It was freezing in there. It was very loud all night long on a Wednesday night. I would recommend it if you had ear plugs and called ahead to tell them to turn the heat on especially since it was 18 degrees that night

If you prefer hard beds, you will be delighted. My guy does and slept better here than he has in a long time. Also, the company of a furry creature was a bit unwelcome but certainly not a deal breaker.

The location was great

One of the staff was not professional. She was sitting and smoking on a bench while we were at the check-in counter. We had to wait for her finishing cigarette. Later, I saw her yelling to other guests loudly.

Age, layout of building, no elevator, not enough rooms on first level for older guest who can't tolerate stairs. Parking area not next to hotel. Parking too far away from hotel itself, especially for older guest with mobility problems.
