Good location in downtown Seattle. Very helpful staff. Bellmen always available and courteous. Breakfast menu excellent, though somewhat overpriced. Because this is a large hotel, it’s particularly well-suited to conventions and events.

The rooms were modern, stylish, and luxurious, and the waterfront views were simply breathtaking. The dining experience was equally impressive, with outstanding food throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning in the future.

The walls are very thin and I could hear the upstairs neighbors partying until the early hours of the morning. It also didn’t seem to have been good hot water. The view was very nice, but the neighborhood was really rough, lots of transients

This was an excellent stay. Only chose this d/t a sale through Expedia, but glad we did. Stayed 2 nights and were upgraded to a premium king room which was beautiful. So Many Mirrors!!! the hotel location was great- walked everywhere, the happy hr at the restaurant/bar was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. We would certainly stay here again and have told all our friends how enjoyable our stay was.

Very nice hotel, with all the amenities needed for a relax stay. We loved the place. But, the extra services we expected weren't there. I prepaid the room with expedia and I left a credit card for other expenses and they called me at the room everytime we requested room service to verify if we made the order. I also requested an extra hour for checkout, since our plane was leaving at 3PM and we were charged an additional $100.00 for it.

Valet greeted us upon arrival. Took the elevator to the reception desk and everything looked so beautifully curated. Complimentary beverages and all. The staff was very nice and attentive! The decor throughout the hotel was amazing. The room was super clean and had so many toiletries that I’ve never seen in other hotels! The room we stayed in was gorgeous, mirrors on every wall, doors too! It made the space look and feel larger! The food was good. We recommend staying here for any occasion!

The service and staff were all amazing! Great hospitality and wonderful food and drinks prepared in the restaurant and lounge. The only complaint (totally personal) is that there are way too many mirrors in odd places. Overall absolutely stunning place and great experience!

I have to start off by saying the staff here is top notch. So friendly, so helpful, and so knowledgeable. It was my first time staying here and they made me feel at home. The room that I stayed in was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. So spacious, every amenity you can think of, although there was no microwave I did not need one anyways. The bed was so comfy and cozy. The bathroom area was beautiful, the showers were huge which was nice. Overall I rate this hotel a 10/10 and I will for sure be returning to this place next time I am in Seattle.

Beautiful rooms with great views and great amenities. We had a couples massage at the spa which was also lovely. Loved the steam room and sauna. We will definitely come back for another staycation. Tom the valet was really nice and even took photos of us in the lobby in front of the unique facade. Great service and great views.

Room was nice. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Customer service was subpar on two interactions at the front desk. I informed them of our late arrival in advance, and when we arrived, they had marked us as a no-show where we would have lost our room if they had been fully booked. The person who checked us in acted somewhat rude when trying to reinstate our reservation. Not courteous to be greeted at 1am after a long travel day.

Great place to stay when visiting Seattle-

I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view. The interior design is stunning. The convenience of the location is amazing. The rooms are all clean and the amenities, even though I didn’t use many of them, were hi baby

First time staying here and first time in Seattle as well this location was perfect due to it not being too deep into the city but also a great walking distance from everything such as pike, the peer, Chinatown etc. the staff were all extremely nice and very helpful and informative about the different local areas to check out the gym was also very nice.

One of the biggest disappointments was the bed. The room was advertised as having a king bed, but the actual bed was significantly smaller than any standard king most travelers would expect. When I reached out to management, I was told that because the hotel uses “Asian-style kings,” the size isn’t guaranteed and no compensation could be offered. For a hotel at this price point, that explanation feels like a technicality rather than real customer service. Additionally, the VIP spa package did not fully include all the services that were advertised and paid for. While the spa eventually corrected the billing after I reached out, this was another moment where the experience fell short of expectations. To be fair, the property itself is beautiful, and many of the staff members were courteous and professional. However, at this level of pricing, guests should not have to chase down corrections or feel brushed off when legitimate concerns are brought forward. There is a lot of potential here, but based on this stay, the overall execution did not match the luxury image the hotel promotes. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously, because the details truly matter at this level.

Great lobby.

This is a lovely hotel with top-notch customer service. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. There was plenty of closet/storage space and the mini-cooler was perfect for keeping bottled water on hand. The ONLY thing that I might comment on is all the mirrors in the room. The interior of the shower door and the door to the toilet are fully mirrored. This is not really a problem, but just a bit jarring to see yourself in multiple angles (haha). If you are sharing a room with a travel buddy that you do not know super well...,you will definitely be closer by the end of your stay! Interestingly, there was no mirror above the vanity in the bathroom, but there was a portable mirror available for doing skincare/makeup/hair. There is not a ton to do in the immediate area, but it is only a 10-15 minute walk into downtown Seattle.

Overall, the experience was not bad. The customer service was great and everybody was very nice. There was just a lot of design issues that missed the mark with this hotel. There is no outer bathroom door and the window overlooking the bed does not allow for the light in the bathroom to be turned on if there’s somebody else sleeping in the room or you turn the light on right over their head. You have to basically get into the shower in order to turn it on and will get wet. There was no luggage rack to hold my suitcase. The bathroom could use an extra hook or two to hang the hand towels and robes. I did appreciate the complementary waters and our housekeeper did a wonderful job cleaning our room.

Some sort of computer glitch resulted in a double booking of our room. Arrived to ask about early checkin - told us the room wasn’t ready - returned at the regular checkin to be told that we didn’t have a room. They were kind enough to find accommodations at another hotel. Not happy about the inconvenience

The restaurant offers a beautiful city view, which is no doubt why it’s so highly rated. While my mother (age 80) and I patiently waited for our brunch, two window tables opened up. My mother asked if we could move, so I approached the hostess. After she checked with the manager, our request was denied. When I asked to speak directly with the manager, he approached us without even a polite greeting and instead began with, “You want to speak with me?” I explained that this was the only day during our four-day stay when we could enjoy the restaurant and that we’d love to move to a window table to take in the view. His response was that window seating requires a $50 reservation fee and that switching tables would “confuse the staff.” To me, it seemed unreasonable to prioritize staff convenience over a guest’s request—especially since those two window tables remained empty for the entirety of our meal. This left us with an extremely unpleasant dining experience. I’ve stayed at many top-rated hotels around the world, and one consistent hallmark of luxury hospitality is that staff strive to accommodate guests whenever possible. Here, every other hotel staff member we encountered went above and beyond, but this manager ruined it

I had called a couple days ahead to see about an early check-in. I was told no guarantees before 4:00pm but we could leave our luggage since we were arriving early. Upon arrival we were told we would receive a text when our room was ready. The text came through at 7:00pm when we were at the Mariners game. We had to go in the clothes we traveled in because we could not check in even at regular check-in time. We tried to stop by the front desk to see if we could get into our bags before we left for the game but the desk was backed up with other guests who also couldn't check in at 4pm. The hotel had a very busy weekend and though I understand it was out of their control that people checked out late it was very inconvenient. Other guest were offered food and drink vouchers but we were not. The room was very nice once we were able to check in at 11:00 when we got back from the game. The rooms are spacious and clean with a very large beautiful bathroom and walk-in shower.

Everything about the area, proximity to events and hotel were fabulous EXEPT, my family,including 15 mo old were exhausted from traveling and rooms were not ready. 2 hrs after they said they would be ready, they were not. They never offered drinks, dinner or snacks on the house. We get that they were busy but when promote yourselves as a top hotel in Seattle you should not be scattered when your is full. Especially when you could have planned for this, mariner’s games and weddings were scheduled months ago, PROVIDE THE STAFF that was required.

Designer boutique hotel with tremendous views. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. The use of a town car (Lexus) was a bonus too. Safe area and very walkable to all the sites in Seattle

However, I was looking for a public space to sit ( (lobby) and I mistakenly took the seating area on the outside of the bar area to be part of this public space. Before I was even greeted, I was told that I would have to give up my chair within an hour because the space was reserved. All I wanted to do was sit somewhere make a plan so I could go out in the town

This was our first stay at the Lotte but because we have family on Bainbridge, we visit Seattle often. We’ve stayed at the Four Seasons and The Sorrento, among others. Our criteria are usually comfort of beds, quality of linens and an excellent shower and Lotte met these. The rooms are large and comfortable although the furniture is not conducive to sitting. The only challenge is the lighting in the bathroom. Because there is a window facing the bedroom, there are no mirrors over the sinks and this design is not good for womens’ needs for putting on makeup, doing hair, etc. It leaves a lot to be desired in bathroom lighting. We loved the restaurant and the decor is totally our taste. The best part of the stay was having the transportation available! The most we waited was 5 mins and were able to access just about anywhere within the 2 mile radius. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. The only issue was the spa. While the spa is beautifully appointed, the 50 minute full body massage I booked was limited and was not a full body. I have had massages in many parts of the world and this was a first and was very disappointing. I would not return to the spa.

The hotel itself is fantastic: spotless, comfortable rooms with breathtaking views of the city and Elliott Bay, plus a restaurant with equally stunning scenery. The amenities are top-notch too, including a well-equipped gym and relaxing dry and steam saunas. They don’t have any pool but with so many other things I rarely felt I was missing out on that. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. Thank you, Gary, for making our stay unforgettable!

We didn’t eat any meals at the hotel. The hotel is only five years old so very modern furnishing. I was a bit shocked at $75/night valet parking. The cost for the room was good considering a downtown hotel during summer. Make sure you visit the sanctuary connected to the hotel it was the beautiful First United Methodist Church for many years. Still beautiful with the large pipe organ and domed ceiling. Special to me because our family sometimes attended church there when I was a child.

2nd time staying here and always loved our experience. Great value for the money and they offered a discounted room upgrade for a family of four. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was outstanding. It is an Asian brand hotel so you have to push the button for HOT WATER. This is a child safety measure and also designed to confuse people from the West. Lol.

I had a reservation for two rooms and I got the first room earlier than check in time which was nice but my second room wasn’t available until after 6pm. I called the staff numerous times to get an update and was told they were busy and I needed to wait. I expected better service and some time of compensation while we waited but nothing. They offered us water. I guess I just expected better service at a hotel of quality. On another note the suite was amazing, the food was delicious, gym was great but just disappointed with the service. They could have at least offered me a late check out for getting my room 2 hours later than usual. Great hotel but the service needs work. Also, I understand there was a concert both Friday and Saturday night but Managment should have had more staffed more employees to ensure rooms were cleaned before the next guest arrived

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff at all levels, from the check in to restaurant to parking. Truly felt looked after. Large comfortable room, lovely views and wonderfully quiet despite being in the financial district. And also still walking close to most downtown sites, from Pike St Market to sports stadiums. A bit expensive normally, but with a special discount this was a rare and wonderful stay.

What a great hotel and location!

The staff and location are extremely good. Where the hotel lost us is the room design. There are NO doors on the bathrooms! Yes, you read that right. If that wasn’t bad enough, there is a window over the bathroom sinks looking into the bedroom. There are blinds that you can close on this window, but there is NO mirror. You must turn away from the sink to the side or behind you to see to do your hair, make-up, etc. BUT, there is a full length mirror in the shower and toilet room. So, you cannot see yourself to wash your face or do your hair or make-up, but you have to stare at your entire self going to the bathroom or showering. Very weird design and ruined the hotel for us. We won’t be going back.

Stayed at the Lotte for The Weeknd concert. For a hotel of this caliber there is no excuse why a room should be ready 2 hours after their 4 pm check in policy. Really disappointed with the stay.

Really enjoy the stay there. The staff are super nice. The communication is great. They let us early check in. The room is with nice view, comfortable baths, and the bathroom is super nice and modern. They even have the hot water boiler then I can use to make a tea.

Wall to ceiling windows with spectacular views! Love to keep the curtains open all night long to catch the city lights. Rooms are decorated with a little quirkiness, think wall of mirrors and interesting artwork. Have stayed here three times already when Teatro ZinZanni was there and for easy Ubering to Taste Washington.

Amazing high end hotel in downtown Seattle. We had a superior room with a bay view which was spectacular. Great valet, check in and general service level was excellent. Best shower and bathroom ever. If you’re looking for a special room with fab service stay here.

Le staff du valet parking aussi etait très bon. Tout etait tres bien. Seul bémol : pas de miroir au-dessus des eviers; se raser ou mettre ses lentilles de contacts est alors difficile

Truly a 5 star experience! Upon checking in we were upgraded to a bigger room on a higher floor. The hotel and guest rooms are beautiful. Staff was helpful and friendly particularly the person checking us in. Would definitely stay again!

Property was clean and well kept. Top notch service. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Hotel is walkable to major sites/ landmarks but be prepared for a 15 to 20 min walk. Would return.

We checked in on the 16th floor and the music was so loud we could not hear the receptionist. The worse first impression of your beautiful hotel. Also no one was at Valet we had to find someone to park our car!
