It was okay for what we paid. The shower head was so low that even I had to bend down to shower (I’m 5’3”). The head fell on us while we were sleeping and my daughter’s bed wouldn’t stay on the bed frame. Although we had these issues the staff was amazing and so very helpful. They have snacks in the office and it’s open 24 hours a day. And it was quiet and close to everything
- 4/5
Having a little store inside the lobby was nice when we didn’t have a car and there aren’t many places within walking distance. There are microwave meals and drinks along with candy. We forgot an item and it was saved for us on our return trip. The staff was friendly. The problem was with the noise from a club down the street and the patrons that started street racing and doing donuts on the corner at 1am, but that isn’t the motel’s fault.
- 4/5
Best price around town but unfortunately the crazy town is way way too expensive. So considering that its a good place. Felt safe and great staff. Old rooms but clean. No coffee maker in room but available in office. Had to stand onto of bed to reach AC control switches. Some nearby bars with food. Super cheap local bus system to town from 2 blocks away.

Exceptional

Decent room for the price. The shower and toilet area has a window without a curtain in it tho. I was on the 2nd floor so not sure what it was like on the 1st floor but still. Not good.
- 4/5
My stay was overall good, clean and comfortable room, quiet area. Parking lot is bit tight. My biggest problem was shower: water pressure is a trickle, hot/cold knobs are wacky and the shower head was ridiculously low, under 5 ft.

Great selection of snacks food and drinks in the lobby.

Rate wasn't bad, staff is pleasant. 1. Multiple cigarette burn holes in both bedspreads. 2. Dirty sheets on one bed. Not permanently stained, just dirty. 3. Live carpet beetles in the bed.

Superb

A bit run down but still comfortable and clean.
- 4/5
It's a bit of a dated look, but the room was great. Very clean, roomy enough, perfect because we wanted a place in Georgetown. Don't expect luxury, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The water is not warm enough, and facilities need to be repaired.

Actually not that bad. Decent room. Small bathroom. Good selection of food to buy at the office. Valentines night was full: upstairs neighbors were super loud and office manager took care of it immediately. Would go back in a pinch
- 4/5
Convenient and affordable option in Seattle. Enjoyed our stay and felt safe.

It was conveniently located for my trip to Seattle. Parking lot could do some repairs. Toilet seat was broken.

- 2/5
the room was alright somewhere to stay
- 2/5
The room was clean, bed was too soft, heater kicked on every 5 minutes, I finally just shut it off. Cars keep pulling in to the parking lot and then leaving 15 minutes later with loud music. Who ever was upstairs above me was walking around ( no carpets) until well after midnight. Staff was very courteous and location was good. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. Location. It is in an industrial area, so there is no place to walk to.
- 1/5
So disappointed in our stay here. Fans that didnt work or were noisier than a freight train. Tripping hazard from carpet to tile floor. Stained bed sheets. Outlets that wont hold a plug. Terrible smells in the room. Hair in the shower. Filthy shower. Homeless outside. The front desk staff was nice - but i would never stay here again and intend to ask for a refund.
- 5/5
Acceptable
- 1/5
First room we were put into had dirty towels. These towels had snot on them. Every towel was dirty. Secondly, the shower drain didn’t work and flooded. You could also see hair floating around. When we got a new room, half the towers were also dirty. It was very disappointing since I had a child with me in this trip. It was his first time in Seattle and the experience was not great as far as lodging is concerned. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
- 5/5
The room I stayed in was on the second level (no elevator), but the size was decent and it came with a small fridge and TV. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Parking is definitely a plus—being so close to both stadiums makes it incredibly convenient. The lot itself is on the smaller side but very well lit (seriously, it’s bright enough to land a plane!). If you’re light-sensitive, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask. Overall, it’s a simple, convenient stay for anyone heading to a game or show nearby, and I’d stay here again without hesitation.
- 2/5
Come as you are
- 5/5
Generally a nice place. Great location. My only problem was the shower head came to about my chest. Had to duck down to clean my head and shoulders. I'm not unusually tall (5'11") so this felt odd. They are clearly updating as they go. Room was spacious and comfortable.
- 1/5
No bathtub, just a shower. Lighting in the room was horrible. Way too dark. Spooky area to stay in. Hooligans were sitting on the upper balcony and staring at us. Bad parking, too crowded.
- 5/5
Decent place in an industrial area
- 3/5
It fine
- 2/5
In disrepair and many things not working properly. Slooooow water at sink. Fixtures rattle and shake. Stark lighting, not at all warm and pleasant. No lamps. Toilet not bolted to floor. Shower fixtures loose and rattling around. Upside: the bed was reasonably comfortable
- 2/5
It was a shame we had them, the property itself was well kept and the actual rooms themselves were lovely and tidy. Just not sure how that little fella got in there.
- 4/5
I was in town for a class near-by. If I have another in the same location I'll stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
Room was filthy. We refused to stay
- 4/5
So helpful and accommodating, as we arrived several hours prior to check-in; also offered a late check-out to better accommodate flights. Plenty of snacks available, at a reasonable cost, in the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
This motel is nice and they are definitely working on making it better. It’s evident they have improved it and are responsive to customers needs. The area is primarily industrial, however the motel seemed safe and secure.
- 5/5
The place was affordable and centralized like most motels an array of character in the area but harmless none the less
- 5/5
Great selections for snacks in the lobby.
- 4/5
The enjoyment thos owner had in running that motel was obvious. It was most likely a low end motel that had its day. The care of the staff and attention to detail and I thanked him and he is so excited to continue improvements. One downfall. It rhetorical fault but is a criminal trend in many motels and air bnb where covert. Illegal cameras are being used for the needs. Of the criminals . Could be sexual voyeurism, sex trafficking, try o capture underage undressing , it could be entertainment for bored sexless couples, black mail extortion but I suspect my room may have most definitely been breeched not the owners these were experience career criminals that do it regularly have professionals seeep the rooms especially light fixtures fans ac ‘s and smoke detectors it’s so easy and. So small bit a full on sexual predatory crime.
- 5/5
My go-to place when i visit my warehouse in the area.
- 5/5
this property was decent. the safe was nice. it was a bit noisy as the walls are a bit thin. and the laundry room was out of order.
- 4/5
I liked the architecture and culture La Hacienda represents -- a 1950s motor lodge, a decade when America hit the road! The hotel offers a reasonably well-maintained vision of that time. The staff was accommodating and friendly, but our room offered only the overhead light -- no desk lamp nor bedside table lamp. So I used my head lamp to guide my way into the bathroom.
- 4/5
Rooms were cleanish but not well kept: stains in corners but clean sheets, that sort of thing. Noise levels weren't bad, I couldn't hear anyone beside us but trains were blowing their horns for about an hour after midnight on Friday. Did the trick and worth the cost.
- 3/5
Stayed because of good deal at time of last minute booking. Straight shot to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park. In an industrially area, closest food options are around 2 miles away.
- 2/5
The bathrooms were not cleaned. The room didnt smell good. Beds uncomfy. Pictures made it look alot better than it is. Dirty floors/walls. The people were friendy and helpful tho.
- 5/5
Friendly front desk service
- 4/5
While mot the fanciest it is reliable safe and wrks for us as a place to stay for weekend professional Baseball games
- 5/5
Staff were excellent.
- 5/5
Convemoent for Seafair 25...31 Jul thru 3 Aug at Genosee Park, to avoaid traffice jam and delays.
- 2/5
This establishment is not dog friendly and in a loud and dirty neighborhood, with multiple extra unexpected fees upon check-in.
- 5/5
The property has certainly been well-loved over (many) years and is ready for an update. That said, it was generally clean and everything worked as expected. Mattress was too soft for my liking, but that’s really a matter of preference.
- 5/5
We stayed at La Hacienta for one evening and it was great! We were in the city for a concert and the motel was fairly close to Lumen Field. The staff were fabulous & very understanding. The facilities are a little dated so an upgrade would truly help this small motel thrive. Overall, thankful for a clean, safe space to rest after a long day. Thank you!
- 5/5
Very good sleep.
- 5/5
Great place, will visit again
- 5/5
Absolute luxury! Would stay again
- 5/5
For a quick night stay for a concert at lumen field it was more than enough. Parking was easy and convenient and it was a straight shot down from where we were going. Didn’t need anything more for such a short stay.
- 5/5
Friendly, efficient staff started the stay off right at this lovely affordable quiet motel. Recommended for a relaxing get away.
- 1/5
Didn't have a working TV (No HDMI chord) but told me someone would take care of that and never did. When I asked for a partial refund was refused. Room was over priced to begin with. They DID have an excellent selection of treats and goodies in the office. The staff was friendly but except for one was generally unhelpful.
- 1/5
The property was very dirty, and the beds were uncomfortable. There is a $50 deposit fee charged as soon as you check in as well that I did not know about.
- 4/5
Well priced hotel with multiple dining options nearby but not much else, Georgetown district was within walking distane that was a nice area and not far drive to tourist stuff like Space Needle, Aquarium or T-mobil Stadium. Free parking and very well lit at night, wonderful options in there lobby store and staff was friendly, fixed the plugged shower and loud fan when we told them about it. AC worked great and HBO and Showtime channels were available, would recommend.
- 5/5
Easy check-in, no problems
- 4/5
設備は少し古いですが掃除は良くしてました。 近くにコンビニエンスストアがあり便利でした。 スタッフも良かったです。
- 3/5
inexpensive, convenient to downtown
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were a little dated but all in all I enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Very friendly staff. Older place that needs updating but in the end nothing really terrible. Just dated
- 4/5
Fine
- 1/5
Ghetto
- 3/5
Don't leave anything in the room, they throw away everything. Hole in bathroom door and wall, very poor condition of rooms. For the amount of a room, they should have provided 2 rooms. Not worth the money. Located near food though.
- 4/5
Everything was just fine the shower was really not good but i half expected that to be the case so no suprise there. Was an overal fine stay
- 4/5
Basic motel but was extremely convenient to where we were going.
- 4/5
Basic clean room. Could have used another blanket. On the 1st Ave end so pretty noisy on weekday. Great price!
- 5/5
Would stay again! Thank you.
- 5/5
Safe
- 2/5
Very loud and chaotic. Staff is nice though.
- 5/5
They are always great to us
- 5/5
I needed a one night stay and this place fit the bill. It's a nice, quiet, clean place with a big room. Great tv reception and the lobby is fully loaded with snacks and drinks. Front desk is efficient and friendly. I'll definitely look to this place first when i come back as the charges were reasonable as well.
- 5/5
Very quite n peaceful
- 5/5
Wonderful stay
- 4/5
We have stayed here last couple years.
- 3/5
Cockroaches, black mold, dirty shower, ripped blankets. Outdated everything.
- 5/5
They are always awsome with my wife and myself great place to stay
- 5/5
Great location. Terrific staff. Get over yourself if you have stress about staying here.
- 4/5
Very nice staff like always
- 5/5
We stay there often and always getvery good care they are great
- 1/5
Power went off during my stay and they don't want to be responsible and they won't refund my money
- 3/5
We had to change rooms because the first room had no water pressure in the shower. The second room wasn't much better.
- 2/5
On the plus side: both staff people were very friendly and helpful. The sheets and towels seemed clean, and there was a new microwave and a new heating/cooling unit in the room. There was a deadbolt on the metal door so i didn't feel in danger of someone barging in. (If that extra security feature hadn't been added to the door, i wouldn't have stayed.) This is s budget property and i don't recommend it for women traveling alone.
- 5/5
It was good
- 4/5
It has kitchenette, though I didn't use it but still.
- 3/5
Check in guy was awesome. It was just 'regular hotel price for a bargain/discount location. Usually for 150 a night, I would expect something a little nicer.
- 3/5
It’s a motel.. so cleanliness is not the best& guests can be noisy. The shower had a chair for the handicapped therefore the shower felt smaller.
- 3/5
It sounded like the neighbor upstairs was bowling.
- 2/5
Missing and there was little no effort to find it after room was cleaned. Additional cost was not warranted.
- 1/5
The TV didn’t work and we told the front desk person and they didn’t do anything about it. We got bitten by bed bugs.
- 4/5
Easy to find and so convention to shop.
- 2/5
I also wish it had a lamp instead of just an over head light. Morning staff was nice and friendly
- 3/5
Ok for one night
- 1/5
There was dirt everywhere. Broken window. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Hair on the towels. Bathroom is gross.
- 3/5
***Beware, you need a Hot Spot for Wifi. I wasn't able to stream at all, even my laptop struggled with simple tasks. Staff reset the modem several times, to no avail.
- 5/5
Convenient. was out on work detail for a few days. nice ,clean.
- 1/5
First room we checked into had standing water in it. Switch us rooms fairly quickly but there were clumps of hair/ crumbs left behind from a fast cleaning
- 3/5
The staff are great! The hotel is exactly how it looks in the pictures.
- 4/5
It was good for a quick rest
- 5/5
Very noise due to truck traffic
- 4/5
Spent one night. Weird area of Seattle but we felt safe for the most part. Nice people running it.
- 5/5
Very convenient
- 5/5
Parkin very good and front desk very helpful. Nice motel to a road trip
- 5/5
It was great, we just needed an affordable pet friendly spot to spend the night without being 40 minutes from city center. The only complaint we had was that there was no mention of pet fees when booking the room online. So it ended up costing us $40 more than expected when we went to check in.
- 3/5
No frills motel, average amenities, but convenient location
- 5/5
Precious and friendly slightly grubby welcoming retro style accommodations. Very reasonable and super welcoming and convenient. Also love the free parking and great Georgetown location.
- 5/5
Affordable
- 2/5
The sheets, bathroom walls etc were all dirty and smelling so bad the entire stay.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, firm but not hard. The laminate floors were a nice surprise! The furnishing are older but serviceable. As our room had 2 beds a second night stand would have been a nice addition. A few hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful.
- 5/5
The owners are amazing and helped us navigate around Seattle. They printed out maps for us, helped us with Uber as our Canadian phones would not work. I recommend this motel. Thank you for our two night stay. Will definately be back.
- 3/5
I didn't get the room I upgraded too didn't ask to change because my second guest didn't come.
- 5/5
I got a room here because my friend and i where going to a concert and didnt want to drive all thw way back to tacoma after. Our experience was great staff was nice room was clean and the best part was they have snacks and drinks you can buy all night which came in handy when our uber dropped us off after the concert. There was also 3 pillows on each bed which for me was super nice ive stayed at other places where you only get one small pillow. I also saw they had room service delivery unfortunetely we didnt have time to use it. The next time i go to a concert at climate pledge i will probably stay here again.
- 1/5
AC struggled to pump out cool air and was probably the loudest unit I've heard in any hotel. At about 8pm a Rock band started playing about a block and a half down the street but it sounded like they were playing in the parking lot of the Motel it was so loud. I understand that the hotel cannot control a venue's volume however I dont want to have to check all the local activity when I book a hotel. Couldnt sleep with the noise of the band or the AC. At 11pm, with the band still blaring I checked out and went to another hotel. Staff were nice but over all, the worst hotel experience I've had.
- 3/5
The condition of the shower wasn’t great and the shower head was very short. There was also a cracked window in the bathroom and no curtains so we felt exposed. The TV didn’t work and though the staff tried very hard to fix it, we had to move rooms. It was very nice that we had access to laundry facilities
- 2/5
The Bad, First, the condition of the room. All bathroom fixtures were ripped off the wall except the toilet paper roll. So no where to hang towels or clothing. The bathroom was very poorly lit and my wife was too icked to use the shower (no bath). We found 1 bug on one of the beds, and it jumped off of me too quickly to identify it (No one got any bites tho).Second negative is the location. This is quite a sketchy neighbourhood. We saw several dodgy folks over our 2 night stay. At least a couple walking down the middle of the road the hotel is on. There's also a bar 2 doors away from the office that put on a punk show 2 nights in a row starting at 10pm (but the AC drown out the noise for us in our room). We were accustomed to having all of our valuables in the room, so I didn't fear for our car being broken into. But lets just say, none of us wandered off on foot to walk the neighbourhood. Nothing truly ugly for our stay. It succeeded at giving us a place to stay for our trip to Seattle. Rec Pick Quick for food on 4th.
- 2/5
Only positive is that the check in staff was super nice.
- 1/5
If you've got a hooker coming over or need a place to smash some drugs, this is your place. There's a reason it is the cheapest option in the area with a (generous) 6/10 rating. The only saving grace is that the beds were reasonably comfy, so if you just need a place to rest your head and don't mind a little grunge - buckle up baby!
- 5/5
It was a convenient location for Tmobile park
- 4/5
Very accomodating to our needs. Nicest people you could ever meet on the front desk. There's work to be done on replacing worn furniture. Great place to stay for our night before our early morning flight.
- 5/5
What I like is management remembers who I am and works with me
