Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, there are recurring issues with parking, breakfast, and some aspects of room comfort.

Nice, clean room. Breakfast was ok. Parking is expensive.
- 5/5
Our room was nice and the breakfast was great. They had transportation to the cruise port for us.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and clean, but hard to find. Seattle has alot of directional challenges. Just beaware when looking for it. Breakfast was good and they haf alot of seating. We were able to get a ride to the cruise port through the hotel. We will stay here again.

Everything was great!
- 5/5
We stopped for 1 day before our cruise. Friendly staff Spacious room and bathroom. The market was 20 minutes walking but you can always take the bus. I am not in shape but made it in 30min since we were there early. Was able to enjoy the pikes market place. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend.

Location was great and walking distance to various activities. Clean and front desk staff was super friendly

Hotel was clean. Room was really nice. Breakfast was good too! I recommend! Also the restaurant next door was a plus!

Clean big room and okay breakfast.
- 3/5
Middle of the road. Bed was uncomfortable
- 5/5
Stayed here for 4 nights. I like how the room layout makes the room seem
- 5/5
The room was great and we enjoyed walking across the street to see the water, get exercise after our flight and get pictures by the water. Breakfast was excellent and the coffee and juice was yummy. Real food and comfortable seating. They have a shuttle to the cruise port for a fee which is about the same price as an Uber. Very close to the cruise port is a bonus. The trains at night across the street made more noise than desired at times. On the expensive side.

I really like that fact that they offer transportation to the pier as well as to the airport. The hotel was very well kept and the breakfast was amazing.

my bedsheet had a questionable reddish brown stain on it..
- 4/5
Roomy suite; breakfast was the usual, nothing to get very excited about.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean rooms, great breakfast and while I hate to pay for parking..this one was a secure underground one which was great!
- 4/5
Breakfast was blah. The welcome snacks on Wednesday were salad not snacks.
- 4/5
Clean, spacious room. Like the fact that the kitchen area can be closed off from the bedroom. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that the thermostat was not responding — we were unable to change the temperature.
- 3/5
Property is dated. Good for short stay but needs some updates.
- 3/5
Room wasn't ready for check in so they put us in another room which wasn't facing the water side that I paid for instead it faced another building. Needed a plunger and it took them 2 hours to bring it up. When I pay $300 a night for a room and parking pass I expect to have the basic needs taken care of. Disappointed they didn't credit me the difference for the room change and super disappointed over the 2 hour wait to be able to use the bathroom!!! FYI I usually love love all Hilton hotels. I Stay at them everytime I travel for work and personally

Close to my girlfriends; has a kitchen; larger than hotel rooms; Don’t remember really but think I wanted a better view

The staff were bery friendly and accommodating and the property was well kept, however by the 4th to 6th breakfast it was becoming very bland … maybe some real eggs or bennies or poached or boiled…also some berries or fruit salad and maybe milk would have been nice to have with the porridge. 😊
- 4/5
Breakfast was standard nothing great rooms were clean spacious could use some renovation. The hallway smelled alot like Marijuana .location is good
- 4/5
It was a good hotel, not great, but good.
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good.
- 4/5
However, HVAC vents were bringing in pot smoke into the room from time to time even if the place is supposed to be 100% non-smoking.
- 5/5
The room was a living room, full kitchen and bedroom /2 beds. Perfect. Lovely breakfast and amenities. Right on the bus line. Easy to get around. Did not need parking
- 4/5
Breakfast was great. Simple but adequate.
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast such a homey vibe…shower drain wasn’t draining and dish washer didn’t wash and leaked alot of water but other than that we loved it and would stay there again
- 5/5
Excellent rooms and the food was excellent. Happy hour food was a bonus and saved us dinner $.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly, the room was spotless, and the bedroom in the suite was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint was the accessible shower. It was awful. Next time we will make sure to book a room with a bathtub! Will definitely be back!
- 5/5
All very good great location
- 3/5
Breakfast was fine and acceptable, nothing particularly special. However, the beds were not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It was also quite noisy at night, with trains and cars passing by, so if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue. Overall, the stay was okay, but there are definitely areas that could be improved.
- 5/5
Staff were very accommodating
- 5/5
Good breakfast, very clean lobby, nice reception on Wed night
- 5/5
Great breakfast, clean room.
- 2/5
The parking was terrible not only were the spaces small but the total number of spots was inefficient for the location. Parking was $50 a day and didn’t guarantee a spot. The showers only got to a Luke warm and even after waiting to see later in the day the showers still didn’t get to a level a sensitive person would consider hot. I’ve stayed at several other hotels with better quality beds, pillows, and sheets. For something that is supposed to be higher end the entire experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend coming here unless it was the last option or if you had an event at climate pledge arena.
- 5/5
Safe parking
- 1/5
Horrible experience. Booked 6 months before date. Went to check in and they said they over booked and would have to find us a new hotel nearby. Said that was unacceptable, so they found us another room. Got to the room, and there were no sheets or blankets. Took 20 minutes for someone to get to our room and then somehow took 1/2 hour to make the beds. Not a fun way to spend a night in an expensive hotel. When I complained, the best thing they would offer me was removing the $9 in room charges. Staff was not helpful at all. First time I have ever left a bad review of anything.
- 4/5
Great location. Breakfast foods rotated giving different choices each day.
- 5/5
We stay here every year for ECCC. We just scooter to the event and back. It's nice having a bedroom
- 5/5
Helpful and friendly staff. Nice rotation of breakfast sides
- 1/5
We stayed for three nights, and not once was our room cleaned during the entire stay. Even after we reported it to the front desk, they simply said there was nothing they could do. This is the first time I have ever experienced something so unreasonable at a hotel. Very disappointing service and completely unacceptable.
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
Stayed for 2 days as part of a family vacation. Nice clean spacious rooms and good breakfast. Onsite parking was convenient.
- 5/5
Chill staff, great location, would recommend 💪💪💪!
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
We found lots of dirty dishes and our first room had some issues. When we went in the sofa bed was pulled apart and had a metal rods sticking out of it. The staff was great and got us right into a new room. The sheets had holes in them but did seem to be clean.
- 5/5
Great location, nice view of the water, Damidon at the front deak was Amazing help and so kind. He even gave a gift bag to my daughter for her Birthday!
- 4/5
Secured parking on site not included in room rates, expect to pay extra.
- 5/5
Would book a room again at Homewood suites, our event was super close walking distance. A bunch of shops around there as well. Very convenient all and all
- 5/5
Great location; within walking distance of the Space Needle, the Public Market, and lots of restaurants and bars. The bus stops right next to the hotel. We were able to check in early and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a great trip.
- 5/5
Clean. was close to our Concert. Great Location👍
- 5/5
Definitely would be coming again. Room was well cleaned and the breakfast was great!
- 5/5
Big rooms and clean Free breakfast
- 5/5
The room was clean and the hotel was in a good spot close to the climate pledge. Perfect within walking distance for the concert. The garage is secure and you need key access so you know your car will be safe. Buffet breakfast was good. There is a bar next to the hotel and even though we didn’t go, it’s nice to know there is something to do within walking. I will be using this hotel again.
- 5/5
we love it there! Great rooms, near everything we do in Seattle! We are repeat customers!
- 1/5
The staff checked us in under the wrong name and they proceeded to make me pay additional 268. When I checked out they charged me 193+75$. They are now saying they released my funds back to me and it still has not been. Very disappointed. Treating a vet horribly.
- 4/5
The room was clean, although we still had to ask for a refill of body wash, and the TV in the living room was not working. It wasn’t a big deal since we only stayed for one night and there was also a TV in the bedrooms. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Also, staff were very accommodating.
- 5/5
Room was clean, friendly staff, good breakfast along with being a good location for what I was doing
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was great

- 5/5
Location:Pretty close to everything
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very very stiff and hurt to sleep on.
- 3/5
Courteous staff, clean lobby, clean room. Electric vehicle charger did not work. No instructions to make them function.
- 5/5
Great central location walkable to pikes market, the hockey arena, the Seattle aquarium, restaurants pubs and many other places that are definitely within walking distance. Hotel was clean and well kept. Friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Love staying there when we are in Seattle
- 5/5
The staff was awesome! Great trip!
- 5/5
Kool room kool ahh employees whoopp🙏❤️
- 4/5
Room was great and the staff was extremely helpful. The tv remotes were aweful though
- 5/5
Every one was very profesional and curteous.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean lobby and rooms. It’s a short walk from the hotel to Climate Pledge Arena.
- 5/5
We only stayed one night for a Seattle kraken game but it was excellent! We paid for an early check in and we received an upgrade since it was our first stay. Very convenient to the arena, space needle, coffee shop, close communicate to downtown.
- 3/5
the room is not very clean
- 5/5
Breakfast was good and this time on Christmas day. My suggestion would be to have a tip jar for the breakfast staff.
- 4/5
Hotel looked nice, room was clean, good location, good breakfast, and reasonable price. Primary complaint is that the room was a bit too cold, and the thermostat couldn't be changed.
- 5/5
The staff here is incredible and I can’t say enough good things about the free breakfast. It’s incredible. The rooms were super clean and it’s very quiet.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean room, staff was attentive and kind, the Wednesday happy hour was nice. Breakfast was essential for our early riser child.
- 5/5
Good rooms and great breakfast. Even got room service from the restaurant next doors
- 4/5
The eggs at breakfast were very weird as were what were apparently potato pancakes (they did not look like potato pancakes, very strange) Additionally, the bed pillows could use and update, very flat and uncomfortable, even using two at once didn’t help. I would stay here again, I would hope for improvements in the bedding and the hot breakfast options as most of it was inedible.
- 5/5
Very comfortable
- 4/5
great place
- 3/5
Courteous staff, old smell on pillows and towels, good breakfast, good location.
- 5/5
Thank you for a very good stay.
- 2/5
Toilet was leaking water
- 4/5
Breakfast buffet very nice. Would like to have had bacon and waffles offered. The room was clean until we discovered a HUGE stain on the mattress. Room could use an update.
- 5/5
Stayed 2 nights - comfy beds, nice space
- 4/5
Clean and accessible room. Friendly and amazing staff.
- 5/5
Staff and amenities
- 1/5
Asked for cleaning. Ignored. Asked to be moved ignored. Loud and not nice
- 5/5
Large rooms, good breakfast space and options, close to Climate Pledge and Space Needle. We would definitely stay here again. The beer hall next door is awesome!
- 5/5
we love our stay here.definitely be back here again when visiting seattle thank you
- 5/5
Staff friendly and very helpful. Room clean and well equipped.
- 5/5
Nice , spacious room . Welcoming staff .
- 5/5
Perfect!
- 5/5
We have stayed here a couple of years in a row to artend concerts at Climate Pledge Arena. Very easy walk to the venue with several good restaurants nearby. The suites are very nice and offer great amenities.
- 5/5
I know this place doesn’t always get the best review- but we were pleasantly surprised. We would choose here again when attending an event at the near by , walkable stadium
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Offered was a nice option breakfast
- 5/5
Overall satisfied with our stay. Close enough to downtown restaurants etc. but far enough away to avoid high traffic areas.
- 5/5
We were assigned a room that was marked as clean, but very much was not clean. Went back to the front desk, apologetic and assigned us a clean room.
- 2/5
We had a room on the first floor that was really loud. We never got our room cleaned in a 3 night stay. When we did ask about the room being cleaned they sent a guy with a garbage bag and towels. We had to load up all the garbage and then set it outside. At about 9am on our departure date a lady from the cleaning crew came to our room and told us to get out. Check out is at 12. It was not a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
It would be be nice to have an ice machine onsite. There was a an ice machine in the room freezer, but it takes to long.
- 5/5
Great location, clean room, and the breakfast is great!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great location for our event at Climate Pledge Arena, very BIG room, breakfast included! Would stay here again for sure!
- 3/5
This property is well maintained and the amenities are great. The area is nice and within walking distance to Climate Pledge arena if you are ok with walking up a steep 4 blocks. There are things that are wearing out that need to be addressed. The heater was laboring and very loud. Every time it came on there was a loud growl that stayed until it cycled off so there was no sleeping through that. Also the bathtub surface was scratched and chipped and discolored.
- 4/5
Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, location was great. All around a good experience we would do again.
- 3/5
Room vents need to be cleaned better
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Lack of variety at breakfast. Rooms are spacious and comfortable
- 5/5
Overall everything was good. The room felt safe and the staff was nice. I found the high powered scent machine at the entrance was really overwhelming and would still serve its purpose if it was turned down a few notches. The gym and laundry room were very dirty, but we only used it once during our stay so its possible we caught them after a heavy usage. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming for such a pretty breakfast/ kitchen area- out of standard things including hot water, coffee, cream cheese and any milk for the cereal (this seemed to be a trend all 3 mornings). We stuck with oatmeal and toast. Nice fresh fruit and bread / pastry offerings. It was difficult to find a clean table to dine at, so we took breakfast to our room instead. Homewood Suites kitchenettes make things very convenient for an extended stay. I would choose this location again for its proximity to the space needle & CP arena.
- 4/5
It was nice to have a small kitchen and sepa6room to work and watch TV
- 5/5
Absolutely stunning hotel with beautiful city view. Walkable area, great service
- 5/5
Spacious rooms but the couch was uncomfortable. The breakfast would be better with waffle sticks or danish rolls.
- 3/5
The bathroom, including the tub, was not clean. Does anyone look into the toilet? The tub was a real mess. Peeling paint, peeling caulking and something black in corner of tub that moved! Ick! Double ick after long flight and heinous prices.
- 2/5
Coffee in the room- 1 serving for the whole three days and there were two people.
- 5/5
Rosie was great and so was the food!
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 4/5
Great stay. Here for Benson Boone concert 😎
- 3/5
Loved the location, but the room was dirty (tons of hair in the shower and sink) had no toilet paper and we had to call for bedding for one of the beds.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The room that we booked wasn't available, so they moved us into a different room. Expedia didn't capture the City Tax for the room, so there was an additional charge.
- 5/5
This hotel was at a perfect location to the Climate Pledge Arena, where our event was held at.
- 5/5
Okay
- 4/5
Our main dissatisfaction was with front desk staff and the claim that rooms are which sorely need training. We stayed with 2 young kids for 7 nights and not once was the room made. Had to ask for new towels and take out the trash. Requested the room be made the next morning sincebaby When we returned to the room, it had not been made. Front desk lady insisted their system showed that the room has been made and mom asked her to come see for herself. Eventually got our own linens and made our own beds again.
- 5/5
The Queen Ann Bar around the corner had great beer and fantastic food.
- 5/5
Very clean facility
- 3/5
No good area for the smoker
- 5/5
Great location. Safe parking and short Uber ride to downtown Seattle. Breakfast was great, Sunday morning and lots of guests, they ran out of food quickly but were on top of getting thongs refilled.
- 5/5
We got in early and we got into the room at 10:30a. It was perfect.
- 5/5
Employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
Great breakfast. Friendly staff
- 4/5
Enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Amazing stay.
- 4/5
Happy to have a shuttle to our cruise port 😊
- 5/5
Great all around
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Very clean rooms. Nice staff
- 5/5
good choice.
- 2/5
The check in was great for us but not for our friends, Hilton gave away their room, which was paid in advance, even though we notified Hilton we were coming and they had a driver waiting for us at the airport. It took 2 hrs for our friends to get them a room. Our room had its short comings: 1. The pillows were flat. 2. There was a fan noise coming from the bathroom, even though there was no fan. It was so loud, I had to shut the bathroom door and wear earplugs to sleep. My husband who could sleep thru anything, even complained about the noise. 3. One of the chairs at the table/desk was broken. If you sat in it, you would fall out to the floor. FYI I complained to Hilton, emailed and called with a message, but did not receive a response. I might expect this from another hotel chain but not from Hilton and definitely not for the amount spent for the night, so very disappointed.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 5/5
It was great, everything went smooth from check in to check out, staff was great and very helpful and knowledgeable about the sites and directions, will stay again in future
- 5/5
Location and size of rooms was good for us. No gluten free bread option for breakfast. Additional charge for bag storage after checkout felt like the nickel and diming the airlines are now doing.
- 5/5
Great location a checkin
- 5/5
Close walk to Climate Pledge
- 4/5
We loved the hotel overall, the breakfast wasn’t bad but I wish there was more a variety of options in the morning especially for kids like pancakes or waffles and fruits. The room was okay, quiet and pretty clean we didn’t have washing gel in the suspenders and no properly duvets to cover it was mattresses sheets and for the extra bed we didn’t have extra sheets.
- 4/5
I didn't like the parking cost. Too much (50 dollars)for a few hours
- 4/5
Hotel was very nice, large rooms and close to a really good restaurant!
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and responsive.
- 3/5
Lacked an area for family to meet and relax. Close dining very limited
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
We had a two bedroom room for both our stays here; it only has one bathroom, which was difficult for five people to manage in the morning. Breakfast was quite good; parking was $49 a night - absolute robbery. Our room did not have enough towels or bedding when we arrived, which was fixed. Also, on our first morning the breakfast area TV was tuned to Fox News, which I find out of touch with the values of the city of Seattle and deeply disrespectful to your employees. The other days the TV was either off or tuned to other stations. Not sure if this is a corporate decision to rotate channels (most other hotels tune it to the Weather Channel) but it was a huge turnoff.
- 4/5
Room was clean and well equipped. However, the bathroom needed a few improvements- better bath soap, and other amenities. The coffee maker did not work. Bedside lamp had built in charging ports - that did not seem to work ( until I figured out you needed to flip a light switch. Breakfast was great and desk staff very helpful.
- 1/5
When we arrived, the hotel had our reservation but didn’t have a room for us. They provided some different excuses before realizing they didn’t have a rooms for us and realizing they were aware of this before our arrival. They advised us they would need to find another place for us, but instead of having this arranged for us before or upon arrival, with limited staff, they are attempting to rebook us, manage other guests, resulting in us waiting hours before we had to be more demanding. There was no empathy from the hotel and staff in our situation, however guests were frustrated for us and excited when we were finally placed.
- 5/5
Staff was outgoing, great location. A little pricey for one night.
- 4/5
Internet was spotty, could never get all devices onto the network. Taking into account we were visiting in peak season, breakfast was a mess every morning - not enough seating and food frequently running out. Good service though, and great location
- 5/5
We liked that it was close to the beach area and the space needle
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Shuttle for cruise ships was a bonus! Clean, friendly and attentive staff.
- 5/5
Great place to stay . Quick 10 min taxi ride to wharf and space needle .
- 5/5
The staff were nice and very accommodating. The room was bigger than we anticipated. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
- 3/5
Very noisy room. Lots of traffic and room was not insulated well
- 1/5
Do not book or stay here! My flight got canceled and I spent over one hour two different times on the phone with the hotel but never could get the front desk on the phone. I had a room for two days. We got into the hotel after Uber in from the airport only to be told that they marked us as a no-show and gave away our room. They were of no help and were sold out so we had to find another hotel with all of our baggage in my family. Very upsetting and do not recommend ever staying here. Front desk was not empathetic and basically blew me off for their mistake.
- 2/5
Our room AC was broken - 83 degrees in the room when we got ready for bed. They gave us a fan, compensated us for the night and moved us to a new room next day. New room had no shower curtain and no linens or pillows for the pull-out sofa. Breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
Fast check in. Staff friendly. Very good breakfast..
- 5/5
very good place to stay.
- 3/5
only in Downtown Seattle for a business meeting. Thus, was only in the room for less than (7) hours. Upon check-in we could not understand the lady at the front desk, English Was limited. When I asked for the on-site parking, front desk told me to take a left and take a left to parking lot. That lead us to a general, open parking lot. Thankfully, we saw garage doors to our left, which we used our room key to open doors, then we found the nice, secured, covered, underneath the hotel parking. The toilet handle was broken, couldn't flush. Breakfast was horrible, selection, seating, replenishment. Will never stay there again. and I'm toiinwaslimited
- 5/5
Super clean and all staff very friendly
- 5/5
Excellent. Limited parking.
- 1/5
They charged me for an additional room I canceled with Hotels.com. Also, they were doing housekeeping work on my floor till after midnight. I paid to get a good night’s rest but got very little sleep due to the noise made by housekeeping like loud talking and vacuuming
- 4/5
The front desk crew was amazing! The only issues I had were - #1 the floor of my shower was spongy and I was worried I was going to step through it. And #2 people who would come and go using the stairs behind my room would slam the metal gate, causing it to bounce back several times a day.
- 5/5
We had a good stay, good breakfast as well
- 4/5
hotel was nice, great location, first room at check in smelled like onions and had a exhaust fan running, at first was offered to me moved to another hotel, this was not an option as we had 2 rooms with family with us, after I pushed we were given another room, the fact that cleaning service is only every other day is dissapointing given we spent $4000 for 2 rooms for 5 days, buffent was ok, but closed promptly at 9am, I think 10am would be more reasnoable
- 3/5
Homewood in Seattle is not like the Homewood I've been to before, the furniture is old, a bit dirty and not very comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice place.
- 4/5
In the morning, the housekeepers tried to enter our room at 9:30 am and then again 2 times. When we mentioned to the front desk staff, they did not seem concerned. Other than that, we had a decent stay.
- 5/5
The unit was clean and very homey. Loved the location!
- 5/5
Will stay here again. Clean and the perfect location for us. We loved the breakfast. Great room & view!
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Good location, good breakfast.
- 5/5
This property was very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Venecia was definitely the hero of our stay and made sure my family was taken care of. I can’t thank her enough for her thoughtfulness and professionalism!
- 5/5
The staff, including Mario, were knowledgeable and very helpful .

Good luck trying to get them to answer a call or get back to you after putting you on hold. Staff seemed bothered to be doing their job. When things were not there and asking for them, stay were annoyed to provide basics. I wouldn’t have asked if it was already there. Everything else was great. Clean rooms.

Our room was not ready by the check in time. we got a suite and registered 4 people in the room, yet there were only 2 towels and wash cloths. There was dirty dishes in the drawer and no soap to wash disshes.

Very clean and all staff were super nice. The area around was very nice and easy to navigate. Only negative was homeless in the area but they didn’t seem to bother anyone

Loved the location (walking distance to the Space Needle & terrific food places). Concierge was very accommodating & cordial to everyone and even provided us with shuttle service to our cruise for a minimal fee. Room was nice & clean, just wish the shower had better water pressure

Short walk to space needle

other than that, friendly staff, and great breakfast.

It was very nice for a one night, pre-cruise stay. They assisted with getting transportation from airport and to cruise ship. It was a slight uphill walk 5 blocks to Seattle Center, and Safeway Grocery was nearby for us to grab wine and sweets to take on the ship. The heat was on at 72° in the room and 69° outside when we got there. They brought us a box fan to help the a/c cool the rooms. I sleep with a fan on at home. The lobby and breakfast area also had the heat on. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They held our bags in a secured area while we went sightseeingbefore our room was ready. Only a short drive to Pike's Place Market.

Staff seemed friendly enough and the hotel was definitely dated, but the free “breakfast” was one of the worse hotel breakfasts I have ever had, BOTH DAYS. I would have been happier with selection of cold cereal and milk as an option that given the substance I was provide as a “breakfast”. That was…. Bad!

Very convenient location to cruise terminals and close enough to walk to the Pike Market! Close to restaurants and Space Needle.

I thought the stay was great, we were right by the water and had easy access to all the tourist spots. Our room had a beautiful view of the water! Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable! I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back! They even let us check in early so that was great!

Very Clean and Great Rooms. Staff was Great

It’s is a prefect place to stay, mostly everything is walkable. The space Needle is a couple of blocks. There you can get on the rail train to take you to the Market and all the shopping and places to eat for $4 per person.

It was fine...not much more to say

Excellent check in staff even though they were overwhelmed with cranky people. I am afraid if elevators and they rode the elevator with me. Very kind. We had a handicap room and it was perfect. Everything we needed.

Pretty close all the things we wanted to do!

A bench outside would be nice for people who cannot really walk but want to get outside and sit to people watch.

Room is clean. Bed & pillows are cozy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and well-maintained. There’s not much around the hotel, though.

The shuttle service to the cruise terminal was great

The hotel room had a lot of space and a kitchenette. I was impressed. The dining area was behind the lobby and it was large with lots of natural light during the day. I enjoyed the breakfast options on site.

Was great 👍

Had to request bedding for the sofa bed even though we said we had four people. They delivered the bedding to the room and we had to make the bed ourselves.

Room was wonderful. Rate was good. Location wasn’t anything to write home about. Arrived after 4 pm check-in. Had to wait 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned. Breakfast was ok, not great, not bad.

To old nice located but in Seattle if you want to stay in something nice not excellent is above 600 per night

Hotel was great, staff was friendly, parking was very expensive so we opted to pay for street parking instead.

We had a bayview suite. Roomy, clean, comfortable. Bedding was excellent. Continental breakfast was better than most places we've stayed.
