Welcoming!
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Close to pike place and other popular shopping areas and restaurants. Enjoyed my stay there!
- 5/5
It was clean, but I had to remind them to clean the room when I was out doing my activities
- 5/5
We loved our stay and the staff and hotel was great. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Very comfortable although small room. King bed was comfortable. Even though you're in the middle of downtown the property is very quiet and relaxing. Dinner at Rider is excellent. Will definitely be staying here again when traveling to Seattle.

Feedback is 100% positive. This property is clean, upscale, centrally located, and the staff is great.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Nicely appointed rooms and very quiet
- 3.5/5
Great location and comfortable beds Paid to have breakfast included which was a waste of money as the cafe had such a limited menu.
- 4/5
Hotel was great, staff was generally helpful. Restaurant was really expensive with a lacking quality of service. Spent almost 90 minutes at the restaurant and service was incredibly slow and there was little engagement from wait staff. Be prepared for unforeseen expenses such as a destination and pricey valet parking.

Pleasant

Great place to stay. Centrally located and the parking is the best.
- 4/5
Excellent location in the heart of Seattle. Very small room, but cozy. Staff were great. Elevator broke several times while we were there and we were on the 16th floor! Beware extra "destination" fees not covered by your expedia purchase!

This was my first time checking into a hotel alone and the hotel staff were so kind and helpful. Additionally, as an 18 year old female solo traveler, this property was in a safe area that I felt comfortable walking around alone even at night. The rooms were super clean as well. No complaints about the beds or anything! I would definitely stay here again on my many trips to Seattle. The ONLY flaw was the fridge not working in the second room I stayed in. Otherwise this hotel was perfect.

Appreciate that the sink and toilet are separate from the shower and soaking tub. Spacious seating area, convenient location.

Excellent location, safe area, short walk to Pike Place Market, the monorail and Westlake Link station. Bathrooms are a bit tiny, but very clean and sufficient.

It's in the perfect spot to explore the city. The beds were a little more firm than I'm use to. There was a small mixup with the room. but they quickly did what they could to fix the situation. I am booking a summer trip here again.

Disappointing
- 2/5
First of all , I was place at 11th floor, the sewer smell in the bathroom was terrible . No matter what I did, the smell would not go away . I ended up had to close the door the whole time and put a towel under the door. Then , someone placed their finished in-room food service tray on the floor , I was there for three nights . No one from hotel pick it up for four days. For the similar price, you will get much better hotels in the area. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel .
- 4/5
The location was very good, downtown and within walking distance of my conference at the convention centre. My studio room had several windows with a very nice city view and a small sea view. I booked a studio room and expected a larger room, but it was small and packed.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, helpful staff with excellent location.

We love the location, super easy freeway access and close to everything. The rooms are cozy and perfect! They are small but comfortable and welcoming. The staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely will be back.
- 4/5
Didn't have any issues as it was within walking distance of Pike Place, museums and many other attractions.
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay. We like it very much and will certainly return!
- 5/5
Fabulous food, wonderful staff, beautiful hotel
- 4/5
I was booked into a room on the 12th floor. The bed was awful, very saggy in the middle and unsupportive. After over 2.5 hours of trying to fall asleep I gave up and went down to the front desk after 12:30am and asked for a room change. They changed me to another room on the 11th floor and the bed was significantly better and fell asleep within 10 minutes of laying my head down in the new room. I'm glad I changed, and glad they had a room with a newer or more comfortable bed, I just wished I would have asked earlier. I've stayed at the hotel twice and the first time my room had a comfortable bed, so the room with the bad bed on the 12th floor may have been a fluke. Other than that, the hotel is very nice, staff are nice. The rooms are small with very small bathrooms, but it's an old hotel, so not unexpected.
- 5/5
Nice boutique feel, spacious deluxe king room, nice clean but smaller bathroom, great hotel service.
- 4/5
Nice place but tiny rooms
- 4/5
Every staff we interreacted with was helpful and kind. I will say the rooms are small so may not work for larger number of guests. Overall great visit although I do wish the resort fee could have been paid upfront.
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff and close to everywhere just walking distance.
- 5/5
Nice interior throughout hotel and convenient location
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room. Bedding was very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Across the street from the convention center. The restaurant is also pleasant and tasty.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable bed. The hotel is a mile away to Pike’s place. Near to all the attractions.
- 4/5
The hotel was lovely, the room clean. I felt like the towels and sheets were very stiff and uncomfortable, I can understand not wanting to use chemical softeners, but they could add baking soda to the laundry and everything would soften. I also did not enjoy the smell of wood smoke from the restaurant below. Neither of those things would prevent me from staying there again. The location was surrounded by amenities and very convienent for the convention center.
- 5/5
staff was super helpful and nice would definitely recommend and the whole place was super cute !!

Poor
- 4/5
Rooms are VERY small, but cute and comfortable. Coffee is excellent. Restaurant and bar on site very nice. Excellent location. However, “resort” fees that all hotels seem to be adopting these days are a joke. This is no “resort”.

Great location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Easy check-in. Comfortable and quiet room. I do recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Great staff, and location
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly at check-in and parking attendant was very friendly as well. The room was small, but trendy, cute and most importantly, clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had a cheap room on the 4th floor as we were there just to sleep and shower. The view was a concrete wall and the lighting in the room was a bit dim as it only had one lamp with low wattage bulb on one side of the bed. This was the only downfall, but did not bother us, but was noted. Overall a wonderful stay and in a good location.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice atmosphere.
- 5/5
Clem, quiet and comfortable
- 5/5
Overall, positive experience.
- 3/5
Good hotel but old facilities.
- 3/5
The room was in noticeable need of several repairs. The headbord was missing chunks of leather, the amorie was pretty dirty, there was something crusty on the radio/clock..and only the hand held shower head worked. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean.
- 4/5
Rooms were great! Paid extra for breakfast there isn’t any there is a coffee shop downstairs where you’re supposed to pick out “breakfast” from they have muffins and coffee not an actual breakfast
- 1/5
I would not recommend this place or stay here again. The room and bathroom especially were so small it was restrictive and inconvenient for basic movements. Barely enough room to use the toilet and using the sink felt like I was using a toddlers fisher price play set. The bed, which was supposed to be queen size, was definitely smaller than a queen. The mattress and pillows were poor quality. The painting 2 feet from the bed periodically made popping/tapping noises for extended periods of time - loud enough to keep me from sleeping (or was it the awful mattress?). Gross scratch/wear marks on faux leather headboard of bed from who knows what. Weird connecting door that only opens from the other side which was comforting. Underwhelming “fitness center”. Went to use the beverage credit at the bar/restaurant connected and sat at the bar right by the bartender who ignored me and carried on a casual convo with 1 of the 4 total people at the bar including me before finally giving me a menu. Shortly after realized they automatically charge about 20% gratuity so it made sense why she seemed so incentivized to help me. Yes it’s a good location but plenty of better options in the same area worth spending a bit more for much better.
- 5/5
Room was clean, lovely amenities, staff superb and the restaurant is excellent
- 5/5
Yes all good
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Room was very nice, great street views, comfy bed. Staff were exceptionally personable and helpful!
- 4/5
The room was a lot smaller than we anticipated. I was not aware of the food and beverage credit we had either.. there was some lotion left behind from a previous stay. The location of the hotel was great and loved the lobby/restaurant area.
- 5/5
Absolutely the best Hotel in every way!!! We arrived early and were able to check in! The room is clean with everything we need! Bed is comfortable shower is hot with great pressure! Can’t think of anything that could be improved! Staff is amazing from the front desk to the valet and in the bar! Can’t wait for our next stay!
- 5/5
Everything was great! We will make this annual tradition
- 5/5
Very nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very tiny bathroom but manageable. Loved the staff. Great location.
- 3/5
Room just too small
- 5/5
Such a lovely stay! Would definitely come again.
- 5/5
Very clean, good coffee in the morning, and great location.
- 5/5
A short 1 night stay, but loved the hotel and staff. Cookies at night were a nice touch. We didn’t get to experience the breakfast since we left at 5:30am
- 5/5
Room was beautiful, staff was friendly, coffee in the lobby was excellent, and location can't be beat.
- 5/5
The room was clean and well equipped, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant on the property was amazing! The location was awesome for the Seahawks game as we were able to easily walk to the stadium, and was a close walk to Pike Place as well! The one less than ideal thing was that we had an adjoining room with people we didn’t know (the door was locked and secure in between rooms) but our neighbours were a quite loud late into the night.
- 4/5
We have stayed here a few times now, and all visits have been quite good. Restaurant menu is somewhat limited but the food is tasty and well presented. Very convenient to Westlake Station if you’re going to a Seahawks game, concert or other event, or to take it to or from Sea-Tac airport; and the monorail to take you to the tourist attractions (Space Needle etc) is a block or so away. Our king room was very spacious and had a wet bar sink and a small fridge. The bathroom was incredibly small, ‘one person at a time small’ which is really odd, and the clothes hanging space the same thing, very limited. Need to install some hooks in a few places to improve that. Very good back out curtains. Good choice for the reasons mentioned. 👍
- 5/5
Great vibe and really good restaurant
- 4/5
Breakfast was expensive. Not many options. The rooms are extremely small. I got a premium room and it was so smell, you can barely walk around in there.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was nice.
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean. Great customer service.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Room was great, location fantastic. Very helpful front desk staff
- 5/5
I’ve saved here several times in the staff is always very professional and accommodating. The restaurant is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable.
- 5/5
We arrived very late to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was spacious for three people comfortably. Soft robes hanging in the bathroom was an extra nice touch. Coffee cafe & Bar in lobby. Our bartender made the BEST Bloody Mary. Loved our stay, walking distance to Ross, Pikes place and food Ally.
- 5/5
We loved the corner room, it was very quiet. The view was beautiful. The Nespresso is awesome! We missed an icebucket and had to go down to the reception and they delivered one. Nice ambiance. Would have loved an extra cozy blanket in the room for naps.
- 3/5
Miniscule bathroom, scratchy towels, stale smell permeating the property. Bland check in experience with no real information offered, and an unexpected and unannounced “destination fee” that was supposed to cover amenities (wine hour, fresh cookies in lobby, restaurant cafe voucher) that were nonexistent. Great location, but not great experience overall.
- 4/5
Clean room Staff were great
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Room was great, staff was friendly and it is located at walkable distance from main touristic areas. I would definitely stay here again!!
- 4/5
Had a lovely stay at Hotel Theodore prior to cruise. Walkable to Pike Market. Room was good size and comfortable bed. Had issue with coffee machine but this was resolved. Spacious bathroom. Would stay here again.

Hidden gem
- 5/5
Staff were very warm and inviting. Property is centrally located and convenient to get around.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Service was great and staff was friendly.
- 3/5
The towels were in abundant supply and plushy. The bed was not firm .
- 4/5
Overall the hotel was great, location was perfect, staff was friendly.
- 3/5
The room was clean and the staff was nice, but the whole hotel smelled like smoke due to the wood smoke from the restaurant. As someone who gets headaches and migraines easily, I would’ve liked to know this beforehand. I had a headache the whole stay from the strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel. We couldn’t eat in the restaurant because it smelled so strong.
- 4/5
Room was spacious and had everything you need. I think they could improve the quality of the bed and the pillows, I found them uncomfortable. However overall it was a good experience!
- 5/5
Nice location. Walking distance from all interesting sites. Close to the monorail. Lovely boutique hotel with windows that open. Smallish room but really nicely appointed.
- 5/5
Great spot right downtown Seattle. Close to the convention center for work. Cozy rooms and great amenities.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly stsff
- 5/5
Will be returning to Seattle for sure!
- 5/5
Nice aesthetic, friendly staff, convenient location.
- 5/5
This was a very nice boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly and my room was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was extremely clean
- 5/5
The only negative was the hotel restaurant. Avoid at all costs. It is very expensive, the food so so, but the staff well let’s just say leaves alot to be desired.
- 2/5
The rooms are extremely small, especially the bathroom. The shower is super small. Toilet area is very small and there is a very distinct musky smell throughout the whole hotel. Reminds me of Greyhound buses. Would not stay here in the future and the staff don’t care to acknowledge you unless you speak to them.
- 3/5
I smelled smoke in our room however didn’t bother to exchange room. Room rates are higher due to a location
- 2/5
I swear my bathroom is bigger than that room. I stayed in. I will have bruises on my shins from trying to walk around the bed because space was so limited.
- 5/5
clean room, nice staff, plenty of shops nearby
- 5/5
Loved how close it was to shops downtown along with it being near Pike Market!
- 5/5
Claire and Christy were wonderful by phone before our arrival and again after we checked in. Very personable and attentive. Will stay here again. Many thanks.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was pleasant, staff in the restaurant was pleasant as well.
- 5/5
Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. We had the deluxe king room and it was just enough room for my husband and I!
- 5/5
This hotel made me feel wealthy!
- 3/5
Ok hotel, great location. Rooms really small.
- 5/5
Great choice of hotels conveniently located.
- 5/5
Pike place market is very close by, as well as a variety of shopping and dining options.
- 5/5
Clean, funky property in a great location with helpful staff.
- 5/5
Clean room.
- 5/5
Reasonable sized room with very clean bathroom. Location is ideal.
- 4/5
very conveniently located. stayed the night before boaring my cruise to alaska. would higly recommend for easy access to getting to the port and from the airport via the link rail. all the downtown attractions were easy to walk to as well. hotel also did a complimentary luggage check when we got back before our flight later that day so we could have checked our more local attractions before leaving seattle.
- 5/5
Hotel Theodore is in a great location if you have a conference nearby! I just wish the restaurant had more options for vegetarians and vegans!
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 4/5
Hotel location was excellent, easy walking distance to pike place market and lots of restaurants. We walked to space needle and underground tour which was a good walk but still doable.
- 5/5
Great place to stay Within walking distance to everything
- 5/5
The front desk staff were outstanding. They answered a multitude of questions we had, and gave wonderful recommendations for dining. We highly recommend Hotel Theodore.
- 4/5
Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It is the smallest hotel room and bathroom I have ever stayed in. Very little room for belongings, could use more hooks to store things, 2 lamps in room offered little lighting. No counter space in bathroom but mounted makeup mirror and soaps and lotions were easily accessible. Location was great. Being an older building I’m sure provided limited space.
- 1/5
There was only 1 working elevator for all guests and staff to share. The elevator was consistently packed with guests and hotel staff and their cleaning supplies. Wait time for the elevator was usually 20+ minutes. Staff was not friendly and would be upset when guests were taking up room in the elevator. Our floor had old room service food sitting outside of doors for our entire 3 day stay. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here.
- 5/5
The nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. And gorgeous rooms!
- 1/5
The staff is insulting from check-in to me calling back to confirm all extra charges at check-out. I have never dealt with such rude service just because I was clarifying charges and asking for our "VIP" upgrade, as we are supposed to with the carrier EXPEDIA, none was given, which made me sound like an idiot for asking. Then, I was called back to confirm charges, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude when all I was doing was trying to break down all these extra fees. Brutal do better. Will not recommend or stay again. The building smelled like pee when you walked in to top it off.
- 4/5
Walking distance to many things but elevator was broken.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean hotel in a great location
- 4/5
The property was well located, the rooms clean, quiet, roomy and in good condition. The bathroom room was very small and the shower extremely tight plus it leaked lots of water all over the floor. Extremely poor layout. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The hotel employees were always kind, happy and helpful. They are this hotels biggest asset!
- 5/5
Love this hotel and try to stay here every visit to Seattle.
- 4/5
This is a very nice boutique hotel but only one elevator was working and that made logistics difficult.
- 5/5
Friendlt staff and clean rooms.
- 4/5
It was an ok stay, the staff was somewhat friendly. One of the elevators wasn't working and the wait to go up to our room was ridiculous. After sight seeing for a whole day no one wants to go up 4 floors of stairs. Not sure we would stay here again, for the amount spend we could stay at a better hotel with working elevators.
- 4/5
Eveything is perfect beside expansive daily $30 charge which I didn’t expected
- 5/5
We have stayed here several times and really enjoy our stays. Good amenities and staff are nice. The rooms are attractive comfortable. Onsite dining and bar are very good and fun staff.
- 4/5
Hotel was lovely, with a nice lobby we spent a fair amount of time in. The room itself was tiny - not even a chair to sit in. Staff were friendly. Location was close to Pike Place Market and downtown restaurants - all within walking distance. If you don't require a bog room or can book a bigger one, it's a great spot and a good value.
- 3/5
The hotel is an adequate European style property, but nothing special, particularly at its price point. Most frustrating is that one of its only two elevators was inoperable for the entire time of our stay. This caused long waits and dangerous overcrowding on the elevator. The hotel staff and management made no allowances or offered any compensation for these conditions. I would not recommend this hotel or choose to stay there again.
- 5/5
The staff were very warm and attentive. From the front desk to housekeeping. The only negative comment I have is regarding there only being one working elevator. The second one was out of order. Since this is a 20 story building and because there is no service elevator, both guests and staff had to utilize the one working elevator. It was not unusual for wait times of up to 20 minutes for either the elevator to arrive or for the elevator to arrive with enough room to get on. Often, we had to wait for the elevator to come back before we could get on it. It was a huge disservice to the guests and staff alike.
- 4/5
Hotel was stylish and modern. 1 of 2 elevators was out so moving from room to lobby and back up was very slow. Restaurant on site was good although pricey. Coffee shop in lobby was pricey but good. Long wait at 6:30am with only one person working. Convenient location
- 4/5
The only have one working elevator, I had to walk partially up with luggage and received no credit. They need to get other elevator fixed or at least reduce their prices until they do!
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Period. Our room was clean and nice as well. Many of the attractions were walkable from this hotel. We would definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
Location was good but service was lacking. Hotel room never got cleaned. Staff was not as friendly as I’d expect. Disappointed.
- 2/5
They charge $79.99 per night for parking + an additional $11.00 in tax. $90!! This is pure greed. It’s as though you’re being punished for staying there. It’s shameful that they charge their guests that much. Yes, there’s a garage next door but they did a pretty good job convincing us our truck may not fit in that garage. The room was very small (could barely walk around the bed) and if you have mobility issues, you will struggle. The bathroom had a constant smell of sulfur. And 1 of the 2 elevators were broken. There are lots of other options in the area, and I wouldn’t stay there again given the choice. I
- 3/5
The hotel isn’t bad in terms of looks and cleanliness but I stayed for three nights and only 1 of the three nights did I have hot water in the shower in my room on the 17th floor. Also, the valet service has to check in every morning after some time around 6:30am which made it difficult for me as the jobsite I was visiting during the week started AT 6:45 and was about a 45 minute drive to the site.(I wish someone would’ve told me there was no overnight or around the clock valet.) during checkout I’d reminded the front desk lady that I’d only stayed in valet one night and I hoped they wouldn’t charge me for the other nights, she acknowledged me, and said got it….later that day I received the email showing all three days charged to my card. They texted me asking about my experience and I responded with the question regarding why I was still charged and they refunded the other days I wasn’t supposed to held to. Pretty hotel….some gray areas that could use some sorting out.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location close to the Link was a plus for traveling to/from the airport and ball park. Room was clean and eco friendly
- 4/5
It is clean and has wonderful staff. Hotel Theodore is prefect for one person, but a bit small for sharing. Overall, my stay was pleasant. I would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Very nice property, the staff was super great and accommodating considering I had just had surgery. One of the elevators broke which wasn’t great but otherwise I very much enjoyed the stay.
- 4/5
The room was nice enough (small). It was cute and well decorated and I liked having the nespresso machine in the room for a quick coffee! The first room we were given I turned on the tv and the screen was cracked/broken and there were like cat scratches on the leather of the headboard which really cheapened the room. I called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it, then had us into a different room of the same caliber. This one oddly had the same cat scratches on the headboard. The TV worked this time but the remote power button didn't work so you had to turn the tv on manually which was only mildly annoying. Other than that the room and shower were clean but the cleaning lady didn't come and make our beds or bring new towels or anything while we stayed for the two days, but maybe this is just something that they do in Canada. I liked that at 5pm they give you a glass of complimentary wine. I'm pregnant but my husband got to have my glass, so he got to try both white and red. The location is kind of sketchy at night. On the way back to the hotel from the baseball game I saw people smoking what I am assuming was meth and it was 10:00pm, but I can hardly blame the hotel for that because I think that's just the city in general. Likely will try somewhere different next go around.
- 5/5
Great stay and upgrade. Excellent location too. Will stay here again for sure!
- 5/5
I was staying here to recover from surgery and the staff have been wonderful.
- 5/5
Staff friendly and helpful
- 2/5
Found hair in our bed that in no way belonged to either one of us! Was waiting out front for our food to be delivered and bar tender came out and said we couldn’t wait out front with our drink
- 5/5
Lots of homeless folks in this neighborhood and times we didn’t feel safe
- 5/5
The hotel was so charming and beautiful, the downtown area has a lot of homeless and drug use but we didn’t have any problems feeling unsafe in the hotel. But lots of homeless around the area.
- 5/5
Lovely, helpful staff and a beautiful comfortable room.
- 5/5
Very convenient to Pike’s Place, waterfront, and shopping!
- 4/5
Lovely hotel, convenient location
- 4/5
Not only did they let us check in a few hours early, which was so unexpected and wonderful, they delivered every little thing we asked for, like extra towels, glasses, etc. The only complaints are: bathroom size (teensy!) and the pillows are flat.
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
I enjoyed the ease of how many places for food/shopping were in walkable distance.
- 5/5
Beautiful property! Very friendly staff in all areas from the front desk to coffee shop to restaurant. Room was nice and clean! We were there during a super hot weekend so the air conditioner struggled to make the room cold. The bathrooms while really nice are quite small. There’s little or no counter space. But, the water pressure is excellent!
- 5/5
Great location, quiet, close to transportation and city features. Safe and welcoming.
- 4/5
Great location. Tiny room
- 5/5
Well located and comfortable. Very good restaurant.
- 5/5
I loved our room. The bed and the pillows were my favorite. They were incredibly comfortable. Our room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful shower, bathroom, great huge clean bedroom. The restaurant RIDER serves great chilean seabass and crudo seafood plus wonderful servers and receptionist! Across Starbucks and close to Alder & Ash breakfast buffet, Sheraton Grand! So convenient for a lady like me having solo trips.
- 5/5
Quiet. Nice people

I missed having a table and chair to use with my laptop, but the ironing board and the small bench served well enough in their place. The additional surcharges, a daily charge for destination fee and sales tax, increasing the cost of my stay by an unexpected $32 per day was a surprise. I wish I had been informed in advance that those charges would be added.

Great location. Nice staff. The room was spacious and clean. The only problem I had was that I couldn’t charge my watch because their UBS socket was broken and they didn’t have any USB socket adapter I could use. It was my bad that I expected that all hotel rooms have USB socket to charge though.

Everything was beautifully

Liked the decor, only complaint would be the small bathroom sinks. Other than that, really nice hotel. Would stay there again

The hotel itself has a very hip vibe in a quiet spot neighborhood. Unfortunately, the entire hotel (rooms included) has a campfire smell from the wood burning stove in the restaurant. It left everyone in our party with headaches and sore throats. The rooms themselves are quite spacious but the bathrooms are very small. I would guess they were 6’x7’, at most.

Hotel is in a good location. Walkable to Pike Market. Rooms were very clean. Would stay here again.

This hotel is beyond fabulous!

The bed was uncomfortable. The room and bathroom were tiny. We paid for valet, which I think was $55, very unprofessional, the attendant basically closed the hotel in our face as we were carrying our bags to our car. Then he just handed us our keys and said, “there’s your car”. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Would not stay here again or recommend to friends and family.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, which made it easy to walk around. We were a bit taken aback by limitations on certain amenities though. E.g., room service isn’t available until 11 am, and housekeeping is by request only, with some warning to guests that full-service may require 24 hours notice and would be on a first come, first served basis.

understaffed. we were supposed to receive drink vouchers, but they didn't know anything about it. unhelpful. strange layout of rooms.

The bathrooms are a bit small. Everything else was good.

ROOM: poorly laid out. Smaller than NYC rooms! No drawers, no table, one luggage rack. Very difficult space for two. One little bench: cute but the only place to lay anything out. Nice bed. Cushy robes. Vibe prioritized over use.

Easy to walk around downtown Seattle. Great sized rooms, interesting bathtub/shower room in the suite, separate from the restroom. Very quiet on the upper floors. One issue we had was the smoke smell lingering in the hallway, possibly from the exhaust of the kitchen firestove in the Rider restaurant. Enjoyed an amaro drink in the Rider with great recommendations from the staff!

We had a blast!

Appreciated the early check-in, comfortable bed, delicious food offerings at Rider, and the kind staff!

Upon entry rooms have a strong air freshener scent due to the rampant drug usage even though it's a "non- smoking" hotel. Carpet stained and be prepared to be awakened by the smell of pot inside your room which comes in from the vents and hallways from other rooms.

We stayed here the day before our cruise. It was walking distance from Pike market, the tram, etc. The service was nice and the hotel was very clean. There was no where for our driver to pick or drop us off without blocking people so we had to move fast.

I was disappointed - the hotel and amenities is not at all as grand as they present it in photos they posted at Hotels.com

A lovely modern hotel with helpful staff. The room we had was like that in a typical European hotel: small with a tiny bathroom. Probably a better choice for a single traveler than a couple.
