Reviews
Guests generally enjoyed their stay at the hotel, praising the cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the high cost of parking and the lack of housekeeping services. Some guests also experienced issues with the air conditioning units in their rooms and the quality of the breakfast offered.

Great place and location.

We went for breakfast on Saturday, June 13 at 9:40 (breakfast was until 10:00)The waiter stated we should hurry and order because the kitchen was closing. We ordered quickly but the water was not attentive after that. It was odd that he said to hurry but two couples and a single man came after 10 a.m. and they allowed them to order. That was our only bad experience at the hotel.

Breakfast was too expensive Prices in restaurant

Location. Cleanliness. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. nothing
- 4/5
Perfect location, great restaurant. Room itself was fine but the bathroom smelled like mildew because there is no fan.
- 5/5
Easy booking, clean room and centrally located. Nicer than your average garden inn

Everything was perfect That breakfast wasn’t included

Here is the context of why my stay was terrible. My surgical technology class wanted to go to the Association of Surgical Technologists Conference being held in Seattle. We fundraised the money so we could get a hotel for the 3-day conference. Our teacher took the fundraised money and pre-paid for the hotel. When I checked in, the receptionist said I needed to add my card for incidentals, which I was aware and fine with. When I put my card in the cardreader, the total came up with the whole room amount of $914. Before I could say anything it went through. I told the receptionist that the room was already pre-paid for. She said since it was a sunday, they couldn't return my money since accounting wasn't there. Well now I only had about $20 left in my account. The next day, Monday, I went down to ask about getting my refund since they had a pre-payment already on file, they said they were working on it. I did not get my refund back until we checked out on Tuesday. I am so thankful my classmates were able to comp me throughout the stay. I was so disappointed about the whole situation.
- 4/5
All ok
- 5/5
Quiet neighborhood, limited restaurants adjacent
- 5/5
Everything was to our liking, the only experience that I was a little disappointed with was the restaurant menu. It was quite generic. For being a Hilton establishment, I was expecting a more robust, flavorful dining event.
- 5/5
Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean as well as overall property. Will definitely stay again when in Seattle.
- 5/5
Definitely will book again and recommend to others

Great location. Close to everything. We walked everywhere. Great bar..loved the ginger lemon drop martini. Room very comfortable and clean. Would like more selection on dinner menu.
- 2.5/5
Breakfast was ok for American standards. Housekeeping was skipped. The place is quite outdated and would benefit from renovation.
- 5/5
Bit of a walk to attractions (Pike’s Place , Needle) but doable. Not a huge menu at the restaurant on site but what we did have tasted good. Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff!
- 5/5
Staff was amazing

The staff allowed me to check in before time and also allowed me to check out late. Very helpful in securing my ride to the port for a cruise.

Easy in easy out! Met our needs!
- 5/5
Clean establishment from the lobby to the room. The staff were accomodating. Just the right location, walkable to Pike Public Market (i like walking), dept stores like Nordstorm, macy’s and Target.

Average to decent breakfast included in the price of stay This hotel practically has no parking on site- even they provide you electric keys to access. Keys don’t work and we had to pay extra 56-70$ for every night parking here. So assume it will be added to the price you paid for the hotel. Front desk personnel tells you different and incorrect information every time you speak to them. No one is interested to assist their clients.

Very convenient for cruise out of Seattle

Room clean, beds comfortable. Heating unit a bit noisy and ice machine on 6th floor inoperable.

The room looked nicer but the later in the night we realized how dirty the carpet was. It was also trash under the bed.

Nice hotel, clean, all the amenities, view. Super great location - .3 miles to the Paramount Theater, .5 miles to Pike Place Market and light rail. There were quite a few tours staying there so super crowded.

You guys have no idea what the needs of a disabled individual are. Whe you reserve a room on certain properties you have certain expectations but next I’m planning an stay with a handicap bathroom, probably your property will not be selected.

We had a great time in this hotel staying with two little children under 3. Staff super friendly and everything was so clean! The location is perfect too.

Everything
- 5/5
Everything was Fascinating The pool and hot tub isn’t 24 hrs
- 2/5
Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Major downfall you cant sleep in the room, the air unit is so loud it rattles non stop. It was the loudest room i have ever tried to sleep in. Really put a damper on the vacation, everyone was exhausted because of lack of sleep.
- 5/5
It was a very easy place to stay and the room more than suited our purposes. I wish they served breakfast later. When we asked about the availability of breakfast, the front desk person just listed the hours and said no more. The staff in general felt very hands off and on no real hurry to offer more than they absolutely had to in any situation. Still, I highly recommend it if you're looking for a hotel to invite a third for a threesome!
- 4/5
In deciding to book with Hotels.com AGAIN, it happened once again and I should not be dissappointed, but the room locations in the hotel usually do not have nicer views. Its the usual back side of a building or a drivethru roadway that you see from your window. I was surprised that at the time of checkin, the clerk did not offer any breakfast coupons, which I later received from them on a later conversation.
- 5/5
It was my first time flying away from my home in Tx and my stay was great. My room was very clean, at a cool (how I like it) temp and everything was pretty much walking distance. I was very happy with my stay
- 4/5
Friendly staff at check in. Clean room with everything we needed. Restaurant was nice. Location in walking distance to everything. Would have given 5 stars, but AC unit was very loud and parking fee is too high. Parked around the corner for half price.
- 3/5
The room was pretty clean, the staff were okay, no one really stands out but they weren’t unfriendly. They do have an on property bar/restaurant but no room service. It was spendy 17-40$ per meal, breakfast was 27.99 for basic hotel spread. Lots of walkable options cheaper. The pool area is also not very clean. It’s an okay place, felt safe, and enjoyed the stay.
- 3/5
We ate as a family, with young kids, and they forgot something for one child. There was also a drunk patron that was loud and swearing in a large group. We left earlier than we normally would and saw 2 other family that came after us, eat and leave fast. The layout of the restaurant and bar was awful.
- 5/5
Breakfast menu was ok didn’t realize I would have to pay 25$ for breakfast. Not complimentary anymore
- 5/5
Great location, comfort and vehicle parking. The morning restaurant staff was so friendly & attentive. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, perfect location to walk and do touristy things.
- 4/5
Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The safe didn’t work. I reported it to the desk and it was fixed by that evening. Staff was very friendly and professional. We loved the location. I thought parking was included with our stay so was disappointed when we found out that was on top of the room fee. To be fair it may have just been my naivety to think that.
- 5/5
Hotel was in just the right place, service was fantastic, and our room was clean and comfortable. My only criticism is that it was a little too warm for me, with the thermostat in the room only going down to 65F. Otherwise, great. We'll likely be back next year.
- 1/5
Poor service. I was texted moments before checking out that a final receipt would be emailed upon checkout - we’ve been checked out for FOUR DAYS and have still not received a final receipt. Super poor service. Basic needs not met.
- 3/5
It’s very expensive to stay in Seattle. Just for over night garage paying, with tax I paid 68.00! Plus the cost of the hotel room nd every where you go you will pay to park!
- 5/5
Lovely stay in a central location, great staff!
- 2/5
Hot tub was great, the breakfast was not very good especially for $28. Experience for the small amount of options
- 3/5
Parking is too pricey and no complimentary breakfast provided. Staff wasn’t very helpful, amenities is average. Not so great. The only thing is the place is pretty clean
- 5/5
Was good parking was 70 dollars for 1 day is a little high. Everything else was great
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic!
- 5/5
My room was cleaned and dinner was excellent 😋 i had burger and fries. Front desk excellent '- the blonde gentlemen
- 5/5
Hotel was nice, clean and felt safe. Was within walking distance from Pikes place and other tourist sites. I didn’t realize daily car parking was $55/day until I got there but it was safe and you had to use room card to get into parking garage after hours.
- 2/5
The bar closed 30 minutes before advertised (not last call. full on closed) which was very disappointing. The bartender working that evening was also very dismissive to any questions we had. We’ll be sticking with the bellevue location from now on
- 2/5
Our room had trash left on the ground from previous guest. In the bathroom, two of the lights didn’t work along with the fan. Our reservation was made with four people, we only had two towels and had to ask for more. The pool deck had two bandaids stuck to it that never got cleaned up the three days we were there. Being on the 8th floor I didn’t think we would get very much noise from the traffic but that wasn’t the case. It sounded like we were on ground level with traffic passing right by our window and made it hard to sleep. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.
- 2/5
Lackluster and poor value. Parking and amenities were stupidly overpriced. Room was run-down.
- 5/5
I don’t feel my ability to express my feelings with words will do justice to how magnificent this hotel’s customer service is! Deon at the front desk has customer service skills that come from experience and having a genuine personality that wants to get to know people and make connection. It can be unsettling to be away from home and to be made felt welcome is imperative to the traveling experience. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. Not only do I plan on staying there again, but I plan on recommending it, purely for the incredible people they have curated to be their staff. Deon is not a lone star in being expectional, but he sure is a shining one!
- 5/5
LOVED IT
- 5/5
The location was perfect for a show at the Paramount. You can walk to Whole Foods and a variety of restaurants. The pier is about 26 minutes. Use a Seattle parking app. I parked for $24/hr in the children's hospital lot a block away.
- 5/5
We had a great comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating! Nice hot shower and comfortable bed! The pool and hot tub is a plus.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious & great location.
- 3/5
The pool was perfect for the kids since it doesn’t get deeper than 3ft 5in. The biggest let down was breakfast not being complimentary. It was restaurant pricing and really disappointing after paying $60 more than hotels.com said it would be. Staff was amazing though! Every single one was kind, helpful, and informative!
- 5/5
The night time manager at the was patient and kind. She was still trying to help even when she’s the only person at the check in counter that evening.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Yes, clean room, staff was friendly!
- 5/5
Clean room; super friendly staff
- 5/5
Nice hotel in a central location.
- 3/5
The hotel was good! The prices though were a bit crazy. $50 a day for buffet breakfast. $70 a night to park etc.
- 5/5
Zac at the front desk was super helpful.
- 5/5
My stay was great! Staff were very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff are helpful
- 2/5
Housekeeping needs to be a regular day thing. Throughout my whole stay not once did they clean my room or bring fresh towels
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The hotel was clean overall.
- 5/5
Clean room, kind staff
- 4/5
Rooms were very clean. It was in a great location right next to a cheap parking lot.
- 2/5
Parking issues, multiple random $75 charges, mini fridge inoperable and we were locked of our room early.
- 3/5
Staff was not very professional and the front desk double booked our room. It was an uncomfortable surprise for us as well as the couple who walked in our room!
- 3/5
Our room had a low ticking noise that was constant. We tried to drown out the noise by using the AC unit but that als has a terrible noise… our shower also had a slow drain…..
- 3/5
We got stuck in the parking garage. And I had to get the front desk to try and get us out twice. And they charge me 70 dollars to park when the night the night before they said it was 50.
- 1/5
$70 for one night parking.
- 2/5
Habitación antigua, no hay servicio diario para hacer la habitación
- 1/5
I had never stayed at a Hilton before, and I thought, "Wow, finally!" Of course, the price wasn't too high, too. But the welcome was great: I got to my room and it was small, so I thought, "Hmm, okay." Second surprise: the bathroom didn't have a bathtub for the shower, ugh. Okay, whatever. I got ready to go out to my party, and when I returned to the hotel to sleep it was 2 am. But when I unmade the bed, it was dirty. I don't know if it was poop or a dead bedbug, and there was women's hair on it. And to top it all off, at 7 am someone was hammering at the walls (the hotel has some areas under renovation), and the hotel is already aware of my complaint. I also left them a review on Google.
- 3/5
The room was super basic.
- 5/5
Fabulous, friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay downtown. Friendly staff, quiet and well-kept rooms. Nicely located to downtown and 20 minute walk to Pike Place.
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff amazing!
- 4/5
large room and plenty of space in the lobby and bar area to work
- 2/5
Staff was not friendly at all and there were hidden fees at the check out which was a big surprise. Transparency much needed and hefty bill makes me stay from from this property for next trip. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient
- 5/5
The dinner was very good
- 3/5
Staff was good but very casual. Rooms were outdated and our room had a left over cleaning glove on the tv stand when we arrived. It stayed there for two days because they only clean every other day
- 5/5
Staff
- 5/5
not very hot
- 5/5
Just very limited options
- 5/5
Good spot
- 3/5
The woman at the front desk who checked us in and assisted me another time was extremely short and unfriendly.
- 5/5
First and foremost, the hotel is in a great area very quiet during the week and the weekends. They let me check in two hours early and didn’t have me waiting. The staff is really friendly. Hotel is very clean. Wasn’t able to try the bar, but I also am not a big drinker so it was not a downside. The only thing I do wish it had was breakfast included, but also I don’t eat breakfast that much. Great prices. Would definitely recommend and definitely staying here again if I come to Seattle.
- 5/5
It was a great choice for my money for my 3 night stay, I didn't have so much luck finding an affordable room last time I was in Seattle, but this wasn't just affordable, it was surprising quality for my money. I appreciated my stay and I'll consider coming back!
- 3/5
It was okay. Food was decent but the price of parking was ridiculous
- 5/5
Everything was great and the staff was wonderful, I will come back!
- 5/5
Everything at the hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the ambience was very cozy. Would come again.
- 4/5
I really wish hotels would state clearly what the incidental fees are when making reservations. Don’t hide it in the fine print. I was out $300 when I checked in. I would’ve gone somewhere else.
- 5/5
Room was nice and big, clean, and quiet.
- 5/5
Tasty breakfast
- 5/5
It is a very nice hotel and I would highly recommend it
- 3/5
The bathroom had long black hairs in the sink and shower, plus mold on the corners of the shower. Parking is also so expensive, close to $70. They said it is to be 24hr parking you pay for but then said they don’t actually know if it’s 12 or 24 hour so we may get charged even more but they didn’t know how much.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great service, and accessible to everything downtown.
- 5/5
Clean room, great amenities, and wonderful staff! They were all very friendly!
- 5/5
Great area, close to everything.staff was super nice
- 3/5
The room was nice but the bar was closed the whole time.
- 5/5
Staff was great! Loved the “living room” common areas! The Christmas decor was a nice touch - they did a terrific job
- 5/5
It’s a good place to stay
- 5/5
Very clean and accommodating! Room and bathroom size great, and everything is in 20 minute or less walking distance. Staff is very nice and friendly!
- 5/5
This is our second visit because this hotel is always welcoming❤️. Staff and room services are so kind and very friendly. Location is perfect as well. We will be back here again!!
- 5/5
Staff were great loved the security of their parking garage
- 5/5
Parking is expensive comes out to $69 with tax per night fyi
- 4/5
Great place to stay, a little bit of a room mix up but the staff was nice enough to take care of it. Would stay here again as it is close to everything downtown
- 5/5
It was so clean and the lobby smelled like cinnamon sugar cookies. The front desk people were so nice and courteous!
- 5/5
Deon is awesome in his awesomeness
- 5/5
staff amazing, especially gentleman who worked the midshift(I dont know his name, I beleive name was somethng like iggy or ziggy} but this guy was the best front desk person I have EVER experienced at ANY hotel stay!
- 5/5
Breakfast was not free
- 4/5
The room was wonderful, but it was not cleaned or changed as we stayed there for two nights. Very Central very easy access to everything. Nice little bar and restaurant as well.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Very clean and modern
- 4/5
Staff was awesome
- 5/5
I'd recommend this property on secure on site parking alone. Easily walkable to numerous nice restaurants. Good landing pad!
- 4/5
The restaurant was just ok. They gave me the wrong order. I'd stay again.
- 3/5
3.5 rounded down. Staff was super nice and the room was very clean. But the beds were SOOOOO uncomfortable. I've slept better tent camping. And $56 for parking for 1 night seems a little steep. But I guess that's where Seattle is heading...
- 5/5
Clean spacious room, really nice and helpful staff, and great location.
- 2/5
We were quite disappointed with our stay we got there and the room smelled like some sort of gas and then it went away next night. The gas smell was there again at 11:30 and lingered for a very long time prompting us to contact the front desk at this time the front desk told us that there was nothing they could do because there was no rooms. We said we weren’t going to stay in this room because it smelled like gas. The lady who was at the front desk, said she found a room but it only had one king bed and we were in two queens we said we would take it as we didn’t want to stay in the room as we felt it wasn’t safe. We went downstairs to get a trolly to help us with our luggage and there was none the front desk response was oh they must be in the hallways and no help causing us to make six trips at midnight. She told us to come back in the morning as there’d be a manager at 8 AM. We come down around 9:30 and ask for a manager. The lady proceeds to tell us that there had been a schedule change and the manager won’t be in until 3:30. This lady was not trained to help us in an appropriate manner no apology given even for the inconvenience. We come back at about 530. We asked to speak to a manager and the receptionist proceeds to tell us that there’s no manager available, then she points down to the man at the end. We go over doesn’t even acknowledge us. Proceeds to tell us what happened and he said because we booked through a third-party nothing we could do.

Decor service
- 5/5
Was a great place for my one night stay and would consider it for a longer stay in the city.
- 5/5
Very nice check in experience, nice room
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and staff was very accommodating.
- 5/5
Great & clean place
- 3/5
Parking was horrible and we were charged $50 for one night!
- 3/5
I liked that it was close to the paramount theater, and only about a mile away from pike place, and that it was very close to the freeway exit. I think that it should be a little bit better known that the luxury bathrooms for one bed do not have a bath. The staff was polite enough however there can be little comments that kind of dig at people like for example “OK you too have a great night” and then correcting themselves “Oh just you”. Not cool.
- 5/5
Great location, excellent attention, two thumbs up 👍👍
- 5/5
Clean room staff was great overall great experience you come here to you love it
- 4/5
Staff are friendly Restaurant has good quality food. Pool was clean but the shower in pool is dirty, has poor lighting and the shower head was not installed

- 3/5
Booking came with breakfast included otherwise I wouldn't have paid what they were charging. Good location and walkable to a lot of spots we wanted to see.
- 4/5
Overall good, very affordable price with comfort and cleaness.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
The breakfast was cold both mornings that I was there. Kind of expensive for a sub par breakfast. Everything else was great. Bar staff awesome. Lunch and dinner great. Very clean although the rooms are a bit worn.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
My entire stay was excellent
- 5/5
Staff was nice, we didn’t try the breakfast, the parking garage was nice and the hotel was close to many places we could walk to.
- 5/5
Everything is fine except the heater is too noisy
- 5/5
Beatiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and spacious rooms. I didn't have one bad experience here on my trip recently. It was the perfect get away vacation and this hotel just made it that much better. I would 100% stay here again.
- 5/5
Wonderful Stay!
- 4/5
Transportation to and from the airport was very efficient! Very nice gentleman!
- 5/5
I would definitely stay here again when I visit Seattle

- 5/5
Checking in was fast and easy enjoyed the quick service to her keys and room.
- 5/5
Great staff. They were super helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and welcoming, our room was exactly as expected. A quick 1-night trip so didn't spend a ton of time there, but overall, great!
- 5/5
Very lovely place.
- 5/5
Not anythings
- 3/5
Property is fairly worn down for a Hilton. The sink in the room was clogged and one light was burnt out. Bed was not the most comfortable and the sheets fairly thin. Pool was clean and hot tub well maintained. Gym was nice. Area is fantastic. There was no fan in the bathroom and I was told that this property does not have fans in the bathroom, which is hard to believe that Hilton hotel will not have ventilation system in the bathroom. I was told that the air gets out without a fan but this is not true as we had to use BLOWDRYER to defog the mirror! Staff was pleasant and area the hotel is in fantastic.
- 3/5
Overpriced parking compared to other hotels on the same street. Room wasn’t the cleanest and the bed was not as long as listed as well as being very uncomfortable
- 3/5
Every person I encountered was very friendly and nice. My room was 622. It smelled really bad of mold/mildew. I noticed the curtains get really wet when the AC is on. The sheers have mold on them.
- 4/5
Overall this was a pretty good stay for our family’s 3 day trip to Seattle, I would recommend the hotel for families.
- 5/5
Nice hotel in Seattle.
- 1/5
Staff
- 3/5
The hotel website and booking site stae this hotel to provide free breakfast. This hotel does not provide breakfast. Staff members stated that is a typo on their website. Unfortunately these are factors people look at when booking a stay. Seems very misleading
- 5/5
Awesome
- 3/5
Staff was great. Nice property. However the self-parking was $70. Ridiculously priced. Even Seattle hotels with valet is only $40-50
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice. There were areas to lounge near the bar and near the lobby. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly. We also thought the location was great.
- 1/5
Checking in at 5pm there were 4 people in line ahead of me with only 1 employee checking in guests. I find it odd a downtown Seattle nice hotel that charges $300+ a room can’t afford more employees at prime check in time. So I had to wait longer than I have in some time, but so be it not a huge concern. I paid for parking on the spot and he told me my room key would open the parking garage door. It did not so I paged the front desk and 2 minutes later I explained the issue and they asked my last name and room number and they opened the gate. When I walked through the lobby again after parking I explained what happened and said is there a way to not have this happen when I leave? She said they shouldn’t have let you through and you’ll have to do the same when you leave. I said um why can’t you just make my key work so I can leave your parking garage that you’re billing me for? She said we can’t do that. I had a show to see that night so I carried on with my night. The next morning we couldn’t get out of the garage. We didn’t have our room key, no one responded to our call button at the garage exit and another guest even ran to me and asked how we get out? I said no idea. My passenger said screw this and handed me his credit card and we paid an additional $70 to leave. Won’t stay at that specific hotel again.
- 4/5
Hotel and room were good, not exceptional but good. Value for money was very good. Staff were very good!
- 5/5
Wyatt was awesome
- 5/5
Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Room was very comfortable! Big, nice bathroom, all very clean, coffee, refrigerator, etc very handy.
- 5/5
nice place to stay. But the surrounding area was not safe and secure.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, hassle free environment. Had a slight issue with parking garage but staff worked with us to resolve it.
- 5/5
Breakfast was terribly expensive. The heat/ AC in my room was very noisy.
- 5/5
The staff very polite, and extremely professional. I really wish I could remember the bar tender name, she was amazing and she definitely deserves a raise. 5 stars would highly recommend.
- 5/5
Area around bathtub drain was absolutely black.
- 5/5
The area is perfect for walking to Pike Market and other areas of interest. The parking is included with the hotel and works perfectly. The museums, Space Needle and Woodland Zoo are a short driving distance. Perfect location, loved it.
- 5/5
Accessible to Pike Market and Space Needle
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Easily walked to Space Needle and Chiluly garden and back from Pike Place Really enjoyable stay
- 4/5
We had a great stay ! Front desk and restaurant staff were awesome! One night before a cruise. Lobby and restaurant areas great but rooms could use a little facelift but nothing outrageous, would stay again !
- 4/5
The hotel felt dated. The staff was nice.
- 5/5
Great area and hotel. Very convenient to get to several tourist attractions
- 5/5
Clean area. Walkable distance to Pier, Pike Place Market, & restaurants. Well lit area
- 5/5
Very clean hotel staff was very pleasant especially the lady at night elyna I'm not sure that's how you spell it she made out time there special
- 5/5
Loved how close it was to everything, we could walk or take the bike/gliders. Pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar being there was amazing after a long day of walking. Very clean and friendly!
- 4/5
Beautiful facility and pool/spa. Well kept. We had a very noisy AC unit and they didn't really fix it. Just said it might be water stuck in there from the condensation. But it was really noisy.
- 5/5
Nice hotel and great location!
- 5/5
Highly recommended
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 3/5
Reasonable baseline hotel. Room was OK but a tad noisy. Gym was basic but overall OK. Service was every 2 days. Nothing special but very central and close to where I had to be
- 5/5
Great location for easy access to everything you need.
- 4/5
over all is good
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Very clean and nice room. Super comfortable beds. The hot tub and pool are nice. And it is a good location for getting around Seattle.
- 5/5
Quiet and accommodating
- 4/5
Traffic noise during bedtime.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Very nice n clean
- 4/5
Wonderful stay, clean property. Walking distance to all attractions.
- 2/5
The rooms were not cleaned during our stay (we had 3 nights/4 days) which is actually so significantly sub-standard for any hotel let alone one which charges such a high price. Nothing is replenished such as in-room coffee, towels, or toiletries. The staff are mostly polite when they engage with you. The waiting staff in the restaurant had a manner which was a little strange, and I felt like we weren’t completely welcome- perhaps they took an issue with us having non-American accents? A significant disappointment was that we were mislead initially regarding our included breakfast which we had paid for, and missed a day of this. No offer to compensate us was forthcoming, but when challenged they acknowledged that this was included. It’s not good enough for a hotel to be dishonest or incompetent in this manner. The breakfast we did get was satisfactory, but could have been better quality for the price the hotel charges for a stay. I was bitterly disappointed with this hotel, especially given the Hilton branding which I took as a quality assurance. My stay was lovely because Seattle is a fantastic city. I will be back to Seattle, but you’ll need me in a coffin to get me to revisit this dreadful hotel.
- 5/5
The location was good for us. We were able to walk to the Space Needle and waterfront/Pike's Place Market. They also offered shuttle service to the Cruise Ship. But, on the return, you were on your own. The staff was outstanding and the hotel had a nice restaurant with coffee and tea available in the lobby. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
- 3/5
This stay is average and do not recommend. The parking is difficult, the key cards do not always work. Staff is unbothered and the rooms are not 100% clean.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
An excellent visit. Staff was wonderful. Just a few minor issues. 1) the ice machine on our floor didn't work. 2) IMO, the AC unit was loud. 3) the sheer drape was missing a hook or two. We would stay again.
- 5/5
Great staff and facility
- 5/5
We love staying here; always super clean, great location and convenient parking.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly, allowed for late checkout without charge. Great location.
- 5/5
Convenient location, large parking garage, quick check in.
- 5/5
The staff were wonderful.
- 5/5
Walkable
- 4/5
Hilton Garden Inn is very clean and well-kept. The pool and spa area is nice and of sufficient size for a hotel. The bed was of poor quality and made for a difficult night's sleep.
- 5/5
Super clean, comfortable rooms and beds. The restaurant was super good too. Great location for taking public transportation all around.
- 4/5
Clean and nice.
- 5/5
Staff was awesome
- 5/5
Staff provided excellent customer service. Lidz went above and beyond.
- 5/5
great staff, convenient location
- 5/5
Great service and friendly
- 5/5
Great staff support
- 5/5
Staff are excellent, continental breakfast is a little sub-par for the price
- 5/5
The property had a bar and resturant onsite so we did not have to go out jn the rain for food or drinks.
- 5/5
Spacious rooms in downtown. 20 minutes walk to Seattle Center and to Pike’s Public Market. Good coffee in the lobby. Very busy hotel—seems to be popular with the cruise ship crowd.
- 5/5
I like that you had to key in the elevator to go up. The staff were always very friendly
- 5/5
This hotel is really downtown Seattle. There are several little shops in the area including a robotic coffee shop!
- 4/5
The rooms were nice, but the pool was not well maintained as the hot tub had a bad smell to it and the chairlifts were all rusted.
- 4/5
Ice machine didn’t work on our floor, also our bed was sunken in pretty bad right in the middle so it was kinda uncomfortable.
- 3/5
We were booked in a luxury bathroom room 8 months in advance. Paid extra for it. When we checked in we were put in a standard room without telling us. Went to room and noticed it was normal. Went to front desk and asked about it and was told that there is no difference in rooms asked about price diffrence and was told they could not do anything. That a 3rd party over sold rooms happens all the time and thats the room that we get. Without a refund for different room
- 5/5
This was one of the safest hotels I have stayed at. It was a little difficult to get to. But as a whole I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
Very friendly very accommodating.
- 5/5
Great staff , clean rooms , walkable
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Had fantastic time. Staff was great
- 4/5
It was very convenient. Breakfast was pretty good for the price.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and room was comfortable. Just to note the aircon machine and ice machine were very loud if that bothers you.
- 4/5
It is very near the major attractions and restaurants.
- 4/5
This was a good place to stay. You’re in the downtown area but it’s not really loud. The hotel was very clean and the staff pleasant.
- 4/5
Parking is expensive but that is typical with Seattle.
- 5/5
Lovely here, would stay again
- 5/5
Billie is great!!
- 5/5
I loved the modern look I just wish the lighting the bathroom was better
- 5/5
Top notch!
- 5/5
The location was absolutely perfect and my kids enjoyed playing in the pool in the evening.
- 5/5
I stayed here for a few nights; the hotel was very quiet and had comfortable beds.
- 4/5
My experience was excellent for thr time we stayed here. The only thing I didn't like was that nowhere on this app does it mention that there is a daily fee for parking if your using the parking garage to park. It was not mentioned at all at time of check in either. It was a suprise fee that popped up at the time of check out.
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
That you have to pay to park
- 5/5
It was good!
- 5/5
the staff was very welcoming and helpful
- 5/5
Our stay was very comfortable and the room was in great condition. The bath towels are getting somewhat worn though, but our stay was otherwise excellent. The staff is friendly and the restaurant good. It would be nice though to have a healthier small plate dining choice without fried food. But we would not hesitate to stay here again.
- 5/5
Super nice room, clean and nice lobby.
- 5/5
We used parking for 2 nights, please make parking a little bit cheaper. Very expensive.
- 4/5
Deon did an amazing job at check in. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. I took one star off because the noisy air conditioning kept me awake
- 5/5
Great location, safe and clean
- 2/5
When I stayed there the internet didn’t work the whole stay.
- 3/5
Did not like the fact that the Wi-Fi was out for 2 1/2 days.
- 4/5
Awesome
- 5/5
Rooms are very nice! Very romantic.
- 4/5
Loved that we could walk to pikes place :)
- 4/5
I liked the location of the property, and overall, it was wonderful. The bed was slightly uncomfortable. I woke up often/did not sleep well. Some of that is also the city noise. Even with the ac/fan running to drown out noise, we were woken up on occasion. But overall, we liked this hotel and enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, the staff were amazing.
- 3/5
This hotel is very expensive but the amenities have not been updated for the price. The cafe for breakfast was very expensive and only had limited hours, not open all day. We had a long walk for public transportation and staff were not helpful or knowledgeable about transportation except for yellow cab.
- 1/5
Charged us about quite a bit more than originally quoted when we booked the room because apparently the price we booked for wasn’t accurate. The breakfast is an outrageous amount of money per person every morning and it’s nothing special. Average, run of the mill hotel food. Housekeeping only comes every 2 days. We asked the front desk many questions and were given the wrong answer every single time and each person gave us a completely different answer or we got a “I don’t know I’m not from here wait for the next shift to come to ask”. Rooms were dirty. After house keeping came we noticed the bedspread had been changed (thankfully because my husband had accidentally spilled coffee on ours) but the new one had crusted food on it and stains like it hadn’t been washed. This was a super expensive hotel for us and not at all worth it. Will not be back.
- 5/5
Keep in mind that in Seattle WA. Paying for parking is a must. The hotel charges you $64.00 a night for parking. Or parking in the street, if you find any, is from before 8 am, after 8 pm.
- 4/5
There is nothing anywhere that tells you where everything in the hotel is. The only way you can find any information is by using your phone on a QR code which only leads you to the hotel website. Apparently there is a swimming pool in the hotel, but I couldn’t find it and there was nothing that told me where it was. Surely it would cost them very little to leave a sheet of paper saying where things are so you don’t need to waive your phone around a QR code that leads you to a website that doesn’t tell you anything.
- 5/5
Very easy check-in and check-out
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 3/5
Like most Hilton - older but clean. Toilet ran all the time, and heater was noisy.
- 3/5
The ventilation system in the hallway was so loud no one could sleep. They desperately need to get it fixed. Everything else was great.
- 5/5
The hotel is clean, nice, affordable, in a central location and near many popular areas. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Great Manager who gave us restaurant tips, transportation info and was very personable. Jessica at the front desk went out of her way to help us and also saved us money by suggesting that we take a flat-rate cab to the airport instead of ride share. We had a great time.
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
Great hotel but booked a suit and when we checked it were given a single bed room. After talking with the front desk ended up with a double queen. Deon at the front desk got us free breakfast for tomorrow and a free drink but when you book a special room that you dont normally get to stay in and dont get to stay in that room its VERY disappointing.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 2/5
Had to leave this property after trying two different rooms. First room had an unclean bathroom, second room had a faulty/leaking shower. The hot tub was out of order as well. Throughout the property there was a lot of signs of wear on the walls. Still waiting for Expedia and the property to refund me.
- 4/5
Location was in a quiet area & walkable distance to Pike’s Market Place.
- 2/5
The housekeeping keep knocking on the door early morning and walking us up before the time. Very annoying
- 5/5
Wasn’t really informed on parking. Ended up paying twice for one day. Call front desk before leaving parking lot.
- 1/5
Reservation was for $417 total for 2 nights, then we went to pay for it they quoted us a different price of $593 which ended up being around $700, they would not cancel our reservation so we had to purchase 2 nights on another card and took a hit for a cancelation of the $417 when they said they wound not cancel it, we walked out of there feeling scammed and taken advantage of because we were
- 5/5
I chose Hilton Garden Inn for it's location. It was conveniently located near downtown and close to all the places I needed to visit.
- 5/5
Central location to downtown. Parking is not free. Very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The location was great, within walking distance to pretty much everything. Very quiet and clean. Check in is at 4:00pm our sea plane landed in south lake union at around 9:00 am we walked to the hotel and ask if we could check in early luckily there was a room available which was awesome.
- 5/5
Staff was so accommodating and helpful! Great location, near a lot of things and the city was very walkable. Rooms were clean and quiet. Would highly recommend!
- 4/5
Breakfast has many options, nice surroundings
- 5/5
The staff were accommodating and the place is perfect if you want to walk around downtown. We to arrived to the city early, so we called if it is possible to check in early which we were allowed to. There’s lots of stores closeby and the hotel itself serves breafast and dinner so you don’t really have to go out in case. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely consider staying again next time. Thank you!
- 4/5
Stayed for two nights over new year’s. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Front desk was friendly; they held our luggage when we arrived so we could explore the city and able to give us a late check out on our last day. Few things in the room in need of maintenance - shower was slow to drain, shower head needed to be cleaned and some of the lights needed to be replaced. But overall good hotel, 15 min walk to Pike Place and would stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and everything in the room enhanced my stay. Wonderful amenities. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Nice & clean!
- 4/5
We would recommend this property when in Seattle if you want to walk around to nearby attractions vs driving. They serve warm breakfast, all staff was very friendly, property was nicely decorated, and safe.
- 5/5
The property was very nice and clean. The only negative thing I can say is to park overnight costs $61.
- 5/5
Exactly what we needed for a weekend away!!
- 5/5
i like everything
- 1/5
We left a few nice articles of clothing in our room. When we asked less than two hours after leaving if we could retrieve them. Staff said no one found anything at all. Which is a lie. We only went there and home. So the dishonesty and stealing will have us never coming here again. Be aware of their cleaning staff everyone!!!
- 1/5
Bad service
- 5/5
Slept so well after a whole day of traveling.
- 5/5
We stayed here on Thanksgiving to visit friends and enjoyed it a lot. We had our small dog with us and everyone was welcoming and kind. The price for parking is a ridiculous $64 so we parked in the garage around the corner for $34. It worked out fine. Overall it’s a comfortable place.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly and prompt service. Convenient location, especially for Uber’s.
- 4/5
Nothing
- 1/5
At check in they told me that parking was included with the stay. After checkout, I checked my account at was charged an extra $65. I called and asked why it was more than what I agreed to for the stay. First I was told it was an incidental fee and that it would go back into my account in 1-2 business days. I called a week later asking why I didn’t get the $65 back into my account. I was told that for less than 12 hours of a stay, the parking cost was $65. Which was not what I was informed when checking in/out. I will never stay at a Hilton again.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient with helpful staff.
- 5/5
Only bad thing was the phone in our room did not work at all.
- 5/5
Love the location. Breakfast was good value. Parking rates are excessive and miss daily housekeeping
- 5/5
We loved everything about this property. My favorite was the scavenger hunt the hotel offered for my daughter, since it was Christmas time. It made her feel so special. The facility was great and clean and we had nothing but great experiences here.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Clean facility with excellent professional staff. Disappointed with the $65 parking fee. The breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced and nothing exceptional about it. Conveniently located.
- 5/5
Safe and quiet
- 3/5
We just need a better places to eat at around the area
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful. Place close to must see places. Clean room.
- 2/5
The parking fee is 51$ a night. AC is very loud.
- 5/5
Great service! We stayed at this property for a quick one night trip and could not have been happier! It was a wonderful experience and we will probably be back!
- 5/5
We had a great stay!
- 5/5
Rooms and common areas are nice and clean. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
All I have to say is staff was amazing and super helpful, even though we were told it would be an hour wait for our room even with a reservation when we first checked in … we waited maybe 10 minutes and they were incredibly apologetic about it which just made us feel more cared for which is always appreciated. Everything was super clean, all our needs were taken care of, and their restaurant food is SO good .. absolutely recommend this place for an easy and comfortable stay :)
- 3/5
This place is in serious need of a remodel and also some proper deep cleaning. It was an OK stay bad I would read poorly because the smell throughout is rather horrible.
- 5/5
Great check in
- 5/5
Clean room, amazing stay, helpful staff
- 5/5
Everything we needed
- 5/5
Great location, accessible to downtown eateries and entertainment
- 4/5
Really enjoyed my stay was able to check in early and staff help me get to and from the airport.
- 4/5
Good location, close to restaurants. Excellent service.
- 4/5
The rooms were nice in size, a little bit outdated. The lobby and restaurant were in excellent condition and welcoming. The staff was very nice at the desk and at the restaurant. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
People were having a hard time getting into the underground parking and instructions for the parking to get validating was confusing and the manager was just rude by making comments about people letting front desk staff know that there was issues getting out due to the missed information given at time of check in
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
We were very comfortable there. We would do it again.
- 3/5
Bad tv service, parking at 51.00per day? Very limited dining service. Friendy staff. Good location.
- 5/5
Deon is just awesome. :)
