dinners. If we’re ever in Seattle again we’ll definitely staff at the Mediterranean again.

We loved the location, it was close to everything. The space needle was within walking distance. Pikes Place market is a five minute drive away. There are restaurants within walking distance, and we were going on a cruise and the port was less than ten minutes away. On the property the roof patio was gorgeous when we were there. You can see the ocean and the space needle from the top. It’s a great place to eat some leftover snacks from the market. The staff there are amazing, we had two ladies check us in both times. They were very sweet and friendly, I didn’t feel like it was strictly business. They both asked us how are day was going and had light conversation. We really appreciated that. I also wanted to mention Jamal (hope I spelled that right) he is the guy to talk to if you have any questions, he was so funny and very knowledgeable of the area. We stayed in two rooms. Once before the cruise and another after. The first time we stayed everything was perfect. The second time, we were haven’t problems opening up the door. Operator error. ? Also wanted to mention, we think the elevators might need to be updated. The beeping is sort of annoying. Other than that everything else was amazing.

I appreciated the friendly staff and the helpful information they provided about local attractions, dining options, and transportation around town, including access to the cruise terminal and airport. I was also grateful that they stored our luggage while we went sightseeing. The rooftop upstairs was an added bonus. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again for future Seattle visits. Kyle was great!

Very near to Climate Pledge. Stayed many times. All in all this stay was a bit disappointing considering the price we paid plus parking. Room with a queen bed on the small side, facing buildings but bay in background. This was $340.+ for one night. Staff was accommodating. However when we returned from the event at Climate Pledge we found our hotel room door open. Gave us a real scare. Amazingly not a thing was missing. We shut the door and it proceeded to reopen on its own. Stayed shut with deadbolt. Management didn’t offer any explanation. The door, by Washington State safety standards has to be self closing. Concerning.

OK, the rooftop to look out from was awesome but the rest of the day was horrible. Could not get into our room every time we left the keys did not work went downstairs to get them reset and it did it again and again over and over also they did not have no breakfast nothing to drink to buy a drink and everywhere that they stated on their list for places to go eat and drink we’re no longer there so I had to walk across the street to the store to just to get something to drink and their coffee was horrible

I arrived at 1am, after an unexpectedly long travel day. Coming from Florida, it was actually 4am to my body. The front desk agent was wonderful and proactively had me book a shuttle to the cruise port the next day. I stayed on the 6th floor which was undergoing work to replace wallpaper in the hall. While it looked mid-construction, my room itself was nice. A sign by the elevator said work would start at 9am. However, workers were spackling the wall outside my room, while they chatted back & forth, by 8:20. I really, really, really needed that lost 40 minutes!!

Front desk staff went above and beyond to give us ideas of things to try, good places to eat around the hotel, and often reminded us to grab one of the complimentary umbrellas to use during our stay. Kyle, even helped me with a question about a week before our stay, and he was the first person to greet us when we walked in! It’s a very busy hotel, but you don’t hear a lot of excessive noise, which surprised us! The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a hotel. We had a beautiful view of the harbor area. The windows crack open to allow the sounds and scents of the harbor to fill the room! If our travels ever take us to Seattle again, this place is the first we will try to book, and the first to recommend! Cannot give this place enough stars or kudos!!!

He drove very fast & we were there by 810. Not impressed with the scheduling or the driver. He kept slapping himself in the face while driving like he was trying to stay awake. I hate to complain, but the beds were not very comfortable and the pillow were very lumpy - we had some trouble sleeping. Also, vacuuming the lobby in the morning around people sitting in the chairs and sofas was not very considerate, seems this could be done earlier, when there are no people having coffee and relaxing in the lobby. We were told we could split the bill when I called ahead of our visit, then we were told we could not do so when we arrived - awkward. The rooftop patio was enjoyable, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Checked in Sunday. The parking was insane at $36 per night and it was in some sketchy parking garage. So we stayed at 2 rooms during our stay. The first room was very noisy where we heard a lot of yelling on the streets every night. The TV channels were mostly shown in low quality and a lot of the HBO/Showtime channels either were shown with the screen minimized or were simply unplayable. Also, it kept asking for an update every minute, which kept restarting the TV and it was hopeless after multiple attempts. We sent our complaints to the front desk and they told us that the manager was not there on multiple occasions. We finally had enough of the first room and put in a request to move to a better/quieter room. This was when we finally got to meet the manager, who got us another room right away. The second room was slightly better but the beds were super uncomfortable and we still heard a bit of noise, now from the floors above us. The space between the 2 beds was so tight we weren’t able to move around much. Our first room had access to Hulu etc. and was hooked to WIFI. The second room could not connect to WIFI, so we called for help. 2 female staff came in and one of them had a major attitude while the other one remained quiet the whole time. The one with the attitude told us that we weren’t even supposed to have access to streaming services in the first place or WIFI. How rude and unprofessional can you be? Also, one elevator didn’t work on last day. Never ever again!!!!!

This hotel was ok, very busy alit of people, most going on cruises, so kind of hectic. My room was clean and comfortable. The coffee was awful ! I like regular coffee but their machines were the espresso kind, jyst foamy coffee! They need to have regular machines in rooms! Our promised shuttle to our ship never happened. It was getting late and our boarding time was soon. We ended up calling an uber to take us to the pier! So beware of that! They only had 2 elevators , which weren’t working very well and long lines to get on one, so prepare extra time for that. Also only 2 vending machines, one jyst snacks and other beverages. My experience was no further than expected, I would have to say rather decent. I was very disappointed upon arrival to learn there was no view whatsoever in my room, the only window was of the inside courtyard and directly in front of other guests rooms which made it uncomfortable to have open and have privacy I cannot blame the hotel for not giving me a room with a street view, I am aware that is against hotel policy. Although it seems unfair that this hotel in particular apart from others does not offer optional reservations offering city/street view guaranteed rooms. Except rather for the same price, an unlucky guest will be slightly less satisfied. Other than disappointment brought not being able to enjoy the city sights from above while relaxing on my stay as anticipated, I was overall pleased. Room was clean and modern, staff was friendly, parking was well secured and decently spacious, rooftop was beautiful, and for the most part it was relaxing stay, not too much noise from other guests, showers are amazing, and bed was comfortable.

Hotel was excellently located for all our needs. Cleanliness and service were great as I expected. For the price paid per night I was astonished at the fit and finish of the room. The tile work, caulking and over all craftsmanship really showed me that ownership, while still seeking to keep costs low on the interior decor and furnishings used I am sure, had the wherewithal, to keep the accuracy and completeness of the finished room excellent. I have been in hotels that cost 2 to 3 times more spend lavishly on quality interior finishes and products but when it came to the overall fit and professional look of the final state failed miserably. Our room was perfect from what I could see from the caulking and grouting work in the bathroom, to the squareness of the trim, to the functionality of the blinds, all seems amazingly well done and put together. This gave us ultimately, I feel, a better hotel experience.

Staff were very nice and would greet us each time we went out or came in. They recommended great places to eat and took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Ubers were easy to get from the hotel if it was raining, otherwise there were a lot of things that were in walking distance. Great stay. Will come back again.

Great experience! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We received a list of all restaurants within walking distance along with recommendations from the staff. Our room had an awesome view of the space needle. Staff suggested that we take advantage of the rooftop area for amazing 360° Seattle views. The room was clean and kept up well. We’ll be using Mediterranean Inn as our go-to for Seattle from now on.

The heater system in my room was so loud when it was on throughout the night. We checked in at around 9:30pm and the front desk was working with low energy. I was charged $40 instead of $36/night for in and out parking. The hotel should inform Expedia to change the information of the post. I don't recommend this hotel.

Our return stay at this property did not disappoint. The staff were helpful, the room service top notch - dropping by daily to refresh as needed. Great coffee bar and even a little robot vacuum roaming the floors to keep them spotless. To take it to the next level they just need a few room options with a cozy fireplace -- and to plz include parking as standard. But that roof top view with heaters is icing on the cake. Great value, terrific property.

It had an overpowering smell of soap, which is weird to complain about, but I would have much rather it smelled like smoke. I need to reorder supplies for my CPAP now - even after washing all the parts, I'm still breathing in the smell of soap when I wear it. It was nice because there were signs that said toiletries were complimentary if you forgot any. But the lotion was sticky and smelled strongly. The sheets were just a little bit scratchy. The room brought an overall feeling of an allergic reaction waiting to happen. The fitness center was nice. When checking in they make you sign an agreement that also includes that you agree to have a great time and visit the rooftop deck if the weather is good. I know that this is not legally binding and supposed to be humorous, but that bothers me that they made me sign something saying I'm going to have a good time. What if I was staying there for a funeral? I did have a good time though so I guess that saves me from litigation

The room was spotless, the staff is verry efficient and very polite. The bathroom was also spotless. The only issue if you want to call it that, are the USB-A charge ports on the bedstsnds, our Galaxy phones don't like them, no charge. We always carry power adapters so not an issue for us. The USB-C charge ports in the clock were fine. All in all it was a very nice, surprisingly quite stay.

Clean, quiet room. Friendly staff. Only complaint is shower setup. If someone has aimed the showerhead towards the odd sliding doors (why have the door by the sink slide, when you cannot get in or out thar way???) like my wife did, you get water all over the floor.
