Beds were good! Slept great.
- 5/5
Reasonably priced clean hotel who accepts dogs and is next door to a very good Indian restaurant. Stuff is very nice and helpful. Have stayed here many times. Very convenient to the freeway
- 4/5
Clean, close to many restaurants and store. Noisy. The rooms are close to the road. Cars are making noises.

Very good
- 4/5
Great location! Easy access to the light rail Northgate station! The staff in training not quite capable to finish check in process effectively
- 5/5
Loved this place! We booked a room that seemed to be more geriatric friendly, saw there were rooms with a jacuzzi in them and kindly asked to upgrade. The staff was more than willing, they were kind, and overall great communicators. The place was clean, the AC/heat worked great, everything was 10/10.

Just Ok. Ultimately you get what you pay for but were I to do it again, I’d spend a little more and book at the Residence Inn just around the corner. I typically have had good luck with Best Western hotels, and I assumed because this was a Best Western Signature property that it would be somewhat elevated. Boy was I wrong. It was actually the reverse.I was surprised at how shabby it seemed. No breakfast, the beds were not comfortable, and the room sort of smelled. Don’t recommend this one.
- 3.5/5
Staff was friendly. They booked me at the other end of property on the 2nd floor. I have walking problems and required constant walking back and forth. Ice was close to lobby.
- 4.5/5
Bfst was adequate. Pretty good lighting. Clean room with more than enough towels to last through my 3 night stay. Heating was adequate tho a bit noisy when blowing.Very pleasant staff, both at the desk and around the property. I think automatic daily garbage bag pickup would be good or directions to leave it outside. I ate my bagged bfts in my room so the bag would fill up dzily. A cushioned chair would have been nice. The office chair is not very comfortable

Staff was very nice, breakfast was grab and go, room and all the linens were clean.
- 4.5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom, shower, toilet, bath towels, and hand towels were all excellent. My TV set had no signal on many channels.

Disappointing
- 4.5/5
I needed the handicap accessible room with the walk in shower. It was a fantastic experience (again*) I guess since I always keep my windows shuttered tight, the fact my potential view was another wall is hilarious, but I liken it to added security. Also the walls & ceiling/floor above are paper thin. You can easily hear and make out 'Regular conversation' in the next rooms over/above.

The location was the only thing that I can say was good. When I got there, it was placed into a room that the plumbing did not work. After several attempts to unclog the toilet, the maintenance man had me go down to the office with him to Translate because the office could not speak Spanish. Thank goodness I was able to speak both languages and I relate to the staff that the maintenance man said we needed a new room. Mind you this was at 10 o’clock at night after we had already settled down and unpacked all of our things. The staff was very unprofessional did not apologize and did not seem to care that we had feces in our toilet that would not go down let alone have to pick up and move all of our stuff after a 6 Hour drive to their facility. When we got settled in our new room, I tried to use the restroom and again realize the toilet in our new room would not flush. The sink would hardly drain and when I called the office to report this, they laughed. My mother was on her monthly cycle as well just to throw that in there and the toilet was left with blood. Why should I have to tolerate this?! The staff was merely teenagers, very immature. No hospitality. When I tried to reach your manager, I was told I would be called and no one called. I went down three separate times to speak to someone in charge and never got a hold of anybody. We had to stay like that in that hotel for the 2 1/2 days we were there in town. When I finally was able to reach a manager on my way out, she said there was nothing she could do because I made my reservation through Booking.com. Never again will I schedule any bookings through Booking.com and never again will I trust their judgment on a hotel. I will go to Google and let everyone know about how awful this hotel is, and I also would recommend my family not to use this application. My trip was for medical reasons for my daughter. This was not a trip for leisure and fun and not being able to use the toilet in a hotel room that I paid almost $400 for two nights is unacceptable to me.

This property was unsafe and very dirty and unkempt. My daughter and I checked in and then checked out with 30 minutes. They wouldn’t refund my money and still have wait to get my additional 75.00 deposit back. Horrible experience!

The bed was very comfortable and inviting and also the lighting. I felt very safe in my room, which was mostly quiet. I wish I could've stayed longer. The location is great. Very close to several eateries and gas stations. I believe it is in walking distance from the Northgate rail station. Water was either not an option or far away. There is a water station in the lobby. I had been fighting with dehydration before and after hospitalization so having drinking water would have been awesome in the room. However I was given some bottles of water at front desk so I'd have something. After check in, I walked over to 7/11 and grabbed what I needed. The store was clean and well maintained also

It’s a hotel that has been around in North Seattle for quite some time. It’s been remodeled and the room we stayed in was nice. It was a double queen with a kitchenette and the bedroom was separate. It had a full-size refrigerator, which was nice and was very close to northwest/university of Washington Hospital. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
- 4/5
Parking was great. The room was quite clean. The room attendant did a very good job. Next year when I am back in Seattle, I will most likely be booking here again.

El lugar esta acogedor y los empleados son amables y rapudos en su trabajo
- 4/5
Facility was more than adaquate.
- 4/5
Very good hotel staff are amazingly helpful kind and helpful
- 5/5
Convenient location for UW Northgate, good price for suites, and good restaurant.
- 2/5
Th walls are VERY thin and we unfortunately had loud kids in the room next to us. None of us got a good sleep
- 5/5
It was excellent, front desk workers were excellent and deserve a raise. Thank you for having us.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was amazing. Managers interaction along made me a customer for life
- 5/5
My room was clean and quiet. McDonalds and Starbucks are across the street. An Indian restaurant is nextdoor. Northgate station is close.
- 4/5
Front desk is great, the close proximity to snacks at a gas station was welcome and it was surprisingly quiet. I've stayed here a few times, and most likely a few more because the price and the location are perfect. It's safe, comfortable and great for parking for a small fee.
- 1/5
Floor was dirty. It’s spelled like strong cleaner. We left after a couple hours. I was supposed to be recovering from a surgery from the UW and very disappointed that this place was listed. Not from the area and it didn’t look like a very good area.
- 5/5
I stayed here for three nights with my daughter. She lives nearby. I have stayed here several times before. A parking fee is now charged but that is common in this area. The hot breakfast is no longer available but a cold one is available for a charge. There is a McDonalds and a Starbucks across the street for breakfast. This location was about half a mile from the lightrail and a shopping mall. It is close to several medical facilities. Overall, it was a good stay.
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
People are great
- 3/5
This is an average hotel the room was fine, and the staff was kind. Being charged extra to park while it is only 10.00 it is still enough for me to look elsewhere next time I stay in the Seattle Green Lake area.
- 3/5
Needs room rehab
- 3/5
Have to pay for parking and breakfast. Breakfast is only prepackaged food. It’s fine for the price but if you want something nicer you’ll have to pay more.
- 4/5
Clean
- 3/5
Staff very polite! King bed no cushion. Room very clean.
- 3/5
The stay was okay, when I left
- 3/5
Coffee pot broken couldnt shower last morning because water was turned of. Not as pleasant as it used to be.
- 4/5
Clean room. Easy check-in. Friendly and responsive front desk staff. Didn't partake in the "grab n' go" breakfast, but enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby.
- 3/5
Rooms were okay but bathroom / sink / microwave area is crowded. Breakfast was a $5 grab-and-go bag with nothing good except an orange and very small yogurt container, shower curtain was falling down, toilet looked like it was going to overflow, elevator was barely serviceable. Clearly an old motel that was remodeled into a modern "hotel", all the rooms are located along the ouside.
- 4/5
The break fast is very bad and the system aswell
- 3/5
We were in the area for a Dr. appointment that was bright an early the next morning and just needed a place to lay our head for the night. This hotel was fine, the beds were really hard and we both fighting back pain made worse by he beds. This is a much older hotel that has been converted. You can tell it's been updated but there are still areas that could use some work. I told the guy at check-in that I was using a cane which made it hard for me to walk long distances yet they still put us 14 doors away from the elevator. I made it work but it was not ideal. My husband asked me NOT to book this hotel again due to location (kind of sketchy neighborhood but we had no issues) and comfort.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 2/5
It’s okay. More reasonably priced than a number of other hotels/motels in Seattle, though far from downtown/waterfront. Room was very no-frills and basic. Beds were comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Saw silverfish bug in bathroom.
- 4/5
Clean, easy access, friendly staff and convenient location. Nothing fancy.
- 3/5
very dirty
- 4/5
It was good
- 5/5
It was really a well maintained.
- 1/5
Homeless outside of hotel and other folks hanging around building. I want a refund.
- 3/5
The hotel did not offer breakfast you had to pay $5 for a small sandwich which you heat. Up your self. Then the elevator kept getting stuck. The staff was not caring and just posted a sign take it at your own risk. The beds were very hard. No blankets on bed. Water pressure suckes.
- 5/5
Always quiet and comfortable at a good price
- 5/5
Clean plenty of wall plugs for iPhone etc
- 5/5
Did not spend much time on the property this time around, but have stayed here many times. The rooms are always clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Jessica at the front desk was delightful and the gentleman at the front desk, whose name I did not catch, was very polite and efficient.
- 3/5
Front desk very friendly..
- 5/5
We were able to check in early.
- 5/5
Clean and new, a lot of space
- 4/5
Decent stay. Limited options for eating nearby via walking.
- 3/5
Hotel was nice, I was a Lottie disappointe
- 5/5
Nice and large room, plus close to the mall and the light rail.
- 4/5
This is a generally adequate facility, good staff, clean, fairly quiet and with the some amenities - good bed, a mini frig and microwave. However rooms are not set up for more than one person despite being king and 2 queen rooms or for anything except sleeping, working or watching TV in bed. No carpeting, only one chair in the room - a desk chair, a desk along the wall but no table and no easy chair.
- 1/5
Food sucked because it was microwave food! Also bed sucked because it was squeaky. They charged for the cold microwave cheap food.
- 4/5
My son and I headed to Seattle to catch a Mariners series. This location is about a seven minute walk off the rail system and about a thirty minute train ride to and from the Stadium. The facilities aren’t fancy, but they were clean and they had some pretty big fellas strolling around keeping an eye on the place at night. It’s close to numerous amenities, but everything closes around 10:00/11:00. If the game runs late, eat before you go back to the hotel. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodations. Staff was very friendly and the area was quiet at night. We’d stay there again.
- 4/5
I actually enjoyed my stay. What was a little annoying were people smoking in the parking lot close to my room. I didn't know so many people still smoke.
- 4/5
This hotel is nicely located close to the Northgate light rail (Link) station. Very convenient for trips into Seattle. The staff is attentive and friendly and the facility is clean. On-site laundry is free of charge and it’s within walking distance to several restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast is $5 per registered guest now and will be provided in a paper bag for you to take with you. You can select a breakfast sandwich (along with other items), but you’ll need to microwave it yourself. Just an FYI if you’re choosing to have breakfast there. There is a McDonald’s across the street…
- 4/5
The front desk staff were courteous and efficient.
- 1/5
Microwave and fridge did not work, no free breakfast after ive paid for breakfast
- 5/5
Only small "eh" I have, is the $10 parking charge per vehicle. Other than that, great hotel at an affordable price. Would def book again.
- 1/5
The parking lot is unsafe. Crackheads and prostitutes everywhere
- 4/5
It was ok for the convenience of what we needed to do
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
There’s a great restaurant next to it: Saffron Grill. Room is clean. Internet speeds were alright (5-8 mbit down, 10 mbit up).
- 4/5
Close to the light rail, and buses. Very clean and comfortable
- 2/5
Basically one level above a Roach Motel. Over priced and way over rated.
- 2/5
The location was great and parking was super easy. They offered breakfast for $5 per person with food options similar to a free continental breakfast. The Indian/Mediterranean food restaurant was really good and just a few steps away from our hotel room door. What I had a hard time with was that we could hear our neighbors coughing throughout each night as if there were no dividing wall between the two rooms.
- 4/5
I requested chemical/fragrance free, and they did that for me! Really appreciate the care on that.
- 4/5
Did not have breakfast. Bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
The pillows and bed were very lumpy which made sleeping difficult.
- 1/5
Expensive for what it is
- 2/5
Going downhill
- 5/5
Beautiful property…only issue was parking…there don’t seem to be enough spaces for the number of rooms to
- 1/5
The only good thing was the gentleman that helped us check in
- 1/5
The hotel room smelt stale, almost like they painted it after someone was smoking heavily in it. Every linen was stained, we had new sheets brought to us and we had to make the bed. Those sheets were stained too! Outside the hotel smells heavily of urine. There’s absolutely no sound proofing so we didn’t sleep due to people above us stomping and running around all night. We tried called front desk many times but the hotel room phone was so broken it would take 30+ attempts to even get a dial tone. Overall, the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff themselves were lovely, and helpful though.
- 2/5
Just OK, breakfast now has to be paid for, staff not particularly helpful.
- 5/5
We like the convenience of being right off of I-5 and close to Northgate Mall. we would prefer indoor corridors, but the outdoors ones are acceptable.
- 4/5
Water in shower is luke warm. Not warm enough to take a shower.
- 5/5
People/staff who are so very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
For a cost effective place to crash and park your car it's great. Overnight security walking around AND the Indian Restaurant right next to the building 40 steps away is spectacular ! Third time I have stayed here in last 3 years. Beds firm but rooms are comfortable. I travel a lot for business at many nicer hotels, this one is perfectly acceptable at the price point. I will be staying again.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel itself needed an upgrade. The place felt dated. Stairways were dirty, elevator was dirty. The bathroom didn’t feel clean (old fixtures, moldy walls, etc). The toiletries were cheap (toilet paper, soaps, conditioners, etc). The beds appeared clean and were very comfortable.
- 2/5
The room it’s very basic. Hardwood floors is just not in a hotel and needs to be because no one wants to have their feet on a cold floor in the morning after getting out of bed. Also, the showerhead practically came out of the wall, which is not good. When I initially booked the reservation was supposed to include parking and a hot breakfast, which is now not part of it. It is now a continental order and go type of breakfast as they have no place to eat at. I will not book at this hotel again.
- 5/5
limited transportation
- 3/5
Had a homemade sign that said if you booked your stay after June 9 breakfast would be a 5 dollar charge instead of free. On Expedia it’s advertised as free breakfast.
- 2/5
Rooms were clean, but common areas such as the elevator were filthy. Signs from 2020 COVID era were still displayed. Not at all worth the price, however that is typical of virtually everything in that part of Washington.
- 2/5
The sink and shower were draining super slow.
- 1/5
This is disgusting, dirty, homeless people everywhere, trash everywhere, people living in cars in the parking lot. Unsafe!
- 3/5
Very noisy partly due to lack of carpeting. My room window faced a wall across the walkway. Bathroom needs major updating, low water pressure, clogged drains. Over priced for condition. Will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Great Breakfast! Comfortable beds. Super clean room. All the employees that we encountered were really nice and very helpful. Our microwave didnt work and was replaced within minute of us reporting it to the front desk. Overall a great stay!
- 5/5
Everything was perfect with one exception. They charged for state designated handi cap parking spots.
- 5/5
The building isn’t the most up-to-date, but it’s clean and well stocked. The staff are very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Primary elevator and ice machine were out of order.
- 2/5
Bed isbhard thin walls
- 5/5
Security was around making sure we feel safe
- 3/5
Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel was extremely noisy. We could hear people walking in the room above us at all hours the first night. Then we had people in the room behind us talking so that they sounded as if they were in the room with us. Also, the breakfast was great on the surface until we saw the person filling the stations putting some of the food in her mouth.
- 4/5
its a motel setting, not a hotel. the room doors are to the outside and its pretty noisy at night next to interstate.
- 5/5
This hotel is just the basics. Some staff could be more helpful.
- 4/5
Nice comfortable hotel convenient to where I needed to visit.
- 1/5
The bedding, mattresses, and pillows were really awful. The mattresses are hard, like lying on a boulder hard, the pillows were like sacks of golf balls, just full of hard lumps, and the blanket had an almost plastic feel and was so noisy it was like a tarp crinkling everytime you moved. The tv kept going out and they said they were having problems connecting to the server but it happened every evening and I wonder if it's a capacity issue? Staff was nice and place was clean, but the bed situation was just too horrible to overcome.
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
Ventilation for bathroom seems poor. Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
- 5/5
Easy to get to after a downtown event and many food options in the 'hood.
- 5/5
Great spot. Convenient access to the light rail and downtown Seattle for less than half the price.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, allowed us to check in a bit early so we could head off to a Mariners game via Link. Room spacious and clean
- 5/5
I came up to Seattle with my son to visit his sister who lives near this motel. We booked a suite so we could all stay together in the same room. The suite was good-sized with a kitchen which included a large refrigeratror and microwave. There was also a toaster oven and a two burner hotplate in one of the cupboards as well as dishes and pots and pans. Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was convenient with a number of hot items. There is a shuttle to the hospitals that are nearby. There is an Indian restaurant in the parking lot and a McDonalds nearby. The lightrail station is about 3/4 mile away. We used the train to go to Pike Place and the waterfront. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.
- 5/5
Stayed for one night. It’s obvious this was once a motel and BW came in and painted and remodeled. There is a residential area to the back of the building, so there is some traffic but not enough to keep anyone awake. We slept in on your typical hard hotel bed and too small pillows. My spouse and oldest son loved the complimentary breakfast. The young man at check in was polite and pleasant.
- 5/5
Nice, clean and all staff were busy. Our room was very clean and bed was comfy.if your looking for a view forget it. I asked and was told they have busy streets, back wall or gas station views, we took the busy street view for our view and we got to see the tip of the Space Needle!! It was perfect ☺️
- 5/5
Basic clean hotel with continental breakfast
- 4/5
The room was spacious and clean. It does not have any comfy chairs - only a rolling desk chair. Mattress a little hard for my tastes . . . but those are minor complaints. It had everything I needed (except a comfy chair for a guest) and was a good value.
- 5/5
Clean breakfast area
- 5/5
good staff/employees to interact with!
- 1/5
Bad customer service
- 5/5
We traveled to Seattle to attend a party. This location was convenient and more affordable than several other motels in the area. Our room was clean and quiet. We ate at the party, but if we hadn't there was an Indian restaurant right in the parking lot plus a McDonalds, Starbucks and a teriyaki place across the street. Breakfast was offered and included pancakes, sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruit and cereal. Everyone that worked here was nice. Will stay again.
- 5/5
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The suite was bigger than expected. It had a full size refrigerator. The only negative thing about the room was the restroom and shower area was kind of small. But overall good hotel. The hotel also had free washer and dryer. The breakfast was good as well. The only negative thing about the breakfast was a lady watching everything you where doing. It felt like we where stealing food when she was in there. The front checkin staff day and night where awesome. They were very friendly.
- 5/5
The bed made small metallic sound but the cushion was very comfortable. The staff was nice at our check in and check out. Loved the convenience of a breakfast area and restaurants.
- 2/5
Old, dated, grungy, squeaky beds that are uncomfortable. Extra starchy uncomfortable bedding. Heavy freeway traffic is loud. Heat/ac is also very loud. Good effort on breakfast, but poor tasting "fake" egg and processed cheese omelettes. Would not recommend.
- 3/5
I appreciated the security guards around and the 24/7 front desk help.
- 1/5
-Alarm Clock started ringing at midnight. - Front Desk staff told us we cannot set our alarm from our room, but the alarm clock in our room was ringing at midnight every 15 mins we called the front desk and was advised to unplug the alarm clock, but no-one came to fix it for our entire stay - 5 nights. -The hotel room telephone had a wrong instruction that was not functioning. - Our duvet was torn. (We didn't have blankets in our room.) -Extra Blanket we borrowed from the front desk had a large bleach stain. -USB ports were broken. -The bottom of the bath tub and the shower faucet/valve and bottom of the bathroom mirror were dirty. - Complimentary Breakfast was awful for our entire stay for 5 nights. They were inedible. - Breakfast sausages and Hash browns were overcooked, dry and tough for 5 days during our stay. We couldn't chew. -Kitchen staff were observing and using chemical cleaning products beside us while we were eating - Prostitutes were walking in front of our room at night. We didn't feel safe. - We constantly hear footsteps from upstairs all night long so we could't sleep. - Other guests fell upstairs, but they had a lack of staff to take care of, so the guests had to reach out to kitchen staff for their emergency assistance.
- 5/5
Very nicenplace to stay. Good breakfast in morning
- 5/5
Breakfast each morning was excellent, friendly staff
- 2/5
This hotel is really a motel. The sheets were ripped, the heater/AC was old and loud, and there were many other issues with the condition of the room. The hotel itself and the room just felt old and run down.
- 5/5
Nice clean simple renovated room. Hotel primarily services people who need medical attention at the nearby hospitals Excellent breakfast in a spot lid room and carting attendant
- 3/5
Feels unsafe. Street person in the lobby getting coffee, almost no parking when I arrived. I got the last spot. Rooms face outward to the outside and window was unlocked when I arrived. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
I enjoy my stay at the hotel
- 5/5
Proximity to downtown, the waterfront, the University of Washington, and numerous parks.
- 4/5
They were friendly staff and loved the close to everything
- 5/5
The staff that work there are top notch and really care about your stay.
- 3/5
Staff only cleans once a week so you have to go to the front desk for toilet paper or clean towels

Old property. Elevator had some issues. Room smells like cockroach no waffles machine for breakfast.

Great for the location and price. Will stay here again.

The pillows were too hard and too high. The HVAC fan and exhaust fan in the toilet are too noisy and in need of upgrade. Other than this the hotel is very nice.

I needed a hotel close to the hospital and this has been perfect. Excellent staff. Clean. Walkable to the hospital and a variety of restaurants.

It was a good value for a quick overnight stay. The room entrances are on the outside so there is a bit more noise that comes from the door but didn’t bother me too much. Could be an issue for light sleepers.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Property not a great reflection of the service. The room was in poor repair. There was hair everywhere, shower, coffee pot, bedding, desk. The shower pressure was very low, nearly unusable. The tv options didn't function correctly unable to use it. The vanity sink was cracked. Parking was convenient. Including the security guard. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Ended up getting McDonalds instead.
