Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests generally appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff, but there are consistent complaints about the aging property, lack of hot water, and issues with the shuttle service.

ACnot working properly Coffee maker NOT working NO coffee in lobby as told 24/7.

Although the property was in the bidst of a refresh (desperately needed), I want to commend Cathy at the front desk for her joyful attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to help us. Cathy made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay.
- 4/5
Property is under renovation. We knew this prior to booking and it wasn't an issue as we were staying only one night. Will be interested in seeing the improvements once complete. Breakfast was average and very carb-heavy. The coffee was good.
- 1/5
dont bother with the shuttle. they ask you to sign up but for no reason as others who didnt filed up shuttle and i got left out even though i was 1st on the list that signed up. almost missed my flight, and was told o well by staff. never stay again
- 4/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle which was included was definitely appreciated. My room was clean and tidy. I was able to check in early too. A short ride to the airport.
- 5/5
Room was comfortable airport shuttle was good.

A smoke alarm needed a new battery in the lobby. The facility had multiple mentions of undergoing renovations; perhaps that was why I heard a hallway vacuum at midnight. I wish the conditioner in the shower had been usable but the bottle was malfunctioning. Several plug sockets around the room didn’t hold anything, luckily the newer headboard had enough for one person to charge everything. Breakfast room was half as big as needed for the number of families in the building. Not a good place to look for a keto breakfast: there was bagels waffle machine and toast with a side of limited cereal options. I’ll spend the cost of a checked bag for a better room elsewhere next time I have a pre trip hotel need.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Very pleased with breakfast. I was disappointed after traveling all day that the person who answered the phone did not tell us to look for another hotel name on the airport transfer van. Me and several others waited forever not knowing! The van driver never got out and said anything and as we continued to call the front desk, they never said anything. We were all tired and it was very late.
- 3/5
Perfect for overnight to catch an early flight.

Free parking and the shuttle service. The breakfast was awful, very few options, I arrived a half hour after it started and there was a single oatmeal left, two granola bars and no batter left for the waffle maker. The room was dingy. We had to move in the middle of the night because the air conditioner wasn't working. On the day we checked in, the front desk staff ignored us for a solid 20 minutes while she answered calls. Our key cards repeatedly stopped working.
- 3/5
Hotel needs an update
- 3/5
We enjoyed the fact that La Quinta was close to the airport, and had a shuttle service. It took 3 calls to the front desk for an answer. The room was just ok. The ice machine on the fourth floor was not operational. There were no vending machines for water or beverages. We were on a list for shuttle service at 6am. The shuttle did not arrive until 6:40, almost making us late for our flight. The driver stated that she knew nothing about a 6am pickup.(There were several people on the 6am list) This caused unnecessary stress. I don’t think we will be staying at La Quinta at Sea Tac in the future.

The hotel seemed older but going through renovations. The staff seemed annoyed to be at work but they did make sure to have a schedule for our shuttle. It was nice being close to the airport and that they had a shuttle for 3am pickup! The hotel was overall clean and nice for a quick stay. Love that they have free breakfast.
- 3/5
Ongoing renovation.
- 4/5
There were no bedroom slippers in the rooms.
- 5/5
We only spent a few hours overnight, but the experience was very enjoyable.
- 3.5/5
The room was clean. The staff was friendly. There was a slight mechanical/electrical buzzing sound that I could not locate where it was coming from. Also my room was right next to the high speed rail and I could hear it whooshing by.

The next morning, the breakfast offering was a few bread products, make your own waffle or tiny yogurts. Cereal and juice would have been an easy addition. That being said, the property was new, spacious and quiet. If the shuttle had arrived my rating would be higher.

Room was clean beds were comfortable. Parking with a big truck was a challenge but we managed. Close to the airport breakfast was good. We just needed a place to stay for the night after picking our kid up from the airport. It did the job and we got a good night of rest.
- 5/5
Clean hotel. Fair rate for 1 night. Comfortable and clean bed and bathroom and a convenient free shuttle to the airport. What more could you use ask for.
- 3/5
At check out told the lady behind the desk that the TV didn’t work and some of the plugs were bad in the room and she rolled her eyes and me and said thanks sarcastically so definitely won’t be staying there again
- 4/5
Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful coffee and breakfast. Quiet and close up airport with transportation to and from. I’d stay there again.
- 4/5
Property is currently being renovated. Being picked up from the airport we were told to look for a red bus only to call 45 minutes later and find out it was the Blue Hampton bus we should look for. We were rudely told we had pushed the wrong selection on the menu and reached booking (we chose the selection "all other inquiries") when we should have chosen "the front desk" as the person so rudely said and then she couldn't/wouldn't transfer us, so we had to call back again. Some signs say noon checkout and some say 11 so very confusing when checkout is when planning your stay. Breakfast ends at 9 which seems really early.
- 5/5
Stay was great. They are remodeling, however, it was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early from a cruise and they were very accomodating.

Shoutout to the staff at this location. They were so friendly and accommodating esp to people like me with last minute changes. The gym and breakfast were nice touches as well plus the location is right by the airport. Will definitely stay here again!
- 1/5
Pay the extra and stay anywhere else! Not worth the advertised free shuttle and breakfast.
- 2/5
Could. It connect my streaming apps to tv without bringing my own hdmi cable. Walls are thin and my room door had 1/4” of space at bottom so tons of light coming in and I could hear more hallway noise. Airport noise was very loud since they did not upgrade their very old windows in the remodel which are cloudy from seals breaking. No eggs or fruit at breakfast.
- 2.5/5
The main front desk lady was friendly and accommodating. Location is good. Room as clean and spacious with good AC. It wasn’t noisy. It felt like a motel, old carpet, white bedspread -not dirty or clean, (housekeeping on Thurs ?? Unless requested) property is run down, keys didn’t work half the time, old doors didn’t feel secure, only 1 of 2 elevator worked, remodeling ?, skeleton crew (maybe 6 total), busy with cruise ship travelers very small lobby & breakfast area, only continental breakfast, no swimming pool or gym.

Clean room and helpful airport shuttle. Front desk very helpful.

We were there during remodeling. Paid full price for 2 rooms and the beds had large indentations in them. Not a good night sleep
- 3/5
No hand soap in the room.
- 4/5
The mattress was bad. The entire place needs to be freshened up. It was hard to open the room door. You had to slide your card in and out aggressively to get it to click and the door to open.
- 5/5
Convenient to the airport, but plane noise not noticeable.
- 5/5
Hotel is updating and remodeling, but did not effect my stay at all - No construction noise or disruption. Breakfast is typical. I appreciated non-dairy yogurt. Have stayed here several times and will continue.
- 2/5
I think remodeling is taking place. Outdated parts of hotel. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had nothing but sugary carbs, no protein. Shuttle service was convenient. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Our stay was very good. Right now they're in the middle of remodeling so exterior is under construction but the room was great and staff was very good.
- 4/5
This is close to the bus, tram and airport. Free shuttle to the airport and local shopping. Free hot breakfast with waffles, cereal, bread items, coffee before you leave. The beds were comfortable, nice dove shampoo, conditioner and soap. It was refreshing after spending the day downtown walking around the sites of Seattle. We took the tram down to the needle, market place and enjoyed the waterfront for the day after departing a cruise. They were able to check us in early. Nice staff and place to staff near the airport.

- 3/5
Room was clean and well maintained, the breakfast options were very minimal which was disappointing
- 3/5
When we checked in (between 1:30 am and 2 am), the desk clerk spoke in a whisper, and Clara had to ask twice to hear what he said. Wasn’t sure if he had a sore throat, was under the influence, or other. Strange. The room was fine and comfortable. The lady at the desk when we checked out was very pleasant. The ride back to the airport was fine.
- 1/5
Doesn’t look like pictures advertised at all. Most guests we spoke with were under the same impression the rooms would all be renovated and clean as adverts and they were far from that. Terrible stay
- 3/5
Kathy, at the front desk was awesome. She was working the desk when I arrived around 10:30pm, and she was there when I came down for my shuttle around 7:15am. The lady working the breakfast area was polite and friendly when told her the coffee was empty. With that, the coffee was gone, there wasn't much of a breakfast selection compared to where I usually stay, and the shuttle left without the 7:30am passengers, so therefore we were picked up at 7:50, after I inquired, and that female chauffer drives like NYC cab drivers. HANG ON!!
- 5/5
Even though we only stayed one night, it was a very comfortable bed. And we slept well the step was really helpful and suggested a really good place to eat., thank you.
- 4/5
Nice room reasonably priced ( midweek) . Nice breakfast and airport shuttle service. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Very close to the airport. Very convenient.
- 2/5
Room didn't look clean, particularly the floor that had a lot of black smears. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was okay. We didn't have to wait for too long to get on it. But we waited for almost an hour to have a shuttle to take us to the airport the next day. Luckily our flight was delayed; otherwise we'd have to get Uber to get to the airport on time. There were roudy guests who left their room door open and let their kids run around screaming and pounding the wall. We had to complain to them. The only positives were friendly staff and helpful text/email reminders. Maybe we were just unlucky but I wouldn't stay here again.

- 4/5
Super friendly and accommodating staff. Stayed at this property many times and it always seems to be under construction. Breakfast has many limited choices.
- 4/5
Very clean room during remodeling process.
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful, not just to me but with all customers they came in contact with. The foyer had a lot of flies hoovering around - it was a bit off putting. The outside could use a good cleaning - power washing needed for the cement (the stains look like something was dragged from the building). The room was very clean and welcoming. The only thing missing was lotion - I was hoping for some lotion after a week long camping adventure.
- 3/5
The room was fine. The TV did not work and the person they sent up said they didn’t know how to fix it that it was the remote. My room was at the end of the hall and everyday when I went to my room the key wouldn’t work and I had to go downstairs to get it fixed. Very frustrating.
- 4/5
We were told we were getting Queen size beds. They were double beds, somewhat smaller that queen. Also no eggs at breakfast.

Overall it was nice hotel, an average morning breakfast.

Everything was great. Everything was clean. I rated the amenities as a five however we didn’t use any. We didn’t go for the breakfast or use any of the exercise equipment. We were happy with this day.
- 4/5
Good value hotel. The breakfast is pretty basic but it’s free so can’t complain. The rooms were clean but noisy due to old AC and nearby freeway & light rail. The staff is great & welcoming.
- 5/5
Reasonably priced alternative to some of the larger properties near Seatac Airport, indeed within easy walking distance (less than a mile). There's a Subway and a Tai restaurant in between too, for a quick meal. Free breakfast (opens at 6); free airport shuttle; friendly and helpful staff. When we visited in May 2026 the exterior of the building was undergoing a refit, but it didn't interfere with our stay. Will stay there again when in Seattle. By the way, the Seattle Light Rail station in the airport isn't that far away either, so you can easily get downtown from the hotel--we didn't do it on this trip, but have done before.
- 3/5
The shuttle was easy enough to find. Where to meet was a little more difficult as the person I contacted had a strong accent that was difficult to understand. The hotel is supposedly being renovated. It was in rough condition. The bed and linens were clean though. Breakfast was just average hotel breakfast.
- 3/5
AC unit wasn't very effective so the room was warmer than I'd prefer
- 4/5
Quick stay on a business trip. Easy hotel to find with some restaurants near by
- 3/5
Room, not properly cleaned. Old towels left. TV remote missing. No cups for room coffee. Breakfast ok
- 5/5
I was very pleased with the room and with the breakfast.

- 5/5
Everything went great. They are working on the building. Room was great, clean pleanty or room. Had 2 full beds instead of queens but since it was just my husband and I, wasn't a problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Was able to use the Link for transportation. Had plenty of places to eat nearby. We used the shuttle service to take us to the airport and all went well with that too. The only suggestion I have would be if they could improve breakfast, change it up. We were there for 5 nights and it was the same old thing (not that it was bad, just same thing) change up muffins, snack bars, yogurts and cereals. We would stay there again
- 5/5
The staff were awesome! They offer free shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was decent.
- 5/5
Stayed here for just 1 night as we were in town for a soccer game. Clean basic room, comfortable beds. Inside just underwent a remodel and is beautiful! Exterior was still undergoing reno although no current construction. Property was quiet. Continental bfast was perfect with waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereal, etc. Kids loved it. Nice dining area. Parking was easy and felt safe. Denny's right next door which was also nice! It was the kid's 1st time at a Dennys It was clean, updated, and very relaxing after a long drive into town. The biggest perk was the front desk gal! She was welcoming and so kind, always nice to see a friendly face upon check-in, especially after a long drive! Its becoming more and more unusual to have personable people at the desk these days! I wish I could remember her name. When I think of this hotel, it was all great but she is the first thing that I see in my mind!
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5

- 4/5
However, did have a problem getting the shuttle from SEATAC, had to call four times and waited more than 45 minutes to be picked up. Hotel needs to have a better description of how to and where to meet with the shuttle for those who do not regularly travel to Seattle. It was complicated up and down, elevators, crossroads, etc..

Didn't use internet. Breakfast was ok

The Middle Eastern girl working the night desk was extremely friendly and professional, i really wish I'd gotten her name to put here, but she was awesome! The bathtub was filthy and the knob to turn water on/off and adjust temperature was loosely sitting in place. It fell off a couple times while taking a shower and trying to adjust things. And there was what appeared to be blood spots (hopefully ketchup) on the bed sheet near the pillow. They'd been washed but the stains remain. The hotel was pretty run of the mill i guess. The lady working at 5am looked tired and wasn't rude or friendly, just sort of there to do her job and make it through the day. The night shift girl was the highlight of the place. Didn't stick around for the free breakfast.
- 4/5
Clean room, interior is in need of updating, good breakfast, helpful staff. Airport shuttle is convenient
- 4/5
Basic continental breakfast Airport shuttle was efficient All staffs are friendly
- 3/5
Used airport shuttle, good continental breakfast
- 3/5
The downside was the room, it was very cold and we couldn’t get the heat to turn on but the blankets kept us warm all night and we slept very good, but the morning was very cold. The shower was terrible, it immediately filled because it was clogged with hairs. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
The breakfast bar was waffles or instant oatmeal only. Overall, disappointing.
- 5/5
All good
- 4/5
The shuttle was relatively easy to navigate and arrived very quickly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was thin but that didn't bother us.

- 5/5
Property close to the airport with free shuttle and breakfast, hotel rate is reasonable, close to Denny’s and Jack In The Box (in the vicinity). Place is convenient to everything. Ample parking for guests and visitors.
- 5/5
This hotel worked well before our flight and when we had an unexpected additional night after a cancelled flight.
- 1/5
It was awful. The property was filthy. There were white granule,of I’m not sure what, all over the floor. The countertops were stained with food or something. I had to take out my Clorox cleaning wipes and wipe down things. The tub had brown dirt spots on the outside. All the corners in the bathroom were dirty. It was a mess. I walked out front of the property to walk to a restaurant and mouse ran across in front of us. I have never experienced anything like this. The black woman working the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was by herself and handling a non stop stream of guests with a smile on her face. She was the only good thing about our stay.
- 4/5
Airport shuttle service was very slow. Many turnovers of passengers before I was picked up. Otherwise my stay was great.
- 5/5
Room was comfortable and shower was fantastic.
- 5/5
Under construction at moment but was still good condition and clean staff helpful and good location near airport and monorail station

- 4/5
The entire staff we came in contact with was fine. HOWEVER the last time I stayed there the staff would not go to my room and retrieve my back pack for my daughter who drove up from Tacoma. I requested this from a phone call while in the hospital. MUCH EXTRA BURDEN FOR NO REASON. Only negative this stay was Direct TV jumped channels, the programs were out of sink with the description, one couldn't punch in numbers for a particular channel. IT SUCKED!

Weird but a good value. Has been under renovation for so long that the earlier renovations are already looking worn. Looks like they start and stop work as funds become available. Great staff. Very basic breakfast.

The rooms are really clean, comfortable the hotel is in a great location very close to the airport. It was quiet. The reception staff were great transportation back to the airport was seamless.

The heater was extremely loud preventing a decent night's sleep. Maintenance was sent to fix it and it did get better but loud nonetheless. The room was a decent size. Suggest not to pay more than $80 for the room. Very convenient access to the airport. The shuttle was a plus. (Didn't use)

Within walking distance to Seatac.

We were flying out early. It had warm comfortable beds. There was no coffee left in the morning and that made me sad but they made more and had creamer that wasn't powder. It's kinda what you would expect for the price.
- 5/5
Everyone was super nice and very helpful.

would have been better if there was a blanket on the bed.

Room is spacious. Front desk staff is very nice.

- 1/5
Staff support lacking, worst hotel id ever been , terrible breakfast, nobody’s cleaning our room even if i asked for a housekeeper to clean it,
- 3/5
Check out was a much better employee. Very friendly. This hotel has been under renovation for quite some time, and allegedly they're almost done. In my estimation it's been done on the cheap. Breakfast option was a waffle and syrup. Yup that's it. Was going to stay here in July, but I have to rethink it.
- 5/5
Best value for my dollar - hotel is value priced but is also very clean, the beds are comfy, and the breakfast is usually a full fresh hot meal with many options. I usually stay at La Quintas when they are available.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was nice. Hard to select a TV channel from the guide
- 3/5
Decent place to get a sleep.
- 4/5
The front desk staff were amazing. The room was clean but I could tell it needed to be vacuumed. The breakfast was great. Overall great stay.
- 4/5
Promixty to SeaTac with Shuttle bus service. The hotel is nicely redone, staff is ok but like so many establishments in the Seattle area, the number of staff is greatly reduced causing waits to check in or check out if the staff are busy with duties outside of the reception desk.

- 4/5
The room was very large and clean. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dated but clean.
- 4/5
Since it’s being remodeled, the outside looks questionable but the inside is decent for the price! Our room was mostly clean. Strands of hair and a few stains on one of the comforters. The desk had spills that were not cleaned up and there were crumbs under one of the chairs. There was a space in the window that was not fully sealed so it was a little cold and drafty. I put a towel in front of it to try and keep the cold out. The heat would not stay at the temp we set it on so we had to keep messing with it to keep it warm in there. The breakfast was good and there was a good variety. Some more hot options would have been awesome (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc).
- 2/5
No gym available even though online it said there was a gym available.
- 5/5
Still renovating the property, but it was no problem. Great bed, lots of parking, super nice staff.

Staff as well well friendly room was clean
- 5/5
Excellent, very clean and friendly environment
- 2/5
The staff was amazing and so was the room. There was construction going on that wasn’t advertised when I payed for the room. The construction was on the actual property, right outside of my room. This prevented me from getting good sleep after I landed. This was a total waste of money for this very reason.

Shuttle was fine. Breakfast was okay once we determined that part of the food was in an attached, but different room. Hotels.com was very confusing - they sent emails suggesting we should cancel the reservation and then when I told them to cancel the reservation, they came back the next day and said the reservation could not be cancelled. Fortunately we had a very good, capable person to talk with when we checked into the hotel and she got this confusing conversation sorted out and completed our reservation.
- 4/5
Nice clean room. Dennys across the parking lot.
- 5/5
We were able to check in early - room was nice, very clean - bed very comfortable
- 5/5
clean room
- 1/5
The room and hotel was overall terrible! Don’t stay here!
- 4/5
They tell me about the construction 2 days before my arrive
- 5/5
Breakfast was a nice touch, but the water tasted a bit "old" if that makes sense. Very affordable and enjoyed our stay though!
- 3/5
The room was plain but nice. The building is in the middle of a remodel so there wasn’t any vending machines for snacks or drinks.
- 2/5
I selected this hotel for free airport shuttle. Booked shuttle for 10 am. At 10 am, we were told driver went to lunch. Had to pay to Uber to airport in order to catch flight.
- 5/5
Quiet
- 3/5
Elevator and room key problems
- 3/5
Old hotel under construction.
- 4/5
Front desk is very pleasant & helpful! The facilities are clean and the location is very convenient!
- 5/5
Inside was great, outside with construction made parking a little difficult
- 1/5
Hotel did not advertise the extent of the construction on the property. No window views, gym partially under construction, elevator not working, breakfast limited, A/c heating unit loud and inconsistent. This property should be less then 2 stars under construction and 50% cheaper then surrounding hotels.
- 4/5
Yes but took a long time. Did not eat breakfast.
- 3/5
Wifi reception is sporadic. I measured 46 MBPS upload and 10 MBPS download both in reception area and in our room last nite but only 1-5 MBPS download I ad in my room this morning There are ample USB A outlets to charge your devices. There is one USB C outlet The carpet and rooms in general appear old, but they are renovating. The complimentary breakfast h ad as options: tea, coffee, oranges, yogurt, muffins, bananas, toast, bagels, peanut butter, waffles. They do have dedicated receptacles for recycling, but they are in the reception area and not the dining area
- 4/5
It is rebuilding rooms, and externally recoated.
- 3/5
The property was under renovation, which I didn't have a real problem with. The problem was that when we arrived, the Uber driver pulled into the parking lot but the main entrance was closed for renovation and there was no signage indicating where the entrance was. It was a side entrance without any signage, and to access it, you had to pull out of the main parking lot onto the road and enter the property via another driveway.
- 5/5
Property under construction but still very nice inside.
- 5/5
Staff is very helpful
- 5/5
Did not like that the airport shuttle took over 1 hour to pick us up at the airport to bring us to your hotel.
- 4/5
It was nice but under construction
- 5/5
Excellent for great locations
- 3/5
Under the bed were dirty! Smoke of something burning one night. The night lady at front counter was good, very nice and helpful. Other staff was not ask for more towels never received them, seemed annoyed except for night lady at front desk. Had to wait outside at night 40 minutes for shuttle along with others.

Finally got thru was THEN was told to look for Hampton Inn blue van. In the lower front near door was an 8 x 12 typed paper saying La Quinta . We were left for over an hour in the cold damp rainy parking area. It is inexcusable not to be to look for a blue Hampton Inn van. The hotel is under construction. Horrible mess. Was not informed of this when reservation was made. Was told our room was ready. Arrived at room. Key didnt work. Housekeeping was on the floor. He verified our room and opened the door, only to find it occupied. My husband was irrate. Our new room was at the end of the hall. Scaffolding at the window. Train noise evident. No coffee pot. Hot and cold lever backwards. No safety bar in shower. A serious hazzard . Breakfast not as advertised. Informed of limited selection when were arriv ed. All in all a miserable experience. To pay full price for a hotel undergoing major reconstruction is gouging. On a positive note the interior was clean. We will never stay in a La Quinta again
- 3/5
Check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant. Hotel is under major construction so some things can be overlooked. Tile floor in room 311 is very dirty. White tile in bathroom and entryway have major black dirt stains. I was able to remove stains in the bathroom with a cloth, some water, and some serious rubbing. The area I cleaned returned to a white color from the black I started with. The heater/cooler in this room is inconsistent and runs constantly. It will heat up to a degree above set temp and then air conditioner turns on cooling the temp to a degree or two below set temp, followed by heater turning on again. This cycle constantly repeats! The staff have been very easy to work with and have gone out of their way to accommodate my wife and I.
- 5/5
The location is perfect. Although there is a big Renovation in provess, the place is clean & comfortable
- 1/5
Bad heater, no Conditioner, bad/no coffee. Rude staff.
- 4/5
They are under construction
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
The breakfast menu was extremely lacking at this hotel. They said it started at 7:00 am. We arrived at 7:00 because we had a flight to catch. There was almost nothing out and no sign of anyone setting it up. They had coffee and waffles and nothing else. We had hoped to grab a muffin or bagel and head out. Very disappointing considering we have stayed at other La Quinta's that had great breakfast.
- 5/5
Evening desk staff was great!
- 5/5
Everything was fine. Our bed was extremely comfortable. Hard to answer the other items since you are under construction. Breakfast may be a little on the lean side, but it was fine.
- 3/5
Hotel under construction; scaffolding all around hotel; no entrance sign with hotel name so difficult to fine. Staff uninterested in being helpful. Gave me wrong info about airport shuttlr and rental car return.
- 3/5
Limited services, hotel is in middle of a remodel, it's a mess.
- 3/5
Hotel is under renovation, so we didn't expect it to be outstanding. It was clean and the room was comfortable. However, the room was very dark, even with all the lights on. There was only one working elevator & we ended up using the stairs most of the time because the wait for the elevator was 5+ minutes. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. There was extremely limited choices. Multigrain Cheerios was the only cereal choice. There was no hot water to use for oatmeal or hot cocoa. The toaster took 4 minutes to pop the toast up and it was barely brown. Only fruit was some sorry looking oranges. We ended up making peanut butter & jelly sandwiches for breakfast. Overall our stay was so-so at best.

I anticipated a good stay. I received a text a day before.i replied and asked how to catch the shuttle. Immediate, response with directions. From Sea-Tac, I called at least 15 times and tried to text. The kiosk with a landline wouldn’t work. I took a taxi for $25. Their entire internet wasn’t working. The front desk worker couldn’t/wouldn’t check me in. She told me to find a different accommodation. Her manager wasn’t there. She was on her own with angry customers and obviously wasn’t trained on what to do. Expedia CS was frustrating. They insisted that they speak to the hotel to process my refund. No matter how much I told them that the phone and internet was not working. I got a different hotel booked. Since it was raining, I asked if their shuttle could drop my close to it, “just as a courtesy to a customer who you couldn’t accommodate.” They would not. I ended up walking, since it was only 1/2 mile. No apology email or call from the hotel.
- 5/5
The external building is under renovation, so upon arrival it looked very sketchy. The staff and service was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and very acceptable.
- 3/5
Under construction. Hotel was in need of upgrades and cleaning
- 1/5
Well first off we couldn’t get checked into our room cause the internet is down from them working on the hotel so it took over a hour and a half to get checked into our room which I know it was not the receptionist fault but holy moly!
- 4/5
Staff
- 5/5
Friendly staff nice room with microwave and mini fridge most comfortable mattress I’ve had in a hotel room very very quiet and convenient location. Breakfast was OK. Wish they started it at 6 AM on the weekends they’re.
- 4/5
Convenient for a quick overnight coming and departing from SEATAC. Nice breakfast.
- 4/5
Convenient to walk from the SEATAC airport. Reasonable price and good breakfast. The bathroom was not cleaned very well
- 3/5
The hotel was difficult to find. There was no signage. Circled the block a couple of times. Parking was limited due to construction on the hotel. When booking the hotel we were not told about construction. Also, the lady in the AM was rude when inquiring about breakfast. When we checked in we were told it started at 6am. We went about 630 and it was not available. We had to catch a flight so did not get the breakfast promised by the hotel
- 4/5
Was okay
- 4/5
Stay was good…the wait at airport for shuttle was excessive & the ability to make contact from the p/up area was not simple & direct. Put on wait that never ended, no concise direct connection available…very ham handed…not a good way to establish good first impressions.
- 5/5
Close to the airport and restaurants
- 3/5
Very disappointing
- 4/5
Construction going on. Doing their best to accommodate customers.
- 5/5
Very good place , highly recommend!
- 2/5
The check in process was not great. I had called beforehand to ask about early check in. I was told at 1pm. When I arrived, there were a few people waiting as well for early check in and I asked if we needed to sign in and was told no. As we were waiting, we noticed the front desk lady was calling up people. We were the very last ones and never got called up. I had to be going up to the desk to ask if it was our turn until they finally said yes. I feel like some better communication would’ve been nice. Also, I didn’t mind the construction noise and remodeling beforehand, but i definitely would prefer to stay until all that is over with due to the noise.
- 2/5
Found a cockroach in my room.
- 5/5
Construction on property but didn’t affect our room. Staff was amazing with help using public transportation to T-mobile park to watch the Mariners!
- 1/5
First reserved for free shuttle. Almost 2 hours and 6 phone calls got a ride to hotel. Fri t desk never answered and later found phones not working. I did get an email that remodel was going on which it was but nothing about no elevator and rooms on first floor under remodel. Service stairs to haul luggage up that were dirty and sticky railings. Room itself was nice but bathroom floor was dirty. Staff were sorry for all the problems but nothing more. Was glad only one night!!
- 1/5
Pickup tempo lost my bag and drop on main road
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Property is in midst of remodel.
- 4/5
The tub was very slippery and needs a mat.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice and spacious. Breakfast was rather limited but I got my coffee. The lobby was spacious, and tidy, but hotel was due for an upgrade, hence the construction was underway, so i look forward to returning on my next trip. A special shoutout to the service staff. The cleaning crew deserved recognition for their hardwork and attention to detail. Frontdesk was very accommodating to our early checkin as well. Will definitely return and recommend to those traveling to Seatac, particularly for the cruise layover.
- 5/5
Shuttle friendly. Had received loads of emails regarding the construction going on, but being a Sunday, all was quiet.
- 5/5
Very nice stay.
- 5/5
The location
- 5/5
Host was great, house was adorable and exactly as advertised
- 4/5
The hot water was not very hot and we were unaware they were remodeling until we got there.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. They are doing a major renovation so rooms should have been cheaper. Renovation is not a bother it just noisy and dirty.
- 3/5
They must get more front desk personnel & key card system.
- 1/5
Absolutely disgusting and horrible experience! This is a pet friendly hotel didn’t know this at time of booking. Found out after sleeping in a cat pee infested bed! Woke up to barking dogs all on the floor. I did not have a pet so why they put me on a floor with animals blows my mind! I’m highly allergic. Their mannerism is disgusting. Never disclosed that they were putting us on a pet floor and when I brought my concerns about sleeping in a cat urine infested bed, they blamed me for not coming to them. Let me add I take a sleeping pill prescribed to me by my doctor and I fall asleep immediately after taking it I kept waking up in the middle of the night saying to my mother I smell cat pee and then would automatically fall back to sleep this would go on all night. The manager said why didn’t you say anything? I told her I did as soon as I woke up and if you know anything about the medicine, you would know that I’m not physically able to get out of bed till the morning she comes back at me with, I have a medical degree. 😂 ok lady! I highly suggest if you do not have an animal do not stay at this disgusting establishment! There is pet hair in my food for breakfast pet hair all over the hotel. Being a pet friendly hotel does not give this hotel right to not keep up on their cleanliness. I cannot express you enough how disgusting and vile this place and their workers are. I requested a refund for the night that I slept in cat pee, and I still have yet to receive that refund
- 4/5
Loads of outdoor construction going on. People are nice and great restaurants in walking distance. One problem, you have me down as Roy and my name is Robin!
- 2/5
I wish the hotel would’ve stated construction is all around hotel. Woke up to construction work.
- 1/5
Felt unsure they were even open
- 2/5
No vending machines, broken elevator, area outside was full of hazards
- 3/5
The hotel transfer staff in the van was wonderful. Really excellent, nice friendly man. Even at a very early hour of the morning. When I checked in, no one said anything about when breakfast was and consequently we missed it on a weekday because it ended at 9:00. Well, I don't think it's unreasonable to end breakfast at 9. Had we known you would have gone down a little bit earlier. Additionally, I really wish that the staff person gave us two hotel keys instead of just one that there were two of us there in the room. We weren't always together and it was inconvenient and wasn't even offered.
- 5/5
Convenient to the airport hotel provided shuttle to and from.
- 3/5
The property was under construction. Hardly any food for the continental breakfast. Only one elevator that worked. Lights in room were blown. Shower head not adjustable for anyone over 4” tall.
- 3/5
Convenient location to airport but property is under heavy construction/renovation. Too expensive due to conditions
- 3/5
Have stayed at a number of different La Quinta's and this one was not up to the standard of the rest.
- 4/5
Website did not say anything about construction at the hotel. We did not.know this until after the reservation was made and confirmed. The rooms were nice and what they have completed is nice. The tile floor in our room needed to be cleaned really good.
- 5/5
Even the property is under construction in the outside, it was well protected for guest being safe.
- 3/5
They are going through massive renovation. Hard to judge.
- 2/5
Room was not clean. Dirty towel and shower curtain still hanging in room. Staff uninterested. Listed amenities not available.
- 3/5
Just an average hotel near airport
- 3/5
Renovation, looked like a total. But rooms were clean and updated
- 3/5
Property was grubby. Needs a deep clean and some T L C. Bed was comfy. Slept well. Wifi was very week in room.
- 3/5
Breakfast was inedible and hallways which may be on a redo list were frightening. Bed was great and so was AC. Check-in seamless.
- 1/5
They should close the facility during construction.
- 4/5
Not bad but breakfast
- 3/5
The shuttle is incredibly unreliable though. We tried calling from the service phone at the airport at least 10 times with nobody answering. I called from my cell phone and someone answered right away. She told me she was sending the shuttle right away. We waited 30 minutes before calling again to get an ETA. She said she would call the driver to "make sure he didn't forget about us." He arrived about 10 minutes later. We should've walked to the hotel which would've taken 15 minutes. When we needed to head back to the airport the next morning, we came down 10 minutes prior to the shuttle departure time as instructed. The shuttle driver didn't even arrive to work until 5 minutes after the shuttle was supposed to leave. Then we had to load all the luggage and all the people waiting. The construction going on was not a problem as it happens. Hotels need to fix things and update the property. But if you're going to offer a service it needs to be accurate and on time for people who need to be somewhere at a specific time.
- 4/5
It was currently under renovation. Great location, easy access to dining and drinking.
- 5/5
Staff was super courteous. The facility was being remodeled so not at its top, however it was kept clean. The remodeling did not affect our room comfort or pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Even though parts of the hotel are still under renovation our room was newly done and very nice. So convenient with two restaurants across the parking lot!
- 2/5
Breakfast-nothing hot. Offered dry hot cereal but no microwave. Very crowded on Sunday and not available until 7am vs 6 on weekdays. No liquid soap dispenser in tub area. Only decaf coffee in room until regular was requested. One of the two elevators was out of order. No clean up of room without requesting it but no one told us this was necessary. No bath mat in tub and floor was very slippery.
- 4/5
Good place for a weekend trip. Very close to SeaTac Airport, and they have a free airport shuttle bus. Clean room and bathroom. Dove bodywash, shampoo and conditioner provided. A microwave and mini fridge for small, quick meals. Comfortable king size bed. Noisy air conditioner, but it worked well. Some parts of the hotel are under renovation, but there is very little noise from it. Dennys and Jack in the Box right next door if you're hungry. It's about a 1/2 hour away from Seattle Center and major attractions. Very pleasant staff.
- 4/5
If you are looking for a cheap hotel that is clean and does the job, this hotel is it. Pros: shower was great, online check in and check out was easy, and staff was friendly. Con: this hotel is being remodeled and looked very creepy, and there was scaffolding right outside our third floor room window and a parking garage with vehicles at eye level.
- 5/5
Staff members were very friendly and helpful. We appreciate the free shuttle service back and forth from the airport. The site was under construction remodel but we still had a good experience.
- 4/5
The property was under major renovation. Main entrance was blocked, the whole building was wrapped in scaffolding and the interior smelled heavily of paint fumes.
- 4/5
The property is under renovation. We were told there may be boxes and some construction happening but the pool and hot tub are closed and there’s construction everywhere
- 1/5
Construction on the whole hotel, no beverages anywhere on the property, only one working elevator.
- 1/5
The hotel by surprise is under construction. It was a mess. One slow elevator. Dirty common areas and check in was a challenge. Limited parking, dark lot no lights, unsafe. The new room was ok but not up to competition standards. Never again. Uggggh.
- 5/5
Nice people, but its under construction! Not very pretty right now. But yhey are working on it.
- 5/5
Although building was under construction the inside was very nice. Beds comfy and room clean. Breakfast was simple just cereal and some fruit and packaged products. The people were extremely helpful and the shuttle service was excellent!
- 3/5
The hotel was being upgraded and therefore had very little to no breakfast to offer. Stayed twice on my way to my cruise and then again before heading home. Had issues getting picked up at the airport by not knowing that Hampton would be picking us up. The communication was just not as great as it could have been. On our return trip we arrived at the hotel early and asked if we could check in early and was told 30-45 minutes. We got the first room about an hour and a half after asking and the other room at 2 pm which was 4 hours after arriving at the hotel. The room was great and check out both times was great.
- 3/5
Evening front desk was super nice and helpful. Hard to really judge the hotel since it is a construction zone. Breakfast could have been better but trying to be understanding. If the lobby is the direction they’re headed, the hotel will be great when it’s done.
- 3/5
The place is being renovated, which is desperately needed. The staff seem to be doing the best that they can with regard to cleaning. My big gripe was with the shuttle from the airport. They use a Hampton Inn van, but when you call for a pickup they don't tell you that. I also found the front desk team was hit-or-miss. They have a senior person and she seems competent but the other guy - not so much.
- 5/5
It was close to the airport. The airport shuttle was timely.
- 5/5
Seems comfortable here. Room is clean and furniture is new
- 4/5
Construction fences completely barricade the front entrance. A sign indicating how to get in would be helpful.
- 5/5
The proprrty is undergoing a facelift and upgrades. Ither than that j enjoyed our stay.
- 2/5
Bathroom missing shower curtain and body wash or soap. Front desk and house keeping personnel doesn’t take necessary steps to fix problems even didn’t clean room.
- 3/5
There was construction going on. The hotel needs updated. Breakfast was very basic. Friendly staff and conveniently close to the airport
- 3/5
The building exterior looks like a demolition zone as they undertake substantial renovations. Our room was a good size but the aircon unit was very loud - had to turn it off, which then meant we were too warm. Close to the airport with a convenient free shuttle service. Not much on offer for breakfast due to the renos.
- 4/5
Otherwise, hotel was clean and quiet, BUT beware! It is in a suspected street prostitution area, as noted by police signs posted. Breakfast was poor - go eat at the DENNY’S across the street. Everyone there was either gettin on or off a cruise ship, and all agreed that it was good for one or two nights under those circumstances.
- 2/5
The construction made look very unsafe, outdated rooms, outdated carpets. Limited parking.
- 5/5
It was good for a 4 day stay. Only problem was one elevator was working. Other then that the stay was amazing.
- 4/5
ok
- 5/5
Helpful staff clean room.good shuttle service prompt service all around construction around not a issuefacility not a issue
- 4/5
The lady would not give me a receipt at check out.
- 1/5
Property was under construction, which wasn't disclosed when we booked. Property was overall dingy and way overpriced for what we got. I've been a longtime fan of LaQuinta, but likely won't stay with them again.
- 5/5
The customer service and check in agents were great very polite and super easy to check in. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel also great. Great location even though the hotel is under construction accommodation were awesome. I booked a night earlier then expected but they checked me in had me ready to go. I will stay here again.
- 4/5
The hotel is being remodeled as it's a little confusing. The Price is right for the area. The Staff is great and more than made up for the inconvenience.
- 5/5
Great newly remodeled rooms
- 1/5
I understand that construction was going on. But i arrived at the hotel at 11pm. It was dark, creepy and not very inviting. The sign was damaged No lights, parking was limited due to those huge containers. Never again not even after construction is done.
- 3/5
Lots and lots of construction. Felt like it was a vacant building when we arrived in the shuttle. The shuttle staff was very good (both at 7 pm and 5:30 am) as was the person at the front desk when we checked out. Not a great experience checking in as we didn't really feel the person cared if we were there or not.
- 4/5
Good one. Even under remodelation, The staff did everything for a good stay
- 4/5
There is a lot of construction going on at the hotel but thw upgrades we saw were good.
- 4/5
Convenient to the airport - which is actually in walking distance if you prefer that to the shuttle. No parking fee - thats almost unheard of these days.
- 5/5
It overall was a good stay, the construction was just loud and limited the parking. Everyone was friendly and helpful except one individual.
